本申请通过同时设置主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的控制电路板19、涡轮风扇171以及雾化片组件18;主机体内部设置有用于将所述涡轮风扇171扇动的空气输送至所述主机体内侧的通风道123,还包括设置于所述通风道123一端与所述涡轮风扇171之间部位的旋转盘机构;所述旋转盘机构包括驱动马达16、用于安设所述驱动马达16的支撑架17以及设置于所述支撑架17上、由所述驱动马达16驱动旋转的旋转盘172;所述旋转盘172上开设有与 所述通风道123或通风道123与所述涡轮风扇171连接部位形状匹配的通气孔1721,主机体上部开设有用于喷出雾气的喷圈口111,实际运行过程中,由于旋转盘172可以由驱动马达16驱动转动,结合通气孔1721的结构设计,可以对涡轮风扇171扇动的空气进行间隔阻挡,当旋转盘172转动到通气孔1721与通风道123或通风道123与所述涡轮风扇171连接部位重合的部位时,空气经由通风道123输送到主机体内部,对主机体内部的雾气受压往喷圈口111部位挤出形成涡环,旋转盘172相对于门闸结构。
本申请不涉及对软体或电路部分的改进,且各功能部件都为本领域的常规技术部件,本申请主要保护的是加湿器的整体结构构造。
针对驱动马达16驱动旋转盘172转动的结构设计,还可以为类似的水车转动结构等,可以达到对通风道123形成阻挡的结构都为等同替换结构和方案。
优选地,所述主机体内部设置有用于蓄水的雾化腔12;且所述雾化片组件18设置于所述雾化腔12底部;所述通风道123与所述雾化腔12相连通。
通风道123将来自涡轮风扇171的空气导入雾化腔12内部,使得雾化腔12内部的雾气失去平衡,从喷圈口111部位喷出。
优选地,所述主机体还包括上盖11、中壳13以及底壳15;所述雾化腔12处于所述中壳13内侧部位;所述上盖11与所述中壳13以及雾化腔12上部匹配连接;所述底壳15上部与所述中壳13或所述雾化腔12匹配连接。
所述雾化腔12底部一体成型设置有用于与所述底壳15相连接的连接杆121。
优选地,所述主机体内部还设置有用于感测所述旋转盘172转动状态的检测开关173;所述检测开关173与所述控制电路板19电性连接。
本申请不限定具体的检测开关173的类型,主要是可以感测旋转盘172的转动角度或状态以及通气孔1721的位置的检测元件都可以,都为等同替换 方案,如磁感应传感器等。
所述底壳15底部还设置有脚垫。
优选地,所述雾化片组件18包括雾化片座子182、雾化片183以及雾化片压板184;所述雾化片座子182上还套设有密封圈181;所述雾化片压板184与所述雾化腔12底部相连接,将所述雾化片座子182、密封圈181以及雾化片183固定于所述雾化腔12底部。
优选地,所述检测开关173为光电开关传感器;且在所述旋转盘172外缘开设有用于使得光线穿过所述旋转盘172的缺口;所述检测开关173固定设置于所述支撑架17上。
优选地,所述通风道123与所述雾化腔一体成型设置;且在所述通风道123伸入所述雾化腔12内部的出口部位设置有用于控制空气流出方向的风口盖122。
优选地,所述支撑架17包括用于安设所述旋转盘172以及驱动马达16的水平安装板以及用于固定所述涡轮风扇171的竖直安装板175;所述旋转盘172绕安设于所述水平安装板上的旋转轴轴向转动;在所述水平安装板上开设有与所述涡轮风扇171的出风口相匹配的板孔。与此同时,为了较稳定的安装所述检测开关173,在所述水平安装板外侧还开设有用于固定所述检测开关173的检测开关安装槽174。
优选地,所述喷圈口111开设于所述上盖11上;且在所述上盖11上还设置有用于调节所述喷圈口111大小的限流盖14;所述限流盖14上开设有与所述喷圈口111大小匹配的限流孔。
优选地,所述底壳15底部还固定设置有抽风风扇152;在所述底壳15上开设有通气孔;所述抽风风扇152靠近所述通气孔设置;还包括设置于所述底壳15外侧的开关按钮151以及电源接入口191。
底壳15上端外周一体成型密布有多个等间距的通气柱153;所述中壳13 下部与所述底壳15的多个通气柱153匹配卡合相连;由所述抽风风扇152导入的外部空气,分别从所述通风道123以及多个通气柱153之间的间隙部位排出。
