Description

一种多工位夹具 技术领域
 本实用新型属于机械技术领域,涉及一种夹具,特别是一种多工位夹具。
背景技术
 夹具是指机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象,使之占有正确的位置,以接受施工或检测的装置,又称卡具。从广义上说,在工艺过程中的任何工序,用来迅速、方便、安全地安装工件的装置,都可称为夹具。
现有的夹具一般只能一个一个加持工件,当需要用时进行多个工件加工时,需要准备多套夹具进行适配,不仅操作复杂,而且结构也复杂。
技术问题
 本实用新型的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种可一次性夹持多个工件的多工位夹具。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种多工位夹具,包括支架和竖直设置在支架上的定位筒,定位筒内设有弹性夹头,且定位筒和弹性夹头之间采用锥面配合,其特征在于,定位筒至少有两个且水平并列设置,每个定位筒内均设有上述的弹性夹头;每个定位筒下方均并列设置有支撑筒,且支撑筒与支架固连,支撑筒内竖直设有轴向截面呈T形的推架,推架由头部和杆部组成,杆部下端伸出支撑筒,杆部上端套有使头部具有顶压在弹性夹头底壁上的蝶形弹簧;本夹具还包括能同时驱动所有推架克服对应的蝶形弹簧弹力下移的驱动组件。
使用时,工件设置在弹性夹头内,并在蝶形弹簧作用下,弹性夹头向内收缩夹紧工件;工件加工完毕后,驱动组件带动推架下移使弹性夹头摆脱受力松开工件,此时,便可轻松将加工后的工件拔出。
在驱动组件、推架和蝶形弹簧配合下,可同时完成多个工件的夹紧或松开,以有效简化操作步骤,提高操作效率和方便性。
在上述的多工位夹具中,上述的驱动组件包括水平设置的连接板和用于驱动连接板上下平移的驱动件,所有杆部下端均与连接板固连,具有结构简单、安装方便的优点。
在上述的多工位夹具中,上述的驱动件为气缸或油缸,且气缸或油缸的活塞杆与连接板固连。
在上述的多工位夹具中,支撑筒的内壁上一体成型有环形挡肩,蝶形弹簧处于头部和环形挡肩之间,且蝶形弹簧的两端分别抵压在环形挡肩和头部上。
在上述的多工位夹具中,每个定位筒的顶壁上均至少竖直固定有两限位柱,限位柱用于支撑工件,且同一定位筒上的多个限位柱沿定位筒周向均布。
在上述的多工位夹具中,定位筒顶壁上具有沿竖直方向设置的插孔,插孔和限位柱数量相同且位置一一对应,限位柱下端插设在对应的插孔内,且限位柱和定位筒紧密配合固连。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本多工位夹具具有以下优点:
1、在驱动组件、推架和蝶形弹簧配合下,可同时完成多个工件的夹紧或松开,以有效简化操作步骤,提高操作效率和方便性。
2、限位柱既用于限制工件的安装位置,又用于支撑工件来提高其加工精度,即在本申请中,限位柱具备一物两用效果,具有结构简单、组装方便的优点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1和图2所示,本多工位夹具包括支架1和竖直设置在支架1上的定位筒2,定位筒2内设有呈筒状的弹性夹头3,且定位筒2和弹性夹头3之间采用锥面配合。在本实施例中,定位筒2内壁为直径向下逐渐变大的锥面一,弹性夹头3外壁为与锥面一匹配的锥面二,且锥面一和锥面二紧密接触。
具体来说,定位筒2至少有两个且水平并列设置,每个定位筒2内均设有上述的弹性夹头3。每个定位筒2下方均并列设置有支撑筒4,且支撑筒4与支架1固连。在本实施例中,定位筒2与对应的支撑筒4固连。如图1所示,支撑筒4内竖直设有轴向截面呈T形的推架5,推架5为一体式结构,该推架5由头部5a和杆部5b组成,其中,杆部5b下端伸出支撑筒4,杆部5b上端套有使头部5a具有顶压在弹性夹头3底壁上的蝶形弹簧6;本夹具还包括能同时驱动所有推架5克服对应的蝶形弹簧6弹力下移的驱动组件。使用时,工件7设置在弹性夹头3内,并在蝶形弹簧6作用下,弹性夹头3向内收缩夹紧工件7;工件7加工完毕后,驱动组件带动推架5下移使弹性夹头3摆脱受力松开工件7,此时,便可轻松将加工后的工件7拔出。在本实施例中,驱动组件包括水平设置的连接板8和用于驱动连接板8上下平移的驱动件9,所有杆部5b下端均与连接板8固连。驱动件9为气缸或油缸,且气缸或油缸的活塞杆与连接板8固连。支撑筒4的内壁上一体成型有环形挡肩4a,且环形挡肩4a和支撑筒4同轴布置。蝶形弹簧6处于头部5a和环形挡肩4a之间,且蝶形弹簧6的两端分别抵压在环形挡肩4a和头部5a上。
进一步说明,如图1所示,每个定位筒2的顶壁上均至少竖直固定有两限位柱10,限位柱10用于支撑工件7,且同一定位筒2上的多个限位柱10沿定位筒2周向均布。优选每个定位筒2上均设有两个限位柱10。
在本实施例中,限位柱10的安装方式如下:定位筒2顶壁上具有沿竖直方向设置的插孔,插孔和限位柱10数量相同且位置一一对应,限位柱10下端插设在对应的插孔内,且限位柱10和定位筒2紧密配合固连。

  1. 一种多工位夹具,包括支架(1)和竖直设置在支架(1)上的定位筒(2),定位筒(2)内设有弹性夹头(3),且定位筒(2)和弹性夹头(3)之间采用锥面配合,其特征在于,定位筒(2)至少有两个且水平并列设置,每个定位筒(2)内均设有上述的弹性夹头(3);每个定位筒(2)下方均并列设置有支撑筒(4),且支撑筒(4)与支架(1)固连,支撑筒(4)内竖直设有轴向截面呈T形的推架(5),推架(5)由头部(5a)和杆部(5b)组成,杆部(5b)下端伸出支撑筒(4),杆部(5b)上端套有使头部(5a)具有顶压在弹性夹头(3)底壁上的蝶形弹簧(6);本夹具还包括能同时驱动所有推架(5)克服对应的蝶形弹簧(6)弹力下移的驱动组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多工位夹具,其特征在于,上述的驱动组件包括水平设置的连接板(8)和用于驱动连接板(8)上下平移的驱动件(9),所有杆部(5b)下端均与连接板(8)固连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多工位夹具,其特征在于,上述的驱动件(9)为气缸或油缸,且气缸或油缸的活塞杆与连接板(8)固连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多工位夹具,其特征在于,支撑筒(4)的内壁上一体成型有环形挡肩(4a),蝶形弹簧(6)处于头部(5a)和环形挡肩(4a)之间,且蝶形弹簧(6)的两端分别抵压在环形挡肩(4a)和头部(5a)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多工位夹具,其特征在于,每个定位筒(2)的顶壁上均至少竖直固定有两限位柱(10),限位柱(10)用于支撑工件(7),且同一定位筒(2)上的多个限位柱(10)沿定位筒(2)周向均布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多工位夹具,其特征在于,定位筒(2)顶壁上具有沿竖直方向设置的插孔,插孔和限位柱(10)数量相同且位置一一对应,限位柱(10)下端插设在对应的插孔内,且限位柱(10)和定位筒(2)紧密配合固连。
