Claims (24)
- 속재료에 스틱이 끼워져 형성된 속재료 스틱에 반죽을 덮도록 마련되는 성형장치;상기 성형장치에서 상기 속재료 스틱으로부터 형성된 반죽 스틱에 고명을 도포하도록 마련되는 도포장치; 및상기 도포장치에서 상기 반죽 스틱에 고명이 도포되어 형성된 반제품을 기름에 튀기도록 마련되는 유탕기를 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유탕기는,수용된 기름을 가열하도록 마련되는 튀김부; 및상기 반제품을 상기 튀김부의 상측을 가로지르며 이송하며, 상기 이송동작 중 상기 반제품을 기울여 튀김부에 수용된 기름에 담그는 반제품 이송부를 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유탕기는,상기 튀김부의 상측을 덮는 가림막을 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유탕기는,상기 튀김부로부터 발생하는 유증기가 포함된 공기를 흡입하여 상기 유증기를 걸러 배출하도록 마련되는 유증기방지필터를 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유탕기는, 상기 도포장치로부터 상기 반제품을 전달받을 때, 상기 반제품을 회전시켜 상기 반제품의 스틱이 상기 반제품이 이송되어 온 방향 또는 상기 반제품이 이송되어 온 방향의 반대 방향을 바라보도록 배치하는 반제품 배치부를 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반제품의 스틱을 파지하여 상기 성형장치 및 상기 도포장치를 거쳐 상기 유탕기로 이송방향을 따라 상기 반제품을 이송하는 이송장치를 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 이송장치는,상기 이송방향을 따라 연장되는 이송동작부;상기 이송동작부의 회전에 따라 상기 이송방향을 따라 이동하도록 상기 이송동작부에 결합되는 이송프레임; 및상기 스틱을 파지하도록 마련되고, 상기 이송프레임에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 파지부를 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 이송장치에 의해 파지된 반제품이 상기 유탕기와 인접하게 위치할 때, 상기 반제품의 스틱을 밀어 상기 이송장치로부터 이탈시켜 상기 유탕기에 상기 반제품을 전달하는 반제품 이탈부를 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유탕기에서 상기 반제품이 조리되어 형성되는 조리제품을 냉동하는 냉동장치를 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 제작 시스템.
- 이송장치에 의해 파지된, 속재료에 스틱이 끼워져 형성된 속재료 스틱을 회전시키도록 마련되는 성형 회전부; 및상기 성형 회전부에 의해서 회전하는 속재료 스틱에 반죽을 토출하는 반죽노즐을 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 성형장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 반죽노즐은,노즐몸체; 및상기 반죽이 토출되도록 상기 노즐몸체에 형성되고, 상기 스틱이 상기 이송장치로부터 연장된 방향인 기준방향을 따라 연장된 장공형의 슬릿을 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 성형장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 노즐몸체는,상기 슬릿이 형성되고 상하방향에 직교하는 하면을 가지는 노즐몸체 기저부; 및상기 노즐몸체 기저부의 하면의 기준방향측 말단으로부터 하방으로 돌출되어 형성되는 노즐몸체 돌출부를 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 성형장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 노즐몸체는 승강 및 상기 스틱이 연장된 방향을 따라 이동 가능하도록 마련되는, 스틱형 식품 성형장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 성형 회전부는, 상기 스틱이 연장된 방향을 축방향으로 상기 속재료 스틱을 회전시키도록 마련되는, 스틱형 식품 성형장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 성형 회전부는, 상기 이송장치의 이송동작부를 따라 이동 가능한 이송프레임에 회전 가능하게 결합된 파지부에 선택적으로 결합되도록 마련되어, 상기 파지부를 상기 이송프레임에 대해 회전시키는, 스틱형 식품 성형장치.
- 이송장치에 의해 파지된, 속재료에 스틱이 끼워지고 반죽이 도포되어 형성된 반죽 스틱의 하측에 위치하도록 마련되는 고명판을 포함하는 고명부; 및상기 고명판의 상측에서 상기 고명부에 수용된 고명을 상기 이송장치에 의해 파지된 반죽 스틱에 도포하기 위해, 상기 이송장치에 의해 파지된 반죽 스틱을 상기 고명부에 대해 회전시키도록 마련되는 고명 회전부를 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 고명 도포장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 고명판은, 상하방향으로 이동하여 상기 반죽 스틱과 가까워지거나 상기 반죽 스틱으로부터 멀어지도록 마련되는, 스틱형 식품 고명 도포장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 고명 회전부는, 상기 스틱이 연장된 방향을 축방향으로 상기 반죽 스틱을 회전시키도록 마련되는, 스틱형 식품 고명 도포장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 스틱이 상기 이송장치로부터 연장된 방향을 기준방향이라 할 때,상기 고명부의 기준방향 말단과 인접하게 배치되는 푸셔를 더 포함하는, 스틱형 식품 고명 도포장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 푸셔는, 상기 이송장치에 의해 상기 반죽 스틱이 이송되는 방향을 따라 봤을 때, 기준방향을 따라 오목하게 형성된 기준방향 반대측면을 가지는, 스틱형 식품 고명 도포장치.
