Abstract

一种自动换飞机的方法,包括:在执行换飞机的操作时,判断新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致,并根据新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。通过上述的流程,实现了自动换飞机的操作,提升了工作效率,提高了准确度。

一种自动换飞机的方法及装置
本申请要求于2020年12月7日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011431117.7、发明名称为“一种自动换飞机的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及航空领域,尤其涉及一种自动换飞机的方法及装置。
背景技术
在航班起飞前,有可能会遇到一些不可抗力的因素,导致执行任务的飞机需要进行更换。换飞机操作既涉及飞行安全,又影响航空公司对旅客提供的出行服务,所以该操作具有严格的操作流程、标准的操作规范,是航空公司保证飞行安全和旅客服务的重要环节。
当前换飞机的操作,都是人工按照换飞机的流程执行的,换飞机的操作复杂并且要求严格,工作量大,需要耗费大量的人力物力,并且人工操作的方式效率低、容易出错。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例公开了一种自动换飞机的方法及装置,解决了现有技术中人工执行换飞机操作效率低、容易出错的问题。
本发明实施例公开了一种自动换飞机的方法,包括:
响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;
获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;
获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁 定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。
可选的,获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息,包括:

若已值机乘客的座位存在被锁定的情况,为被锁定座位的乘客重新分配座位。

一致性检测单元,用于响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;
座位信息获取单元,用于获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;
座位锁定单元,用于获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
座位匹配单元,用于根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。

本发明实施例公开了一种自动换飞机的方法,包括:在执行换飞机的操作时,判断新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致,并根据新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。通过上述的流程,实现了自动换飞机的操作,提升了工作效率,提高了准确度。

参考图1,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种自动换飞机的方法的流程示意图,在本实施例中,该方法包括:
S101:响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述 原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;
本实施例中,新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息可以通过任何一种方式表示,本实施例中不进行限定。例如可以通过布局标识进行表示,例如布局标识可以为布局表号,并且,需要知道的是,每个飞机具有唯一的布局表号。
其中,布局信息可以通过飞机信息和/或航班信息获取,例如飞机号、航班号、航线等信息。
本实施例中,若布局信息为布局表号,则判断新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致,可以通过判断新飞机的布局表号和原飞机的布局表号是否相同。
S102:获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;
本实施例中,在未执行换飞机之前,若乘客已办理了值机手续,那么该乘客已经在原飞机上选定了座位。
S103:获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
本实施例中,飞机上的座位中,有一些可能会存在故障的,或者有一些是需要分配给机组人员的,或者因为某些需求或者原因导致某些座位无法被乘客使用的,为了避免这样的座位分配给乘客,需要预先将这样的座位进行锁定。
本实施例中,锁座规则中与航班有关的占座信息包括:航班机组人员的占座信息以及新飞机可以用于分配给航班机组人员的座位信息。
其中,与航班有关的占座信息可以通过航班号、飞机号、航班日期以及执飞航线确定。
其中,为了便于工作人员查询锁座规则,当接收到用户输入的查询条件时,可以基于查询条件,查询到锁座规则,其中查询条件包括:航班号、飞机号、航班日期以及执飞条件等。
其中,对于新飞机座位的锁定操作,还与新飞机的布局相对于原飞机是否发生了变更有关系,具体的,包括:
在发生了变更的情况下,不考虑原飞机的布局,直接按照新飞机的锁 座规则锁定新飞机上座位;
在未发生变更的情况下,为了简化后续为客户分配座位的操作,可以在原飞机的布局图中执行锁定操作,但是由于原飞机的布局图中标识有对原飞机座位的锁定情况,那么需要先对锁定的原飞机的座位进行解锁,然后再基于新飞机的锁定规则,锁定新飞机的座位。
本实施例中,为了避免特殊情况的出现,可以对锁定的座位进行调整,具体的,还包括:
接收座位锁定的调整信息;
基于座位锁定的调整信息对锁定的座位进行调整。
其中,对锁定的座位的调整可以包括:增加锁定的座位,减少某些锁定的座位(可以理解为对某些锁定的座位进行解锁)等。
进一步的,为了方便工作人员查看,也为了便于工作人员可以进行座位的调整,可以在布局图中展示锁定的座位。
举例说明:若本次航班对机组人员进行了调整,例如增加了机组人员或者减少了机组人员,那么需要根据实际情况对锁定的座位进行增加或者删减。
S104:根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。
本实施例中,在为乘客匹配座位之前,锁定了一些新飞机中的座位,那么在给乘客在新飞机中匹配座位时,需要考虑到新飞机中锁定的座位。
在新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息一致的情况下,可以直接基于新飞机的布局信息为乘客分配座位。
在新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致的情况下,可以直接将标注有已值机乘客选定座位的布局图作为新飞机的布局图,那么无需在为乘客重新匹配座位,这样简化了操作流程,提高了工作效率。
本实施例中,在执行换飞机的操作时,判断新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致,并根据新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的 座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。通过上述的流程,实现了自动换飞机的操作,提升了工作效率,提高了准确度。
参考图2,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种自动换飞机的又一方法流程图,在本实施例中,该方法包括:
S201:响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;

