Description
本发明涉及一种纸盒包装成型设备,属于纸制品制作装备技术领域。
纸盒包装成型设备是用于将纸板经过弯折粘合形成纸盒的设备,纸板是经过事先裁切和滚压折痕的,由供料装置将纸板堆的纸板输送至弯折工位进行折盒。折盒完成在盒内放入产品后需要进行封盖操作。目前针对自带翻盖的纸盒进行折盒及封盖时通常依靠人工操作,劳动强度大,也不利于提高生产效率。公开号为CN208068982U的中国专利,冲压机构需要包括一个底部成型外模组件和内模冲头,外模组件包括限位挡板以及成型限位结构,底盒的折叠成型还需要配合胶水进行粘合,该结构在弯折成型时难以保证纸盒的各侧壁按顺序折叠粘合,因此成型合格率较低。只有通过其他装置进行预弯折,使重叠的粘合部分预先折叠才能使纸盒完整成型,这增加了装置的复杂度,同时内模冲头下压时又容易与预先折叠的部分发生冲突。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术缺陷,本发明的任务在于提供一种纸盒包装成型设备,实现纸盒的自动折盒及自动封盖操作,提高生产效率。

本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
不需要额外地增加驱动部件单独对用于粘合的耳部进行弯折,也不需要对纸盒地不同部位弯折进行独立的弯折时间控制,下压内冲头的一次下压即可保证纸盒的底盒按要求折叠粘合,提高了纸盒的合格率,也保证了纸盒的成型结构能满足后续盒盖盖合的要求。
纸盒的底盒折叠粘合后,在纸盒前进同时完成盒盖两侧的弯折,再由端部贴合机构使盒盖的端面弯折贴合,省去了人工操作,提高了生产效率;纸盒的盖板两侧通过纸盒推进机构与弯折导向杆的配合自然形成弯折,不采用气缸推进式的弯折机构减少了控制组件,装置结构得以简化,控制方式简单。纸盒封盖步骤少,成盒效率高。

为了更好地理解本发明,如图1所示,平板状纸片1的左侧部分用于成型底盒,左侧最前端为前侧壁101,前侧壁101的上下两端为用于粘合的耳部102,前侧壁101连接在盒底板103的前方,前侧壁101的前方再连接盒盖106。盒底板103的上下两侧连接的是左右侧壁104,盒底板103的后方连接后侧壁105。在后侧壁105的上下两端同样是用于粘合的耳部102。前侧壁101以及后侧壁105的耳部102需要折叠至左右侧壁104的内侧与左右侧壁104进行粘合。而本发明则可通过一步下压完成底盒的成型,然后由封盖机构完成盒盖106与底盒的封盖。
请结合图2所示纸盒包装成型设备包括连续供料装置2、折盒机构3以及封盖机构 4,连续供料装置为折合机构连续提供平板状纸片1,由折盒机构3完成底盒的折叠粘合,然后下落待装入物品后输送至封盖机构4进行盒盖106的封闭粘合。
请结合图3、图4及图5所示,连续供料装置2包括纸板堆放框架201、吸附机构202和滚压输送机构203,纸板堆放框架201由底框2011、背框2012和侧栏2013连接组成,其中底框2011与背框2012成直角连接,侧栏2013设有两根,位于底框2011与背框2012的两侧,分别连接底框2011和背框2012。在底框2011上设置若干垂直于底框2011和背框2012的连接边的导柱2014,在导柱2014上设置有滑动压板2015。滑动压板2015可沿导柱2014滑动。背框2012为略带倾斜设置,使底框2011与背框2012连接的一侧较低,而底框2011远离背框2012的一侧较高。剪裁好且具有预折痕的平板状纸片1以平行于背框2012的方式放置在纸板堆放框架201内。滑动压板2015由于重力作用将平板状纸片1底部向背框2012压紧,背框2012的整体高度应高于平板状纸片1,背框2012的外围是中空框,中空框的中上部设置了横向的挡杆2016,挡杆2016距离背框2012的底部则略小于平板状纸片1高度,如此使得平板状纸片1在平直状态时得以被挡杆2016及背框2012的底部限制在纸板堆放框架201内。
