Description

一种扬声器箱 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
扬声器箱是一种常见的电子元器件,主要用于音频信号的播放,广泛应用于手机、游戏机、导航仪等智能音频播放设备上。
扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的壳体、收容于收容空间内的发声单体,发声单体的两侧分别与壳体间隔形成前声腔和后腔,前声腔通过导声通道与外界连通形成前腔,壳体上还分别在不同的位置设置有将后腔连通至外界的灌粉孔以及泄露孔,灌粉孔通过密封件进行密封,泄露孔通过透气隔离件进行后腔与外界的透气隔离。
现有工艺中包括灌粉、封闭灌粉孔、封闭泄露孔等工序,在自动化实现过程中,自动线工序多,其生产成本相对较高。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提升灌粉效率、节省自动线工序、且生产成本较低的扬声器箱。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器箱,其包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有收容空间,所述壳体设有一开孔区域;
发声单体,所述发声单体收容于所述收容空间内;所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前声腔和后腔,所述开孔区域设置有将所述后腔连通至外界的灌粉孔及与所述灌粉孔间隔的泄露孔;
导声通道,所述导声通道形成于所述壳体的内侧,所述导声通道将所述前声腔与外界连通并共同形成前腔;
密封件,所述密封件贴设于所述开孔区域并将所述灌粉孔密封,所述密封件设置有与所述泄露孔对应并将所述泄露孔露出的通孔;以及,
透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于所述密封件上并完全覆盖所述通孔。
优选的,所述灌粉孔至少为两个。
优选的,所述灌粉孔为四个且环绕所述泄露孔等间距设置。
优选的,所述灌粉孔均匀的环绕设置于所述开孔区域的边缘位置。
优选的,所述壳体包括下盖以及盖设于所述下盖并共同围成所述收容空间的上盖,所述发声单体与所述上盖间隔形成所述前声腔,所述发声单体、所述上盖以及所述下盖共同围成所述后腔;所述开孔区域设置于所述下盖。
优选的,所述开孔区域由所述下盖远离所述发声单体的一侧向所述收容空间的方向凹陷形成。
优选的,所述密封件的厚度与所述透气隔离件的厚度之和等于或小于所述开孔区域凹陷的深度。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器箱中,通过在壳体上设置一开孔区域,并将灌粉孔及泄露孔均设于开孔区域,从而使灌粉孔及泄露孔位于壳体的相同位置,这样有利于同时在灌粉孔及泄露孔处进行灌粉,以提升灌粉效率,同时使得密封件和透气隔离件能够复合在一起,在同一工序将密封件和透气隔离件贴合到开孔区域上,节省自动线工序,以降低生产成本。

本实用新型实施例提供了一种扬声器箱,结合图1至图5所示,扬声器箱包括:壳体1、发声单体2、导声通道121、密封件3、以及透气隔离件4。
具体地,壳体1包括下盖11、以及盖设于下盖11并共同围成收容空间的上盖12。其中,下盖11设有一开孔区域111。
具体地,发声单体2收容于收容空间内,一侧支撑于上盖12,其中,发声单体2包括振膜21。
具体地,振膜21与上盖12间隔围成前声腔221,导声通道121形成于上盖12的内侧,导声通道121将前声腔221与外界连通并共同形成前腔22,用于形成侧方发声结构。
在本实施例中,上盖12的部分向远离发声单体2的方向凹陷,该凹陷部分与发声单体2形成间隔,从而围成前声腔221。这样两者之间的间隔可以通过只增加上盖12对应部分的厚度,无需增加壳体1的整体厚度,以达到缩小扬声器箱整体厚度的效果。
其中,上盖12凹陷的部分为对应发声单体2的部分。
具体地,发声单体2、下盖11、以及上盖12共同围成后腔23,用于改善低频声学性能。
具体地,开孔区域111设置有将后腔23连通至外界的灌粉孔113及与灌粉孔113间隔的泄露孔112。
在本实施例中,泄露孔112的面积小于灌粉孔113的面积。
其中,灌粉孔113用于填充吸音材料以提升扬声器箱的声学性能,泄露孔112用于实现与外部通气。
具体地,灌粉孔113至少为两个,如两个、三个、四个、五个等。当然,根据实际需求,灌粉孔113也可以为一个。
具体地,当灌粉孔113为多个时,多个灌粉孔113环绕泄露孔112等间距设置。
在本实施例中,开孔区域111设置有四个灌粉孔113,四个灌粉孔113环绕泄露孔112均匀且等间距的设置在开孔区域111的边缘位置。
更进一步地,开孔区域111由下盖11远离发声单体2的一侧向收容空间的方向凹陷形成。这样可以快速找到开孔区域111进行灌粉孔113与泄露孔112的开孔工序,以保证生产的产品中开孔区域111相同。
具体地,密封件3贴设于开孔区域111并将灌粉孔113密封,密封件3上设置有与泄露孔112对应并将泄露孔112露出的通孔31。
具体地,透气隔离件4贴设于密封件3上并完全覆盖通孔31,由于透气隔离件4选用的是透气材料,因此,透气隔离件4覆盖通孔31后,后腔23还能通过泄露孔112以及通孔31与外界的空气流通。
更进一步地,密封件3的厚度与透气隔离件4的厚度之和等于开孔区域111凹陷的深度。这样可以保证扬声器箱中下盖11的平整,以提升整体结构的美感。
当然,密封件3的厚度与透气隔离件4的厚度之和也可以小于开孔区域111凹陷的深度。这样当密封件3与透气隔离件4贴设于开孔区域111后,不会增加开孔区域111的高度。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器箱中,通过在下盖11上设置开孔区域111,并将灌粉孔113及泄露孔112均设于开孔区域111,从而使灌粉孔113及泄露孔112位于下盖11的相同位置,这样有利于同时在灌粉孔113及泄露孔112处进行灌粉,以提升灌粉效率,同时使得密封件3和透气隔离件4能够复合在一起,在同一工序将密封件3和透气隔离件4贴合到开孔区域111上,节省自动线工序,以降低生产成本。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其特征在于,其包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有收容空间,所述壳体设有一开孔区域;
    发声单体,所述发声单体收容于所述收容空间内;所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前声腔和后腔,所述开孔区域设置有将所述后腔连通至外界的灌粉孔及与所述灌粉孔间隔的泄露孔;
    导声通道,所述导声通道形成于所述壳体的内侧,所述导声通道将所述前声腔与外界连通并共同形成前腔;
    密封件,所述密封件贴设于所述开孔区域并将所述灌粉孔密封,所述密封件设置有与所述泄露孔对应并将所述泄露孔露出的通孔;以及,
    透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于所述密封件上并完全覆盖所述通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述灌粉孔至少为两个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述灌粉孔为四个且环绕所述泄露孔等间距设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述灌粉孔均匀的环绕设置于所述开孔区域的边缘位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体包括下盖以及盖设于所述下盖并共同围成所述收容空间的上盖,所述发声单体与所述上盖间隔形成所述前声腔,所述发声单体、所述上盖以及所述下盖共同围成所述后腔;所述开孔区域设置于所述下盖。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述开孔区域由所述下盖远离所述发声单体的一侧向所述收容空间的方向凹陷形成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述密封件的厚度与所述透气隔离件的厚度之和等于或小于所述开孔区域凹陷的深度。
