如图1-2所示,本实用新型提出的一种涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,包括移动组件1、平台2、放料辊3、收料辊4、支架5、作业机构6和电机一27;平台2下端设置移动组件1,上端设置支架5,两侧分别设置相互平行的放料辊3和收料辊4;收料辊4的转动轴的一端伸出平台2与电机一27的输出轴连接;作业机构6设置在支架5上;平台2上端设置电动伸缩杆二10;电动伸 缩杆二10上端转动设置与放料辊3和收料辊4平行的滚筒一11;作业机构6包括喷涂组件16、补喷组件17、横梁一18、检测探头19、横梁二20和热风机21;喷涂组件16设置在支架5上端,包括丝杆22、移动块24、放置架25、雾化喷头26和电机二28;丝杆22两端与支架5转动连接,且一端穿过支架5与电机二28的输出轴连接;移动块24设置在丝杆22上,与丝杆22螺纹连接;放置架25一端设置在移动块24的一侧,另一端连接雾化喷头26;补喷组件17设置在支架5上端;横梁一18设置在支架5上端,位于喷涂组件16和补喷组件17之间,下端设置检测探头19;横梁二20设置在补喷组件17的一侧,下端设置热风机21。
在一个可选的实施例中,移动组件1包括轮子7、底盘8和电动伸缩杆一9;电动伸缩杆一9上端连接平台2,下端设置底盘8;轮子7设置转动设置在底盘8的下端。
在一个可选的实施例中,支架5上转动设置滚筒二15;滚筒二15位于滚筒一11上方,与滚筒一11平行。
在一个可选的实施例中,平台2的后端转动设置有转动杆12;转动杆12上端设置有刮刀13;平台2上端还设置有限位块14。
在一个可选的实施例中,喷涂组件16还包括与丝杆22平行的导轨23;移动块24上设置有通孔,通过通孔与导轨23滑动连接。
在一个可选的实施例中,补喷组件17结构与喷涂组件16结构一致,安装位置不同。
在一个可选的实施例中,平台2内部设置有控制装置的控制中心29。
本实用新型中,该装置的工作原理是未加工的布料卷放置在放料辊3上, 已加工的布料卷放置在收料辊4上,在电机一27的驱动下,收料辊4转动,带动布料在平台2上方移动,布料依次经过作业组件6的下方;雾化喷头26在电机二28的驱动下移动,对布料进行喷涂;刮刀13在布料的上方,依靠重力始终贴合在布料的表面对涂料进行刮平,使涂层表面光滑;检测探头19对涂层厚度进行检测,并记录不均匀的区域,将结果上传控制中心29;控制中心29控制补喷组件17对不均匀的区域进行补喷;热风机21对下方经过的补喷完成的布料进行干燥,使涂料凝固,避免在收卷时印染其他区域。

Claims (7)
- 一种涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,包括移动组件(1)、平台(2)、放料辊(3)、收料辊(4)、支架(5)、作业机构(6)和电机一(27);平台(2)下端设置移动组件(1),上端设置支架(5),两侧分别设置相互平行的放料辊(3)和收料辊(4);收料辊(4)的转动轴的一端伸出平台(2)与电机一(27)的输出轴连接;作业机构(6)设置在支架(5)上;平台(2)上端设置电动伸缩杆二(10);电动伸缩杆二(10)上端转动设置与放料辊(3)和收料辊(4)平行的滚筒一(11);作业机构(6)包括喷涂组件(16)、补喷组件(17)、横梁一(18)、检测探头(19)、横梁二(20)和热风机(21);喷涂组件(16)设置在支架(5)上端,包括丝杆(22)、移动块(24)、放置架(25)、雾化喷头(26)和电机二(28);丝杆(22)两端与支架(5)转动连接,且一端穿过支架(5)与电机二(28)的输出轴连接;移动块(24)设置在丝杆(22)上,与丝杆(22)螺纹连接;放置架(25)一端设置在移动块(24)的一侧,另一端连接雾化喷头(26);补喷组件(17)设置在支架(5)上端;横梁一(18)设置在支架(5)上端,位于喷涂组件(16)和补喷组件(17)之间,下端设置检测探头(19);横梁二(20)设置在补喷组件(17)的一侧,下端设置热风机(21)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,移动组件(1)包括轮子(7)、底盘(8)和电动伸缩杆一(9);电动伸缩杆一(9)上端连接平台(2),下端设置底盘(8);轮子(7)设置转动设置在底盘(8)的下端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,支架(5)上转动设置滚筒二(15);滚筒二(15)位于滚筒一(11)上方,与 滚筒一(11)平行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,平台(2)的后端转动设置有转动杆(12);转动杆(12)上端设置有刮刀(13);平台(2)上端还设置有限位块(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,喷涂组件(16)还包括与丝杆(22)平行的导轨(23);移动块(24)上设置有通孔,通过通孔与导轨(23)滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,补喷组件(17)结构与喷涂组件(16)结构一致,安装位置不同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂层厚度均匀的涂层布生产设备,其特征在于,平台(2)内部设置有控制装置的控制中心(29)。
