优选地,所述主机壳包括用于容纳设置所述雾化腔15、活动盖驱动机构的中间壳体12、设置于所述中间壳体12上部的上壳体11以及与所述中间壳体12下侧相连接的底壳体13;
所述活动盖16处于所述中间壳体12与所述上壳体11的连接部位;且在所述底壳体13底部四个对角部位分别设置有软胶脚垫132。
各中间壳体12、上壳体11、底壳体13之间可以采用螺丝固定连接或者是卡合式活动连接。
优选地,所述主机壳内部还一体成型设置有用于进行水位检测的水位检测仓;在所述水位检测仓内部设置有水位感应器127,且在所述水位检测仓外部套设有随水位升降的浮动体125以及处于所述水位检测仓顶端部位的浮子限位板124;所述水位感应器127与所述线路板191电性连接。
优选地,所述底壳体13中还设置有扬声器133;在所述底壳体13中开设有用于容纳所述扬声器133的扬声器仓体,且所述扬声器仓体底部开设有发声孔。
扬声器133的结构设计可以进一步增强产品的功能多样性。
优选地,所述雾化腔15与所述活动盖16的转动连接部位还设置有降噪软胶161;且在所述雾化腔15靠近所述提拉杆162部位开设有与所述提拉杆162形状匹配、便于所述提拉杆162上下移动的提拉杆凹槽。
所述涡流成型环18主要包括一圆柱体型的成型环主体以及与所述成型环主体下部相连接的连接柱;在所述成型环主机中间部位开设有通孔。
一种加湿器,包括如上述任意一项所述的涡流发生装置1。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型一种涡流发生装置1通过同时设置主机壳、设置于所述主机壳内部的雾化腔15、安设于所述雾化腔15上侧可绕轴旋转的活动盖16以及设置于所述雾化腔15底部的雾化控制组件19,雾化控制组件19包括线路板191、雾化片194以及用于固定所述雾化片194的雾化片压板193,雾化腔15上侧部位还设置有用于使雾气成型为涡流的涡流成型环18,且在所述主机壳内部设置有用于驱动所述活动盖16循环开合的活动盖驱动机构,还包括设置于所述主机壳侧边部位、用于将外部空气导入所述雾化腔15内部的涡轮风扇121,实际应用过程中,由活动盖驱动机构循环驱动所述活动盖16开启与关闭,实现对雾化腔15中的雾气挤压的效果,当雾化腔15内部的雾气受到挤压时,则从所述涡流成型环18部位喷出,形成喷圈,本申请的结构设计合理,尤其是涡轮风扇121的结构,可以更好的实现雾气均匀搅动,补充雾化腔15中的空气,进而把涡流喷圈推的更高,观赏性更好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:包括主机壳、设置于所述主机壳内部的雾化腔、安设于所述雾化腔上侧可绕轴旋转的活动盖以及设置于所述雾化腔底部的雾化控制组件;所述雾化控制组件包括线路板、雾化片以及用于固定所述雾化片的雾化片压板;
    所述雾化腔上侧部位还设置有用于使雾气成型为涡流的涡流成型环,且在所述主机壳内部设置有用于驱动所述活动盖循环开合的活动盖驱动机构;
    还包括设置于所述主机壳侧边部位、用于将外部空气导入所述雾化腔内部的涡轮风扇;
    在所述活动盖上开设有用于出雾喷圈的喷圈口,且所述涡流成型环靠近所述喷圈口内侧固定设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述雾化腔上侧部位开设有与所述活动盖外形匹配的沉槽;所述活动盖一侧朝向所述活动盖驱动机构部位,且在所述活动盖朝向所述活动盖驱动机构部位一侧一体成型延伸设置有一提拉杆;
    还包括设置于所述活动盖上侧部位、用于通过旋转改变所述喷圈口开口大小的限位盖。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述活动盖驱动机构包括驱动电机、用于固定所述驱动电机的驱动电机压板以及与所述驱动电机的输出轴相连接的拨盘体;所述拨盘体靠近所述提拉杆部位设置;在所述主机壳内部还一体成型设置有用于容纳设置所述驱动电机的电机仓;所述电机仓一侧开设有用于贯穿所述驱动电机输出轴的转动孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述主机壳底部还设置有用于防止所述雾化腔喷出的雾气往下流动的底侧防护风扇以及与所述主机壳底部相连接的挡风板;所述主机壳底部开设有进气孔,且在所述主机壳侧边四周、挡风板下侧部位开设有出风孔。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述主机壳内部 还一体成型设置有用于将外部空气从所述涡轮风扇部位导入到所述雾化腔内部的导入通道;
    所述电机仓与所述导入通道相对设置。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项权利要求所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述主机壳包括用于容纳设置所述雾化腔、活动盖驱动机构的中间壳体、设置于所述中间壳体上部的上壳体以及与所述中间壳体下侧相连接的底壳体;
    所述活动盖处于所述中间壳体与所述上壳体的连接部位;且在所述底壳体底部四个对角部位分别设置有软胶脚垫。
  7. 如权利要求1或5所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述主机壳内部还一体成型设置有用于进行水位检测的水位检测仓;在所述水位检测仓内部设置有水位感应器,且在所述水位检测仓外部套设有随水位升降的浮动体以及处于所述水位检测仓顶端部位的浮子限位板;所述水位感应器与所述线路板电性连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述底壳体中还设置有扬声器;在所述底壳体中开设有用于容纳所述扬声器的扬声器仓体,且所述扬声器仓体底部开设有发声孔。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的一种涡流发生装置,其特征在于:所述雾化腔与所述活动盖的转动连接部位还设置有降噪软胶;且在所述雾化腔靠近所述提拉杆部位开设有与所述提拉杆形状匹配、便于所述提拉杆上下移动的提拉杆凹槽。
  10. 一种加湿器,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的涡流发生装置。
