背景技术
现有技术中,虾体在不同工序之间的移动一般是采用夹取或气吸的方式,采用夹取的方式,需要夹爪周围有较大的空间,以方便夹爪张开夹取目标;气吸的方式,因虾体表面呈圆弧状,容易产生吸附不稳的情形,以至于不便于在吸附状态时,对虾体进行其它工序的处理动作。另外,由于虾体在不同进行不同的加工工序时,需要对虾体进行有序、定向上料,现有一般都是采用人工将移动到相应工序的虾体进行摆正、定向,从而完成虾体的上料定位,但该种方式的效率较差,且人工操作容易出现摆放错误,导致生产合格率的降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供有助于提高虾体在不同工序之间移动的稳定性,并实现虾体上料过程可旋转方向以便于定位上料的一种刺虾翻转装置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,包括:
    针刺机构,其包括针刺驱动单元、退料挡片和针刺组件,所述针刺组件连接于所述针刺驱动单元的输出端,所述针刺组件包括有数量至少两根的刺针,所述刺针穿设所述退料挡片,所述刺针能够通过所述针刺驱动单元驱动以相对所述退料挡片往复运动;和
    翻转机构,其与所述针刺机构连接以驱动所述针刺机构沿垂直所述刺针运动方向旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述针刺组件还包括固定板,所述固定板与所述针刺驱动单元的输出端固定连接,所述刺针的根数为N,2≤N≤8,根数为N的所述刺针均匀布置于所述固定板上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述刺针包括延伸部以及形成于所述延伸部远离所述刺针驱动单元一端的锥刺部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述锥刺部的外周壁与所述延伸部的外周壁之间所成的夹角的最大范围为110°-175°。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述锥刺部的外周壁与所述延伸部的外周壁之间所成的夹角由所述锥刺部向所述延伸部的方向逐渐减小。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述锥刺部与所述延伸部的接合处相切。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,相邻两根所述刺针的间距为5.5mm-8.5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述刺针的最大直径的范围为1.9mm-2.2mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述翻转机构包括翻转支撑架、翻转电机、翻转主动轴和翻转被动轴,所述翻转主动轴和翻转被动轴转动连接于所述翻转支撑架,所述翻转电机的输出端与所述翻转主动轴连接,所述翻转主动轴与所述翻转被动轴传动连接,所述针刺机构与所述翻转被动轴固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的刺虾翻转装置,其特征在于,所述退料挡片为L型板,所述L型板包括连接部和阻挡部,所述连接部与所述翻转被动轴固定连接,所述阻挡部开设有数量对应所述刺针数量的穿孔,所述刺针穿设于所述穿孔。
