本发明涉及加湿装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置。
背景技术
水产膨化饲料原来在进行调质时,需要不断通入蒸汽对饲料原料进行调湿,加湿时需要用到加湿装置。
现有的加湿装置加湿不够均匀,加湿效果不好,因此我们提出了一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,用来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在加湿装置加湿不够均匀,加湿效果不好的缺点,而提出的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述双轴电机(15)的另一个输出轴上固定安装有圆杆(19)的一端,圆杆(19)的另一端固定安装有第四锥形齿轮(20),第四锥形齿轮(20)上啮合有第五锥形齿轮(21),第五锥形齿轮(21)的一端固定安装有横向杆(22)的一端,横向杆(22)的另一端与转动辊的一端固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述存水箱(2)内转动安装有搅拌杆(23),搅拌杆(23)的外侧固定安装有多个搅拌叶。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述横向杆(22)和搅拌杆(23)的外侧均固定套设有链轮(24),两个链轮(24)上啮合有同一个链条(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述吹风箱(8)的顶部固定安装有第一轴承,第一轴承的内圈与传动杆(16)的外侧固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述旋转杆(10)的外侧固定套设有第二轴承,第二轴承的外侧固定安装有竖杆的一端,竖杆的另一端与吹风箱(8)的底部内壁固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产饲料调质机的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述加湿箱(3)上开设有矩形孔,筛网(5)与矩形孔滑动连接。
