优选地,所述第一连接件包括自所述弹性导电本体伸出的第一弹性部和自所述第一弹性部向靠近所述第二连接件弯折延伸的第一连接部;所述第二连接件包括自所述弹性导电本体伸出的第二弹性部和自所述第二弹性部向靠近所述第一连接件弯折延伸的第二连接部;所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件间隔设置,所述第一连接部、所述第二连接部均与所述第一侧壁远离所述振膜一端连接。
优选地,所述第一焊盘、所述第二焊盘均与所述底壁远离所述振膜的一侧固定连接。
优选地,所述音圈呈跑道形,包括一对短轴侧和一对长轴侧,所述第一侧壁包括两个且间隔设置于所述音圈的短轴侧,所述第二侧壁呈环状,所述第二侧壁与所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一端连接。
优选地,所述第一弯折臂包括靠近所述第一侧壁的第一弯折部和自所述第一弯折部弯折延伸的第二弯折部,所述第二弯折部固定于所述底壁远离所述振膜的一侧;第二弯折臂包括靠近所述第一侧壁的第三弯折部和自所述第三弯折部弯折延伸的第四弯折部,所述第四弯折部固定于所述底壁远离所述振膜的一侧;所述第一焊盘由所述第二弯折部向远离所述第四弯折部延伸形成,所述第二焊盘由所述第四弯折部向远离所述第二弯折部延伸形成。
优选地,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、设置在所述磁轭的主磁钢以及围绕所述主磁钢设置的第一副磁钢和第二副磁钢、以及固定于所述第一副磁钢和所述第二副磁钢的副导磁板,所述第一副磁钢位于所述音圈的短轴侧,所述第一副磁钢包括磁钢本体以及自所述磁钢本体延伸的延伸部;所述第一侧壁设有第一避让口,所述延伸部自所述第一避让口伸出并位于所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间。
优选地,所述副导磁板对应所述第一焊盘与所述第二焊盘位置处形成避让部。
优选地,所述振动系统还包括贴设于所述弹性导电件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜;所述辅助振膜开设有第二避让口,所述第一避让口与所述第二避让口连通以容纳所述延伸部。

与相关技术相比,本发明的发声器件,所述弹性导电件包括固定于所述盆架的弹性导电件本体、分别自所述弹性导电件本体朝向彼此弯折延伸的第一连接件和第二连接件、自所述第一连接件沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第一弯折臂、自所述第二连接件沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第二弯折臂与以及分别由所述第一弯折臂和所述第二弯折臂向彼此背离的方向延伸形成的第一焊盘与第二焊盘;所述音圈引线分别与第一焊盘与第二焊盘固定且电连接;所述第一焊盘、所述第二焊盘均设置于骨架的两侧,所述第一弯折臂与所述第二弯折臂间隔设置,从而使得第一副磁钢上的延伸部能够经第一弯折臂与第二弯折臂之间的间隔延伸至第一连接件和第二连接件之间,在第一副磁钢上设置延伸部增加了第一副磁钢的体积,提升所述发声器件的声学性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1-7所示,本发明提供一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括盆架1、分别固定于所述盆架1的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统3,所述磁路系统3具有磁间隙30。
具体的,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架1的振膜21、插设于所述磁间隙30以驱动所述振膜21振动的音圈22、与所述振膜21连接的骨架23、固定于所述盆架1并与所述骨架23远离所述振膜21的一侧连接的弹性导电件25以及辅助振膜26,所述骨架23与所述音圈22共同围成所述收容空间10。
所述振膜21包括具有通孔2110的振动部211、由所述振动部211的周缘延伸并环绕所述振动部211的折环部212、由所述折环部212向远离所述振动部211的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述盆架1的固定部213以及球顶214;所述振动部211环绕所述球顶214并相互间隔设置。
所述音圈22呈跑道形,其远离所述振膜21一端插设于所述磁间隙30内,包括一对相互间隔设置的短轴侧221和一对相互间隔设置的长轴侧222,所述短轴侧221具有两根引线2211。
所述骨架23包括固定于所述振动部211且呈环状的底壁231、由所述底壁231向所述磁路系统3方向弯折延伸的侧壁232。
具体的,所述侧壁232包括由所述底壁231外周缘向所述磁路系统3方向弯折延伸的第一侧壁2321以及由所述底壁231内周缘向所述磁路系统3方向弯折延伸的第二侧壁2322。所述第一侧壁2321包括两个且间隔设置于所述音圈22的短轴相对两侧,所述第二侧壁2322呈环状且与所述音圈22靠近所述振膜21的一端连接。
