Description

一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘 技术领域
本发明涉及遮阳帘结构的技术领域,具体为一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘。
背景技术
现有的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其设置有一根卷轴,在收卷和展开帘布时通过电机驱动卷轴转动,进而带动帘布的横梁前进或后退,在这个过程中,当帘布的两侧在轨道上遇到任何阻碍物,均会引起帘布运行状态不平稳,最后导致帘布无法正常展开的情况,为此,急需研发一款帘布能稳定打开和收卷的结构。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其在导轨的长度方向两端分别设置卷轴,进而确保帘布卷收或展开过程的平稳可靠,提高了用户的体验舒适度。
一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其技术方案是这样的,其包括遮阳帘本体,其特征在于:所述遮阳帘本体具体包括帘布和第一卷轴、第二卷轴,两侧的导轨的长度方向的两端分别设置有所述第一卷轴、第二卷轴,所述第一卷轴上卷绕有所述帘布的长度方向一端,所述第二卷轴上卷绕有所述帘布的长度方向另一端,所述帘布具体包括封闭遮阳部分、中心镂空的展开部分,所述展开部分的两侧分别设置有导向边条,所述导向边条塞装于对应的导轨的导向槽内布置,所述封闭遮阳部分的导向边条塞装于对应的导轨 的导向槽内布置,所述第一卷轴、第二卷轴中的至少一个卷轴连接有双向驱动电机,所述双向驱动电机驱动卷轴进行卷收或展开所述帘布本体。
其进一步特征在于:所述帘布的对应于所述中心镂空的长度方向两端外端边的上表面还分别设置有横向支撑条,所述横向支撑条确保遮帘布的布面平整可靠;
所述第一卷轴、第二卷轴均外接有驱动电机,两根驱动电机同步正转或反转,确保对于帘布的顺畅操作;
所述第一卷轴或第二卷轴中的一根卷轴外接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机带动两根转轴同步转动对帘布进行操作。
采用本结构后,在驱动电机的驱动下第一卷轴、第二卷轴同步运行,一根卷轴卷收、一根卷轴释放帘布,其使得帘布沿着导轨运行时稳定可靠,其在导轨的长度方向两端分别设置卷轴,进而确保帘布卷收或展开过程的平稳可靠,提高了用户的体验舒适度。

具体实施方式
一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,见图1-图3:其包括遮阳帘 本体100,遮阳帘本体100具体包括帘布3和第一卷轴1、第二卷轴2,两侧的导轨(图中未画出)的长度方向的两端分别设置有第一卷轴1、第二卷轴2,第一卷轴1上卷绕有帘布3的长度方向一端,第二卷轴2上卷绕有帘布3的长度方向另一端,帘布3具体包括封闭遮阳部分31、中心镂空32的展开部分,展开部分的两侧分别设置有导向边条33,导向边条33塞装于对应的导轨的导向槽内布置,封闭遮阳部分31的导向边条33塞装于对应的导轨的导向槽内布置,第一卷轴1、第二卷轴2中的至少一个卷轴连接有双向驱动电机4,双向驱动电机4驱动卷轴进行卷收或展开帘布本体。
帘布3的对应于中心镂空32的长度方向两端外端边的上表面还分别设置有横向支撑条5,横向支撑条5确保遮帘布3的布面平整可靠;
具体实施例一、见图1:第一卷轴1、第二卷轴2均外接有双向驱动电机,两根驱动电机同步正转或反转,确保对于帘布的顺畅操作。
具体操作见图4,第一卷轴1为后轴,第二卷轴2为前轴,两个卷轴通过驱动电机同步顺时针旋转,带动帘布运行至遮蔽状态;两个卷轴通过驱动电机同步逆时针旋转,带动帘布运行至打开状态。
具体实施例二:第一卷轴1或第二卷轴2中的一根卷轴外接有驱动电机,驱动电机带动两根转轴同步转动对帘布进行操作,图2为仅有第一卷轴1外接有双向驱动电机4。
具体操作方式一,第一卷轴1为后轴,第二卷轴2为前轴,图5为仅有后轴连接有驱动电机,驱动电机带动后轴顺时针转动、拉动帘布进行遮蔽运动、帘布带动前轴同步顺时针转动;驱动电机带动后轴逆时针转动、拉动帘布进行打开运动、帘布带动前轴同步逆时针转动。
具体实施方式二、第一卷轴1为后轴,第二卷轴2为前轴,图6为仅有前轴连接有驱动电机,驱动电机带动前轴顺时针转动、拉动帘布进行遮蔽运动、帘布带动后轴同步顺时针转动;驱动电机带动前轴逆时针转动、拉动帘布进行打开运动、帘布带动后轴同步逆时针转动。
其工作原理如下:在驱动电机的驱动下第一卷轴、第二卷轴同步运行,一根卷轴卷收、一根卷轴释放帘布,其使得帘布沿着导轨运行时稳定可靠,其在导轨的长度方向两端分别设置卷轴,进而确保帘布卷收或展开过程的平稳可靠,提高了用户的体验舒适度。

  1. 一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其包括遮阳帘本体,其特征在于:所述遮阳帘本体具体包括帘布和第一卷轴、第二卷轴,两侧的导轨的长度方向的两端分别设置有所述第一卷轴、第二卷轴,所述第一卷轴上卷绕有所述帘布的长度方向一端,所述第二卷轴上卷绕有所述帘布的长度方向另一端,所述帘布具体包括封闭遮阳部分、中心镂空的展开部分,所述展开部分的两侧分别设置有导向边条,所述导向边条塞装于对应的导轨的导向槽内布置,所述封闭遮阳部分的导向边条塞装于对应的导轨的导向槽内布置,所述第一卷轴、第二卷轴中的至少一个卷轴连接有双向驱动电机,所述双向驱动电机驱动卷轴进行卷收或展开所述帘布本体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其特征在于:所述帘布的对应于所述中心镂空的长度方向两端外端边的上表面还分别设置有横向支撑条。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其特征在于:所述第一卷轴、第二卷轴均外接有驱动电机,两根驱动电机同步正转或反转。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种前后双向同步联动的汽车天窗遮阳帘,其特征在于:所述第一卷轴或第二卷轴中的一根卷轴外接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机带动两根转轴同步转动对帘布进行操作。