为了能够容易地将平板状纸片1从纸板堆放框架201内吸出,在挡杆2016设置有滚轮2017,在滚轮2017的滚动辅助下,平板状纸片1略微弯曲就可以从背框2012背侧取出。同时为了能够使平板状纸片1在吸取过程中容易地形成弯曲,且更容易被传入滚压输送机构203,在中空框的中下部设有横向的引导杆2018,引导杆2018上设有引导滚轮2019。当吸附机构2从背侧吸附平板状纸片1并向后拉时,平板状纸片1顶端能够从挡杆2016的滚轮2017位置脱出,而平板状纸片1在引导滚轮2019的位置形成弯曲点。
吸附机构202位于背框2012的背侧,吸附机构202包括吸附盘2021、活动架2022和推动气缸2023,活动架2022的下端与背框2012的下端铰接,推动气缸2023用于推动活动架2022,吸附盘2021以朝向背框2012的方向固定于活动架2022的上部,吸附盘2021的高度应低于挡杆2016使其能够吸附在平板状纸片1表面。推动气缸2023推动活动架2022靠近背框2012后,吸附盘2021吸附在平板状纸片1表面,然后推动气缸2023回缩,吸附盘2021则将平板状纸片1的顶部拉出。

请结合图6所示,纸盒包装成型设备的折盒机构包括下压内冲头301、折盒外模302、推送机构303以及机架5,下压内冲头301位于折盒外模302的上方,下压内冲头301的作用是将平板状纸片1向下压入折盒外模302,下压内冲头301包括底板3011和侧壁3012,其中侧壁3012位于底板3011之上并处于底板3011左右两侧,侧壁3012通过第二水平气缸3013与底板3011连接,底板3011上的前后分别设置挡块3014,底板3011通过下压气缸3015与机架5(部分机架5图上未示出)连接,机架5同时还用于固定连续供料装置2和封盖机构4。下压气缸3015驱动下压内冲头301上下移动与折盒外模302配合进行折盒操作。滚压输送机构203位于下压内冲头301和折盒外模302的一侧,滚压输送机构203输出的平板状纸片1进入下压内冲头301和折盒外模302之间。
请结合图7及图8所示,折盒外模302包括前挡板3021、侧挡板3022、后挡板3023、角挡杆3024以及盖支撑杆3025,其中侧挡板3022设有两块,前挡板3021、侧挡板3022和后挡板3023以矩形侧边方式排列。在平板状纸片1被下压过程中,盒底板103被压入由前挡板3021、侧挡板3022和后挡板3023围合的矩形之中。前挡板3021与后挡板3023可以是等高设置,但前挡板3021和后挡板3023的顶边高度高于侧挡板3022的顶边高度,在下压过程中,平板状纸片1的前侧壁101以及后侧壁105则会先于左右侧壁104与折盒外模302接触而弯折。前挡板3021、侧挡板3022、后挡板3023分别通过第一水平气缸3026与机架5连接,当第一水平气缸动作3026时,前挡板3021、侧挡板3022和后挡板3023围合的矩形将随之变大或者变小。当平板状纸片1被压入前挡板3021、侧挡板3022和后挡板3023围合的矩形空间后,第一水平气缸3026动作使矩形空间缩小,此时配合下压内冲头301的第二水平气缸3013动作使侧壁3012外扩,使纸盒两侧的粘合更为可靠。

本实施例中,角挡杆3024采用倒“J”型结构,角挡杆3024的顶部即“J”型的弯钩底部为水平接触部3024a,呈水平设置,水平接触部3024a的头端再向下弯折形成小半径的圆弧状,这样整个角挡杆3024与纸片接触部分均较为圆滑,可避免损伤纸片。水平接触部3024a在竖直方向投影与后挡板3023以及侧挡板3022在竖直方向投影呈小于90°的夹角α,保证了水平接触部3024a与平板状纸片1的耳部102具有足够长的接触面确保耳部102的弯折。为了使纸盒弯折时更顺畅地进入,前挡板3021、后挡板3023以及侧挡板3022的顶边向矩形的外部翻折形成扩口状。为了使由送料机构输送的纸片与下压内冲头301及折盒外模302的相对位置更为准确,在折盒外模302的上方位于下压内冲头301的两侧还设置有导向板3027,导向板3027通过第三水平气缸3028与机架5连接。在送料机构输送平板状纸片1时,导向板3027由第三水平气缸3028驱动向中央移动一小段距离使两个导向板3027的间距与平板状纸片1宽度相当,当下压内冲头301压下时,导向板3027由第三水平气缸3028驱动向两侧移动复位。
