공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 여러 명의 공동 예약자들이 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 각자 결제할 수 있는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 카드결제시스템은 사용자가 가맹점 단말을 통해 카드결제를 하면, 가맹점 단말의 결제 승인정보가 카드사 서버로 전달되어, 카드사 서버에서 일정기한이 되면 결제 승인정보에 근거하여 사용자에게 청구서를 발행한다.
대체로 회식과 같이 여러 사람이 모이는 만남이 이루어진 경우에 그 만남에서 소요되는 비용을 각자 결제하는 방법으로는, 한 사람이 대표로 자신의 신용카드로 결제하고 나머지 사람들에게 회비를 걷거나, 각자의 신용카드로 자신이 부담할 금액을 결제하는 방식이 사용된다.
한 사람이 대표로 결제하는 방법의 경우에는 대표로 결제한 사람이 나머지 사람들에게 회비를 걷는 것이 불편하고 회비를 내지 않는 사람이 생기면 대표 결제자가 부담해야 하는 문제가 발생한다. 특히 전체 금액을 균등하게 나누어 결제하는 것이 아니라 각자 자신이 소비한 품목에 따라 다른 금액을 결제해야 하는 경우에는 대표결제자가 각자의 회비를 일일이 계산하여 요청하여야 하므로 실제로 적용하기가 매우 어렵다. 이 경우에는 각자의 신용카드로 현장에서 자신이 부담할 금액을 결제하면 되지만, 결제시에 시간이 걸리고 각자가 부담할 금액을 계산하기가 불편하고 금액이 잘못 결제될 우려가 있다.
특히, 모임이나 행사에서 회비를 모아서 이를 경비로 충당하는 방법 가운데 하나인 일종의 더치페이(Dutch pay) 방식이 모임 또는 행사의 규모에 관계없이 대중화되고 있는 것이 현 추세인데, 이러한 더치페이의 대표적인 방법으로는, 현금으로 각자가 즉석에서 추렴하여 계산하는 방법과, 모인 사람들 중에서 어느 한 사람이 자신의 신용카드로 계산을 한 다음 그 이외의 사람들에게 별도로 청구하여 지급받는 방법이 주로 사용된다.
이러한 점을 고려하여 몇 가지 더치페이 방법이 제안되었다.
등록특허 제1351545호에서는 제1사용자의 카드결제금액 중 제2사용자가 지불해야 할 금액을 카드사 서버에서 청구서를 발행하기 이전에 제1사용자의 카드 결제시의 결제 승인정보에 대응하여 생성된 식별코드를 사용하여 제2사용자가 선결제 처리하도록 함으로써, 결과적으로 제1사용자가 카드결제대금 전체를 지불하지 않고 제2사용자가 선결제 처리한 금액을 제외한 나머지 금액에 대해서만 지불하도록 하는 방법을 제안하고 있다.
이 방법에서는 현장 결제를 할 때 전체 금액을 한 사람이 결제하므로 현장에서의 결제는 편리하지만, 청구서가 발행되기 전에 나머지 사람들이 자신들이 부담할 금액을 현금이체 등을 하여 결제하여야 하므로 불편하고, 기간 내에 결제를 하지 않는 사람이 생기면 이를 제1사용자가 모두 부담하여야 하는 문제가 있다.

본 발명은 이 같은 기술적 배경에서 도출된 것으로, 여러 명이 공동으로 이용하는 공동 예약 건에 대한 더치페이 결제 방법 및 비율, 수단을 임의 방법으로 다양하게 변경 가능한 더치페이 결제를 수행할 수 있는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치 및 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
또한 모든 참여자들이 무조건 균등하게 비용을 분할하는 더치페이 방식보다 진보된 방식으로 공동 예약 및 결제 처리를 수행할 수 있어 보다 합리적인 더치페이 결제를 수행할 수 있는 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치 및 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 다음과 같은 구성을 포함한다.