S202:获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;

S203:获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并在所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致的情况下,根据所述新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
本实施例中,若新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致,那么无需考虑原飞机之前的锁定情况,直接按照新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位。
本实施例中,锁座规则中与航班有关的占座信息包括:航班机组人员的占座信息以及新飞机可以用于分配给航班机组人员的座位信息。
其中,与航班有关的占座信息可以通过航班号、飞机号、航班日期以及执飞航线确定。
其中,为了便于工作人员查询锁座规则,当接收到用户输入的查询条件时,可以基于查询条件,查询到锁座规则,其中查询条件包括:航班号、飞机号、航班日期以及执飞条件等。
举例说明:获取新飞机的锁座规则,包括:新飞机上存在故障座椅5H,需要在Y舱第一排锁3个机组座;系统自动锁新飞机上的故障座椅5H,以及自动锁上Y舱第一排3A、3B、3C机组座。
本实施例中,为了避免特殊情况的出现,可以对锁定的座位进行调整,具体的,还包括:
接收座位锁定的调整信息;
基于座位锁定的调整信息对锁定的座位进行调整。
其中,对锁定的座位的调整可以包括:增加锁定的座位,减少某些锁定的座位(可以理解为对某些锁定的座位进行解锁)等。
举例说明:若本次航班对机组人员进行了调整,例如增加了机组人员或者减少了机组人员,那么需要根据实际情况对锁定的座位进行增加或者删减。
S204:若所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致,通过所述原飞机中已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息,获取已值机乘客的座位特征;
S205:在新飞机中未锁定的座位中,按照已值机乘客的座位特征在未锁定的座位中为已值机的乘客匹配座位。
为了尽可能的给乘客匹配到与之前选定的座位一致的座位,本实施例中,通过乘客已选座位的特征为乘客匹配座位。
本实施例中,座位的特征可以包括:座位所属的仓位、座位位于第几排、座位是靠近窗口还是靠近过道。
本实施例中,若新飞机和原飞机的布局相同,那么在按照乘客已选定的座位的特征在新飞机上为乘客匹配的座位时,新飞机的座位号可以和原飞机的座位号一致;若新飞机和原飞机的布局不同,那么在按照乘客已选定的座位的特征在新飞机上为乘客匹配座位后,为乘客匹配的座位的属性尽可能的和之前选定的座位的属性一致,例如若原来选定的座位位于第5排、靠近窗口,那么在新飞机上为乘客选定的座位也是位于第5排且靠近窗口。
本实施例中,在为乘客匹配座位之前,按照锁座规则锁定座位,并按照已值机乘客已选座位的特征在未锁定的座位上为乘客匹配座位。这样避免了乘客被匹配到故障的座位或者机组成员已占的座位上。并且,也尽可能的为乘客分配到了符合乘客已选座位特征的座位。
本实施例中,在为乘客分配座位时,可能会出现如下的情况:新飞机 中符合乘客座位特征的座位是已被锁定的座位,那么在这种情况下,无法按照乘客的座位的特征为乘客匹配到座位。为了不让乘客再次选择座位,可以按照乘客的相关特征为乘客匹配座位,具体的,还包括:
若按照乘客的座位特征无法为乘客匹配到座位时,获取没有匹配到座位的乘客的价值特征和座位偏好;
按照没有匹配到座位的乘客的价值特征确定座位分配的优先级;
按照没有匹配到座位的乘客的座位偏好和座位分配的优先级为乘客匹配座位。
本实施例中,乘客的价值可以按照乘客在航空公司购票的情况,和/或是否为VIP客户等信息确定,但是乘客的价值的确定不限于上述所说的乘客在航空公司购票的情况以及是否为VIP客户。
本实施例中,对于价值高的乘客可以分配更高的优先级,优先级靠前的,可以优选分配座位。
本实施例中,乘客的座位偏好可以按照乘客当前选定的座位以及之前乘机时选择的座位的情况确定。
本实施例中,在执行换飞机的操作时,判断所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致,在新飞机的布局信息与原飞机的布局信息是否不一致的情况下,按照新飞机的锁座规则锁定新飞机中的座位,在新飞机中未锁定的座位中,按照已值机乘客的座位特征在未锁定的座位中为已值机的乘客匹配座位。通过上述的流程,实现了自动换飞机的操作,提升了工作效率,提高了准确度。
参考图3,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种自动换飞机的方法的另一流程示意图,在本实施例中,该方法包括:
S301:响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;