在折盒外模302的下方设有推送机构303,推送机构303将粘合完成的纸盒推送至下一工位。推送机构303包括支撑台3031、推送链(图上未直接示出)和推送板3032,推送链由链轮3033带动设置于支撑台3031两侧并低于支撑台3031台面。推送板3032直立连接于推送链上,推送板3032的顶边高于支撑台3031台面。为了避免纸盒下落时偏离支撑台3031,折盒外模302和推送机构303之间位于支撑台3031的两侧设置侧向导向板305。纸盒完成折叠粘合后,折盒外模302的第一水平气缸动作3026使矩形空间扩大,纸盒即可从折盒外模302下落至支撑台3031台面,随后推送链带动推送板3032前进,由推送板3032推动纸盒沿支撑台3031台面前进至下一工位。
请结合图9及图10所示,纸盒包装成型设备的封盖机构4包括承载台401和下压贴合机构402,承载台401和下压贴合机构402连接于机架5。承载台401的表面设有辊排4011以驱动纸盒6在承载台401表面移动,使纸盒6到达下压贴合机构402下方。承载台401上设有到位挡板4012,承载台401下方设有升降气缸4013,升降气缸4013用于驱动到位挡板4012升降。当纸盒6在承载台401上移动时,升降气缸4013驱动到位挡板4012升起,纸盒6即可阻挡无法继续前进,将到位挡板4012设置在下压贴合机构402下方的位置,此时纸盒6即可处于下压贴合机构402下方以便进行封盖动作。
下压贴合机构402设置于承载台401的上方,下压贴合机构402包括下压驱动机构4021、顶压板4022、侧面压板4023以及翻转气缸4024,顶压板4022通过下压驱动机 构4021与机架5连接,下压驱动机构4021可以是直线伺服机构或者气缸。顶压板4022成矩形设置,在顶压板4022的底面通过弹簧4025悬吊第二压板4026,第二压板4026在竖直方向的投影位于顶压板4022在竖直方向的投影范围内。顶压板4022的四周侧边铰接有侧面压板4023,顶压板4022上固定连接翻转气缸4024,翻转气缸4024驱动侧面压板4023下翻。顶压板4022的侧边设有下吊支架4027,在下吊支架4027上设置的滚压轮4028,侧面压板4023设有用于避让滚压轮4028的凹口4023a。
当纸盒6位于下压贴合机构402下方时,下压驱动机构4021驱动顶压板4022下降,第二压板4026与盒盖接触并压缩弹簧4025,纸盒6高度不同时,顶压板4022下降距离固定,第二压板4026压缩弹簧4025的程度不同但都能保证盒盖与纸盒6的底盒贴合。在顶压板4022下降的过程中,滚压轮4028首先使盒盖的边沿部分与纸盒6的底盒的侧壁部分粘合,顶压板4022到位后由翻转气缸4024驱动侧面压板4023下翻,侧面压板4023由初始的水平或略倾斜状态转成竖直状态,使盒盖的边沿部分与纸盒6的底盒的侧壁完成粘合。
应当指出的是,在折盒机构3和封盖机构4动作前应当分别对纸盒的底盒需要粘帖的部位以及盒盖106需要粘帖的部位进行涂胶处理,相应地可在折盒机构3和封盖机构4前设置涂胶喷口进行涂胶,具体位置则根据具体喷涂位置设置即可。
Claims (9)
