本发明公开了一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布及其喷涂装置,该墙面皮革及其喷涂装置旨在解决现有技术下墙布的并不具有防水抗静电的效果,且相关喷涂加工装置,进行生产使用的喷涂效果不理想,会增加后续干燥处理的工作难度,还会增加涂料浪费的技术问题。该环保墙布包括墙布本体、设置于所述墙布本体内部的墙布基层、安装于所述墙布基层上的竹炭纤维层、连接于所述墙布本体上的外防护膜。该抗静电的防水型环保墙布及其喷涂装置通过墙布通过内部的竹炭纤维层和防静电层的相互配合,通过驱动电机带动驱动滚筒进行工作,让待加工的墙布通过输送滚筒从进料口进入到喷涂机架内,能够更好的减少静电的残留和产生,同时防水层也能提高整体的防水效果。

墙布又称“壁布”,裱糊墙面的织物,用棉布为底布,并在底布上施以印花或轧纹浮雕,也有以大提花织成,所用纹样多为几何图形和花卉图案,它往往和时装一样代表时代的潮流,反映人的个性,表达人们对美丽和舒适的追求。
目前,专利号为CN202020055277.5的实用新型专利公开了一种自释放负氧离子的环保墙布,包括由上到下依次包括面料装饰层(1)、抗菌层(2)、基布层(3),所述面料装饰层(1)为大提花织物,其由原料为负氧离子纤维的经纬纱织造而成,所述抗菌层(2)为包含抗菌成分的无纺布,所述基布层(3)为可降解涤纶梭织布。在装饰层选用的纱线上着手,采用可降解涤纶包芯丝,在包覆丝和芯丝之间填充有能产生负氧离子的天然矿石颗粒,在温度变化和压力变化下,都能够电离产生负氧离子。本墙布还含有抗菌成分,在可降解涤纶包芯丝中同时填充有无机抗菌粉末,纳米银纤维、海藻纤维、纳米级二氧化钛在抗菌层上的选择,可以有效抑制细菌的生长。但是该环保墙布并不具有放水保护的效果,存在使用局限性。

发明内容

针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布及其喷涂装置,该墙面皮革及其喷涂装置旨在解决现有技术下墙布的并不具有防水抗静电的效果,且相关喷涂加工装置,进行生产使用的喷涂效果不理想,会增加后续干燥处理的工作难度,还会增加涂料浪费的技术问题。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布及其喷涂装置,该环保墙布包括墙布本体、设置于所述墙布本体内部的墙布基层、安装于所述墙布基层上的竹炭纤维层、连接于所述墙布本体上的外防护膜,所述外防护膜的内侧固定安装有图案层,所述图案层的内侧固定安装有防静电层,所述防静电层由编织经线、编织纬线组成,所述编织纬线和所述编织经线之间连接有防静电纤维,所述墙布本体的下端固定安装有内连接层,所述内连接层和所述竹炭纤维层之间固定安装有防水层。
优选的,所述竹炭纤维层在墙布基层上对称设置,所述外防护膜的面积与所述图案层的面积相同。

加工本技术方案的环保墙布时,通过驱动电机带动驱动滚筒进行工作,让待加工的墙布通过输送滚筒从进料口进入到喷涂机架内,在进行喷涂之后,通过转移罩进入到烘干箱内部进行对应的烘干工作,完成烘干的成品会通过收卷支架上的收卷滚筒进行收集,得到完成喷涂的墙布。

