Abstract
Description
実施の形態1に係るエレベータ制御装置4についてエレベータシステム100に基づいて図1および図2を用いて説明する。
続いて実施の形態2に係るエレベータ制御装置4についてエレベータシステム100に基づいて説明する。図8は、実施の形態2に係るエレベータシステム100の構成を示すブロック図である。以下の説明では、実施の形態1とは異なる構成について主に説明し、実施の形態1と同様である構成については適宜説明を省略する。実施の形態2に係るエレベータシステム100は、実施の形態1のエレベータシステム100と比較して、利用者情報取得装置16を備える点で異なる。
Claims (13)
- 複数のエレベータが設けられた建物においてエレベータの利用者が所持する携帯端末を利用して目的のエレベータ乗場まで向かうエレベータへの誘導を行うエレベータシステムに用いられるエレベータ制御装置であって、
前記携帯端末が前記エレベータ乗場に設けられた発信装置の発する無線信号から受信した前記エレベータ乗場の情報を含む信号を前記携帯端末から受信する通信部と、
前記通信部が受信する前記エレベータ乗場の情報に基づいて前記利用者を誘導するための判断を行う判断部と、を備え、
前記通信部は、前記利用者が利用する階床のエレベータ乗場である階床登録エレベータ乗場の情報を登録する階床登録モードに設定された前記携帯端末が、前記発信装置の無線信号のエリア内において受信した階床登録エレベータ乗場情報を含む第1信号を前記携帯端末から受信し、
前記第1信号の受信後、前記利用者が前記階床登録エレベータ乗場に帰還する際に利用する階床のエレベータ乗場である登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の情報を送信する登録階床帰還モードに設定された前記携帯端末が、前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場に設けられた発信装置の無線信号のエリア内において受信した登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場情報を含む第2信号を前記携帯端末から受信し、
前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場のエレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断し、前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場のエレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータである場合は、前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場まで向かう前記エレベータであることを前記携帯端末に通知するエレベータ制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断し、当該エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータでない場合は前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場まで向かう前記エレベータではないことを前記携帯端末に通知する請求項1に記載のエレベータ制御装置。
- 前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断し、当該エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータでない場合は前記階床登録エレベータ乗場まで向かう前記エレベータの前記エレベータ乗場の情報を前記携帯端末に通知する請求項1に記載のエレベータ制御装置。
- 前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断し、当該エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータでない場合は前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータまでの経路を前記携帯端末に表示する請求項1に記載のエレベータ制御装置。
- 前記階床登録エレベータ乗場情報は、前記階床登録エレベータ乗場に設けられた前記発信装置の位置を示す第1位置情報を含み、
前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場情報は、前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場に設けられた前記発信装置の位置を示す第2位置情報を含み、
前記判断部は、前記第1位置情報と前記第2位置情報とが一致するか否かにより前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断する請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載のエレベータ制御装置。 - 前記第1信号は、前記携帯端末を識別する第1識別情報を含み、
前記第2信号は、前記携帯端末を識別する第2識別情報を含み、
前記判断部は、前記第1識別情報と前記第2識別情報とが一致する場合に前記第1位置情報と前記第2位置情報とが一致するか否かの判断を行う請求項5に記載のエレベータ制御装置。 - 前記通信部は、前記階床登録モードにおいて前記携帯端末から前記第1信号が前記エレベータ制御装置へ送信されると、前記エレベータ乗場に設けられた利用者情報取得装置から前記利用者を識別する第1利用者情報を取得し、
前記登録階床帰還モードにおいて前記携帯端末から前記第2信号が前記エレベータ制御装置へ送信されると、前記利用者情報取得装置から前記利用者を識別する第2利用者情報を取得し、
前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであると判断すると前記第1利用者情報と前記第2利用者情報とが一致するか否かの判断を行い、前記第1利用者情報と前記第2利用者情報とが一致すると判断すると前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう行先階登録を行う請求項1に記載のエレベータ制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記第1利用者情報と前記第2利用者情報とが一致すると判断すると、前記携帯端末に前記利用者の利用情報を通知する請求項7に記載のエレベータ制御装置。
- 前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであると判断すると前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう行先階登録を行う請求項1に記載のエレベータ制御装置。
- 請求項1から請求項9の何れか1項に記載のエレベータ制御装置と、
前記エレベータ乗場に設けられ、前記携帯端末が受信する無線信号を発する前記発信装置と、を備えるエレベータシステム。 - 前記エレベータ乗場に設けられ、前記利用者を識別する利用者情報を取得する利用者情報取得装置をさらに備え、
前記通信部は、前記階床登録モードにおいて前記携帯端末から前記第1信号が前記エレベータ制御装置へ送信されると、前記利用者情報取得装置から前記利用者を識別する第1利用者情報を取得し、
前記登録階床帰還モードにおいて前記携帯端末から前記第2信号が前記エレベータ制御装置へ送信されると、前記利用者情報取得装置から前記利用者を識別する第2利用者情報を取得し、
前記判断部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の前記エレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであると判断すると、前記第1利用者情報および前記第2利用者情報に基づいて前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう行先階登録を行う請求項10に記載のエレベータシステム。 - エレベータの利用者が利用する階床のエレベータ乗場である階床登録エレベータ乗場の情報を登録する階床登録モードを設定する階床登録モード設定手段と、
前記階床登録モードにより前記利用者が所持する携帯端末が前記エレベータ乗場に設けられた発信装置の無線信号のエリア内において受信した階床登録エレベータ乗場情報を含む第1信号の送信指示を前記携帯端末に行う第1信号送信指示手段と、
前記第1信号の送信後、前記利用者が前記階床登録エレベータ乗場に帰還する際に利用する階床の前記エレベータ乗場である登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場の情報を登録する登録階床帰還モードを設定する登録階床帰還モード設定手段と、
前記登録階床帰還モードにより前記携帯端末が前記エレベータ乗場に設けられた発信装置の無線信号のエリア内において受信した登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場情報を含む第2信号の送信指示を前記携帯端末に行う第2信号送信指示手段と、
前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場のエレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断した結果を報知する報知手段と、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。 - 請求項12に記載のプログラムをインストールした携帯端末であって、
前記階床登録モードにより前記エレベータ乗場に設けられた前記発信装置の無線信号のエリア内において受信した前記階床登録エレベータ乗場情報と、前記登録階床帰還モードにより前記エレベータ乗場に設けられた前記発信装置の無線信号のエリア内において受信した前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場情報を受信する受信部と、
前記プログラムにより前記階床登録エレベータ乗場情報を含む前記第1信号の送信指示を受けて前記第1信号を送信し、前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場情報を含む前記第2信号の送信指示を受けて前記第2信号を送信する送信部と、を備え、
前記受信部は、前記第1信号および前記第2信号に基づいて前記登録階床帰還エレベータ乗場のエレベータが前記階床登録エレベータ乗場へ向かう前記エレベータであるか否かを判断した結果を受信する携帯端末。
