移动终端外壳200上对应所述通孔143的位置形成有与通孔143匹配的热熔柱203,本实施例的扬声器箱100与外壳200进行装配时,通过连接件14上的通孔143可以与外壳200上的热熔柱203配合实现快速定位,即热熔柱203对应穿过通孔143,然后通过对热熔柱203热熔的方式实现连接件14与外壳200的紧固,从而使扬声器箱100与移动终端之间实现稳定的连接,且安装快捷牢固。
具体地,外壳200上可凸起设置有定位块201,定位块201开设有用于容纳连接件14的定位槽202,定位槽202中形成有穿设于通孔143中的热熔柱203,从而通过定位槽202与连接件14的配合使通过更加方便的套设在热熔柱203上,装配更加方便。
较佳地,本实施例主体111上连接件14的数量为两个,形成于主体111的相邻两侧或相对两侧,当然,在其他实施例中,主体111所形成连接件14的数量可以更多,本实用新型对此不进行特别限制。

需要说明的是,金属顶板11的主体111和连接件14为一体成型结构,可以通过钣金冲裁后再进行弯折加工形成,加工方式简单高效;而且在扬声器箱100固定于移动终端的外壳200上时,通过金属顶板11将底壳12压紧固定,省去了金属顶板11与底壳12之间的连接结构,使其内部所形成的前音腔15密闭更好,从而提高了振膜21所产生的声音质量。

如此,具体装配时,先将扬声器单体20放置于底壳12内,然后将环形框体31盖设在扬声器单体20上,使止挡部压持于扬声器单体20的表面上,即扬声器单体20上端的周缘恰好卡设于环形框体31的台阶314中,然后再将金属顶板11盖设在固定支架30上,通过热熔柱203热熔固定后,从而使底壳12、扬声器单体20、固定支架30以及金属顶板11形成相对固定的一个整体,并与移动终端的外壳200相互固定。
在本实施例中,止挡部312远离环形本体311的一侧形成朝向振膜21的斜面314,如此通过该斜面314对振膜21所产生的声音反弹作用,可提高扬声器单体20所产生的音量。
在本实施例中,导音结构32还设有完全覆盖出音孔322的防尘网33。具体地,导音结构32远离环形框体31的一端设有用于安装固定防尘网33的凹槽323,防尘网33可通过粘胶粘接固定在该凹槽323内。

    其特征在于,所述壳体包括底壳、以及盖设于所述底壳并与所述底壳围成所述收容空间的金属顶板,所述底壳包括与所述金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自所述底壁周缘朝所述金属顶板方向弯折延伸的侧壁,所述金属顶板包括盖设于所述侧壁远离所述底壁一端的主体以及自所述主体向外延伸的连接件,所述连接件上贯穿开设有定位部,所述外壳朝所述连接件延伸形成有支撑并固定所述连接件的热熔柱,所述热熔柱与所述定位部匹配并对应穿过所述定位部,所述连接件通过所述热熔柱热熔后与所述外壳固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述定位部为贯穿所述连接件的通孔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述外壳对应所述连接件形成有定位块,所述定位块上开设有用于容纳所述连接件的定位槽,所述热熔柱形成于所述定位槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述连接件包括与所述主体连接并朝所述底壁方向倾斜弯折的弯折部、以及自所述弯折部远离所述主体的一侧向外凸出延伸并与所述主体平行的连接部,所述定位部形成于所述连接部上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括固定支架,所述固定支架包括收容于所述收容空间内用于固定所述扬声器单体的环形框体以及自所述环形框体一侧凸出延伸并伸出于所述侧壁的导音结构,所述环形框体与所述振膜及所述金属顶板共同围成所述前音腔,所述导音结构内形成有与所述前音腔连通的导音通孔,所述导音结构远离所述环形框体的一端开设有所述出音孔,所述出音孔通过所述导音通孔与所述前音腔连通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述环形框体包括环形本体以及由所述环形本体内侧靠近所述金属顶板的一端向所述环形本体中心方向凸伸的止挡部,所述环形本体和所述止挡部配合形成限位所述扬声器单体的台阶。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述止挡部远离所述环形本体的一侧形成朝向所述振膜的斜面。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述侧壁靠近所述金属顶板的边缘开设有一与所述导音结构适配的安装缺口。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述导音结构还设有完全覆盖所述出音孔的防尘网。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述导音结构远离所述环形框体的一端设有用于安装固定所述防尘网的凹槽。
  11. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括具有容纳腔体的外壳以及收容于所述容纳腔体内如权利要求1-10任一所述的扬声器箱,所述外壳上形成有热熔柱,所述扬声器箱通过所述定位部与所述热熔柱配合实现定位,并通过所述热熔柱热熔后与所述外壳固定。