S302:获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;

S303:在原飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息一致的情况下,获取所述原飞机的布局信息对应的布局图,并对原飞机布局图中锁定的座位进行解锁;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息;
S304:获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并基于所述锁座规则在原飞机的布局图中锁定座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
本实施例中,在原飞机和新飞机的布局信息一致的情况下,为了简化操作流程,可以不更换飞机布局图,即仍然在原飞机布局图上进行操作。但是由于新飞机和原飞机对于座位锁定的规则不同,那么需要对锁定的座位进行更换,即对原飞机中锁定的座位进行解锁,并按照新飞机的锁座规则以及与航班有关的占座信息,在原飞机布局图中重新进行座位锁定。
举例说明:获取原飞机包括:原飞机上存在故障座椅51C,机组座位31J、31K;获取新飞机的锁座规则,包括:新飞机上存在故障座椅34B,需要在Y舱第一排锁2个机组座;系统自动解锁原飞机上的故障座椅51C,以及解锁原飞机上的机组座位31J、31K,并自动锁新飞机上的故障座椅34B,以及自动锁上Y舱第一排4B、4C机组座。
S305:将所述原飞机的布局图作为新飞机的布局;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息;
本实施例中,由于原飞机的布局图和新飞机的布局图相同,为了简化操作,直接在原飞机的布局图中进行操作,这样原飞机的布局图中标注的已值机乘客的座位信息就能表示乘客在新飞机中的座位信息。
但是,由于在新飞机中重新锁定了座位,那么有可能会出现乘客之前选定的座位被锁定了,这种情况下,仍需要重新为乘客分配座位,进一步,还包括:
判断已值机乘客的座位中是否包含被锁定的座位;
若已值机乘客的座位存在被锁定的情况,为被锁定座位的乘客重新分配座位。
其中,为乘客重新分配座位可以包括多种方法,本实施例中,不进行 限定,例如可以基于座位的特征为乘客重新分配座位。
除此之外,为了让乘客有良好的客乘体验,尽可能的满足客户的需求,可以按照乘客的价值特征和座位偏好为乘客分配座位,具体的,还包括:
若按照乘客的座位特征无法为乘客匹配到座位时,获取没有匹配到座位的乘客的价值特征和座位偏好;
按照乘客的价值特征确定座位分配的优先级;
按照乘客的座位偏好和座位分配的优先级为乘客匹配座位。
本实施例中,在原飞机的布局和新飞机的布局图一致的情况下,直接在原飞机的布局图上进行操作,在原飞机的布局图上解锁之前锁定的原飞机的座位信息,并根据新飞机的锁座规则重新锁定座位,并将已标注的已值机乘客选定的座位信息作为乘客在新飞机上的座位信息,并在乘客之前选定的座位被锁定的情况下,重新为乘客分配座位。这样简化了换飞机的操作流程,进一步提升了换飞机的处理效率和准确率。