- 一种纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,包括:连续供料装置,包括纸板堆放框架、吸附机构和滚压输送机构,所述纸板堆放框架包括底框、背框和侧栏,所述底框与背框成直角连接,所述侧栏连接所述底框和背框,所述背框倾斜设置,所述背框包括中空框以及用于阻挡纸板从背侧脱出的挡杆,所述挡杆设置于所述中空框的上部,所述吸附机构位于所述背框的背侧,所述吸附机构包括吸附盘、活动架和推动气缸,所述活动架的下端与所述背框的下端铰接,所述推动气缸用于推动所述活动架,所述吸附盘以朝向背框的方向固定于所述活动架的上部并且位于所述挡杆的下方,所述滚压输送机构设置于所述背框的背侧上方,所述滚压输送机构包括下输送带和上滚压带,所述上滚压带位于所述下输送带上方,所述上滚压带与所述下输送带之间构成输送纸板的输送通道,所述下输送带长于所述上滚压带并在靠近所述背框的位置形成引导纸板进入所述输送通道的引导段;折盒装置,包括机架、下压内冲头、折盒外模和推送机构,所述下压内冲头位于所述折盒外模的上方,所述下压内冲头通过下压气缸与所述机架连接,所述折盒外模包括前挡板、侧挡板、后挡板、角挡杆以及盖支撑杆,所述前挡板、侧挡板和后挡板以矩形侧边方式排列,所述前挡板和所述后挡板的顶边高度高于所述侧挡板的顶边高度,所述角挡杆设置于所述后挡板与所述侧挡板形成的角落的对顶角位置,所述角挡杆的高度高于所述后挡板的顶边高度,所述盖支撑杆平行设置于所述前挡板的两侧并高于所述前挡板的顶边高度,所述前挡板、侧挡板、后挡板分别通过第一水平气缸与所述机架连接,所述推送机构包括支撑台、推送链和推送板,所述推送板直立连接于所述推送链上,所述推送链设置于所述支撑台两侧并低于所述支撑台台面,所述推送板的顶边高于所述支撑台台面;以及封盖机构,包括承载台和下压贴合机构,所述承载台和下压贴合机构连接于所述机架,所述承载台上设有到位挡板,所述下压贴合机构设置于所述承载台的上方,所述下压贴合机构包括下压驱动机构、顶压板、侧面压板以及翻转气缸,所述顶压板通过下压驱动机构与所述机架连接,所述顶压板成矩形,所述顶压板的四周侧边铰接有侧面压板,所述顶压板上固定连接所述翻转气缸,所述翻转气缸驱动所述侧面压板下翻;所述滚压输送机构位于所述下压内冲头和所述折盒外模的一侧,所述滚压输送机构输出的纸板进入所述下压内冲头和所述折盒外模之间,所述推送机构将纸盒推送至所述承载台。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述挡杆上设有滚轮。
- 根据权利要求2所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述中空框的下部设有引导杆,所述引导杆上设有引导滚轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述底框设有若干导柱,所述导柱上设置有滑动压板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述角挡杆位于后挡板与侧挡板形成的夹角的角平分线左右20°范围内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述角挡杆设有水平接触部,所述水平接触部在竖直方向投影与所述后挡板以及所述侧挡板在竖直方向投影呈小于90°的夹角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述折盒外模的上方设置有导向板,所述导向板通过第三水平气缸与所述机架连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述顶压板的侧边设有下吊的滚压轮,所述侧面压板设有用于避让所述滚压轮的凹口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸盒包装成型设备,其特征在于,所述顶压板的底面通过弹簧悬吊第二压板,所述第二压板在竖直方向的投影位于所述顶压板在竖直方向的投影范围内。
