与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,壳体由金属材料制成,壳体设有沿垂直振膜的振动方向贯穿其上的且与外界连通的出声口;扬声器箱还包括固定收容于收容空间内的且由金属材料制成的支架以及导声件,支架设有与出声口相对设置的让位口,导声件位于让位口与出声口之间且导声件的相对两侧分别焊接固定于壳体和支架,导声件环绕出声口设置并与壳体共同围成导声通道;发声单体设有振膜的一侧支撑固定于支架并与壳体间隔,发声单体、支架以及壳体共同围成前声腔,前声腔通过导声通道与出声口连通以形成侧发声结构;支架、导声件、发声单体以及壳体共同围成密闭的后声腔;上述结构中,壳体为金属材料制成,壳体可以采用较薄的钢片制成,使得壳体可设计得更薄,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效地增加了发声单体与壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能;另外,通过由金属材料制成的支架支撑发声单体,该支架可以采用较薄的钢片制成,与相关技术的塑料支架相比,本发明的支架的设置有效地较小了支架占用后声腔的体积,保证后声腔的体积,从而改善低频声学性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-7,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱100,其包括具有收容空间10的壳体1、固定收容于所述收容空间10内的发声单体2、固定收容于所述收容空间10内的支架3以及固定连接于所述支架3的导声件4,所述支架3、所述导声件4、所述发声单体2以及所述壳体1共同围成后声腔102。
所述壳体1为金属材料制成,其可以为分体结构,也可以为一体结构,比如,在本实施方式中,所述壳体1为分体结构,其包括由金属材料制成的呈环状的固定环11以及分别盖设固定于所述固定环11相对两侧的上盖板12和下盖板13,所述上盖板12、所述下盖板13与所述固定环11共同围成所述收容空间10,所述固定环11设有贯穿其上的且与外界连通的出声口110。
所述发声单体2包括用于振动发声的振膜21,所述发声单体2设有所述振膜21的一侧固定支撑于所述支架3并与所述支架3形成密封固定,从而,所述发声单体2、所述支架3、所述导声件4、所述上盖板12、所述下盖板13及所述固定环11共同围成密闭的所述后声腔102,所述发声单体2与所述壳体1间隔,所述发声单体2、所述支架3以及所述壳体1共同围成前声腔101,所述出声口110沿垂直所述振膜21的振动方向贯穿所述固定环11设置。
所述支架3和所述导声件4分别由金属材料制成,所述支架3与所述前盖11形成固定连接,所述支架3设有与所述出声口110相对设置的让位口30,所述导声件4位于所述让位口30与所述出声口110之间,且所述导声件4的相对两侧分别焊接固定于所述壳体1和所述支架3,该设置使得所述导声件4分别与所述壳体1和所述支架3之间的装配;所述导声件4环绕所述出声口110设置并与所述壳体1共同围成导声通道40。
进一步的,所述支架3包括固定于所述壳体1的第一壁31以及由所述第一壁31的外周缘沿垂直所述振动方向弯折延伸的第二壁32,所述让位口30同时贯穿所述第一壁31和所述第二壁32设置;所述导声件4固定连接于所述第一壁31,所述发声单体2固定支撑于所述第二壁32,所述发声单体2、所述第一壁31以及所述壳体1的上盖板12共同围成所述前声腔101,所述前声腔101通过所述导声通道40与所述出声口110连通,以形成所述扬声器箱100的侧发声结构。
具体的,所述第一壁31固定支撑于所述上盖板12,所述前声腔102由所述发声单体2、所述第一壁31以及所述上盖板12共同围成;所述导声件4固定支撑于所述上盖板12且抵接固定于所述固定环11,所述导声通道40由所述导声件4、所述固定环11以及所述上盖板12共同形成。
更优的,为了提高所述支架3与所述发声单体2之间密封的可靠性,所述支架3还包括由所述第二壁32外周缘沿所述发声单体2的外周缘弯折延伸的翻边33,所述翻边33环绕所述发声单体2的外周缘设置并与所述发声单体2之间形成密封固定,该设置有效保证所述后声腔102形成密闭空间,从而用以改善低频声学性能。
上述结构中,固定环11、上盖板12、下盖板13以及支架3的组合结构,所述固定环11、所述上盖板12、所述下盖板13均为金属材料制成,三者可以采用较薄的钢片制成,此时,所述上盖板12、所述下盖板13可以采用金属焊接的方式与所述固定环11形成固定,该结构设置在确保壳体1的结构强度的前提下,而相对于相关技术的全塑料壳体结构而言,所述壳体1可设计得更薄,从而极大程度的提高了壳体1内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体2与所述壳体1围成的后声腔102的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能;另外,通过由金属材料制成的支架3支撑发声单体2,该支架3可以采用较薄的钢片制成,与相关技术的塑料支架相比,本发明的支架2的设置有效地较小了支架3占用后声腔102的体积,保证了后声腔102的体积,从而改善低频声学性能。
