Abstract
Description
上述の通り、本実施形態の化粧用積層シートは、微細孔を有する多孔性フィルムと、前記多孔性フィルムに重なる薄膜シートとを少なくとも備えており、前記多孔性フィルムにおける前記多孔性フィルムの開孔率は、35%以上55%以下である。
本実施形態の積層シート10は、微細孔を有する多孔性フィルム1を備えており、この多孔性フィルム1は、薄膜シート2の一方の面に配置され、薄膜シート2を貼付する際の治具等として使用することができる。
上記式(1)において、Dは、図2に示されるような微細孔の孔径を意味し、Pは、図2に示されるような微細孔間のピッチを意味する。ここで、孔径とは、微細孔の直径の平均値をさす。
本実施形態の化粧用積層シート10が備える薄膜シート2は、公知のメイク支援システム等を通じて、特定の個人の肌の変色部位に応じて作製された、特定の人が使用するためのシート(オンデマンドで作製されるシート)であってもよい。一方で、薄膜シート2は、不特定多数の人の平均的な肌の色に合わせて作製された、不特定多数の人が使用するためのシート等であってもよい。当該薄膜シート2は、肌の彩色等のためだけでなく、肌の変色部位の上に貼り付けることで、変色部位を目立たなくしたり、当該変色部位を装飾したりする用途にも用いることもできる。さらには、メイク(肌色を変える)目的以外でも、保湿成分や美白成分などの美容成分を含む美容成分層を備えるシートであってもよい。
本実施形態の化粧用積層シートは、さらに、被覆シートを備えていてもよい。前記被覆シートは、前記薄膜シートを保護するために備えられ、従来の化粧用薄膜シートに備えられていた台紙(支持体)とは異なり、薄膜シート上に保護目的で置かれているだけのシートである。つまり、従来は、台紙と薄膜シートは積層され一体化されていたが、本実施形態では、前記被覆シートと前記薄膜シートは密着(一体化)していないことが特徴である。
本実施形態の化粧用積層シートの製造方法は、特に限定はされないが、薄膜シートを準備する工程(以下、「薄膜シート準備工程」とも称する)と、上述の多孔性フィルムを準備し、当該多孔性フィルムを、先に作製した薄膜シートに面するように積層する工程(以下、「多孔性フィルム積層工程」とも称する)とを含む。ただし、本実施形態の化粧用シートの製造方法は、必要に応じて他の工程を含んでいてもよい。
次に、化粧用積層シートが備える薄膜シートを被貼付面に貼り付ける方法について、図4を参照しつつ説明する。
本実施形態には、上述した化粧用積層シートと、前記化粧用積層シートを収納する容器を備える化粧用セットも包含される。
実施例用に、下記表1に示すような開孔率を有する、親水化処理をした、厚み50μmのPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルム(水との接触角50°)からなる単層多孔性フィルム1~3を準備した。また、親水処理をした、厚み50μmのPETフィルムと、厚み23μmの接着剤層(防水性シリコン系接着剤)と、厚み38μmのPETフィルム(水との接触角50°)を積層し、表1に示す開孔率を有する多層多孔性フィルム4~8を準備した。
上記で得られた多孔性フィルム1~8に、それぞれ、インクジェット印刷により1μmの着色層が形成されたポリ乳酸薄膜シート(厚み500nm)を積層し、積層シート1~8を作成した。
比較例用に、単層フィルムと多層フィルムそれぞれの場合において、微細孔を有しない親水性フィルム(開孔率0%)、開口率Aが5%の親水性フィルム、開口率Aが95%の親水性フィルム準備した。
上記実施例および比較例で得られた積層シートを用いて、被貼付面への貼り付けを行い、その際の貼付性を評価した。
A:薄膜シートが多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルムから肌に簡単に移行する
B:多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルムの一部に薄膜シートが癒着し、薄膜シートが多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルムから剥がれ難いことがある
C:多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルムから薄膜シートが剥がれず、薄膜シートを肌に移行できない
表1の結果から明らかなように、本実施形態の化粧用積層シートは、いずれも被貼付面への貼付性に優れていた。また、貼り付けの操作も容易に行うことができた。それに対し、比較例1~2及び4~5では、積層シートと多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルムとの接触面積が大きく、貼り付けの際に積層シートが多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルム側に密着して残存し、積層シートの肌への移行が困難であった。また、比較例3及び6では、多孔性フィルムの空隙率が大きく平滑性が損なわれ、積層シートが多孔性表面に引っかかり、貼り付けの際に積層シートが多孔性フィルムあるいはフィルム側に密着して残存し、積層シートの肌への移行が困難となることがわかった。
Claims (13)
- 微細孔を有する多孔性フィルムと、
前記多孔性フィルムに重なる薄膜シートと、を備え、
前記多孔性フィルムの開孔率が35%以上55%以下である、
化粧用積層シート。 - 前記多孔性フィルムが親水性である、請求項1に記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記多孔性フィルムは、前記薄膜シートが積層されていない部位を有する、請求項1または2に記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記多孔性フィルムのアスカーC硬度は4度以上20度以下である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記多孔性フィルムは、波長550nmの光線に対して透過率が40%以上である請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記多孔性フィルムの弾性率が100MPa以上10万MPa以下である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記薄膜シートの厚みが10nm以上10μm以下である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記薄膜シートは親水性である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 前記薄膜シートが、前記多孔性フィルム側の表面に、着色層、光散乱層、及び美容成分を含む層のうち少なくとも1つの層を有する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- さらに被覆シートを備え、前記多孔性フィルムと、前記薄膜シートと、前記被覆シートと、はこの順で積層されている、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シート。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の化粧用積層シートと、前記化粧用積層シートを収納する容器を備える化粧用セット。
- 前記容器は、波長300nmの光線に対して透過率が80%未満である、請求項11に記載の化粧用セット。
- 前記容器内に、さらに乾燥剤が封入されている、請求項11または12に記載の化粧用セット。