一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,该喷涂装置用于加工如上述的抗静电的防水型环保墙布,其包括喷涂机架2,喷涂机架2的一端固定安装有输送支架3,输送支架3上活动安装有输送滚筒4,输送支架3上固定安装有安装支架5,安装支架5内活动安装有驱动滚筒6,驱动滚筒6上活动安装有驱动电机7,喷涂机架2的下端固定安装有可调支脚8,喷涂机架2上固定安装有防护罩9,喷涂机架2的另一端固定安装有转移罩10,转移罩10的一端固定安装有烘干箱11,烘干箱11上固定安装有驱动箱12,烘干箱11的外侧固定安装有控制箱13,烘干箱11上固定安装有观察窗14,烘干箱11的一端活动安装有收卷支架15,收卷支架15上固定安装有收卷电机17,收卷电机17上活动安装有收卷滚筒16,喷涂机架2上固定安装有管道防护壳19,管道防护壳19的下端固定安装有处理箱20,处理箱20上活动安装有维修门21,喷涂机架2上固定安装有进料口18。
其中,防护罩9内固定安装有储存罐22,储存罐22内活动安装有搅拌轴23,搅拌轴23上固定安装有搅拌叶24,储存罐22上固定安装有进料管25,储存罐22的下端固定安装有出料箱26,出料箱26的下端活动安装有连接板27,连接板27上活动安装有升降气缸28,连接板27和出料箱26之间通过管道连接,连接板27上固定安装有喷涂喷头29,喷涂喷头29的尺寸和输送滚筒4的尺寸相互适配。
同时,喷涂机架2内固定安装有导向滚筒30,喷涂机架2内固定安装有收集槽31,收集槽31上固定安装有排料管32,喷涂机架2内固定安装有出料滚筒33,出料滚筒33上活动安装有刮板36,刮板36和喷涂机架2之间固定安装有弹簧35,转移罩10内固定安装有UV灯管34,喷涂机架2内固定安装有搅拌电机40,搅拌电机40上活动安装有输出齿轮41,输出齿轮41上啮合连接有搅拌齿轮42,处理箱20内活动安装有循环泵38,循环泵38上固定安装有加料罐39。
该喷涂装置的工作线结构示意图如图6所示,其整体结构示意图如图4所示,其内部结构示意图如图5所示,其连接结构示意图如图6所示。
使用本技术方案时,通过驱动电机7带动驱动滚筒6进行工作,让待加工的墙布通过输送滚筒4从进料口18进入到喷涂机架2内,加料罐39内部的涂料会通过循环泵38的驱动,从进料管25进入到储存罐22中,再通过储存罐22中搅拌叶24的搅拌,从出料箱26进入到喷涂喷头29上,同时工作人员能够根据加工的工艺,通过升降气缸28调节喷涂喷头29的高度,更好的进行喷涂工作,而完成喷涂的墙布,会通过弹簧35上的刮板36将多余的涂料进行去除,多余的涂料会通过收集槽31上的排料管32重新进入到循环泵38中,进行循环的使用,在进行喷涂之后,通过转移罩10进入到烘干箱11内部进行对应的烘干工作,完成烘干的成品会通过收卷支架15上的收卷滚筒16进行收集,得到完成喷涂的墙布,墙布通过内部的竹炭纤维层105和防静电层103的相互配合,能够更好的减少静电的残留和产生,同时防水层106也能提高整体的防水效果。

1.一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布,该环保墙布包括墙布本体(1)、设置于所述墙布本体(1)内部的墙布基层(104)、安装于所述墙布基层(104)上的竹炭纤维层(105)、连接于所述墙布本体(1)上的外防护膜(101);其特征在于,所述外防护膜(101)的内侧固定安装有图案层(102),所述图案层(102)的内侧固定安装有防静电层(103),所述防静电层(103)由编织经线(108)、编织纬线(109)组成,所述编织纬线(109)和所述编织经线(108)之间连接有防静电纤维(110),所述墙布本体(1)的下端固定安装有内连接层(107),所述内连接层(107)和所述竹炭纤维层(105)之间固定安装有防水层(106)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维层(105)在墙布基层(104)上对称设置,所述外防护膜(101)的面积与所述图案层(102)的面积相同。
3.一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,该喷涂装置用于加工如权利要求1-2所述的抗静电的防水型环保墙布,其包括喷涂机架(2),所述喷涂机架(2)的一端固定安装有输送支架(3),所述输送支架(3)上活动安装有输送滚筒(4),所述输送支架(3)上固定安装有安装支架(5),所述安装支架(5)内活动安装有驱动滚筒(6),所述驱动滚筒(6)上活动安装有驱动电机(7),所述喷涂机架(2)的下端固定安装有可调支脚(8),所述喷涂机架(2)上固定安装有防护罩(9),所述喷涂机架(2)的另一端固定安装有转移罩(10),所述转移罩(10)的一端固定安装有烘干箱(11),所述烘干箱(11)上固定安装有驱动箱(12),所述烘干箱(11)的外侧固定安装有控制箱(13),所述烘干箱(11)上固定安装有观察窗(14),所述烘干箱(11)的一端活动安装有收卷支架(15),所述收卷支架(15)上固定安装有收卷电机(17),所述收卷电机(17)上活动安装有收卷滚筒(16),所述喷涂机架(2)上固定安装有管道防护壳(19),所述管道防护壳(19)的下端固定安装有处理箱(20),所述处理箱(20)上活动安装有维修门(21),所述喷涂机架(2)上固定安装有进料口(18)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述防护罩(9)内固定安装有储存罐(22),所述储存罐(22)内活动安装有搅拌轴(23),所述搅拌轴(23)上固定安装有搅拌叶(24),所述储存罐(22)上固定安装有进料管(25)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述储存罐(22)的下端固定安装有出料箱(26),所述出料箱(26)的下端活动安装有连接板(27),所述连接板(27)上活动安装有升降气缸(28),所述连接板(27)和所述出料箱(26)之间通过管道连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述连接板(27)上固定安装有喷涂喷头(29),所述喷涂喷头(29)的尺寸和所述输送滚筒(4)的尺寸相互适配。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述喷涂机架(2)内固定安装有导向滚筒(30),所述喷涂机架(2)内固定安装有收集槽(31),所述收集槽(31)上固定安装有排料管(32)。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的防水型环保墙布喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述喷涂机架(2)内固定安装有出料滚筒(33),所述出料滚筒(33)上活动安装有刮板(36),所述刮板(36)和所述喷涂机架(2)之间固定安装有弹簧(35)。
