- the outing plan generation unit 104 generates an outing plan for the user based on the congestion tendency at the destination in addition to the outing tendency and the operation information of the shared vehicle.
- the outing plan generation device 100 transmits the generated outing plan to the user terminal 200, and proposes the outing plan to the user.
- the user can go out using a carpool vehicle during a time when the destination is not crowded, referring to the outing plan. Therefore, the outing plan generation device 100 can allow the user to use a public facility or the like on the go while avoiding a busy time.
- the outing plan generation device 100 can generate an outing plan in which the number of people riding in the shared vehicle is reduced to a predetermined number or less. In this case, congestion in the shared vehicle, which is a means of transportation, can be alleviated. In addition, the outing plan generation device 100 can alleviate the congestion of each facility to go out through the outing plan proposed to the user. At commercial facilities such as supermarkets where customers go out, measures such as selling may be implemented during times when there are relatively few visitors. In that case, it is possible to promote the use of the service of the outing plan generation device 100 and improve the sales of the store.
