Description
本发明涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种运用于便携式电子产品的扬声器箱。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器箱被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
扬声器箱包括壳体及收容于壳体内的发声单体,所述发声单体设有用于与外部电路电性连接的柔性电路板。相关技术中,所述柔性电路板设有焊盘,其通过所述焊盘与外部电路电性连接,其中,所述壳体包括围绕所述发声单体的挡墙,所述挡墙的远离所述发声单体的一侧设有凸台,所述柔性电路板的焊盘设于所述凸台。但是,所述凸台占用了所述壳内的内部空间,降低了所述扬声器箱的声学性能。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述技术问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能增加壳体内部空间的扬声器箱。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱。
一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体及具有振膜的发声单体,所述发声单体收容于所述壳体内,且所述振膜将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述壳体还具有与所述振膜相对设置并与所述振膜围合形成所述前腔的底壁以及环绕所述发声单体的挡墙,所述发声单体设有用于与外部电路电连接的并具有焊盘的柔性电路板,所述扬声器箱还包括焊片,所述焊片包括注塑固定于所述底壁的主体部、自所述主体部延伸至所述收容空间外并注塑固定于所述底壁的第一电连接部、自所述主体部朝所述挡墙延伸形成并注塑于所述底壁的第二电连接部,其中,所述第一电连接部与外部电路电连接,所述第二电连接部自所述底壁中露出并与所述焊盘电连接,其特征在于,所述挡墙在靠近所述第二电连接部的一侧设有通道部,所述柔性电路板还包括自所述发声单体伸出的弯折部,所述弯折部穿过所述通道部并与所述焊盘连接。
优选地,所述弯折部包括相互连接且形成夹角的第一电路部和第二电路部,所述第一电路部与所述发声单体电连接,所述第二电路部与所述焊盘电连接。
优选地,所述第一电路部与所述第二电路部垂直,所述第一电路部位于所述通道部内,所述第二电路部和所述发声单体位于所述通道部的两端。
优选地,所述挡墙在靠近所述第二电连接部的一侧还设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部与所述通道部连通。
优选地,所述壳体包括前盖及与所述前盖围合形成所述收容空间的后盖,所述底壁设于所述前盖上。
优选地,所述前盖包括塑料件及注塑固定于所述塑料件的加强刚体,所述焊片注塑固定于所述塑料件。
优选地,所述加强刚体包括本体及自所述本体向所述塑料件内延伸形成的多个围壁,所述围壁围合形成通孔,所述通孔被所述塑料件的塑料填充。
优选地,所述加强刚体由金属材料制成。
与相关技术相比,上述扬声器箱通过在挡墙上设置通道部,焊盘设于底壁,柔性电路板的弯折部穿过所述通道部并与所述焊盘连接,无需设置用于固定所述焊盘的凸台,增加了后腔的体积,提升了上述扬声器箱的声学性能;所述通道部可供所述柔性电路板穿过,方便所述柔性电路板的排布,结构简单,实用性强。

请结合参阅图1至图7,扬声器箱包括具有收容空间11的壳体10、具有振膜的发声单体40以及用于将所述发声单体40电连接至外部电路的焊片50,所述发声单体40收容于所述壳体10内,且所述振膜将所述收容空间11分隔为前腔111和后腔112,所述焊片50固定于所述壳体10。其中,所述壳体10包括前盖20及与所述前盖20围合形成所述收容空间11的后盖30,所述前盖20设有连通外界与所述前腔111的出声通道2131。所述发声单体40设有用于与外部电路电连接的柔性电路板41,所述焊片50的一端与所述柔性电路板41电连接,另一端外露于所述壳体10。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,所述前盖20包括塑料件21及通过注塑固定于所述塑料件21的加强刚体22,所述焊片5通过注塑固定于所述塑料件21。所述塑料件21包括挡墙211、与所述挡墙211的一端连接的底壁212、自所述挡墙211一侧凸伸出的出声部213、由所述挡墙211和所述底壁212围合形成的安装槽214、设于所述挡墙211上并与所述安装槽214连通的通道部215以及设于所述挡墙211上并与所述通道部215连通的凹陷部216。
其中,所述挡墙211包括与所述焊片5相对的外壁2111,且所述焊盘5位于所述收容空间11内一端延伸至靠近所述外壁2111的位置。所述通道部215设于外壁2111并贯通外壁2111,所述凹陷部216凹设于所述外壁2111且其比所述通道部215更靠近所述底壁212。也就是说,所述通道部215为设于所述挡墙211远离所述底壁212一端上的两端开口的凹槽结构,所述凹陷部216为所述挡墙211的外壁2111在靠近所述底壁212的位置凹陷形成的凹槽结构。
所述焊片5通过注塑固定于所述底壁212,所述焊片5的一端靠近所述外壁2111并与所述通道部215和所述凹陷部216相邻,以便于所述柔性电路板40穿过所述通道部215并与所述焊片5电连接。
所述加强刚体22包括本体221及自所述本体221向所述塑料件21内延伸形成的多个围壁222,所述围壁222围合形成通孔223,所述通孔223被所述塑料件21的塑料填充。
