第一固定机构7包括第一滑槽71、第一滑块72、第一卡块73、第一卡槽74和连接卡槽75,第一滑槽71分别开设于第二固定条4两端中间位置,第一滑槽71内均滑动连接有一个第一滑块72,第一滑块72与第一滑槽71内侧壁之间均固定连接有一个第一弹簧76,第一滑块72远离第一弹簧76一端均固定连接有一个第一卡块73,滤网边框1内侧与第一卡块73相对应位置均开设有一个第一卡槽74,第一卡块73靠近第一卡槽74一端均穿过第一滑槽71且均卡接在相对应的第一卡槽74内,第一滑块72靠近第一固定条3一侧均开设有一个连接卡槽75,连接卡槽75均为三角形结构,通过连接卡块82和连接卡槽75斜面的挤压,使第一滑块72可以拉动第一弹簧76向第一滑槽71外滑动,最终使第一卡块73重新卡接到第一卡槽74内,联动机构8包括联动杆81、连接卡块82和连接转杆83,联动杆81均设置有两个,两个联动杆81均滑动连接在相对应的安装槽10内且位于安装槽10内对称分布,两个联动杆81相靠近一端均旋转连接有一个连接转杆83, 连接转杆83远离联动杆81一端均旋转均旋转连接在固定滑块12侧壁上,两个联动杆81相远离一端均固定连接有一个连接卡块82,连接卡块82均为三角形结构,连接卡块82远离联动杆81一端均穿过安装槽10且均卡接在第一固定机构7相对应的连接卡槽75内,通过联动机构8的连接转杆83转动,并且推动联动杆81和连接卡块82,使连接卡块82插进连接卡槽75内,第二固定机构9包括第二滑槽91、第二卡块92、第二弹簧93、第二卡槽94和拉杆95,第二滑槽91均开设于固定滑块12侧壁且对称分布,第二滑槽91内均滑动连接有一个第二卡块92,第二卡块92与第二滑槽91内侧壁之间均固定连接有一个第二弹簧93,第二卡槽94均开设于伸缩槽11侧壁且位置与第二卡块92相对应,第二卡块92远离第二弹簧93一端均穿过第二滑槽91且均卡接在相对应的第二卡槽94内,第二卡块92靠近第二弹簧93一端上侧均固定连接有一个拉杆95,拉杆95上端均穿过第二滑槽91上端侧壁,第二滑槽91上端侧壁与拉杆95连接处均开设有一个连接槽96,拉杆95均滑动连接在连接槽96内,通过第二固定机构9的第二卡块92远离第二弹簧93一端重新卡接到第二卡槽94内,从而使固定滑块12固定在安装槽10内,第一固定条3和第二固定条4下端与限位板2上端均固定连接有一个防滑垫6,防滑垫6相靠近一端均与滤网主体5外侧相接触,通过防滑垫6可以增加滤网主体5的摩擦力,避免滤网主体5从滤网边框1内掉落。
具体的,使用本发明时,首先拉动拉杆95,使拉杆95位于连接槽96内向靠近第二弹簧93一侧滑动,从而带动第二卡块92向第二滑槽91内滑动,并且使第二卡块92远离 第二卡槽94一端压缩第二弹簧93,同时第二卡块92远离第二弹簧93一端将从第二卡槽94内滑出,使固定滑块12与伸缩槽11断开连接,同时复位弹簧13将推动固定滑块12位于伸缩槽11内向上运动,从而带动连接转杆83位于固定滑块12上一端向上运动,最终将带动两个联动杆81向安装槽10内滑动,使连接卡块82向安装槽10内滑动,并且使连接卡块82远离联动杆81一端从连接卡槽75内滑出,从而使第一弹簧76可以拉动第一滑块72向第一滑槽71内滑动,最终使第一卡块73远离第一滑块72一端从第一卡槽74内滑出,从而使第二固定条4与滤网边框1断开连接,同时使第一固定条3与第二固定条4断开连接,使第一固定条3和第二固定条4均能从滤网边框1内轻松取出,最终将滤网主体5取下进行更换,在对滤网主体5安装时,首先将第一固定条3和第二固定条4分别放置带原来位置,再下压固定滑块12,使固定滑块12压缩复位弹簧13向下运动,并且使第二卡块92远离第二弹簧93一端重新卡接到第二卡槽94内,从而使固定滑块12固定在安装槽10内,可以带动连接转杆83转动,并且推动联动杆81和连接卡块82,使连接卡块82重新插进连接卡槽75内,同时通过连接卡块82和连接卡槽75斜面的挤压,使第一滑块72可以拉动第一弹簧76向第一滑槽71外滑动,最终使第一卡块73重新卡接到第一卡槽74内,完成对滤网主体5的安装,操作简单方便,提高了对滤网主体5的更换效率。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“同轴”、“底部”、“一端”、“顶部”、“中部”、“另一端”、“上”、“一侧”、“顶部”、“内”、“前部”、“中央”、“两端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基 于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量,由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置”、“连接”、“固定”、“旋接”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
