背景技术
扬声器是便携式电子设备中一种重要的声学部件,用于将声波电信号转换成声音信号并对外发声。扬声器通常包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,为了减小扬声器的失真和提高扬声器的灵敏度,通常会在振膜的中心位置固定一块振动板,用以增强振膜中心部位的刚性。
常见的振动板一般采用塑料或者橡胶等高分子聚合物热压成凸包结构,比如传统的振动板从PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)振动板、PEN(聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯)振动板逐渐替换为LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer,液晶高分子聚合物)振动板,LCP振动板相对于PET振动板具有较高的模量,可以在一定程度上提高发声装置的高频发声性能。但由于LCP材料具有取向性,LCP材料的纵向模量和横向模量的比值达到了1.5-2.5,导致LCP振动板在成型时会出现轻微变形,而且在振膜高频振动的过程中,由于LCP振动板的各向异性,可能会导致振动板产生偏振,影响扬声器的高频发音品质和使用寿命。

而且,所述芳纶薄膜1的高强度可以在保证所述芳纶薄膜1结构稳定性的基础上,有效控制了所述芳纶薄膜1的厚度尺寸,也就是降低了述芳纶薄膜1重量,使得所述振动板具有较高的模量和较低的重量,提升了具有所述振动板的发声装置的中高频灵敏度。另外,所述芳纶薄膜1具有较高的内阻尼,使得具有所述振动板的发声装置的失真更小,听感更清晰、明快。而所述芳纶薄膜1的厚度过小时,所述芳纶薄膜1的强度较弱,无法承受频繁的振动;所述芳纶薄膜1的厚度过大时,所述芳纶薄膜1的重量也就增加,较重的质量会影响具有所述振动板的发声装置的中高频灵敏度。
更重要的是,本申请实施例提供的所述芳纶薄膜1相比较于传统的芳纶纤维,所述芳纶薄膜1在成膜后的厚度均匀性好,使得所述芳纶薄膜1具有各向同性的优点和更好的稳定性,避免了芳纶纤维的预浸及多层复合的工艺过程。单层所述芳纶薄膜1便可以实现所述振动板的稳定成型,而 且降低了所述振动板的重量,节省了具有所述振动板的发声装置的振动空间,提升了具有所述振动板的发声装置的中高频灵敏度。
本申请实施例提供的所述振动板至少部分采用所述芳纶薄膜1,所述芳纶薄膜1的高强度可以在保证所述芳纶薄膜1结构稳定性的基础上,减小所述芳纶薄膜1的厚度尺寸,提升具有所述振动板的发声装置的中高频灵敏度。
可选地,所述芳纶薄膜1的弯曲强度大于或等于200MPa。
具体地,由于所述芳纶薄膜1具有较好的弯曲强度,使得所述振动板在中高频振动时不易产生弯曲变形,具有所述振动板的发声装置的FR(频响)曲线更加平滑,在保证了该发声装置的结构强度和使用寿命的基础上,提高了该发声装置的灵敏度和发声效果。另外,所述芳纶薄膜1的弯曲强度可以在23℃条件下以弯曲强度的测试标准制成芳纶薄膜试样,然后对芳纶薄膜试样的弯曲强度进行测试。
在一种具体的实施方式中,图3给出了具有本申请实施例提供的振动板和传统材质的振动板的发声装置FR曲线对比图,其中本申请实施例提供的振动板为单层芳纶薄膜振动板,呈凸包状,厚度为50μm,传统的振动板采用LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer,液晶高分子聚合物)制成,呈凸包状,厚度为50μm。从图3中可以看出,具有本申请实施例提供的振动板的发声装置FR曲线更加平滑,也就是具有本申请实施例提供的振动板的发声装置具有良好的高频发声品质。
可选地,所述芳纶薄膜1的模量大于或等于8GPa,所述模量可以为弹性模量,具体包括弯曲模量、压缩模量和剪切模量,所述芳纶薄膜1的比模量大于或等于5.7GPa/(g/cm 3)。
具体地,一般塑料或者橡胶的模量大概在1GPa-2GPa,不足以满足振动板的振动要求。而所述芳纶薄膜1具有很高的模量,可以达到8GPa甚至更高,使得采用所述芳纶薄膜1获得的振动板具有很高的弹性模量。所述振动板的模量在增加的同时,安装有该振动板的发声装置的声学高频谐振峰会发生后延,使得该发声装置的频响度曲线平坦度和频响度增大,该发声装置可以获得较高的高频发声品质,进一步验证了图3中本申请实施例 提供的振动板可以提高发声装置的发声品质。
在一种具体的实施方式中,图5给出了本申请实施例提供的一种振动板与常规振动板在不同厚度情况下的抗弯性能曲线对比图,振动板的抗弯性能与其弹性模量和厚度的关系如下:
抗弯性能=弹性模量*厚度
图5中,本申请实施例提供的振动板为单层芳纶薄膜振动板,呈平板状,单层芳纶薄膜振动板的厚度变化具体从2.5μm至10μm,传统的振动板包括PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)振动板和PI(聚酰亚胺)振动板,均呈平板状,PET的厚度变化具体从2.5μm至12.5μm,PI振动板的厚度变化具体从9μm至12.5μm,并且以12.5μm厚的PI振动板的抗弯性能为基准。从图5中可以看出,本申请实施例提供的单层芳纶薄膜振动板的抗弯性能明显高于同等厚度的传统PET振动板和PI振动板,使得具有本申请实施例提供的振动板的发声装置具有良好的发声品质。
可选地,所述芳纶薄膜1的成型方式为挤压成型、注塑成型和流延成型中的一种。
所述芳纶薄膜1的成型具体可以通过将对位芳纶、间位芳纶和杂环芳香族聚酰胺中的至少一种成型原料进行加热融化,将融化后的成型原料进行挤压、注塑或者流延,以获得具有一定厚度尺寸的所述芳纶薄膜1。