즉 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치 및 방법은 공동 예약 대표자 단말로부터 가맹점에 공동 예약 참여자 정보 및 결제 방식 선택 정보를 포함하는 공동 예약 요청을 수신하는 공동 예약 요청 수신부, 상기 공동 예약 요청 수신부로 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말 및 가맹점 단말로 공동 예약 요청을 전달하는 공동 예약 요청 전달부, 상기 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하고, 가맹점 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 수신하는 응답 수신부 및 상기 공동 예약 대표자 단말 및 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로 상기 가맹점 단말로부터의 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 전달하고, 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말과 공동 예약 요청에 따른 결제 처리를 수행하는 결제 처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에 의하면 여러 명이 공동으로 이용하는 공동 예약 건에 대한 더치페이 결제 방법 및 비율, 수단을 임의 방법으로 다양하게 변경 가능한 더치페이 결제를 수행할 수 있는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치 및 방법을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 도출된다.
또한 모든 참여자들이 무조건 균등하게 비용을 분할하는 더치페이 방식보다 진보된 방식으로 공동 예약 및 결제 처리를 수행할 수 있어서 더 합리적인 더치페이 결제를 수행할 수 있는 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 효과가 도출된다.

일 실시예에 있어서 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 공동 예약 그룹별로 일 예로 공동 예약 그룹 1의 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1)이 가맹점에 예약을 하면, 예약 완료 후 공동 예약 그룹 1의 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b)들로 문자 또는 메시지를 통해 예약 사항에 대한 내역을 통보한다.
그리고 이때 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1)은 공동 예약에 대한 결제 방법을 선택할 수 있다. 예를 들어 공동 예약 대표자가 우선 결제하거나, 총 결제 금액을 공동 예약 그룹 1에 속한 공동 예약 대표자 및 공동 예약 참여자가 1/N씩 부담하거나, 각자가 원하는 메뉴를 선택하고 그에 따른 비용을 결제하는 결제 방법 중 선택할 수 있다. 그러나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
이때 일 실시예에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)들과 공동 예약 참여자 단말들(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로부터 공동 예약 전용 앱사용자 정보를 담은 파일을 저장하고, 사용자마다 고유 번호를 부여하여 단말들을 식별할 수 있다.
공동 예약 대표자 및 참여자가 각각 자신이 소지하는 사용자 단말에 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션을 설치하고 회원 가입(로그인)할 때에 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션이 개인 정보를 담은 앱키를 발행하여 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)로 전송한 것일 수 있다.
또한 공동 예약 참여자 단말들(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)은 공동 예약 참여 알림 메시지에 포함되는 링크를 통해 공동 예약에 대한 상세 정보, 가맹점 정보, 메뉴, 결제 여부를 선택할 수 있는 웹페이지에 접속할 수 있다.
한편, 서비스 제공 업체에 있는 키오스크 또는 포스 단말기로 구현되는 가맹점 단말(30)에서 직접 결제방식을 우선 결제하거나, 총 결제 금액을 공동 예약 그룹 1에 속한 공동 예약 대표자 및 공동 예약 참여자가 1/N씩 부담하거나, 각자가 원하는 메뉴를 선택하고 그에 따른 비용을 결제하는 결제 방법 중 선택할 수도 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2), 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)은 기술적으로 동일한 단말장치로 구현될 수 있다. 설명의 편의를 위해 공동 예약 그룹을 처음 생성한 사용자가 소지한 단말을 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)이라하고, 생성된 공동 예약 그룹에 공동 예약 참여한 참여자들이 소지하는 단말을 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)이라 칭한다.

공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2) 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)의 일 예는 애플리케이션의 설치가 가능한 단말로서, 3G, 4G, 5G 단말, 스마트 패드(smart pad), PCS(Personal Communication System), GSM(Global System for Mobile communications), PDC(Personal Digital Cellular), PHS(Personal Handyphone System), PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)-2000, W-CDMA(W-Code Division Multiple Access), Wibro(Wireless Broadband Internet) 등과 같은 휴대성 및 이동성이 보장되는 모든 종류의 무선 통신 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
가맹점 단말(30)은 서비스 제공 업체 매장에 있는 키오스크 또는 포스 단말기로 구현된다. 일 실시예에 있어서 서비스 제공 업체는 요식업, 숙박업, 레저 시설, 유흥 시설과 같이 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 업체들을 포괄하도록 해석된다. 가맹점 단말(30)은 서비스 제공 업체 매장 내에 구비되는 키오스크나 포스 단말기로 한정되는 것은 아니고 가맹점 업주나 매장 담당자가 소지하는 사용자 단말로 구현될 수도 있다.
