Claims (17)
- 일측에 제 1 체결부를 구비하고 타측에 전자제어장치 홈부가 형성되는 전자제어장치;상기 전자제어장치가 고정되도록 상기 전자제어장치 홈부와 결합하는 브라켓 돌기 및 상기 제 1 체결부와 결합하는 고정부재돌기 안착홈을 구비하는 측벽을 구비하되, 일측 단부의 양측면에 형성되는 한 쌍의 제 2 체결부와 타측에 형성되는 제 3 체결부를 구비하고 중앙부에 관통홀이 형성되는 브라켓;제 1 면에 상기 브라켓이 배치되도록 상기 제 2 체결부와 결합하는 한 쌍의 제 4 체결부 및 상기 제 3 체결부와 결합하는 제 5 체결부가 상기 제 1 면에 구비되고 내부에 상기 전자제어장치에 의해 제어되는 전자장치가 배치되는 하우징; 및상기 하우징의 상기 제 1 면과 상기 브라켓 사이에 배치되되 상기 제 1 면에 고정되어 상기 전자장치와 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 관통홀을 통해 상기 전자제어장치와 전기적으로 연결되는 회로기판; 을 포함하고상기 제 2 체결부는 상기 제 3 체결부가 상기 제 5 체결부로부터 이탈되고 상기 제 2 체결부가 상기 제 4 체결부에 결합된 상태에서 상기 브라켓이 상기 제 2 체결부를 축으로 회전할 수 있도록 형성되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 상기 제 4 체결부와 인접 배치되고 상기 제 1 면으로부터 돌출 형성된 스토퍼를 포함하고,상기 브라켓의 일측 단부에는 스토퍼지지면이 형성되고 상기 스토퍼지지면은 상기 브라켓이 상기 제 2 체결부를 축으로 회전할 때 상기 브라켓과 상기 하우징의 상기 제 1 면이 이루는 제 1 각이 소정의 각도로 상기 스토퍼의 일단면에 의하여 지지되도록 형성되고,상기 스토퍼의 일단면에는 회전고정돌기가 형성되고 상기 브라켓의 일측에는 회전고정부가 형성되며 상기 회전고정부는 상기 제 3 체결부가 상기 제 5 체결부로부터 이탈되고 상기 제 2 체결부가 상기 제 4 체결부에 결합된 상태에서 상기 제 1 각이 상기 소정의 각도를 유지하도록 상기 회전고정돌기와 결합하는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 회전고정부는상기 스토퍼지지면에 형성되고 상기 회전고정돌기가 안착되는 회전고정돌기 안착홈;상기 회전고정돌기의 양 측면에 인접하도록 상기 회전고정돌기 안착홈의 일 내측면으로부터 연장 형성되는 한 쌍의 고정바; 및상기 고정바의 일단부의 상기 회전고정돌기가 인접되는 측면에 상기 회전고정돌기가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 돌출 형성되는 이탈방지부재; 를 포함하는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 회전고정돌기의 일면에는 상기 회전고정돌기가 상기 회전고정부에 체결 시 상기 회전고정돌기를 상기 한 쌍의 고정바 사이로 유도하도록 경사를 갖는 제 1 가이드면이 형성되는 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 회전고정돌기가 상기 한 쌍의 고정바 사이로 유입 시 상기 고정바가 탄성적으로 변형될 수 있도록 상기 한 쌍의 고정바와 상기 홈의 내측면이 이격 배치는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 이탈방지부재의 상기 회전고정돌기가 유입되는 방향 측 일면에는 상기 회전고정돌기가 상기 회전고정부에 체결 시 상기 회전고정돌기를 상기 한 쌍의 고정바 사이로 유도하도록 경사를 갖는 제 2 가이드면이 형성되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 이탈방지부재의 상기 회전고정돌기가 유입되는 방향의 반대 방향 측 타면에는 상기 회전고정돌기가 상기 한 쌍의 고정바 사이로부터 이탈을 유도하도록 경사를 갖는 제 3 가이드면이 형성되고,상기 제 3 가이드면은 상기 제 3 가이드면의 경사각이 상기 제 2 가이드면의 경사각보다 크도록 형성되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 제 2 체결부는 상기 브라켓의 일측 단부의 양측면으로부터 원기둥 형상으로 돌출 형성되는 회전부재를 포함하고,상기 한 쌍의 제 4 체결부는상기 하우징의 상기 제 1 면으로부터 돌출 형성된 지지부재; 및상기 