Abstract
Description
デッキは、支持部と、支持部に配置されるサポートデバイスと、サポートデバイスによって支持されるタイルと、を備える。
この構成によれば、水を迅速に排水できる。
図1および図2に示されるように、建築物1は、本体部2と、本体部2の外に張り出される床を含む構造体3と、を備える。建築物1は、さらに、構造体3に繋がる部屋4を備える(図3参照)。
バルコニー5は、第1基材11~第4基材14によって支持される。さらに、バルコニー5は、第1基材11と第2基材12とに渡るように設けられる補強材27によって補強される。第1基材11~第4基材14によって支持されるバルコニー5は、補強材27によって補強されるため、構造的に強くなる。
(1)建築物1は、外に張り出される床を含む構造体3を備える。構造体3の一例はバルコニー5である。構造体3は、複数の基材10と、横架材16と、横架材16に支持されるベース部17と、複数の台座20と、台座20に支持される床材26と、構造体3を補強する補強材27とを備える。補強材27は、ベース部17よりも下の位置に配置されて、複数の基材10に渡るように設けられる。この構成によれば、外に張り出される床を含む構造体3の強度を高めることができる。
上記実施形態は、建築物1が取り得る形態の例示であり、その形態を制限することを意図していない。建築物1は実施形態に例示された形態とは異なる形態を取り得る。その一例は、実施形態の構成の一部を置換、変更、もしくは、省略した形態、または、実施形態に新たな構成を付加した形態である。以下に実施形態の変形例の一例を示す。

- 外に張り出される床を含む構造体を備える建築物であって、
前記構造体は、複数の基材と、複数の基材に渡るように設けられる横架材と、前記横架材に支持されるベース部と、前記ベース部に配置される複数の台座と、前記台座に支持される床材と、前記構造体を補強する補強材とを備え、
前記補強材は、前記ベース部よりも下の位置に配置されて、複数の前記基材に渡るように設けられる
建築物。 - 複数の前記台座の少なくとも1つは、前記ベース部を介して前記横架材の上に配置される
請求項1に記載の建築物。 - 前記構造体に繋がる部屋を備え、