금융사 서버(40)는 은행과 같은 제 1 금융권 서버, 제 2 금융권 서버, 카드사와 같은 금융 결제 기능을 수행할 수 있는 각 기관들과 통신을 수행하는 기술적 구성을 모두 포괄하도록 해석된다. 일 실시예에 있어서 금융사 서버(40)는 가맹점 단말(30)이 구비되는 서비스 제공 업체에 공동 예약 그룹 1 또는 공동 예약 그룹 2가 공동 예약을 수행한 후 서비스 제공에 따른 대가로 지불하는 비용 처리를 수행한다.
도 1 과 같이 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 통신부(110), 공동 예약 요청 수신부(120), 공동 예약 요청 전달부(130), 응답 수신부(140), 및 결제 처리부(150)를 포함한다.
통신부(110)는 유/무선 통신망을 통해 내부의 임의의 구성 요소 또는 외부의 임의의 적어도 하나의 단말기와 통신 연결한다.
이때, 외부의 임의의 단말기는 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2) 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c), 가맹점 단말(30), 금융사 서버(40)등을 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 무선 인터넷 기술로는 무선랜(Wireless LAN: WLAN), DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance), 와이브로(Wireless Broadband: Wibro), 와이맥스(World Interoperability for Microwave Access: Wimax), HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access), HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access), IEEE 802.16, 롱 텀 에볼루션(Long Term Evolution: LTE), LTE-A(Long Term Evolution-Advanced), 광대역 무선 이동 통신 서비스(Wireless Mobile Broadband Service: WMBS) 등이 있으며, 상기 통신부(110)는 상기에서 나열되지 않은 인터넷 기술까지 포함한 범위에서 적어도 하나의 무선 인터넷 기술에 따라 데이터를 송수신하게 된다.
또한, 근거리 통신 기술로는 블루투스(Bluetooth), RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), 적외선 통신(Infrared Data Association: IrDA), UWB(Ultra Wideband), 지그비(ZigBee), 인접 자장 통신(Near Field Communication: NFC), 초음파 통신(Ultra Sound Communication: USC), 가시광 통신(Visible Light Communication: VLC), 와이 파이(Wi-Fi), 와이 파이 다이렉트(Wi-Fi Direct) 등이 포함될 수 있다. 또한, 유선통신 기술로는 전력선 통신(Power Line Communication: PLC), USB 통신, 이더넷(Ethernet), 시리얼 통신(serial communication), 광/동축 케이블 등이 포함될 수 있다.
공동 예약 요청 수신부(120)는 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)로부터 가맹점에 공동 예약 참여자 정보 및 결제 방식 선택 정보를 포함하는 공동 예약 요청을 수신한다.
일 양상에 있어서 공동 예약 요청 수신부(120)는 공동 예약 대표자가 그룹 채팅방을 선택하면, 선택된 그룹 채팅방에 대화 참여중인 대화 상대 정보를 공동 예약 참여자 정보로 입력받을 수 있다. 예를 들어 가족 모임이 있는 경우에는 가족 그룹 채팅방을 선택함으로써 가족 그룹 채팅방에 대화 참여중인 대화 상대를 공동 예약 참여자로 설정할 수 있다.
그러나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)에서 구동되는 채팅 앱에서 대화 상대 중 선택하거나, 저장된 전화번호부에서 이름 또는 전화번호로 선택하는 것도 가능하다. 뿐만 아니라 직접 전화번호를 입력하는 것으로 구현될 수도 있다.
또 다른 양상에 있어서, 결제 방식 선택 정보는, 대표자 우선 결제, 균등 분할 결제, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 분할 결제 방식 중 하나를 선택받는 것으로 구현될 수 있다. 그러나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
이때 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 결제를 선택한 경우에, 상이한 분할 결제 비율은 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)로부터 일괄적으로 입력받거나, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말 각각으로부터 메뉴를 직접 선택받고, 선택한 메뉴마다 대응되는 금액을 입력받는 것으로 구현될 수 있다.
일 예로 공동 예약 대표자가 공동 예약 요청시에 각 공동 예약 참여자가 부담할 결제 비용을 임의로 설정할 수 있다.
