随着AI和5G技术近几年的快速发展,加快了物联网应用的落地,传统酒店经营管理模式也逐步在转型,近几年出现了一些无人酒店,目前无人酒店方案基本上都基于证件采集设备、梯控系统、门禁系统实现顾客自动入住管理;但是对于其他的自动化程度较低,且没有额外的服务项目。
如在入住的时候,顾客首先通过证件采集设备采集身份信息,核验身份信息与预定客户信息是否一致,然后通过摄像机拍摄客户照片用于后面控制电梯和门禁的凭证,但是缺乏对可以人员的监控。
另外,现在的酒店,除主要为游客提供住宿服务外,亦提供生活的服务及设施、餐饮、游戏、娱乐、购物、商务中心,这在现有的无人酒店中大多没有涉及,因此目前的无人酒店智能化程度并不高,需要一种智能化程度高的无人酒店管理系统。

结算办理单元在住宿完毕后,到大堂办理退房手续,同时还对房卡进行扫描,读取内部信息,统计消费的金额并收费。
本发明所提供的无人酒店管理系统,涉及的方面更加广泛,智能化程度更高,相比较于现有的无人酒店,不仅仅实现了自动入住等功能,同时对于娱乐、购物和商务进行了无人化的扩展,功能更加强大。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图1-7,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本 发明保护的范围。
实施例一
如图1-7所示:一种基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,包括入住办理单元100、日常服务单元200、购物服务单元300、娱乐服务单元400、商务服务单元500以及结算办理单元600;
所述入住办理单元100通过视频监控获得顾客的人物信息,进而分析顾客信息与预约信息是否匹配,以及入住信息是否到期,同时接入警方系统判断视频中访客是否为可疑人员,成功办理后发放房卡;
所述日常服务单元200包括酒店内免费设备的使用以及日常卫生的打扫;
所述购物服务单元300供酒店内居住人员购物,通过房卡信息实现购物结算;
所述娱乐服务单元400为酒店内居住人员提供收费的娱乐设施和场所,通过房卡信息来购买娱乐时间;
所述商务服务单元500提供商务会议室,供酒店内居住人员举行商务会议;
所述结算办理单元600提供退房服务,并对房卡信息进行读取,对于消费的金额进行统计并收费。
具体而言,入住办理单元负责客人的入住办理项目,包括提前的预定以及后续到酒店后的办理入住,在办理入住的时候通过摄像头对客户的样貌进行拍摄,并与之前的预约信息进行比较,查看是否一致以及入住信息相关是否正确才可办理入住。同时该单元还接入警方系统能够判断是否未可疑人员,如果是可疑人员则立即通知警方前来确认,都没有问题后在柜台自动发放房卡,房卡绑定信息较多,同时在酒店内的其它消费可疑实现通过房卡来刷卡。
日常服务单元用于客户日常的生活所用,如电梯的乘坐、房门的开启、电力和水的使用以及房间内地面的打扫,这些都可以通过房卡使用或者通过预先安装的扫地机器人规律性打扫。
购物服务单元提供了一些比较常用的商品,如泡面、火腿肠、饮料、小零食等,客户可以通过房卡直接消费。
娱乐服务单元和商务服务单元提供额外的服务,娱乐服务单元可以提供娱 乐场所,通过房卡消费时长进行娱乐,商务服务单元可以租借会议室,同样通过房卡消费时长。
结算办理单元在住宿完毕后,到大堂办理退房手续,同时还对房卡进行扫描,读取内部信息,统计消费的金额并收费。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1-7所示,
所述入住办理单元100包括预定模块110和入住模块120,所述预定模块110包括房间选择111、时间选择112、缴费选择113以及发票开具信息114,房间选择111可以在预定时对房间进行选择,时间选择112可以在预定时选择入住的时间以及时长,缴费选择113可以选择缴费的方式以及进行缴费,发票开具信息114可以确认是否开具发票以及填入发票信息。
所述入住模块120包括设置在大堂内的主控制器121、与主控制器121连接的第一视频监控设备122、与主控制器121连接的房卡发放设备124以及与主控制器连接的发票开具设备123。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1-7所示,
所述日常服务单元200包括用于对电梯控制的电梯乘坐模块210、用于对房门控制的门禁模块220、用于对用水设备控制的供水控制模块230、用于对电气设备控制的用电控制模块240以及用于对室内地面进行打扫的清扫模块250。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1-7所示,
所述购物服务单元300包括室内购物模块310以及自主购物模块320,所述室内购物模块310包括室内柜子上设置的排放平台,所述排放平台上设置多个压力检测机构311,所述压力检测机构311上一一对应放置商品。
所述自主购物模块320包括室外走廊设置的自动售卖机322,所述自动售卖机322上设置对房卡信息进行读写的第一读写模块321,通过第一读写模块321识别房卡信息并将购物所需费用录入房卡内。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1-7所示,
所述娱乐服务单元400包括室内娱乐室,所述室内娱乐室包括台球娱乐项目410、桌球娱乐项目420、电玩娱乐项目430,针对每个娱乐项目设置控制模块450,所述控制模块450设置第二读写模块460,所述第二读写模块460 识别房卡信息并将娱乐所需费用录入房卡内。
所述控制模块450上还设置提醒机构440,在购买娱乐项目时通过房卡购买娱乐时间,提醒模块440在娱乐时间完毕前半小时和十分钟分别进行一次提醒。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1-7所示,