另外,由于所述芳纶薄膜1具有很好的耐温性,所述芳纶薄膜1在挤压成型的过程中,可以采用热压成型工艺,具体为将成型温度控制在大于或者等于140℃的范围,以保证所述芳纶薄膜1的成型尺寸和成型效率。
可选地,所述振动板为平板结构或凸包结构。
具体地,所述芳纶薄膜1在成膜后,可以直接形成平板结构的所述振动板,或者与层状结构的所述发泡材料2层叠设置后形成所述振动板。而为了提高具有所述振动板的发声装置的发声强度和发声指向性,可以将所述振动板设置为凸包结构。由于所述芳纶薄膜1的成膜厚度均匀性好,使得所述芳纶薄膜1具有各向同性的优点和更好的稳定性,保证了凸包结构所述振动板的结构稳定性。
在一种具体的实施方式中,图4为具有本申请的一个实施例提供的振 动板与常规振动板的发声装置THD(谐波失真)测试曲线,其中本申请实施例提供的振动板为单层芳纶薄膜振动板,呈凸包状,厚度为50μm,传统的振动板采用LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer,液晶高分子聚合物)制成,呈凸包状,厚度为50μm。从图4可以看出,安装本申请实施例振动板的发声装置相对于安装常规的LCP振动板的发声装置具有更低的THD(谐波失真),这表明,本申请实施例提供的振动板具有更优的抗偏振能力,并且使得具有所述振动板的发声装置的音质更佳。
可选地,所述振动板的厚度范围为4μm-500μm,优选地,所述振动板的厚度范围为20μm-300μm。
具体地,所述振动板的厚度过低时,所述振动板的模量和结构强度较低,在振动过程中会出现结构破坏的情况;而所述振动板的厚度过高时,虽然所述振动板的模量和结构强度足够大,但是振动板的重量过大会影响发声装置的发声灵敏度,从而会影响发声装置的发声效果。所以,将所述振动板的厚度控制在4μm-500μm的范围内时,可以兼顾所述振动板的结构强度和振动灵敏性,保证发声装置的发声效果。
本申请实施例还提供了一种发声装置,包括振动系统和与所述振动系统相互配合的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括所述的振动板。
具体地,所述发声装置可以是扬声器或者受话器等发声装置,所述振动板的至少部分采用所述芳纶薄膜1制成,增强了所述振动板的模量和结构强度,使得所述发声装置具有较宽的频响范围和较低的失真,提高了所述发声装置的发声效果。
可选地,所述振动系统包括环形振膜,所述环形振膜中间形成中空区域,所述振动板连接于所述环形振膜的中空区域。
具体地,所述环形振膜的材料可以包括工程塑料、弹性体材料或者胶膜中的至少一种,工程塑料具体可以是PEEK(聚醚醚酮)或PAR(聚芳酯),弹性体材料具体可以是TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)、TPEE(聚酯橡胶)或者硅橡胶,胶膜具体可以是丙烯酸酯类胶或者有机硅类胶。所述环形振膜的厚度在0.02mm-0.5mm的范围内,所述环形振膜与所述振动板之间可以通过胶粘剂或双面胶进行粘接,在保证所述环形振膜与所述振动板之 间连接便捷性的同时,提高所述环形振膜与所述振动板的连接强度。
虽然已经通过例子对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于发声装置的振动板,其特征在于,包括芳纶薄膜;
    所述振动板为单层振动板,所述单层振动板采用所述芳纶薄膜制成;
    或者,所述振动板为复合振动板,所述复合振动板包括至少两层,所述的复合振动板中的至少一层包括所述芳纶薄膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,单层所述芳纶薄膜的厚度范围为4μm-100μm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述芳纶薄膜的弯曲强度大于或等于200MPa。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述芳纶薄膜的模量大于或等于8GPa。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述芳纶薄膜的成型原料包括对位芳纶、间位芳纶和杂环芳香族聚酰胺中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述芳纶薄膜的成型方式为挤压成型、注塑成型和流延成型中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述振动板为平板结构或凸包结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述振动板采用热压成型工艺制成,所述振动板的成型温度大于140℃。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述振动板的厚度范围为4μm-500μm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的振动板,其特征在于,所述振动板包括两层外表层和设在两个所述外表层之间的中间层,所述外表层由所述芳纶薄膜制成,所述中间层为发泡材料层。
  11. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括振动系统和与所述振动系统相互配合的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括权利要求1-10任何一项所述的振动板。