다른 실시예로는 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로부터 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답으로 참여자 응답부(143)가 수신하는 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답에 포함되는 메뉴 선택 내역에 따라 해당 메뉴 산정 가격을 공동 예약 참여자가 부담할 분할 결제 비용으로 산정하도록 구현될 수도 있다.
공동 예약 요청 전달부(130)는 공동 예약 요청 수신부(120)로 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c) 및 가맹점 단말(30)로 공동 예약 요청을 전달한다.
일 실시예에 있어서 공동 예약 요청 전달부(130)는 공동 예약 요청 수신부(120)로 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로 공동 예약 요청을 전달하는 참여자 전달부(133)와, 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 가맹점 단말(30)로 공동 예약 요청을 전달하는 가맹점 전달부(136)를 포함한다.
이때 참여자 전달부(133)는 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로 공동 예약에 따른 내역 확인, 가맹점 홈페이지로 접속가능한 링크 주소, 결제 처리를 수행할 수 있는 웹페이지로 접속 가능한 링크 주소를 포함하는 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 또는 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션을 통해 제공될 수도 있다.
가맹점 전달부(136)는 공동 예약 그룹이 공동으로 예약하는 서비스 제공 업체에 구비되는 가맹점 단말(30)로 공동 예약 요청을 전달한다. 예를 들어 가맹점이 식당인 경우에, 예약 일시 정보 및 인원 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 추가적으로 주문 메뉴 정보를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
응답 수신부(140)는 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하고, 가맹점 단말(30)로부터 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 수신한다.
일 실시예에 있어서 응답 수신부(140)는 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하는 참여자 응답부(143)와 가맹점 단말(30)로부터 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 수신하는 가맹점 응답부(146)를 포함한다.
참여자 응답부(143)는 참여자 전달부(133)에서 전달한 공동 예약 요청에 포함된 링크 정보에 접속하여 예약 내역을 확인하거나 결제 방식을 선택하는 것으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한 참여자 응답부(143)는 공동 예약 참여자 단말에서 구동되는 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션을 통해 응답 정보를 입력하는 것으로 구현될 수도 있다.
가맹점 응답부(146)는 가맹점 전달부(136)에서 전달한 공동 예약 요청에 따라 가맹점 단말(30)로부터 예약 가능 여부 또는 예약 확정 통보 내용을 포함하는 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 수신한다.
결제 처리부(150)는 상기 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2) 및 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로 가맹점 단말(30)로부터의 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 전달하고, 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말과 공동 예약 요청에 따른 결제 처리를 수행한다.
일 실시예에 있어서 결제 처리부(150)는 금융사 서버(40)와 연동되어 다양한 결제 수단으로 결제가 가능하도록 지원할 수 있다. 하나의 공동 예약 그룹에 속한 공동 예약 대표자, 공동 예약 참여자라 하더라도 각각 개인이 선택한 상이한 방식의 결제 수단으로 할당된 금액을 결제하는 것이 가능하다.
일 양상에 있어서 결제 처리부(150)는 응답 수신부(140)가 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하면, 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 입금받는 입금 처리부(153), 및 대표자 단말과 공동 예약 참여자 단말 전원으로부터 공동 예약 세팅 완료 정보가 수신되면, 입금된 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 가맹점에게 지급하는 지급 처리부(156)를 포함한다.
즉 입금 처리부(153)와 지급 처리부(156)에서 입금받고 지급하는 결제 수단은 다양한 형태의 결제 수단을 포함할 수 있다. 입금 처리부(153)는 하나의 공동 예약 그룹에 속하더라도 상이한 형태로 비용을 결제하는 공동 예약 대표자 및 공동 예약 참여자로부터의 입금액을 입금받는다. 그리고 지급 처리부(156)는 입금 처리부(153)에서 입금받은 비용을 가맹점에서 원하는 형태의 방식으로 지급해줄 수 있다.
일 양상에 있어서 결제 처리부(150)는 기적립한 회비나 기설정된 계좌에서 공동 예약 비용을 처리할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 적어도 한 명 이상의 사용자 즉, 결제 수단 관리 참여자가 공동으로 관리하는 결제 수단을 관리할 수 있다.
일 양상에 있어서 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 공동 예약 그룹에 의한 공동 예약이 요청되면, 결제 수단 관리 참여자와 공동 예약 참여자의 일치 여부를 파악할 수 있다.
