为了解决这些问题,现有的打印机常采用防粘胶辊,减少标签内卷卡纸的故障。但是这样的结构没有从根本上解决标签内卷卡纸的问题。采用无离型底纸的压敏胶标签,压敏胶层会在打印头的位置与打印机胶辊加压接触,这时候会造成标签纸内卷卡纸,设备的故障率大大增加,阻碍了无底纸标签的推广应用。
上述缺陷,值得改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种防内卷卡纸结构及打印机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1所示,传统的打印机在进行打印的时候,打印头30下压标签纸10(尤其是无离型底纸的压敏胶标签),使其与胶辊压接。标签压敏胶与胶辊的表面可能发生粘连,标签纸从胶辊与导纸台的缝隙中卷入打印机内部,进而造成标签内卷卡纸现象。
为了解决这个问题,本实用新型提供一种防内卷卡纸结构,如图2至图6所示,其包括胶辊和导纸台40,导纸台40位于胶辊的出纸一侧,在导纸台40与胶辊之间,固定安装若干个防卡纸挡片50,封堵胶辊与导纸台40之间的缝隙,阻挡标签内卷卡纸的通道,从而不会产生内卷卡纸。
1、胶辊
胶辊径向上开设有若干条胶辊窄缝23,胶辊窄缝23所在平面与胶辊的轴线垂直,即使得标签的走纸方向与胶辊窄缝23的方向平行。优选的,相邻两条胶辊窄缝23之间的中心间距为20-30mm,可以根据不同的标签大小及胶辊大小进行选择。
优选的,胶辊包括胶辊芯轴22及设于胶辊芯轴22外围的胶辊胶层21,通过胶辊胶层21进一步增加胶辊良好的导向作用。
胶辊窄缝23的宽度W1为0.2mm,胶辊窄缝23的结构设计不会影响标签的正常打印功能。
2、导纸台
导纸台40实现标签打印之后的出纸导向作用,其固定在打印机前端。优选的,导纸台40呈倒L字形,便于导纸台40的安装及固定。
导纸台40的前端固定有防卡纸挡片50,防卡纸挡片50的前端延伸进胶辊窄缝23内,横架在胶辊与导纸台40的缝隙之间,阻挡标签纸通过胶辊与导纸台40之间的缝隙内卷到打印机内部。本实用新型中的防卡纸挡片50的上表面低于胶辊的顶端,使得标签在打印后可以有短暂的缓冲时间,进而可以顺利进入防卡纸挡片50表面。优选的,胶辊窄缝23的深度H1为3-4mm,使其不会影响胶辊芯轴22的结构。防卡纸挡片50延伸进胶辊窄缝23内的深度H2为2-3mm,使得防卡纸挡片50能够充分发挥阻挡标签纸卷入打印机内部的作用,并且不会影响胶辊的正常转动。
具体的,导纸台40上纵向开设有若干防卡纸挡片窄缝41,防卡纸挡片50固定在防卡纸挡片窄缝41内。防卡纸挡片窄缝41前后贯穿导纸台40,使得防卡纸挡片窄缝41加工更加容易,且方便防卡纸挡片50的安装和固定。防卡纸挡片窄缝41与胶辊窄缝23一一对应,使得每个防卡纸挡片窄缝41中的挡板均延伸进对应的胶辊窄缝23中。
防卡纸挡片50插入防卡纸挡片窄缝41中后,滴入胶水,胶水渗入到导纸平台中,实现防卡纸挡片50与导纸台40的固定,此时防卡纸挡片50的上表面低于导纸台40的上表面。
优选的,胶辊窄缝23的宽度不小于防卡纸挡片窄缝41的宽度,可以使得防卡纸挡片50在固定到导纸台40上后,能够更加容易的插入胶辊窄缝23中。本实施例中的防卡纸挡片窄缝41的宽度W2与胶辊窄缝23的宽度W1相同,均为0.2mm。
如图6所示,防卡纸挡片50为片状金属结构,其前端沿着片状金属结构的宽度方向设有倾斜的斜面,使得防卡纸挡片50固定在导纸台40并延伸进胶辊窄缝23中后,前端的斜面与胶辊芯轴22的位置相配合。
具体的,防卡纸挡片50选用长度L为10-15mm的黄铜片或不锈钢片。防卡纸挡片50厚度W3为0.18-0.2mm,该厚度与胶辊窄缝23、防卡纸挡片窄缝41的宽度相匹配,使得防卡纸挡片50固定更加简便。防卡纸挡片50的宽度H3为2mm,能够配合胶辊窄缝23的深度进行安装。