所述第一侧壁2321与所述音圈22间隔相对,所述底壁231、所述第一侧壁2321、所述第二侧壁2322以及所述音圈22共同围成所述收容空间10。第一侧壁2321设有第一避让缺口2320,由第一侧壁2321去料形成。
具体的,所述底壁231位于所述球顶214与所述振动部211之间并将所述振动部211与所述球顶214连接成一整体结构,可靠性更好。
所述弹性导电件25包括两个,且分别设置于所述音圈22的两短轴侧221。所述弹性导电件25包括固定于所述盆架1的弹性导电件本体250、分别自所述弹性导电件本体250朝向彼此延伸的第一连接件251和第二连接件252、自所述第一连接件251沿所述骨架23朝向所述收容空间10弯折延伸的第一弯折臂253、自所述第二连接件252沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间10弯折延伸的第二弯折臂254与以及分别由所述第一弯折臂253和所述第二弯折臂254向彼此背离的方向延伸形成的第一焊盘255与第二焊盘256。所述第一连接件251与所述第二连接件252间隔设置,所述第一弯折臂253与所述第二弯折臂254间隔设置,第一连接件251包括自弹性导电本体250伸出的第一弹性部2510和自第一弹性部2510向靠近第二连接件252弯折延伸的第一连接部2511;第二连接件252包括自弹性导电本体250伸出的第二弹性部2520和自第二弹性部2520向靠近第一连接件251弯折延伸的第二连接部2521。第一弹性部2510与第二弹性部2520间隔设置。第一连接部2511与第二连接部2521朝向彼此延伸且间隔设置,第一连接部2511与第二连接部2521均连接至第一侧壁2321远离振膜21的一端。在本实施例中,可以理解的是,由于音圈22仅一侧出引线,另一弹性导电件25也可以不设置弯折臂和第三连接件。
具体的,所述第一弯折臂253包括由所述第一连接部2511沿所述第一侧壁2321向所述底壁231方向弯折延伸并位于所述收容空间10内的第一弯折部2531以及由所述第一弯折部2531向所述第二侧壁2322方向弯折延伸的第二弯折部2532;第二弯折臂254包括由所述第二连接部2521沿所述第一侧壁2321向所述底壁231方向弯折延伸并位于所述收容空间10内的第三弯折部2541以及由所述第三弯折部2541向所述第二侧壁2322方向弯折延伸的第四弯折部2542,所述第一焊盘255由所述第二弯折部2532向远离所述第四弯折部2542延伸形成、所述第二焊盘256由所述第四弯折部2542向所述远离所述第二弯折部2532延伸形成,所述音圈22的两根引线2211与所述第一焊盘255、所述第二焊盘256电焊连接。所述第一弯折部2531、所述第三弯折部2541均与所述第一侧壁2321间隔平行设置;所述第二弯折部2532、所述第四弯折部2542、所述第一焊盘255、所述第二焊盘256均贴合于所述底壁231靠近所述音圈22的一侧;所述第一焊盘255和所述第二焊盘256分别设于所述骨架23的两侧区域。
所述弹性导电件本体250固定于所述盆架1远离所述振膜21一侧,第一连接件251和第二连接件252间隔设置且固定于所述第一侧壁2321远离所述振膜21一侧。
辅助振膜26贴设于所述弹性导电件25远离所述振膜21一侧。辅助振膜设有第二避让缺口260,所述第二避让缺口260与所述第一避让缺口2320连通。
所述磁路系统3包括磁轭31、主磁钢32、主导磁板33、两个第二副磁钢34、两个第一副磁钢35以及副导磁板36;所述主磁钢32装设于所述磁轭31靠近所述盆架1的一侧,所述主导磁板33装设于所述主磁钢32靠近所述盆架1的一侧,所述第二副磁钢34与所述第一副磁钢35装设于所述磁轭31靠近所述盆架1的一侧并与所述主磁钢32间隔设置,所述副导磁板36装设于所述第二副磁钢34与所述第一副磁钢35靠近所述盆架1的一侧并与所述主导磁板33间隔设置,所述副导磁板36远离所述磁轭31的一侧固定于所述盆架1上。具体的,所述主磁钢32大致为长方体,其具有短轴与长轴,所述两个第二副磁钢34与所述主磁钢32的长轴对应,所述两个第一副磁钢35均与所述主磁钢32的短轴对应,所述第二副磁钢34、所述第一副磁钢35均与所述主磁钢32间隔设置形成磁间隙30,所述音圈24远离所述振膜21的一端插设于所述磁间隙30中,所述两个第一副磁钢34为长方体,所述第一副磁钢35包括磁钢本体351和向远离所述主磁钢32延伸的延伸部350。所述延伸部350自所述第一避让缺口2320伸出且位于所述第一连接件251与所述第二连接件252之间,并收容于所述第二避让缺口260。所述延伸部350的设计增加了第一副磁钢35的体积,从而提升了所述发声器件100的声学性能。
所述副导磁板36在所述第一焊盘255与所述第二焊盘256的对应位置设有避让部360;所述第一焊盘255、所述第二焊盘256以及所述避让部360均设置于靠近所述骨架23的两侧区域,有利于实现直线区域导磁最大化,从而提升所述发声器件的声学性能。