进一步的,所述导声件4包括与所述上盖板12间隔设置的第一段41以及由所述第一段41的相对两端向所述上盖板12弯折延伸的第二段42,所述第二段42与所述第一壁31焊接固定,且所述第二段42固定支撑于所述上盖板12。
为了避免所述第二段42和所述第一壁31在焊接后所产生的拼接漏气风险,更优的,所述上盖板12设有贯穿其上的容胶孔120,所述容胶孔120与所述第二段42和所述第一壁31之间的连接位置相对设置;通过所述容胶孔120向所述第二段42和所述第一壁31之间的连接位置填胶以使所述第二段42和所述第一壁31形成密封固定,有效地防止所述支架3与所述导声件4之间的漏气,提高两者之间的密封性。
更优的,为了更方便地向所述后声腔102中灌装吸音材料,在本实施方式中,所述固定环11包括固定环主体111以及由所述固定环主体111向靠近所述发声单体2的方向弯折凹陷形成的收容台阶112,所述收容台阶112设有贯穿其上并与所述后声腔102连通的灌粉孔1120,所述灌粉孔1120与所述后声腔102连通;所述扬声器箱100还包括盖设固定于所述收容台阶112并完全覆盖所述灌粉孔1120的密封盖5。
进一步的,所述收容台阶112包括由所述固定环主体111分别向靠近所述发声单体2的方向弯折延伸且间隔设置的两个连接壁1121以及与所述固定环主体111间隔设置并与两个所述连接壁1121连接的底壁1122,所述灌粉孔1120贯穿所述底壁1122设置,所述密封盖5盖设固定于所述底壁1122。
更优的,所述密封盖5远离所述发声单体2的外侧面51与该侧的所述固定环主体111远离所述发声单体2的外侧面1111平齐,该设置使得所述密封盖5的设置,不会增加所述扬声器箱100的外形尺寸,使得所述扬声器箱100的外侧面更加平整。
而此处,通过所述灌粉孔1120及所述密封盖5的配合设置,使得往所述后声腔102内填充吸音材料更加方便,提高了灌装吸音材料的效率。
为进一步改善扬声器件100的低频声学性能,所述扬声器箱100还包括位于所述后声腔102内的透气隔离件6,所述透气隔离件6固定于所述支架3并将所述发声单体2从所述后声腔102内分隔,从而使得后声腔102内可填充吸音材料。
具体的,所述透气隔离件6包括与所述下盖板13间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体2的隔离件本体61、由所述隔离件本体61的周缘向所述支架3方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部62以及由所述隔离件延伸部62远离所述隔离件本体61的一端弯折延伸的隔离件固定部63,可向靠近固定环本体111的方向弯折延伸,也可向远离固定环本体111的方向弯折延伸。所述隔离件延伸部62与所述壳体1间隔设置,所述隔离件固定部63与所述翻边33之间形成密封固定。所述透气隔离件6、所述支架3、所述导声件4及所述壳体1共同围成灌粉空间8,所述灌粉空间8用于填充吸音材料,比如吸音颗粒、吸音棉等,具体的,在实际装配过程中,通过所述灌粉孔1120将吸音材料填充于所述灌粉空间8内,所述密封盖5将所述吸音材料封装于所述灌粉空间8内。
更优的,所述隔离件固定部63与所述翻边33之间形成密封固定,该设置使的所述透气隔离件6与所述支架3固定时形成有效密封,确保灌粉空间8内的吸音材料不会进入到发声单体2而影响其性能。
所述扬声器箱100还包括将所述发声单体2与外界电信号连接的导电件7。本实施方式中,所述导电件7包括位于所述收容空间10内的导电件本体71、由所述导电件本体71的两端向所述发声单体2方向延伸并与所述发声单体2固定电连接的连接臂72以及由所述导电件本体71向远离所述发声单体2方向延伸并贯穿所述壳体1的延伸臂73。本实施方式中,所述延伸臂73贯穿所述固定环本体111,该结构方便装配,贯穿固定环本体111的位置可预先作为装配定位,提高装配效率。
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,壳体由金属材料制成,壳体设有沿垂直振膜的振动方向贯穿其上的且与外界连通的出声口;扬声器箱还包括固定收容于收容空间内的且由金属材料制成的支架以及导声件,支架设有与出声口相对设置的让位口,导声件位于让位口与出声口之间且导声件的相对两侧分别焊接固定于壳体和支架,导声件环绕出声口设置并与壳体共同围成导声通道;发声单体设有振膜的一侧支撑固定于支架并与壳体间隔,发声单体、支架以及壳体共同围成前声腔,前声腔通过导声通道与出声口连通以形成侧发声结构;支架、导声件、发声单体以及壳体共同围成密闭的后声腔;上述结构中,壳体为金属材料制成,壳体可以采用较薄的钢片制成,使得壳体可设计得更薄,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效地增加了发声单体与壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