지지부재의 일단에 상기 회전부재가 유입되어 안착되는 지지부재 안착홈; 을 포함하고,상기 지지부재 안착홈은 상기 회전부재가 안착된 상태에서 상기 회전부재가 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 회전부재가 유입되는 측 내측면이 돌출 형성되는 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 체결부가 상기 제 4 체결부에 결합한 상태에서 상기 브라켓의 회전축 방향으로 움직이는 것을 방지하도록 상기 회전부재의 외부 측 일단에 형성되는 고정부재를 포함하는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 지지부재 안착홈에는 상기 회전부재가 상기 지지부재 안착홈으로 유입 시 상기 지지부재 안착홈이 탄성적으로 벌어지도록 상기 지지부재 안착홈으로부터 상기 지지부재의 길이방향으로 탄성홈이 형성되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 지지부재 안착홈의 상기 회전부재가 유입되는 측 내측면에는 상기 회전부재가 유입되는 것을 유도하도록 경사를 갖는 회전부재 가이드면이 형성되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 체결부는 상기 브라켓의 양 측면으로부터 연장 형성되는 한 쌍의 커버지지부재; 상기 커버지지부재의 일단에 상기 제 1 면 측으로 굽힘 형성되는 한 쌍의 탄성제공부재; 상기 탄성제공부재의 일단부에는 돌출 형성되는 탄성제공부재돌기; 및 상기 탄성제공부재의 일단에 형성되는 탄성제공부재 손잡이; 를 포함하고,상기 제 5 체결부는 상기 한 쌍의 탄성제공부재에 대응되도록 상기 제 1 면으로부터 연장 형성되는 탄성제공부재 지지부재; 및 상기 탄성제공부재돌기가 안착되도록 상기 탄성제공부재 지지부재의 일단부에 형성되는 탄성제공부재돌기 안착홈; 을 포함하고,상기 탄성제공부재 손잡이를 상기 브라켓 측으로 가압함에 따라 상기 탄성제공부재가 탄성 변형되어 상기 탄성제공부재돌기가 상기 탄성제공부재돌기 안착홈에 안착되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 전자제어장치의 일면이 외부로 드러나도록 개구부가 형성되고 상기 하우징의 상기 일면을 커버하는 커버; 를 포함하고, 상기 커버의 상기 제 1 면과 대향되는 측 일면에는 상기 커버가 상기 하우징에 결합된 상태에서 상기 커버지지부재와 맞닿아 상기 커버를 지지하도록 돌출 형성된 지지부가 구비되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 브라켓은 상기 개구부의 테두리 내측에 상기 브라켓의 측벽이 인접 배치되도록 형성되고,상기 커버는 상기 측벽 단부의 상기 제 1 면으로부터의 높이와 상기 개구부의 테두리부의 상기 제 1 면으로부터의 높이가 일치하도록 상기 개구부의 테두리부로부터 상기 커버의 테두리부로 갈수록 경사지도록 형성되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전자제어장치 및 상기 회로기판은 상기 관통홀을 관통하여 배치되는 전선을 통하여 전기적으로 연결되고,상기 전선은 상기 회전고정부에 상기 회전고정돌기가 결합된 상태에서도 상기 전자제어장치와 상기 회로기판이 전기적으로 연결될 수 있도록 소정의 길이를 갖는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 브라켓의 상기 측벽에는 대향하여 배치되는 적어도 한 쌍 이상의 전자제어장치 고정부가 형성되고,상기 전자제어장치 고정부는 ㄷ자 형태로 형성되는 탄성제공홀; 상기 탄성제공홀에 의하여 상기 측벽에 형성되는 탄성제공바; 및 상기 탄성제공바의 내측면에 형성되는 전제제어장치 고정돌기; 를 포함하는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 체결부는 상기 전자제어장치의 일단에 상기 제 1 면 측으로 굽힘 형성되는 전자제어장치 고정부재;상기 전자제어장치 고정부재의 일단부에 돌출 형성되는 고정부재돌기; 및 상기 전자제어장치 고정부재의 일단에 형성되는 고정부재 손잡이; 를 포함하고,상기 고정부재 손잡이를 가압함에 따라 상기 전자제어장치 고정부재가 탄성 변형되어 상기 고정부재돌기가 상기 고정부재돌기 안착홈에 안착되는, 전자제어장치가 구비된 전자기기.
