一种碳素生产过程中用的填充料装置 技术领域
本发明属于碳素生产技术领域,具体涉及一种碳素生产过程中用的填充料装置。
背景技术
炭和石墨材料是以碳元素为主的非金属固体材料,其中炭材料基本上由非石墨质碳组成的材料,而石墨材料则是基本上由石墨质碳组成的材料。不仅是石墨,同时也包含金刚石、富勒烯、卡宾所有的含碳材料都称为碳素材料。
目前的碳素再生产过程中通常使用过滤结构来避免装置内部进入杂物,可在装置的长时间运行下,过滤结构易积聚较多的灰尘不便于进行清理,同时在向碳素生产装置中填充物料时,入料口易出现较多的粉尘,现有的装置无法对粉尘进行吸附,导致粉尘易被人体吸入,影响工作人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳素生产过程中用的填充料装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种碳素生产过程中用的填充料装置,包括加工箱、固定设置于加工箱顶部中心的集尘箱;
所述加工箱的上端面两侧均开设有供入料斗固定安装的矩形槽,所述集尘箱的上端面居中设置有风泵,且集尘箱的两侧连接有分别连通两个入料斗的除尘管,所述风泵连接有延伸入集尘箱内的吸风管,所述集尘箱的背部开设有供透气网安装的通槽,且集尘箱内安装有集尘网;

本发明的技术效果和优点:该碳素生产过程中用的填充料装置,得益于毛刷的设置,可启动第二电机,使得电机轴转动带动十字板转动,进而使得毛刷对过滤网进行旋转清理,便于在长时间使用下对过滤网进行清理,提升过滤效果;得益于集尘箱和风泵的设置,可启动风泵,使得集尘箱内的压强呈负压,在向入料斗内填充物料时,粉尘通过除尘管进入到集尘箱内,并被集尘网吸附,避免人体吸入粉尘给身体带来伤害。
