具体的,所述顶板17上方设有第三底座18,所述第三底座18与所述顶板17之间固定连接,所述第三底座18上方设有调节台37,所述调节台37与所述第三底座18之间设有高度调节装置,所述高度调节装置包括齿轮箱19,所述齿轮箱19上方设有箱盖20,所述箱盖20与所述齿轮箱19之间可拆卸连接;所述齿轮箱19内部设有第二齿轮22和第一齿轮21,所述第一齿轮21与所述第二齿轮22之间啮合,所述第一齿轮21上方设有调位螺栓23,所述调位螺栓23与所述第一齿轮21之间为一体式结构,左侧的第二齿轮22的一端设有限位端扣25,所述限位端扣25与所述第二齿轮22之间可拆卸连接;右侧的第二齿轮22一端设有动力装置,所述动力装置包括第一带轮27,所述第一带轮27与所述第二齿轮22之间可拆卸连接,所述动力装置包括电机30,所述电机30的输出轴上可拆卸连接有第二带轮28,所述第二带轮28与所述第一带轮27之间设有皮带29;两个第二齿轮22之间设有联轴器24,所述联轴器24与所述第二齿轮22之间可拆卸连接,所述调位螺栓23与所述调节台37之间螺纹连接。
本发明实施例的工作原理是:第二底座12通过第二限位轴7向下压动缓冲球6,所述缓冲球6压动第一滑块4和第二滑块5,当第二底座12所受压力不均匀时,第一滑块4会轻微的左右滑动,再配合球状的缓冲球6,可以实现缓冲效果,当第二底座12所受压力不断变化时,即装置整体震动时,第一滑块4配合缓冲球6起到的即为减震效果;板簧11可以增强减震装置的减震能力;
液压控制器13带动调位伸缩杆15运动,当调位伸缩杆15伸长时,调位伸缩杆15通过锥度向上顶起支撑住16,由于是面传动,角度调节过程很平稳,四个调位伸缩杆15共同配合,可以调整第三底座18四个角的高度,进而调整第三底座18与水平面之间的角度;
电机30带动第二带轮28转动,第二带轮28通过皮带29带动第一带轮27转动,第一带轮27带动第二齿轮22转动,第二齿轮22带动第一齿轮21转动,所述第一齿轮21带动调位螺栓23转动,调位螺栓23通过螺纹传动调整调节台37高度。
实施例2
请参阅图1-3,与实施例1不同的是,在本发明实施例中,所述调节台37上方设有第四底座31,所述第四底座31下方设有固定柱33,所述固定柱33与所述第四底座31之间固定连接,所述调节台37上方对应固定柱33的位置处设有限位筒32,所述限位筒32与所述固定柱33之间滑动连接,所述固定柱33底部设有减震弹簧34,所述减震弹簧34限制在所述限位筒32中;
进一步的,所述第四底座31外围高度大于第四底座31内部高度,所述第四底座31中心开有落尘孔35。
本发明实施例的工作原理是:将纺织机械放置于第四底座31上,在工作过程中,出现在杂物余料通过落尘孔35到达调节台37上方,然后清扫,防止杂物余料对第三底座18和调节台37之间的运动件的影响。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,包括第二底座(12),所述第二底座(12)下方设有减震装置,所述减震装置包括第一底座(1),所述第一底座(1)上方设有缓冲座(2),所述第二底座(12)上方设有第三底座(18),所述第三底座(18)与所述第二底座(12)之间设有角度微调装置,所述角度微调装置包括调位座(36),所述第二底座(12)上方设有液压控制器(13),所述调位座(36)内滑动连接有支撑住(16),所述支撑住(16)上方设有顶板(17),所述顶板(17)上方设有第三底座(18),所述第三底座(18)上方设有调节台(37),所述调节台(37)与所述第三底座(18)之间设有高度调节装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,所述第一底座(1)上方设有第一限位轴(3),所述第一限位轴(3)与所述第一底座(1)之间固定连接,所述缓冲座(2)对应第一限位轴(3)的位置处开有盲孔,所述盲孔与所述第一限位轴(3)之间配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,所述第二底座(12)下方设有第二限位轴(7),所述第二限位轴(7)与所述第二底座(12)之间固定连接,所述缓冲座(2)对应第二限位轴(7)的位置处开有限位槽,所述第二限位轴(7)与所述限位槽之间滑动连接;所述缓冲座(2)底部中心设有第一滑块(4),所述第一滑块(4)两侧设有第二滑块(5),所述第二滑块(5)与所述第一滑块(4)之间设有缓冲球(6),所述缓冲球(6)与所述第二限位轴(7)底端配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,所述液压控制器(13)两侧设有调位伸缩杆(15),所述调位座(36)对应调位伸缩杆(15)的位置处开有滑槽(14),所述滑槽(14)与所述调位伸缩杆(15)的接触面设有锥度,所述顶板(17)与所述支撑住(16)之间固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,所述高度调节装置包括齿轮箱(19),所述齿轮箱(19)上方设有箱盖(20),所述箱盖(20)与所述齿轮箱(19)之间可拆卸连接;所述齿轮箱(19)内部设有第二齿轮(22)和第一齿轮(21),所述第一齿轮(21)与所述第二齿轮(22)之间啮合,所述第一齿轮(21)上方设有调位螺栓(23),所述调位螺栓(23)与所述第一齿轮(21)之间为一体式结构,左侧的第二齿轮(22)的一端设有限位端扣(25),所述限位端扣(25)与所述第二齿轮(22)之间可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,右侧的第二齿轮(22)一端设有动力装置,所述动力装置包括第一带轮(27),所述第一带轮(27)与所述第二齿轮(22)之间可拆卸连接,所述动力装置包括电机(30),所述电机(30)的输出轴上可拆卸连接有第二带轮(28),所述第二带轮(28)与所述第一带轮(27)之间设有皮带(29);两个第二齿轮(22)之间设有联轴器(24),所述联轴器(24)与所述第二齿轮(22)之间可拆卸连接,所述调位螺栓(23)与所述调节台(37)之间螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的便于调节的纺织机械用支撑装置,其特征在于,所述调节台(37)上方设有第四底座(31),所述第四底座(31)下方设有固定柱(33),所述固定柱(33)与所述第四底座(31)之间固定连接,所述调节台(37)上方对应固定柱(33)的位置处设有限位筒(32),所述限位筒(32)与所述固定柱(33)之间滑动连接,所述固定柱(33)底部设有减震弹簧(34),所述减震弹簧(34)限制在所述限位筒(32)中;所述第四底座(31)外围高度大于第四底座(31)内部高度,所述第四底座(31)中心开有落尘孔(35)。