在本实施例中,所述加强刚体22由金属材料制成。由金属材料制成的所述加强刚体22不仅有利于加强所述前盖20的强度,而且有利于扬声器箱100散热。通常情况下,所述加强刚体22由钢材料制成。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述前盖20的组成并不局限于此,例如,所述前盖20还可以设置成仅由塑料制成。
进一步地,所述柔性电路板40包括与所述发声单体40内的音圈电连接的弯折部411和与弯折部411电连接焊盘412,所述焊盘412用于通过焊锡与所述焊片50焊接在一起,以使得音圈通电后能驱动所述振膜振动发声,所述振膜振动发出的声音依次经所述前腔111和所述出声通道2131传播至外界。其中,所述发声单体40安装于所述塑料件11的安装槽214内,所述发声单体40的振膜与所述底壁212间隔设置形成所述前腔111。所述弯折部411穿过所述通道部215并与所述焊盘412连接。
具体地,所述弯折部411包括相互连接且形成夹角的第一电路部4111和第二电路部4112,所述第一电路部4111与所述发声单体40电连接,所述第二电路部4112与所述焊盘412电连接。在本实施例中,所述第一电路部411与所述第二电路部412大致垂直,所述第一电路部4111位于所述通道部215内,所述第二电路部4112和所述发声单体40位于所述通道部215的两端。
需要说明的是,所述挡墙211位于所述后腔112内,因此,所述挡墙211占据了所述后腔112的一部分空间,上述扬声器箱100通过在所述挡墙211上设置所述通道部215和所述凹陷部216,使所述挡墙211的体积减小了,从而增加了所述后腔112的体积,进而使得上述扬声器箱100的性能可以得到提高。
另外,所述柔性电路板40的所述第一电路部4111位于所述通道部215内,所述第二电路部4112与所述凹陷部216相对设置,使得所述第一电路部4111和所述第二电路部4112具有避让空间,避免所述柔性电路板40受到外力牵扯而与所述发声单体40或所述焊片5断开连接。
进一步地,所述焊片5包括注塑固定于所述底壁212的主体部51、自所述主体部51延伸至所述收容空间11外并通过注塑固定于所述底壁212的第一电连接部52、自所述主体部51朝所述挡墙211延伸形成并通过注塑固定于所述底壁212的第二电连接部53。其中,所述第一电连接部52与外部电路电连接,所述第二电连接部53自所述底壁212中露出并与所述焊盘412电连接。
如图1和图3所示,所述焊盘412和所述焊片5均设有两个,且两个所述焊盘412分别为正极焊盘和负极焊盘,并位于所述发声单体40的同一侧,两个所述焊片5分别为正极焊片和负极焊片。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,还可以设置接地焊盘和接地焊片。
如图3所示,所述焊盘412距离产品外轮廓较远(所述焊片5具有较长的长度),依靠所述焊片5本身强度无法保证所述焊片5的第一电连接部52和第二电连接部53在注塑模具内的相对位置。在本实施例中,所述主体部51上设有定位孔54。通过在所述主体部51上设置所述定位孔54,可以保证第一电连接部52和第二电连接部53在注塑模具内的相对位置。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

- 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的壳体及具有振膜的发声单体,所述发声单体收容于所述壳体内,且所述振膜将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔,所述壳体还具有与所述振膜相对设置并与所述振膜围合形成所述前腔的底壁以及环绕所述发声单体的挡墙,所述发声单体设有用于与外部电路电连接的并具有焊盘的柔性电路板,所述扬声器箱还包括焊片,所述焊片包括注塑固定于所述底壁的主体部、自所述主体部延伸至所述收容空间外并注塑固定于所述底壁的第一电连接部、自所述主体部朝所述挡墙延伸形成并注塑于所述底壁的第二电连接部,其中,所述第一电连接部与外部电路电连接,所述第二电连接部自所述底壁中露出并与所述焊盘电连接,其特征在于,所述挡墙在靠近所述第二电连接部的一侧设有通道部,所述柔性电路板还包括自所述发声单体伸出的弯折部,所述弯折部穿过所述通道部并与所述焊盘连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弯折部包括相互连接且形成夹角的第一电路部和第二电路部,所述第一电路部与所述发声单体电连接,所述第二电路部与所述焊盘电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一电路部与所述第二电路部垂直,所述第一电路部位于所述通道部内,所述第二电路部和所述发声单体位于所述通道部的两端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述挡墙在靠近所述第二电连接部的一侧还设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部与所述通道部连通。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前盖及与所述前盖围合形成所述收容空间的后盖,所述底壁设于所述前盖上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述前盖包括塑料件及注塑固定于所述塑料件的加强刚体,所述焊片注塑固定于所述塑料件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述加强刚体包括本体及自所述本体向所述塑料件内延伸形成的多个围壁,所述围壁围合形成通孔,所述通孔被所述塑料件的塑料填充。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述加强刚体由金属材料制成。
