Description

实际运行过程中,驱动电机16可以驱动所述旋转桶13轴向转动,亦可以是驱动所述旋转桶13往复直线运动,上下运动或不规则曲线运动;只要与对应的喷雾腔体121位置匹配对应即可;本设计的主要目的是通过旋转桶13的运转或转动,将雾气从旋转桶13中流入喷雾腔体121中。
在一较优实施例中,所述主机体包括外壳体14以及处于所述外壳体14中的雾化腔12;所述通风道122、喷雾腔体121、旋转桶13处于所述雾化腔12内侧。
实际设计中,喷雾腔体121与外壳体14可以为一体成型式结构;旋转桶13外壁无限接近于所述喷雾腔体121的端部位置(即喷雾腔体进气孔),但是不接触,避免旋转过程中带来异响或造成较大摩擦力。
在一较优实施例中,所述雾化腔12中还一体成型设置有用于安设所述驱动电机16的电机仓123;所述驱动电机16通过一旋转轴162与所述旋转桶13相连接;还包括设置于所述电机仓123底部、用于稳固所述驱动电机16的电机固定件161。
实际设计中,驱动电机16还可以设置于雾化腔12上侧部位,所述通风道122可轴向转动,所述驱动电机16的输出轴通过一齿轮结构带动所述通风道122转动即可,亦可实现雾气瞬间鼓吹至喷雾腔体121中的效果。
在一较优实施例中,所述主机体中的所述喷雾腔体121由环绕设置或等间距圆形矩阵设置的若干隔板分隔而成;各相邻的两个所述隔板一端部位为 喷雾腔体121进气孔。
实际设计中,各隔板也可以不是等间距布置的,可自由分割。
在一较优实施例中,所述造型盖11的各所述喷雾孔113与所述喷雾腔体121相对应;本申请不具体限定所述喷雾孔113的大小、形状和位置。
所述造型盖11上一体成型环绕设置有多个造型盖隔板112;两相邻的所述造型盖隔板112之间为喷雾区111;至少一个喷雾孔113开设于所述喷雾区111中。
在一较优实施例中,所述雾化片组件包括雾化片15以及雾化片压板151;所述雾化片组件处于所述旋转桶13内侧部位。
在一较优实施例中,所述主机体内部还设置有与所述控制电路板141电性连接的半导体陶瓷片;所述半导体陶瓷片固定于所述雾化腔12底部;还包括用于提高密封性能的陶瓷片密封圈。
半导体陶瓷片的加入,使得该香薰加湿器可以把水制冷或者制热。制热后的水可以雾化的更细更浓,可以飘的更高更远,增加加湿面积。
制冷后的水可以给空间降温,也可以当做蒸脸仪用。
在一较优实施例中,所述通风道122伸入所述旋转桶13内侧的开口部位设置有风盖124;所述主机体底部开设有进风口145;所述主机体外侧还设置有控制按钮144以及电源插口143。
在一较优实施例中,所述旋转桶13内侧中间部位朝下侧延伸、一体成型设置有与所述旋转轴162相连接的连接柱;所述旋转轴162插入所述连接柱中。
在一较优实施例中,所述外壳体14以及雾化腔12的上侧部位外周朝外侧弧形展开,呈n型结构,用于释放所述涡轮风扇17的风和阻挡回流的雾气。
且在所述主机体内部还设置有彩色LED灯条,且固定设置有发声装置; 所述彩色LED灯条、发声装置与所述控制电路板141电性连接。
控制电路板141上还贴附设置有用于发射炫彩光线的LED灯珠;在所述主机体底部设置有胶垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种装饰品香薰加湿器1通过同时设置主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的控制电路板141、涡轮风扇17、旋转桶13、驱动所述旋转桶13运转的驱动电机16以及雾化片组件,主机体内部设置有用于将所述涡轮风扇17扇动的空气输送至所述主机体内侧的通风道122;所述通风道122处于所述旋转桶13内侧,主机体内侧设置有多个喷雾腔体121,所述旋转桶13的侧壁上开设有至少一个出雾孔131,各所述喷雾腔体121上都开设有用于连通所述出雾孔131的雾气输入所述喷雾腔体121中的喷雾腔体进气孔,主机体上部还设置有用于喷出雾气涡环的造型盖11,在所述造型盖11上开设有多个喷雾孔113,实际应用过程中,由于旋转桶13可以不停的旋转,且在旋转桶13上开设有出雾孔131,旋转桶13中的雾气即可瞬间鼓吹到喷雾腔体121中,造成喷雾腔体121受压而失去平衡,雾气就从喷雾腔体121上部的喷雾孔113中喷出形成雾气涡环,本申请的结构设计合理,应用效果突出。

Claims (10)
- 一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:包括主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的控制电路板、涡轮风扇、旋转桶、驱动所述旋转桶运转的驱动电机以及雾化片组件;所述主机体内部设置有用于将所述涡轮风扇扇动的空气输送至所述主机体内侧的通风道;所述通风道处于所述旋转桶内侧;所述主机体内侧设置有多个喷雾腔体,所述旋转桶的侧壁上开设有至少一个出雾孔;各所述喷雾腔体上都开设有用于连通所述出雾孔的雾气输入所述喷雾腔体中的喷雾腔体进气孔;所述主机体上部还设置有用于喷出雾气涡环的造型盖,在所述造型盖上开设有多个喷雾孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体包括外壳体以及处于所述外壳体中的雾化腔;所述通风道、喷雾腔体、旋转桶处于所述雾化腔内侧。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述雾化腔中还一体成型设置有用于安设所述驱动电机的电机仓;所述驱动电机通过一旋转轴与所述旋转桶相连接;还包括设置于所述电机仓底部、用于稳固所述驱动电机的电机固定件。
- 如权利要求1至3中任意一项权利要求所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体中的所述喷雾腔体由环绕设置的若干隔板分隔而成;各相邻的两个所述隔板一端部位为喷雾腔体进气孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述造型盖的各所述喷雾孔与所述喷雾腔体相对应;所述造型盖上一体成型环绕设置有多个造型盖隔板;两相邻的所述造型盖隔板之间为喷雾区;至少一个喷雾孔开设于所述喷雾区中。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述雾化片组件包括雾化片以及雾化片压板;所述雾化片组件处于所述旋转桶内侧部位。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体内部还设置有与所述控制电路板电性连接的半导体陶瓷片;所述半导体陶瓷片固定于所述雾化腔底部;还包括用于提高密封性能的陶瓷片密封圈。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述通风道伸入所述旋转桶内侧的开口部位设置有风盖;所述主机体底部开设有进风口;所述主机体外侧还设置有控制按钮以及电源插口。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述旋转桶内侧中间部位朝下侧延伸、一体成型设置有与所述旋转轴相连接的连接柱;所述旋转轴插入所述连接柱中。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种装饰品香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述外壳体以及雾化腔的上侧部位外周朝外侧弧形展开,呈n型结构,用于释放所述涡轮风扇的风和阻挡回流的雾气;且在所述主机体内部还设置有彩色LED灯条,且固定设置有发声装置;所述彩色LED灯条、发声装置与所述控制电路板电性连接。
