本实施例中,所述活动杆6上下两侧均固定连接设置有限位块33,所述限位块33与设置在转杆5内侧的限位槽34滑动连接。
本实施例中,所述夹块7内侧螺栓连接设置有气泵16,所述气泵16输入端通过吸气管与设置在夹块7内侧的导气槽15连接,所述导气槽15靠近放置板2一侧设置有若干与夹块7滑动连接的吸附管17,所述吸附管17位于夹块7内侧部分外侧固定连接设置有挡板18,所述挡板18与夹块7之间固定连接设置有第一弹簧,所述吸附管17另一端固定连接设置有吸盘21,通过设置吸附管17和吸盘21,在气泵16的作用下装置可以对外壳提供进一步的固定,从而增强装置固定的牢固性,通过设置第一弹簧19,可以使吸附管17与外壳表面有效贴合,利于提高夹持质量。
本实施例中,所述驱动机构包括固定连接设置在加工台1顶端前后两侧的固定框,后侧所述固定框内侧螺栓连接设置有用于驱动转杆5的第一电机8,两侧所述固定框内侧左右两端均转动连接设置有第一螺纹杆9,所述第一螺纹杆9和前后两侧转杆5外侧均固定连接设置有带轮10,相邻一侧所述带轮10之间通过皮带11连接,所述第一螺纹杆9外侧螺纹连接设置有推板12,所述推板12外侧固定连接设置有与加工台1滑动连接的导向块35,所述推板12顶部固定连接设置有齿条13,左右两端所述转杆5外侧均固定连接设置有与齿条13啮合连接的传动齿轮14,通过设置驱动机构,可以实现对夹紧机构的旋转,方便工人对外壳不同面进行加工,利于提高加工效率。
本实施例中,所述加工台1下侧设置有底座36,所述底座36内侧滑动连接设置有缓冲板37,所述缓冲板37顶部固定连接设置有若干与底座36滑动连接的缓冲块38,所述缓冲块38顶端与加工台1固定连接,所述缓冲板37底端与底座36之间固定连接设置有若干第二弹簧39,通过设置第二弹簧39,可以降低震动对装置的影响,提高了装置运行时的稳定性,利于提高加工质量。
本实施例中,所述挡板18远离吸附管17一侧固定连接设置有橡胶垫20。
该用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,通过设置支撑机构,方便人们对外壳进行取放,通过设置夹紧机构,利用伸缩杆26推动连接块27移动,连接块27通过第一连接杆28带动滑块29移动,滑块29通过第二连接杆31带动夹块7移动完成对外壳的固定,通过设置多个伸缩杆26,使装置既能对外壳从左右两侧完成固定,也可以对外壳从前后两侧完成固定,进而方便人们对外壳不同面进行加工,通过设置吸附管17和吸盘21,在气泵16的作用下装置可以对外壳提供进一步的固定,从而增强装置固定的牢固性,通过设置第一弹簧19,可以使吸附管17与外壳表面有效贴合,利于提高夹持质量,通过设置驱动机构,可以实现对夹紧机构的旋转,方便工人对外壳不同面进行加工,利于提高加工效率,通过设置第二弹簧39,可以降低震动对装置的影响,提高了装置运行时的稳定性,利于提高加工质量。
本发明的工作原理是:将待加工外壳放置在放置板2上,利用伸缩杆26推动连接块27移动,连接块27通过第一连接杆28带动滑块29移动,滑块29通过第二连接杆31带动夹块7移动完成对外壳的固定,通过设置多个伸缩杆26,使装置既能对外壳从左右两侧完成固定,也可以对外壳从前后两侧完成固定,进而方便人们对外壳不同面进行加工,在气泵16的作用下装置可以对外壳提供进一步的固定,从而增强装置固定的牢固性,通过设置第一弹簧19,可以使吸附管17与外壳表面有效贴合,利于提高夹持质量,通过设置驱动机构,可以实现对夹紧机构的旋转,方便工人对外壳不同面进行加工,利于提高加工效率。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,包括加工台(1),其特征在于,所述加工台(1)内侧设置有用于放置外壳的支撑机构,所述支撑机构上侧设置有用于固定外壳的夹紧机构,所述夹紧机构与设置在加工台(1)外侧的驱动机构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,其特征在于,所述支撑机构包括固定连接设置在加工台(1)内侧底部的固定块(22),所述固定块(22)内侧螺栓连接设置有第二电机(23),所述第二电机(23)输出端与第二螺纹杆(24)连接,所述第二螺纹杆(24)与固定连接设置在放置板(2)底部的固定杆(25)螺纹连接,所述放置板(2)设置在固定块(2)上侧,所述放置板(2)外侧固定连接设置有若干限位杆(3),所述限位杆(3)与设置在加工台(1)内侧的导向槽(4)滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,其特征在于,所述夹紧机构包括固定连接设置在固定块(22)前后左右四侧的伸缩杆(26),所述伸缩杆(26)远离固定板(22)一侧固定连接设置有与加工台(1)滑动连接的连接块(27),所述连接块(27)上侧设置有滑块(29),所述滑块(29)与设置在加工台(1)内壁上的滑槽(30)滑动连接,所述滑块(29)与连接块(27)之间铰接设置有第一连接杆(28),所述滑块(29)上侧设置有与加工台(1)转动连接的转杆(5),所述转杆(5)内侧滑动连接设置有活动杆(6),所述活动杆(6)底部固定连接设置有推块(32),所述推块(32)与滑块(29)之间铰接设置有第二连接杆(31),所述活动杆(6)远离转杆(5)一侧固定连接设置有夹块(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,其特征在于,所述活动杆(6)上下两侧均固定连接设置有限位块(33),所述限位块(33)与设置在转杆(5)内侧的限位槽(34)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,其特征在于,所述夹块(7)内侧螺栓连接设置有气泵(16),所述气泵(16)输入端通过吸气管与设置在夹块(7)内侧的导气槽(15)连接,所述导气槽(15)靠近放置板(2)一侧设置有若干与夹块(7)滑动连接的吸附管(17),所述吸附管(17)位于夹块(7)内侧部分外侧固定连接设置有挡板(18),所述挡板(18)与夹块(7)之间固定连接设置有第一弹簧,所述吸附管(17)另一端固定连接设置有吸盘(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括固定连接设置在加工台(1)顶端前后两侧的固定框,后侧所述固定框内侧螺栓连接设置有用于驱动转杆(5)的第一电机(8),两侧所述固定框内侧左右两端均转动连接设置有第一螺纹杆(9),所述第一螺纹杆(9)和前后两侧转杆(5)外侧均固定连接设置有带轮(10),相邻一侧所述带轮(10)之间通过皮带(11)连接,所述第一螺纹杆(9)外侧螺纹连接设置有推板(12),所述推板(12)外侧固定连接设置有与加工台(1)滑动连接的导向块(35),所述推板(12)顶部固定连接设置有齿条(13),左右两端所述转杆(5)外侧均固定连接设置有与齿条(13)啮合连接的传动齿轮(14)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于缝纫机外壳加工的夹具,其特征在于,所述加工台(1)下侧设置有底座(36),所述底座(36)内侧滑动连接设置有缓冲板(37),所述缓冲板(37)顶部固定连接设置有若干与底座(36)滑动连接的缓冲块(38),所述缓冲块(38)顶端与加工台(1)固定连接,所述缓冲板(37)底端与底座(36)之间固定连接设置有若干第二弹簧(39)。