모임 계좌와 같은 이미 생성된 그룹에 의해 관리되는 특정 결제 수단을 공동 예약 결제 수단으로 선택하는 경우, 결제 수단 관리 참여자와 공동 예약 참여자가 동일한지를 파악하여 불일치하는 경우에는 이를 반영하여 결제 처리하는 것이 가능하다.
공동 예약 대표자가 매달 일정 금액을 적립하여 공동 예약 그룹의 대표자와 참여자가 동일한 지분을 가지는 모임 계좌를 결제수단으로 선택하고, 1/N 결제를 선택할 수 있다. 이때 공동 예약 대표자는 공동 예약 참여자들 중 특정 참여자에 대해서는 비용을 부담하지 않도록 설정할 수 있다.
또한 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)가 결제 수단 관리 참여자와 공동 예약 대표자가 선택한 공동 예약 참여자의 일치 여부를 파악하여 공동 예약 참여자에 포함되지 않은 결제 수단 관리 참여자는 비용을 부담하지 않도록 보상할 수 있다.
예를 들어 공동 예약 그룹의 공동 예약 대표자(A)와, 공동 예약 참여자들(B, C, D)이 공동으로 회비를 모으는 모임 계좌가 존재한다고 가정하자.
이때 결제 수단 관리 참여자는 A, B, C, D이다. 정기 모임에 회원 D가 불참한 경우에 식당 공동 대표자인 A가 B, C를 공동 예약 참여자로 선택하여 공동 예약 그룹을 생성하고, A, B, C, D가 공동으로 회비를 모으는 모임 계좌에 연동된 체크카드를 결제 수단으로 선택할 수 있다.
결제 처리부(150)는 모임 계좌에서 결제를 마친 후에 D가 부담하게 된 부담 부분을 D의 개인 계좌로 입금해주거나, 캐쉬백과 같은 다양한 형태로 보상해줄 수 있다.
또한, 일 실시예에 따르면 공동 예약 대표자가 매달 일정 금액을 적립하여 동일한 지분을 가지는 모임 계좌를 결제 수단으로 선택하여 결제 방식을 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 분할 결제 방식으로 선택하는 것이 가능한 것이다. 그러면 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 결제되는 나머지 부분은 공동 예약 참여자 각각에게 보상될 수 있다.
예를 들어 A, B, C, D가 공동 예약을 하고, 결제를 하는 경우에 예를 들어 게임을 진행하거나 정해진 규칙에 의해 A가 1/2를 부담하고, B가 1/4를 부담하고, C, D가 각각 1/8을 부담하기로 할 수 있다. 즉, 공동 예약 대표자 A가 참여자 B, C, D를 포함하여 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 분할 결제 방식을 선택하고 각 참여자의 부담 비율을 입력하고, 결제 수단으로 A, B, C, D가 공동 관리하는 모임 계좌로 선택할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 최종 결제금액이 F원인 경우에, A, B, C, D 가 공동 관리하는 모임 계좌에서 우선 F원을 가맹점에 지불처리하고, 최고 금액을 부담하는 A의 부담액(

이에 따라 모임에 동반자수, 음주 여부, 메뉴 선택 내용이 상이하더라도 합리적으로 공동 예약 결제 비용을 부담할 수 있다.
회비 계좌에서 개인 계좌로 반환해주는 것은 현금을 반환해주는 것으로 한정되지 않고, 사이버머니 또는, 게임 머니로 구현되는 것도 가능하다. 즉, 협동 과제를 수행하고, 상이한 비율로 부담할 수 있도록 편리하게 분할 결제할 수 있는 다양한 상황에서 이용 가능하다.
도 2a 내지 도 2d는 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약 대표자 단말에서 수행되는 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션이 공동 예약 생성시 표시하는 화면의 예시도이다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)에서 수행되는 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션은 도 2a와 같이 공동 예약 생성 기능을 제공한다. 공동 예약 대표자는 공동 예약을 원하는 가맹점 정보를 입력하고, 참여자를 선택하고, 결제 방법을 선택하는 것으로 공동 예약을 생성한다.
구체적으로 도 2b와 같이 공동 예약할 가맹점 정를 입력한다. 상호를 직접 입력하거나, 지도에서 선택할 수 있다.
