本发明提供了一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述发声单体包括振膜,所述振膜将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述发声单体还设有用于与外部电路电连接的焊盘,所述扬声器箱还包括盖设于所述发声单体的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件位于所述后腔,所述透气隔离件包括透气隔离件本体以及包覆在所述透气隔离件本体上的绝缘层。

Description

扬声器箱 技术领域
本发明涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种运用于便携式电子产品的扬声器箱。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器箱被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
扬声器箱包括壳体及收容于壳体内的发声单体,发声单体设有用于与外部电路电性连接的焊盘,扬声器箱还包括罩设在发声单体上的金属透气隔离件。相关技术中,金属透气隔离件与焊盘区域距离近,装配公差波动或机械可靠性金属网轻微变形,都可能导致短路风险。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱解决上述短路风险的问题。
技术解决方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述发声单体包括振膜,所述振膜将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述发声单体还设有用于与外部电路电连接的焊盘,所述扬声器箱还包括盖设于所述发声单体的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件位于所述后腔,所述透气隔离件包括透气隔离件本体以及包覆在所述透气隔离件本体上的绝缘层。
优选地,所述透气隔离件本体为金属网,所述绝缘层由浸泡、喷涂或沉积在所述金属网上的绝缘材料形成。
优选地,所述透气隔离件本体由金属材料制成的网状结构,所述金属材料的外表面包覆绝缘层,所述绝缘层由浸泡、喷涂或沉积在所述金属材料的绝缘材料形成。
优选地,所述透气隔离件包括贴设于所述发声单体的底壁以及由底壁的周缘朝向所述振膜的方向弯折延伸形成的延伸部以及由延伸部向远离所述发声单体的方向弯折延伸的固定部;所述固定部与所述壳体固定连接。
优选地,所述壳体包括前盖以及与前盖组配形成收容空间的后盖,前盖包括塑料件及注塑固定于所述塑料件的加强件;所述塑料件包括挡墙、与所述挡墙的一端连接的底壁、自所述挡墙一侧凸伸出的出声部、由所述挡墙和所述底壁围合形成的安装槽;所述发声单体固定于所述安装槽,所述固定部与所述挡墙固定连接。
优选地,所述加强件包括本体及自所述本体向所述塑料件内延伸形成的多个围壁,所述围壁围合形成通孔,所述通孔被所述塑料件的塑料填充。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱通过在透气隔离件上包覆绝缘层,从而避免透气隔离件与焊盘之间的短路风险。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请结合参阅图1至图5,扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的壳体、具有振膜31的发声单体3,所述发声单体3收容于所述壳体1内,且所述振膜31将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔。
壳体包括前盖11和后盖(未示出)。前盖11包括塑料件111及注塑固定于所述塑料件111的加强件113。所述塑料件111包括挡墙1111、与所述挡墙1111的一端连接的底壁1112、自所述挡墙1111一侧凸伸出的出声部1113、由所述挡墙1111和所述底壁1112围合形成的安装槽1114以及设于所述挡墙1111上并与所述安装槽1114连通的凹陷部1115。出声部1113与前腔连通,从而将声音传出。
所述加强件113包括本体114及自所述本体114向所述塑料件111内延伸形成的多个围壁115,所述围壁115围合形成通孔116,所述通孔116被所述塑料件111的塑料填充。
在本实施例中,所述加强件113由金属材料制成。金属材料制成的所述加强件113不仅有利于加强所述前盖11的强度,而且有利于扬声器箱散热。通常情况下,所述加强件113由钢材料制成。
在本实施例中,所述围壁115由所述本体114冲压成型。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述前盖11的组成并不局限于此,例如,所述前盖11还可以设置成仅由塑料制成。
所述发声单体3设有用于与外部电路电连接的焊盘33,所述焊盘33自所述发声单体3沿平行于所述底壁1112的方向自凹陷部1115伸出至所述凸台5远离所述底壁1112的一侧。
其中,所述焊盘33为所述发声单体3中柔性电路板的焊盘,该柔性电路板用于电连接外部电路和所述发声单体3的音圈,以使得音圈通电后能驱动所述振膜31振动发声,底壁1112与振膜31相对设置并与所述振膜31围合形成所述前腔,所述振膜31振动发出的声音依次经所述前腔和所述出声口1113传播至外界。
所述扬声器箱还包括焊片7,所述焊片7包括注塑固定于所述底壁1112的主体部71、自所述主体部71延伸至所述收容空间外并注塑固定于所述底壁1112的第一电连接部73、自所述主体部71弯折延伸形成并注塑于所述凸台5内的第二电连接部75,其中,所述第一电连接部71与外部电路电连接,所述第二电连接部75在所述凸台5远离所述底壁1112一侧外露,所述焊盘33设于所述第二电连接部75上并与所述第二电连接部75电连接。
扬声器箱还包括罩设在所述发声单体3上的透气隔离件8。透气隔离件8位于后腔,包括透气隔离件本体81和包覆在透气隔离件本体81上的绝缘层82。透气隔离件本体81为金属网,绝缘层82是通过在金属网上浸泡、沉积或喷涂绝缘材料形成的沉积层。在其他实施例中,也可以是金属网的原材料先进行浸泡、沉积或喷涂绝缘材料形成绝缘层82之后再成型成金属网。
透气隔离件本体81包括贴设于所述发声单体3的底壁811以及由底壁811的周缘朝向所述振膜31的方向弯折延伸形成的延伸部812以及由延伸部812向远离所述发声单体3的方向弯折延伸的固定部813;所述固定部813与所述挡墙1111通过封胶密封固定。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述发声单体包括振膜,所述振膜将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述发声单体还设有用于与外部电路电连接的焊盘,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括盖设于所述发声单体的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件位于所述后腔,所述透气隔离件包括透气隔离件本体以及包覆在所述透气隔离件本体上的绝缘层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件本体为金属网,所述绝缘层由浸泡、喷涂或沉积在所述金属网上的绝缘材料形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件本体由金属材料制成的网状结构,所述金属材料的外表面包覆绝缘层,所述绝缘层由浸泡、喷涂或沉积在所述金属材料的绝缘材料形成。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括贴设于所述发声单体的底壁以及由底壁的周缘朝向所述振膜的方向弯折延伸形成的延伸部以及由延伸部向远离所述发声单体的方向弯折延伸的固定部;所述固定部与所述壳体固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前盖以及与前盖组配形成收容空间的后盖,前盖包括塑料件及注塑固定于所述塑料件的加强件;
    所述塑料件包括挡墙、与所述挡墙的一端连接的底壁、自所述挡墙一侧凸伸出的出声部、由所述挡墙和所述底壁围合形成的安装槽;
    所述发声单体固定于所述安装槽,所述固定部与所述挡墙固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述加强件包括本体及自所述本体向所述塑料件内延伸形成的多个围壁,所述围壁围合形成通孔,所述通孔被所述塑料件的塑料填充。
