管道的寿命很大程度上取决于防腐层的质量。聚乙烯三层结构防腐又称三层HDPE防腐,它的全称为熔结环氧/挤塑聚乙烯结构防护层,其结构由三层组成:底层为熔结环氧(约60至80微米);中间层为胶粘剂(约170至250微米);表面层为聚乙烯(约2毫米)。三层PE防腐是目前管道防腐领域最常用的技术。
现有的HDPE双壁波纹管在进行防腐蚀喷涂时往往容易发生涂料涂抹不均匀的情况,导致后续使用时管道表面各处的腐蚀情况不一致,降低了管道使用寿命。
因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

其二,通过设置干燥机和干燥喷头来保证装置可以对喷涂完成后的壁波纹管进行加速干燥,提高了壁波纹管的生产效率的同时避免了后续涂料因重力作用和凝结不及时而发生涂料成型不均匀。

  1. 一种高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于:
    所述底座(1)的上侧设置有底柱(7),所述底柱(7)的另一端设置有顶盘(11),所述顶盘(11)的下侧设置有滑动底槽,所述顶盘(11)外表面上开设有环形槽,所述环形槽的下侧内壁上设置有滑动槽和能够与滑动槽配合滑动连接的转轮(13),所述转轮(13)的外侧设置有连接轴,所述连接轴的另一端连接有转动杆(12),所述顶盘(11)的下方于转动杆(12)的上侧设置有能够与滑动底槽配合滑动连接的顶杆,所述转动杆(12)的底端连接有转动装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的上侧中心位置设置有多根固定杆(3),所述固定杆(3)的上侧设置有支撑盘(4),所述支撑盘(4)的上侧设置有喷雾泵(5),所述喷雾泵(5)的表面设置有多个喷头(6)且喷头(6)与设置在喷雾泵(5)内的喷雾出液端相连接,所述底座(1)的上侧还开设有用于收集喷料的斜孔,且底座(1)的下侧设置有与斜孔相连接的收集罐(17)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述转动杆(12)靠近顶盘(11)的一侧设置有连接有固定轴,所述固定轴的另一端连接有传动带(8),所述顶盘(11)的上侧设置有滑槽和能够与滑槽配合滑动连接的传动带(8),所述传动带(8)的内侧啮合连接有从动齿轮(9),所述顶盘(11)的上侧还设置有电机,所述电机的输出端连接有能够与从动齿轮(9)配合啮合连接的主动齿轮(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述转动装置包括有连接杆(14),所述连接杆(14)的底端连接有上安装盘,所述上安装盘的下侧呈环形对称设置有多根支撑杆(16),所述支撑杆(16)的另一端设置有固定盘(15),所述固定盘(15)的上侧设置有干燥机(18),所述干燥机(18)的输出端贯穿固定盘(15)且干燥机(18)的输出端连接有与固定盘(15)配合转动连接的中心轴,所述中心轴的底端连接有转动电机(22),所述中心轴上环形滑动套接连接盘(19)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述连接盘(19)的表面设置有多个条形杆(20),所述条形杆(20)的底端连接有承接帽,所述承接帽的底端设置有套接杆,所述套接杆的表面上滑动套接有安装筒(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述套接杆的底部螺纹连接有连接柱,所述连接柱的表面转动套接有塑性筒(23),所述塑性筒(23)上开设有环形内槽,所述环形内槽中设置有圆形套筒(25),所述塑性筒(23)的底端设置有用于给圆形套筒(25)进行充气的二号气泵(24)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述干燥机(18)热量输出端设置有多个热气喷嘴,所述热气喷嘴贯穿固定盘(15)且热气喷嘴的热气出口正对于安装筒(21)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的高强度HDPE双壁波纹管的防腐加工设备,其特征在于:所述连接盘(19)的下方与中心轴上转动设置有转动环,所述转动环的上侧设置有多个一号气泵(2),所述转动环表面套接有与一号气泵(2)进行接气连接的转动气囊,所述转动气囊为耐腐蚀的丁腈橡胶材质。