所述商务服务单元500包括室内会议室510,所述室内会议室510大门设置时间购买模块520,所述时间购买模块520通过识别房卡信息,实现对室内会议室使用时间的购买,并在时间结束前五分钟进行提醒。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1-7所示,
所述结算办理单元600包括设置在室内的第二视频监控设备610、位于大堂的第三视频监控设备620以及房卡信息读取设备630,所述第二视频监控设备610对居住人员离开后的室内进行视频查看,人员是否满足退房要求,所述第三视频监控设备620对办理退房的人员进行监控,查看是否未结算房卡内消费就直接离开,所述房卡信息读取设备630用于对房卡信息进行读取并进行收费。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:包括入住办理单元(100)、日常服务单元(200)、购物服务单元(300)、娱乐服务单元(400)、商务服务单元(500)以及结算办理单元(600);
    所述入住办理单元(100)通过视频监控获得顾客的人物信息,进而分析顾客信息与预约信息是否匹配,以及入住信息是否到期,同时接入警方系统判断视频中访客是否为可疑人员,成功办理后发放房卡;
    所述日常服务单元(200)包括酒店内免费设备的使用以及日常卫生的打扫;
    所述购物服务单元(300)供酒店内居住人员购物,通过房卡信息实现购物结算;
    所述娱乐服务单元(400)为酒店内居住人员提供收费的娱乐设施和场所,通过房卡信息来购买娱乐时间;
    所述商务服务单元(500)提供商务会议室,供酒店内居住人员举行商务会议;
    所述结算办理单元(600)提供退房服务,并对房卡信息进行读取,对于消费的金额进行统计并收费。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述入住办理单元(100)包括预定模块(110)和入住模块(120),所述预定模块(110)包括房间选择(111)、时间选择(112)、缴费选择(113)以及发票开具信息(114),房间选择(111)可以在预定时对房间进行选择,时间选择(112)可以在预定时选择入住的时间以及时长,缴费选择(113)可以选择缴费的方式以及进行缴费,发票开具信息(114)可以确认是否开具发票以及填入发票信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述入住模块(120)包括设置在大堂内的主控制器(121)、与主控制器(121)连接的第一视频监控设备(122)、与主控制器(121)连接的房卡发放设备(124)以及与主控制器连接的发票开具设备(123)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在 于:所述日常服务单元(200)包括用于对电梯控制的电梯乘坐模块(210)、用于对房门控制的门禁模块(220)、用于对用水设备控制的供水控制模块(230)、用于对电气设备控制的用电控制模块(240)以及用于对室内地面进行打扫的清扫模块(250)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述购物服务单元(300)包括室内购物模块(310)以及自主购物模块(320),所述室内购物模块(310)包括室内柜子上设置的排放平台,所述排放平台上设置多个压力检测机构(311),所述压力检测机构(311)上一一对应放置商品。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述自主购物模块(320)包括室外走廊设置的自动售卖机(322),所述自动售卖机(322)上设置对房卡信息进行读写的第一读写模块(321),通过第一读写模块(321)识别房卡信息并将购物所需费用录入房卡内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述娱乐服务单元(400)包括室内娱乐室,所述室内娱乐室包括台球娱乐项目(410)、桌球娱乐项目(420)、电玩娱乐项目(430),针对每个娱乐项目设置控制模块(450),所述控制模块(450)设置第二读写模块(460),所述第二读写模块(460)识别房卡信息并将娱乐所需费用录入房卡内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述控制模块(450)上还设置提醒机构(440),在购买娱乐项目时通过房卡购买娱乐时间,提醒模块(440)在娱乐时间完毕前半小时和十分钟分别进行一次提醒。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述商务服务单元(500)包括室内会议室(510),所述室内会议室(510)大门设置时间购买模块(520),所述时间购买模块(520)通过识别房卡信息,实现对室内会议室使用时间的购买,并在时间结束前五分钟进行提醒。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于物联网的无人酒店智能管理系统,其特征在于:所述结算办理单元(600)包括设置在室内的第二视频监控设备(610)、位于大堂的第三视频监控设备(620)以及房卡信息读取设备(630),所述第 二视频监控设备(610)对居住人员离开后的室内进行视频查看,人员是否满足退房要求,所述第三视频监控设备(620)对办理退房的人员进行监控,查看是否未结算房卡内消费就直接离开,所述房卡信息读取设备(630)用于对房卡信息进行读取并进行收费。
