所述停车服务客户端300为内置有停车服务APP的智能设备用于向所述智慧停车云平台100查询可用停车场信息并发出停车请求;
所述停车诱导信息发布单元400根据所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200实时上传的空闲车位信息以及车主的停车请求信息向有停车需求的停车服务客户端300定向发布停车诱导信息;
所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200包括区域内停车位管理单元210、停 车订单处理单元220、停车费用结算单元230、停车记录统计单元240、空闲车位发布单元250和私人停车场共享管理单元260,所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200用于维护区域内的停车场、停车记录、订单处理、空闲车位的发布和私人停车场共享;所述区域内停车位管理单元210用于对区域内的停车位进行占用监控、车位内驻停车辆的车牌识别和视频监控;所述停车订单处理单元220用于接收和处理所述智慧停车云平台100下发的停车服务客户端300的停车请求;所述停车费用结算单元230用于对停车费用进行结算;所述停车记录统计单元240用于对历史停车记录信息进行记录、分析和统计;所述空闲车位发布单元250用于向所述智慧停车云平台100实时上传空闲车位信息及收费标准;所述私人停车场共享管理单元260用于代理私人停车场以增加空闲车位供应量;
所述智慧停车云平台100用于维护所述停车服务客户端300的注册信息和停车请求,管理所述停车诱导信息发布单元400定向发布停车诱导信息,对所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200进行监管和备份。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述智能设备为内置有停车服务APP的智能手机,很显然,所述智能设备也可以采用其他类型,比如采用内置有停车服务APP的平板电脑,或者笔记本电脑,或者车载智能平板。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述停车请求信息包括车辆信息、请求停车位置和停车时间。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,参阅附图3,所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200还包括区域内车流量采集单元270,所述区域内车流量采集单元270被布置在区域内的道路上用于实时采集车流量。所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200根据所述车流量采集单元采集的车流量信息向发出停车请求的停车服务 客户端300提供优化的抵达路线。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,参阅附图4,所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200还包括区域内环境数据采集单元280,所述区域内环境数据采集单元280用于实时监测区域内的空气温度湿度、路面温度和能见度。所述区域内环境数据采集单元280采集到的空气温度湿度、路面温度和能见度能够为发出停车请求的停车服务客户端300提供环境数据以提高驾驶安全性。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,参阅附图5,所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200还包括火灾监控单元290,所述火灾监控单元290在发现火情后会及时向所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200发出报警,所述智慧停车云平台100在接到所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统200上传的火灾后向受损的车主的停车服务客户端300发送通知。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,参阅附图6,本发明还提供一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、区域智慧停车场管理子系统200通过停车诱导信息发布单元400向智慧停车云平台100实时发布空闲车位信息;
S2、有停车需求的车主利用停车服务客户端300向智慧停车云平台100发送停车请求;
S3、智慧停车云平台100根据停车服务客户端300发出的车辆信息、请求停车位置和停车时间向所属的区域智慧停车场管理子系统200下达停车请求;
S4、区域智慧停车场管理子系统200接收到停车请求后向发出停车请求的停车服务客户端300发送停车位信息、抵达路线和环境数据信息,完成停车请求的处理;
S5、当车主驾驶车辆离开停车位后利用停车费用结算单元230完成停车费 用的结算,并向智慧停车云平台100发布车位空闲信息。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理系统,其特征在于:包括智慧停车云平台,所述智慧停车云平台通过无线网络连接有区域智慧停车场管理子系统、停车服务客户端和停车诱导信息发布单元;
    所述停车服务客户端为内置有停车服务APP的智能设备用于向所述智慧停车云平台查询可用停车场信息并发出停车请求;
    所述停车诱导信息发布单元根据所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统实时上传的空闲车位信息以及车主的停车请求信息向有停车需求的停车服务客户端定向发布停车诱导信息;
    所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统包括区域内停车位管理单元、停车订单处理单元、停车费用结算单元、停车记录统计单元、空闲车位发布单元和私人停车场共享管理单元,所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统用于维护区域内的停车场、停车记录、订单处理、空闲车位的发布和私人停车场共享;
    所述智慧停车云平台用于维护所述停车服务客户端的注册信息和停车请求,管理所述停车诱导信息发布单元定向发布停车诱导信息,对所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统进行监管和备份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理系统,其特征在于:所述智能设备为内置有停车服务APP的智能手机,或者平板电脑,或者笔记本电脑,或者车载智能平板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理系统,其特征在于:所述停车请求信息包括车辆信息、请求停车位置和停车时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理系统,其特征在于:所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统还包括区域内车流量采集单元,所述区域内车流量采集单元被布置在区域内的道路上用于实时采集车流量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理系统,其特征在于:所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统还包括区域内环境数据采集单元,所述区域内环境数据采集单元用于实时监测区域内的空气温度湿度、路面温度和能见度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理系统,其特征在于:所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统还包括火灾监控单元,所述火灾监控单元在发现火情后会及时向所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统发出报警,所述智慧停车云平台在接到所述区域智慧停车场管理子系统上传的火灾后向受损的车主的停车服务客户端发送通知。
  7. 一种基于大数据的智慧停车管理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、区域智慧停车场管理子系统通过停车诱导信息发布单元向智慧停车云平台实时发布空闲车位信息;
    S2、有停车需求的车主利用停车服务客户端向智慧停车云平台发送停车请求;
    S3、智慧停车云平台根据停车服务客户端发出的车辆信息、请求停车位置和停车时间向所属的区域智慧停车场管理子系统下达停车请求;
    S4、区域智慧停车场管理子系统接收到停车请求后向发出停车请求的停车服务客户端发送停车位信息、抵达路线和环境数据信息,完成停车请求的处理;
    S5、当车主驾驶车辆离开停车位后利用停车费用结算单元完成停车费用的结算,并向智慧停车云平台发布车位空闲信息。
