优选地,所述下壳体18底部还设置有散热风扇19;在所述下壳体18上开设有用于固定所述散热风扇19,并用于将外部空气通过所述散热风扇19导入所述下壳体18中的散热通孔;
所述下壳体18周缘环绕开设有多个用于排出空气的出气驱雾散热孔182;
所述散热风扇19与所述控制电路板183电性连接。
出气驱雾散热孔182的设计可以进一步避免由活动盖12部位喷出的涡环向下流动,且增强产品的散热性能。驱散落地的雾气,以免弄湿桌面。
优选地,所述主机体外部还设置有控制按钮185以及电源输入接口1831;且在所述主机体底部设置有软胶脚垫181;
本申请不具体限定控制按钮185以及电源输入接口1831的位置。
为了更好的增强使用效果,还可以在主机体外部安设与控制电路板183电连接的彩色LED灯条或者在主机体内部设置发声部件,提升使用性能,实 际设计中,所述发声部件可以固定于所述下壳体18中。
所述固定支架13中间部位一体成型设置有用于嵌入设置所述导向轴承131的轴承安装柱132;在所述主机体的内壁上一体成型设置有多个用于连接所述固定支架13的螺丝柱;所述固定支架13外周开设有与各所述螺丝柱相对应的螺丝孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种高稳定度香薰加湿器1通过同时设置主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的活动盖12、驱动电机15、控制电路板183以及雾化片17,驱动电机15、雾化片17处于所述主机体底部,所述活动盖12处于所述主机体上侧部位,活动盖2连接有一延伸至所述驱动电机15部位的导向连杆122,驱动电机15的输出轴一端连接有与所述导向连杆122端头部位循环接触的旋转连接件152,所述驱动电机15通过所述旋转连接件152带动所述活动盖12上移,实际应用过程中,利用驱动电机15的持续运转,同步带动导向连杆122、活动盖12上移,并利用活动盖12的重力作用使得活动盖12下移,并挤压主机体内部的雾气从出雾孔121部位快速喷出,形成涡环,本申请的结构设计合理,应用效果突出。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:包括主机体、设置于所述主机体内部的活动盖、驱动电机、控制电路板以及雾化片;
    所述活动盖连接有一延伸至所述驱动电机部位的导向连杆;所述驱动电机的输出轴一端连接有与所述导向连杆端头部位循环接触的旋转连接件,所述驱动电机通过所述旋转连接件带动所述活动盖上移;
    所述驱动电机、雾化片与所述控制电路板电性连接;
    所述活动盖上开设有至少一个出雾孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体包括上壳体、中壳体以及下壳体;
    所述控制电路板安设于所述下壳体中;所述导向连杆处于所述中壳体中;所述上壳体上开设有与所述活动盖形状匹配、用于喷出雾圈的开口;所述中壳体底部还设置有与所述驱动电机外形匹配、用于容纳所述驱动电机的驱动电机仓。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述旋转连接件为风车状结构、凸轮体结构或拨指。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项权利要求所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述导向连杆朝向所述驱动电机一端的端头部位设置有一滚轮体;还包括套设于所述导向连杆上、用于起减震和弹性恢复作用的弹簧体。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述中壳体上部还连接设置有一与所述导向连杆匹配连接的固定支架;在所述固定支架的中间部位设置有一贯穿所述导向连杆的导向轴承或导向孔;且所述活动盖套设于所述固定支架上部。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述中壳体中还一体成型设置有一涡轮风扇仓,所述涡轮风扇仓上部开设有与所述中壳体内部导通的通孔;还包括设置于所述涡轮风扇仓中的涡轮风扇;所述涡轮风 扇与所述控制电路板电性连接。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述中壳体底部开设有用于露出所述雾化片的雾化片开口;且在所述雾化片相对于所述中壳体的另一面设置有用于将雾化片固定于所述中壳体底部的雾化片压板;所述雾化片压板与所述中壳体通过螺丝相连接。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述下壳体底部还设置有散热风扇;在所述下壳体上开设有用于固定所述散热风扇,并用于将外部空气通过所述散热风扇导入所述下壳体中的散热通孔;
    所述下壳体周缘环绕开设有多个用于排出空气的出气驱雾散热孔;
    所述散热风扇与所述控制电路板电性连接。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的一种高稳定度香薰加湿器,其特征在于:所述主机体外部还设置有控制按钮以及电源输入接口;且在所述主机体底部设置有软胶脚垫;
    所述固定支架中间部位一体成型设置有用于嵌入设置所述导向轴承的轴承安装柱;在所述主机体的内壁上一体成型设置有多个用于连接所述固定支架的螺丝柱;所述固定支架外周开设有与各所述螺丝柱相对应的螺丝孔。