所述上盖11内侧还一体成型设置有用于挡住由雾化片组件18推起来水花的挡水板112。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器1通过同时设置主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的控制电路板19、涡轮风扇171以及雾化片组件18;主机体内部设置有用于将所述涡轮风扇171扇动的空气输送至所述主机体内侧的通风道123,还包括设置于所述通风道123一端与所述涡轮风扇171之间部位的旋转盘机构;所述旋转盘机构包括驱动马达16、用于安设所述驱动马达16的支撑架17以及设置于所述支撑架17上、由所述驱动马达16驱动旋转的旋转盘172;所述旋转盘172上开设有与所述通风道123或通风道123与所述涡轮风扇171连接部位形状匹配的通气孔1721,主机体上部开设有用于喷出雾气的喷圈口111,实际运行过程中,由于旋转盘172可以由驱动马达16驱动转动,结合通气孔1721的结构设计,可以对涡轮风扇171扇动的空气进行间隔阻挡,当旋转盘172转动到通气孔1721与通风道123或通风道123与所述涡轮风扇171连接部位重合的部位时,空气经由通风道123输送到主机体内部,对主机体内部的雾气受压往喷圈口111部位挤出形成涡环,旋转盘172相对于门闸结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:包括主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的控制电路板、涡轮风扇以及雾化片组件;
    所述主机体内部设置有用于将所述涡轮风扇扇动的空气输送至所述主机体内侧的通风道;
    还包括设置于所述通风道一端与所述涡轮风扇之间部位的旋转盘机构;所述旋转盘机构包括驱动马达、用于安设所述驱动马达的支撑架以及设置于所述支撑架上、由所述驱动马达驱动旋转的旋转盘;所述旋转盘上开设有与所述通风道或通风道与所述涡轮风扇连接部位形状匹配的通气孔;
    所述主机体上部开设有用于喷出雾气的喷圈口;
    所述涡轮风扇、雾化片组件、驱动马达与所述控制电路板电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体内部设置有用于蓄水的雾化腔;且所述雾化片组件设置于所述雾化腔底部;所述通风道与所述雾化腔相连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体还包括上盖、中壳以及底壳;所述雾化腔处于所述中壳内侧部位;所述上盖与所述中壳以及雾化腔上部匹配连接;所述底壳上部与所述中壳或所述雾化腔匹配连接。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项权利要求所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体内部还设置有用于感测所述旋转盘转动状态的检测开关;所述检测开关与所述控制电路板电性连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述雾化片组件包括雾化片座子、雾化片以及雾化片压板;所述雾化片座子上还套设有密封圈;所述雾化片压板与所述雾化腔底部相连接,将所述雾化片座子、密封圈以及雾化片固定于所述雾化腔底部。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述 检测开关为光电开关传感器;且在所述旋转盘外缘开设有用于使得光线穿过所述旋转盘的缺口;所述检测开关固定设置于所述支撑架上。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述通风道与所述雾化腔一体成型设置;且在所述通风道伸入所述雾化腔内部的出口部位设置有用于控制空气流出方向的风口盖。
  8. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括用于安设所述旋转盘以及驱动马达的水平安装板以及用于固定所述涡轮风扇的竖直安装板;所述旋转盘绕安设于所述水平安装板上的旋转轴轴向转动;在所述水平安装板上开设有与所述涡轮风扇的出风口相匹配的板孔。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述喷圈口开设于所述上盖上;且在所述上盖上还设置有用于调节所述喷圈口大小的限流盖;所述限流盖上开设有与所述喷圈口大小匹配的限流孔。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的一种内置旋转盘的香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述底壳底部还固定设置有抽风风扇;在所述底壳上开设有通气孔;所述抽风风扇靠近所述通气孔设置;还包括设置于所述底壳外侧的开关按钮以及电源接入口。