能;另外,通过由金属材料制成的支架支撑发声单体,该支架可以采用较薄的钢片制成,与相关技术的塑料支架相比,本发明的支架的设置有效地较小了支架占用后声腔的体积,保证后声腔的体积,从而改善低频声学性能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的壳体和固定收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,其特征在于,所述壳体由金属材料制成,所述壳体设有沿垂直所述振膜的振动方向贯穿其上的且与外界连通的出声口;所述扬声器箱还包括固定收容于所述收容空间内的且由金属材料制成的支架以及导声件,所述支架设有与所述出声口相对设置的让位口,所述导声件位于所述让位口与所述出声口之间且所述导声件的相对两侧分别焊接固定于所述壳体和所述支架,所述导声件环绕所述出声口设置并与所述壳体共同围成导声通道;所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧支撑固定于所述支架并与所述壳体间隔,所述发声单体、所述支架以及所述壳体共同围成前声腔,所述前声腔通过所述导声通道与所述出声口连通以形成侧发声结构;所述支架、所述导声件、所述发声单体以及所述壳体共同围成密闭的后声腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架包括固定于所述壳体的第一壁以及由所述第一壁的外周缘沿垂直所述振动方向弯折延伸的第二壁,所述让位口同时贯穿所述第一壁和所述第二壁设置,所述导声件固定连接于所述第一壁,所述发声单体固定支撑于所述第二壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架还包括由所述第二壁外周缘沿所述发声单体的外周缘弯折延伸的翻边,所述翻边环绕所述发声单体的外周缘设置并与所述发声单体形成密封固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体包括呈环状的固定环以及分别盖设固定于所述固定环相对两侧并与所述固定环共同围成所述收容空间的上盖板和下盖板;所述出声口贯穿所述固定环设置,所述第一壁固定于所述上盖板,所述前声腔由所述发声单体、所述第一壁以及所述上盖板共同围成;所述导声件固定于所述上盖板且抵接固定于所述固定环,所述导声通道由所述导声件、所述固定环以及所述上盖板共同形成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述导声件包括与所述上盖板间隔设置的第一段以及由所述第一段的相对两端向所述上盖板弯折延伸的第二段,所述第二段与所述第一壁固定连接且固定支撑于所述上盖板,所述上盖板设有贯穿其上的容胶孔,所述容胶孔与所述第二段和所述第一壁之间的连接位置相对设置;通过所述容胶孔向所述第二段和所述第一壁之间的连接位置填胶以使所述第二段和所述第一壁形成密封固定。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述固定环包括固定环主体以及由所述固定环主体向靠近所述发声单体的方向弯折凹陷形成的收容台阶,所述收容台阶设有贯穿其上的并与所述后声腔连通的灌粉孔,所述灌粉孔与所述后声腔连通;所述扬声器箱还包括盖设固定于所述收容台阶并完全覆盖所述灌粉孔的密封盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述收容台阶包括由所述固定环主体分别向靠近所述发声单体的方向弯折延伸且间隔设置的两个连接壁以及与所述固定环主体间隔设置并与两个所述连接壁连接的底壁,所述灌粉孔贯穿所述底壁设置,所述密封盖盖设固定于所述底壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述密封盖远离所述发声单体的外侧面与该侧的所述固定环主体远离所述发声单体的外侧面平齐。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后声腔内的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件固定于所述支架并将所述发声单体从所述后声腔内分隔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括与所述下盖板间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体的隔离件本体、由所述隔离件本体的周缘向所述支架方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部以及由所述隔离件延伸部远离所述隔离件本体的一端弯折延伸的隔离件固定部;所述隔离件延伸部与所述壳体间隔设置,所述隔离件固定部与所述翻边形成密封固定;所述透气隔离件、所述支架、所述导声件及所述壳体共同围成灌粉空间,通过所述灌粉孔将吸音材料填充于所述灌粉空间内,所述密封盖将所述吸音材料封装于所述灌粉空间内。