接收座位锁定的调整信息;
基于座位锁定的调整信息对锁定的座位进行调整。

第一座位匹配子单元,用于在新飞机中未锁定的座位中,按照已值机乘客的座位特征在未锁定的座位中为已值机的乘客匹配座位。
可选的,所述座位锁定单元,包括:
解锁子单元,用于在原飞机的布局和原飞机的布局一致的情况下,获取所述原飞机的布局信息对应的布局图,并对原飞机布局图中锁定的座位进行解锁;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息;
第二锁座规则获取子单元,用于获取所述新飞机的锁座规则;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
第二锁座子单元,用于基于所述锁座规则在原飞机的布局图中锁定座位。
可选的,所述锁座单元,包括:
第二座位匹配子单元,用于将所述原飞机的布局图作为新飞机的布局;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息。
可选的,还包括:
判断子单元,用于判断已值机乘客的座位中是否包含被锁定的座位;
第三座位匹配子单元,用于,若已值机乘客的座位存在被锁定的情况,为被锁定座位的乘客重新分配座位。
可选的,所述第三座位匹配子单元,包括:
乘客信息获取单元,用于获取被锁定座位的乘客的价值特征和座位偏好;
优先级确定单元,用于按照乘客的价值特征确定座位分配的优先级;
第四座位匹配子单元,用于按照乘客的座位偏好和座位分配的优先级为乘客匹配座位。
可选的,还包括:
锁定座位调整子单元,用于:
接收座位锁定的调整信息;
基于座位锁定的调整信息对锁定的座位进行调整。
本发明实施例公开了一种自动换飞机的方法,包括:在执行换飞机的操作时,判断新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致,并根据新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。通过上述的流程,实现了自动换飞机的操作,提升了工作效率,提高了准确度。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种自动换飞机的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;
    获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;
    获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
    根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息,包括:
    获取所述新飞机的锁座规则;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
    在所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致的情况下,根据所述新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机的座位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位,包括:
    若所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致,通过所述原飞机中已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息,获取已值机乘客的座位特征;
    在新飞机中未锁定的座位中,按照已值机乘客的座位特征在未锁定的座位中为已值机的乘客匹配座位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息,包括:
    在原飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息一致的情况下,获取所述原飞机的布局信息对应的布局图,并对原飞机布局图中锁定的座位进行解锁;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息;
    获取所述新飞机的锁座规则;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
    基于所述锁座规则在原飞机的布局图中锁定座位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位,包括:
    将所述原飞机的布局图作为新飞机的布局;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断已值机乘客的座位中是否包含被锁定的座位;
    若已值机乘客的座位存在被锁定的情况,为被锁定座位的乘客重新分配座位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若已值机乘客的座位存在被锁定的情况,为被锁定座位的乘客重新分配座位,包括:
    获取被锁定座位的乘客的价值特征和座位偏好;
    按照乘客的价值特征确定座位分配的优先级;
    按照乘客的座位偏好和座位分配的优先级为乘客匹配座位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收座位锁定的调整信息;
    基于座位锁定的调整信息对锁定的座位进行调整。
  9. 一种自动换飞机的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一致性检测单元,用于响应于换飞机的指令,获取新飞机的布局信息 和原飞机的布局信息,并确定所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致;所述原飞机为需要被替换的飞机,所述新飞机为替换飞机;
    座位信息获取单元,用于获取已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息;
    座位锁定单元,用于获取所述新飞机的锁座规则,并根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况以及所述锁座规则,锁定新飞机中的座位;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
    座位匹配单元,用于根据所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息是否一致的情况、锁定的新飞机的座位以及已值机乘客在原飞机中已选定的座位,为已值机乘客在新飞机中匹配座位。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述座位锁定单元,包括:
    第一锁座规则获取子单元,用于获取所述新飞机的锁座规则;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
    第一座位锁定子单元,用于在所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致的情况下,根据所述新飞机的锁座规则,锁定新飞机的座位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述座位匹配单元,包括:
    座位特征获取子单元,用于若所述新飞机的布局信息和原飞机的布局信息不一致,通过所述原飞机中已值机乘客在原飞机中已选择的座位的信息,获取已值机乘客的座位特征;
    第一座位匹配子单元,用于在新飞机中未锁定的座位中,按照已值机乘客的座位特征在未锁定的座位中为已值机的乘客匹配座位。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述座位锁定单元,包括:
    解锁子单元,用于在原飞机的布局和原飞机的布局一致的情况下,获取所述原飞机的布局信息对应的布局图,并对原飞机布局图中锁定的座位进行解锁;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息;
    第二锁座规则获取子单元,用于获取所述新飞机的锁座规则;所述锁座规则包括:故障座位和与航班有关的占座信息;
    第二锁座子单元,用于基于所述锁座规则在原飞机的布局图中锁定座位。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁座单元,包括:
    第二座位匹配子单元,用于将所述原飞机的布局图作为新飞机的布局;所述原飞机的布局图中标注有已值机乘客选定的座位信息。