또한, 도 2c와 같이 공동 예약 참여자를 선택할 수 있다. 기저장된 전화번호부에서 전화번호나 이름으로 검색하거나, 연동된 채팅 앱의 그룹 채팅방 또는 채팅 대화 상대를 선택하거나, 또는 직접 전화번호를 입력하는 것으로 공동 예약 참여자를 선택할 수 있다. 그러나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다양한 변형방법들을 모두 포괄하도록 해석된다.
그리고 도 2d와 같이 공동 예약 건에 대한 결제 방법을 선택할 수 있다. 결제 방식 선택 정보는, 대표자 우선 결제, 균등 분할 결제, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 분할 결제 방식 중 하나를 선택받는 것으로 구현될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서 도 2b 내지 도 2d의 선택과정을 거쳐서 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)은 가맹점에 공동 예약 참여자 정보 및 결제 방식 선택 정보를 포함하는 공동 예약 요청을 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)로 전송할 수 있다.
도 3 은 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약 참여자 단말에서 수행되는 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션이 공동 예약 참여 요청을 알리는 화면의 예시도이다.
비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2)로부터 공동 예약 참여자 정보를 포함하는 공동 예약 요청에 따라 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로 공동 예약 요청을 알리는 메시지를 출력할 수 있다.
도 3 과 같이 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)에서 수행되는 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션은 공동 예약 참여 요청을 알리는 화면을 표시할 수 있다. 그러면 공동 예약 참여자는 공동 예약에 대한 상세 내역을 확인하고, 메뉴를 선택하거나, 공동 예약 대표자와 공동 예약 참여자들이 참여중인 채팅방에 참여하거나, 단순히 확인에 대한 응답을 하거나, 공동 예약 대표자가 선택한 결제 처리 방식에 따라 결제를 처리할 수 있다.
도 4 는 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션이 참여중인 공동 예약 건 리스트를 표시한 화면의 예시도이다.
일 실시예에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치(10)는 공동 예약 전용 어플리케이션을 통해 공동 예약 대표자 단말(20-1, 20-2) 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말(25-1a, 25-1b, 25-2a, 25-2b, 25-2c)로 참여중인 공동 예약건의 리스트를 표시해줄 수 있다.
그리고 결제가 필요한 경우에 결제 화면으로 바로 접속할 수 있는 링크주소(결제하기 아이콘)를 표시하거나, 추가로 공동 예약을 생성할 수 있는 아이콘(+)을 더 표시해줄 수 있다. 이에 따라 참여중인 공동 예약건을 한눈에 확인하도록 제공함으로써 스케쥴 관리도 가능하고, 결제가 필요한 건에 대해 지체 없이 결제 처리를 수행할 수 있다.
도 5 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
공동 예약 요청 수신부, 공동 예약 요청 전달부, 응답 수신부, 결제 처리부를 포함하는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치에서 수행되는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법은 먼저, 공동 예약 요청 수신부가 공동 예약 대표자 단말로부터 가맹점에 공동 예약 참여자 정보 및 결제 방식 선택 정보를 포함하는 공동 예약 요청을 수신한다(S500, S505).
일 양상에 있어서 공동 예약 요청을 수신하는 단계는 공동 예약 대표자가 그룹 채팅방을 선택하면, 선택된 그룹 채팅방에 대화 참여중인 대화 상대 정보를 공동 예약 참여자 정보로 입력받는 것으로 구현될 수 있다.
그리고 다른 양상에 있어서 결제 방식 선택 정보는, 대표자 우선 결제, 균등 분할 결제, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자에게 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 분할 결제 방식 중 하나를 선택받는 것으로 구현된다.
이때, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 비율은 공동 예약 대표자 단말로부터 일괄입력 받거나, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말 각각으로부터 입력받는 것으로 구현될 수 있다.
일 예로 공동 예약 대표자가 공동 예약 요청시에 각 공동 예약 참여자가 부담할 결제 비용을 임의로 설정할 수 있다.
다른 실시예로는 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답으로 참여자 응답부가 수신하는 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답에 포함되는 메뉴 선택 내역에 따라 해당 메뉴 산정 가격을 공동 예약 참여자가 부담할 분할 결제 비용으로 산정하도록 구현될 수도 있다.