与相关技术相比,本发明的发声器件,所述弹性导电件包括固定于所述盆架的弹性导电件本体、分别自所述弹性导电件本体朝向彼此弯折延伸的第一连接件和第二连接件、自所述第一连接件沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第一弯折臂、自所述第二连接件沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第二弯折臂与以及分别由所述第一弯折臂和所述第二弯折臂向外彼此背离延伸形成的第一焊盘与第二焊盘;所述音圈引线分别与第一焊盘与第二焊盘固定且电连接;所述第一焊盘、所述第二焊盘均设置于靠近骨架的两侧,所述第一弯折臂与所述第二弯折臂间隔设置,从而使得第一副磁钢上的延伸部能够经第一弯折臂与第二弯折臂之间的间隔延伸至第一连接件和第二连接件之间,在第一副磁钢上设置延伸部增加了第一副磁钢的体积,从而提升了所述发声器件的声学性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、插设于所述磁间隙以驱动所述振膜振动的音圈、与所述振膜连接的骨架以及固定于所述盆架并与所述骨架远离所述振膜的一侧连接的弹性导电件,所述音圈的一端具有引线,所述骨架与所述音圈共同围成收容空间,其特征在于,
    所述弹性导电件包括固定于所述盆架的弹性导电件本体、分别自所述弹性导电件本体朝向彼此弯折延伸的第一连接件和第二连接件、自所述第一连接件沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第一弯折臂、自所述第二连接件沿所述骨架朝向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第二弯折臂以及分别由所述第一弯折臂和所述第二弯折臂向彼此背离的方向延伸形成的第一焊盘与第二焊盘;所述第一焊盘和所述第二焊盘分别设于所述骨架的两侧;所述第一弯折臂与所述第二弯折臂间隔设置,所述引线分别与所述第一焊盘、所述第二焊盘固定且电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的底壁以及由所述底壁向所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁远离所述振膜的一端与所述第一连接件和第二连接件固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述底壁呈环状,所述侧壁包括由所述底壁外周缘向所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的第一侧壁以及由所述底壁内周缘向所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的第二侧壁;所述第一侧壁与所述第一连接件和第二连接件连接,所述第二侧壁与所述音圈连接,所述第一侧壁与所述音圈间隔相对,所述底壁、所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁以及所述音圈共同围成所述收容空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括自所述弹性导电本体伸出的第一弹性部和自所述第一弹性部向靠近所述第二连接件弯折延伸的第一连接部;所述第二连接件包括自所述弹性导电本体伸出的第二弹性部和自所述第二弹性部向靠近所述第一连接件弯折延伸的第二连接部;所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件间隔设置,所述第一连接部、所述第二连接部均与所述第一侧壁远离所述振膜一端连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一焊盘、所述第二焊盘均与所述底壁远离所述振膜的一侧固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音圈呈跑道形,包括一对短轴侧和一对长轴侧,所述第一侧壁包括两个且间隔设置于所述音圈的短轴侧,所述第二侧壁呈环状,所述第二侧壁与所述音圈靠近所述振膜的一端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一弯折臂包括靠近所述第一侧壁的第一弯折部和自所述第一弯折部弯折延伸的第二弯折部,所述第二弯折部固定于所述底壁远离所述振膜的一侧;第二弯折臂包括靠近所述第一侧壁的第三弯折部和自所述第三弯折部弯折延伸的第四弯折部,所述第四弯折部固定于所述底壁远离所述振膜的一侧;所述第一焊盘由所述第二弯折部向远离所述第四弯折部延伸形成,所述第二焊盘由所述第四弯折部向远离所述第二弯折部延伸形成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、设置在所述磁轭的主磁钢以及围绕所述主磁钢设置的第一副磁钢和第二副磁钢、以及固定于所述第一副磁钢和所述第二副磁钢的副导磁板,所述第一副磁钢位于所述音圈的短轴侧,所述第一副磁钢包括磁钢本体以及自所述磁钢本体延伸的延伸部;所述第一侧壁设有第一避让口,所述延伸部自所述第一避让口伸出并位于所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述副导磁板对应所述第一焊盘与所述第二焊盘位置处形成避让部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括贴设于所述弹性导电件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜;所述辅助振膜开设有第二避让口,所述第一避让口与所述第二避让口连通以容纳所述延伸部。