- 一种负载光触媒的蜂窝石英TVOC净化滤网,其特征在于,包括滤网边框(1)、限位板(2)、第一固定条(3)、第二固定条(4)、滤网主体(5)、第一固定机构(7)、联动机构(8)和第二固定机构(9),所述滤网主体(5)卡接在滤网边框(1)内且位于滤网边框(1)中间位置,所述滤网边框(1)内侧下端固定连接有一个限位板(2),所述第一固定条(3)和第二固定条(4)均设置有两个且均卡接在滤网边框(1)内侧上端,两个所述第一固定条(3)内均开设有一个安装槽(10),所述联动机构(8)设置于安装槽(10)内,所述安装槽(10)上端侧壁中间位置均开设有一个伸缩槽(11),所述伸缩槽(11)内均滑动连接有一个固定滑块(12),所述固定滑块(12)下端穿过伸缩槽(11)且位于安装槽(10)内,所述安装槽(10)内侧壁与固定滑块(12)底部均固定连接有一个复位弹簧(13),所述第二固定机构(9)设置于固定滑块(12)与伸缩槽(11)侧壁之间,所述第一固定机构(7)设置于第二固定条(4)两端与滤网边框(1)内侧壁连接处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种负载光触媒的蜂窝石英TVOC净化滤网,其特征在于:所述第一固定条(3)和第二固定条(4)下端与限位板(2)上端均固定连接有一个防滑垫(6),所述防滑垫(6)相靠近一端均与滤网主体(5)外侧相接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种负载光触媒的蜂窝石英TVOC净化滤网,其特征在于:所述第一固定机构(7)包括第一滑槽(71)、第一滑块(72)、第一卡块(73)、第一卡槽(74)和连接卡槽(75),所述第一滑槽(71)分别开设于第二固定条(4)两端中 间位置,所述第一滑槽(71)内均滑动连接有一个第一滑块(72),所述第一滑块(72)与第一滑槽(71)内侧壁之间均固定连接有一个第一弹簧(76),所述第一滑块(72)远离第一弹簧(76)一端均固定连接有一个第一卡块(73),所述滤网边框(1)内侧与第一卡块(73)相对应位置均开设有一个第一卡槽(74),所述第一卡块(73)靠近第一卡槽(74)一端均穿过第一滑槽(71)且均卡接在相对应的第一卡槽(74)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种负载光触媒的蜂窝石英TVOC净化滤网,其特征在于:所述第一滑块(72)靠近第一固定条(3)一侧均开设有一个连接卡槽(75),所述连接卡槽(75)均为三角形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种负载光触媒的蜂窝石英TVOC净化滤网,其特征在于:所述联动机构(8)包括联动杆(81)、连接卡块(82)和连接转杆(83),所述联动杆(81)均设置有两个,两个所述联动杆(81)均滑动连接在相对应的安装槽(10)内且位于安装槽(10)内对称分布,两个所述联动杆(81)相靠近一端均旋转连接有一个连接转杆(83),所述连接转杆(83)远离联动杆(81)一端均旋转均旋转连接在固定滑块(12)侧壁上,两个所述联动杆(81)相远离一端均固定连接有一个连接卡块(82),所述连接卡块(82)均为三角形结构,所述连接卡块(82)远离联动杆(81)一端均穿过安装槽(10)且均卡接在第一固定机构(7)相对应的连接卡槽(75)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种负载光触媒的蜂窝石英TVOC净化滤网,其特征在于:所述第二固定机构(9)包括第二滑槽(91)、第二卡块(92)、第二弹簧(93)、第二 卡槽(94)和拉杆(95),所述第二滑槽(91)均开设于固定滑块(12)侧壁且对称分布,所述第二滑槽(91)内均滑动连接有一个第二卡块(92),所述第二卡块(92)与第二滑槽(91)内侧壁之间均固定连接有一个第二弹簧(93),所述第二卡槽(94)均开设于伸缩槽(11)侧壁且位置与第二卡块(92)相对应,所述第二卡块(92)远离第二弹簧(93)一端均穿过第二滑槽(91)且均卡接在相对应的第二卡槽(94)内,所述第二卡块(92)靠近第二弹簧(93)一端上侧均固定连接有一个拉杆(95),所述拉杆(95)上端均穿过第二滑槽(91)上端侧壁,所述第二滑槽(91)上端侧壁与拉杆(95)连接处均开设有一个连接槽(96),所述拉杆(95)均滑动连接在连接槽(96)内。