그리고 공동 예약 요청 전달부가 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로 공동 예약 요청을 전달한다(S510).
이후에 응답 수신부가 상기 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신한다(S520).
그리고 공동 예약 요청 전달부가 수신되는 공동 예약 요청에 따라 가맹점으로 공동 예약 요청을 전달한다(S530).
그러면 응답 수신부가 가맹점 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신한다(S540).
이후에 결제 처리부가 공동 예약 대표자 단말 및 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로 상기 가맹점 단말로부터의 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 전달하고(S550), 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말과 공동 예약 요청에 따른 결제 처리를 수행한다(S560).
구체적으로 결제 처리를 수행하는 단계는, 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 입금받는 단계, 및 대표자 단말과 공동 예약 참여자 전원의 단말로부터 공동 예약 세팅 완료 정보가 수신되면, 입금된 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 가맹점으로 전달하는 단계를 포함한다.
전술한 방법은 애플리케이션으로 구현되거나 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다.
상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거니와 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다.
컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD 와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다.
프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 상기 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서는 실시예들을 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

    상기 공동 예약 요청 수신부로 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말 및 가맹점 단말로 공동 예약 요청을 전달하는 공동 예약 요청 전달부;
    상기 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하고, 가맹점 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 수신하는 응답 수신부; 및

    상기 응답 수신부가 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하면, 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 입금받는 입금 처리부, 및
    상기 대표자 단말과 공동 예약 참여자 단말 전원으로부터 공동 예약 세팅 완료 정보가 수신되면, 입금된 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 가맹점에게 지급하는 지급 처리부를 포함하는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 공동 예약 요청 수신부는,
    공동 예약 대표자가 그룹 채팅방을 선택하면, 선택된 그룹 채팅방에 대화 참여중인 대화 상대 정보를 공동 예약 참여자 정보로 입력받는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 비율은 공동 예약 대표자 단말로부터 일괄입력 받거나, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말 각각으로부터 입력받는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치.
  6. 공동 예약 요청 수신부, 공동 예약 요청 전달부, 응답 수신부, 결제 처리부를 포함하는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 장치에서 수행되는 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법에 있어서,
    공동 예약 요청 수신부가 공동 예약 대표자 단말로부터 가맹점에 공동 예약 참여자 정보 및 결제 방식 선택 정보를 포함하는 공동 예약 요청을 수신하는 단계;
    공동 예약 요청 전달부가 수신되는 공동 예약 참여자 정보에 따라 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로 공동 예약 요청을 전달하는 단계;
    응답 수신부가 상기 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하는 단계;
    공동 예약 요청 전달부가 수신되는 공동 예약 요청에 따라 가맹점으로 공동 예약 요청을 전달하는 단계;
    응답 수신부가 가맹점 단말로부터 공동 예약 요청에 따른 공동 예약 참여 응답을 수신하는 단계;
    결제 처리부가 상기 공동 예약 대표자 단말 및 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로 상기 가맹점 단말로부터의 공동 예약 요청에 대한 응답을 전달하고, 수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 공동 예약 참여자 단말과 공동 예약 요청에 따른 결제 처리를 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 결제 방식 선택 정보는,
    대표자 우선 결제, 균등 분할 결제, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자에게 상이한 분할 비율로 차등 분할 결제 방식 중 하나를 선택받는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    결제 처리를 수행하는 단계는,
    수신된 결제 방식 선택 정보에 따라 상기 대표자 단말 또는 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말로부터 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 입금받는 단계, 및
    상기 대표자 단말과 공동 예약 참여자 전원의 단말로부터 공동 예약 세팅 완료 정보가 수신되면, 입금된 공동 예약에 따른 비용을 가맹점으로 전달하는 단계를 포함하는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 공동 예약 요청을 수신하는 단계는,
    공동 예약 대표자가 그룹 채팅방을 선택하면, 선택된 그룹 채팅방에 대화 참여중인 대화 상대 정보를 공동 예약 참여자 정보로 입력받는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법.
  10. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자의 상이한 분할 비율은 공동 예약 대표자 단말로부터 일괄입력 받거나, 적어도 하나 이상의 공동 예약 참여자 단말 각각으로부터 입력받는, 공동 예약에 따른 비용 결제 처리 방법.
