본 발명의 실시예에 따른 만남 주선 시스템은, 미리 설정된 항목의 사용자 정보를 등록 받아 다른 사용자가 검색 및 열람 가능하도록 공유하는 사용자 정보 공유부; 상기 사용자 정보 공유부를 통해 확인 가능한 사용자 정보 중 적어도 한 사람의 사용자 정보에 대하여 호감표시정보를 등록 받고, 상기 호감표시정보를 받은 수신자의 수락 시 상기 호감표시정보를 등록한 발신자와 수신자 간을 매칭시키고, 발신자와 수신자 간에 만남 약속 장소와 시간을 설정 받는 상호 호감 매칭부; 발신자와 수신자의 모바일 단말로부터 도착신호를 각각 수신하여 상대방에게 알리기 위한 도착 알림 전달부; 및 상기 도착 알림 전달부를 통해 발신자와 수신자가 도착신호를 상호 간에 각각 수신한 상태에서 채팅 채널을 개설하여 상호 간에 채팅 서비스를 제공하고, 채팅방을 통해 선물 아이템을 판매하는 채팅 서비스 제공부를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 채팅 서비스 제공부를 통해 채팅 채널의 개설 및 선물 아이템 판매에 따른 금액을 발신자로부터 결제 받고, 결제된 금액을 미리 설정된 수익 분배 정책에 따라 수신자에게 배분하여 수익금을 정산하는 수익 정산부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사용자 정보 공유부는, 사용자의 이름, 닉네임, 성별, 나이, 거주지역 및 활동지역 중 적어도 하나의 항목에 대한 개인정보를 등록 받는 개인정보 등록부; 재능기부 및 친구찾기 중 적어도 하나의 컨셉트를 선택 받아 설정하는 컨셉트 설정부; 상기 컨셉트 설정부를 통해 설정된 컨셉트에 따른 사진, 동영상 및 텍스트 중 적어도 하나의 콘텐츠를 등록하는 콘텐츠 등록부; 및 상기 개인정보 등록부를 통해 등록된 개인정보, 상기 컨셉트 선택부를 통해 설정된 컨셉트정보, 상기 콘텐츠 등록부를 통해 등록된 콘텐츠정보를 제공하되, 특정 정보에 대한 조건 검색이 가능하게 제공하여 공유하는 등록 정보 제공부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사용자 정보 공유부는, 상기 등록 정보 제공부를 통해 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 사용자 정보가 검색되지 않는 경우 사용자 조건 정보를 설정한 후 설정된 사용자 조건 정보에 맞는 사용자가 검색되는 경우 사용자 정보 등록 알림 메시지를 제공하는 사용자 정보 등록 알림부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사용자 정보 공유부는, 상기 컨셉트 설정부를 통해 재능기부에 대한 컨셉트를 선택하고, 선택된 재능기부의 상세 항목이 공인자격증을 요구하는 항목에 해당되는 경우, 신원확인을 위한 인증절차를 수행하는 재능기부 자격 인증부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사용자 정보 공유부는, 상기 채팅 서비스 제공부를 통한 채팅 서비스 이용 시 채팅 서비스 이용료를 사용자에 의해 설정 받고, 사용자 정보로서 공유하는 채팅 서비스 이용료 설정부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 도착 알림 전달부는, 상기 상호 호감 매칭부를 통해 설정된 오프라인 만남 약속 시간보다 미리 설정된 시간 이전에 발신자의 모바일 단말인 제1 모바일 단말과 수신자의 모바일 단말인 제2 모바일 단말로부터 GPS 위치정보를 각각 수신하고, 상기 제1 모바일 단말의 GPS 위치정보가 상기 상호 호감 매칭부를 통해 설정된 만남 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보를 기준으로 미리 설정된 반경 내에 위치한 경우, 발신자의 선택에 의한 수동 방식 또는 위치 설정에 의한 자동 방식으로 발신자의 도착신호를 수신하여 상기 제2 모바일 단말로 제1 도착 알림 메시지를 송출하고, 상기 제2 모바일 단말의 GPS 위치정보가 상기 상호 호감 매칭부를 통해 설정된 만남 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보를 기준으로 미리 설정된 반경 내에 위치한 경우, 수신자의 선택에 의한 수동 방식 또는 위치 설정에 의한 자동 방식으로 수신자의 도착신호를 수신하여 상기 제1 모바일 단말로 제2 도착 알림 메시지를 송출할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 수익 정산부는, 상기 채팅 서비스 제공부를 통해 채팅 채널의 개설 시 발신자로부터 채팅 서비스에 대한 이용료를 결제 받되, 수신자의 수익금을 책정하지 않고, 미리 설정된 횟수 이상의 메시지가 발신자와 수신자 간에 송수신되거나, 채팅방 개설 후 발신자로부터 만남 확인 신호를 수신한 경우 수신자에 대한 수익금을 책정하여 정산할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 도착 알림 전달부는 상기 제1 도착 알림 메시지에 인증코드를 더 포함시켜 송출하고, 상기 만남 주선 시스템은, 상기 만남 약속 장소로 지정된 매장이 제휴점, 가맹점 및 직영점 중 적어도 하나로 등록되고, 전자출입명부 시스템과 연동하여 수신자의 전자출입명부 기록 시 상기 제1 도착 알림 메지시에 포함된 인증코드를 함께 기록하면 상기 제2 모바일 단말로 해당 매장의 쿠폰을 발급하는 매장 쿠폰 이벤트 서비스부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 재능기부, 친구찾기, 이상교제 등 다양한 목적의 건전한 만남을 주선하고, 만남 성사에 따른 수익을 사용자에게 리워드하는 만남 주선 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.

본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어에 대해 간략히 설명하고, 본 발명에 대해 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 용어는 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하면서 가능한 현재 널리 사용되는 일반적인 용어들을 선택하였으나, 이는 당 분야에 종사하는 기술자의 의도 또는 판례, 새로운 기술의 출현 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 또한, 특정한 경우는 출원인이 임의로 선정한 용어도 있으며, 이 경우 해당되는 발명의 설명 부분에서 상세히 그 의미를 기재할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에서 사용되는 용어는 단순한 용어의 명칭이 아닌, 그 용어가 가지는 의미와 본 발명의 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 정의되어야 한다.
명세서 전체에서 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서에 기재된 "...부", "모듈" 등의 용어는 적어도 하나 이상의 기능이나 동작을 처리하는 단위를 의미하며, 이는 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어로 구현되거나 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 결합으로 구현될 수 있다.
아래에서는 첨부한 도면을 참고하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 유사한 도면 부호를 붙였다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 만남 주선 시스템(1000)은 기본적으로 사용자가 소지한 모바일 단말(10, 20)에 설치되는 어플리케이션과, 관리 서버(30)의 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 여기서 모바일 단말(10, 20)은 만남을 위해 먼저 호감의사를 표시한 사용자가 소지한 모바일 단말을 제1 모바일 단말(10)로 정의하고, 호감의사를 수신한 사용자가 소지한 모바일 단말을 제2 모바일 단말(20)로 정의하였으며, 이는 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 것이므로 서로 바꾸어 정의되어도 무방하다.
상기 모바일 단말(10, 20)은, 스마트폰(smartphone), 스마트 패드(smartpad), 타블렛 PC(Tablet PC), PCS(Personal Communication System), GSM(Global System for Mobile communications), PDC(Personal Digital Cellular), PHS(Personal Handyphone System), PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)-2000, W-CDMA(W-Code Division Multiple Access), Wibro(Wireless Broadband Internet) 단말 등 사용자가 휴대 가능한 무선 통신 장치를 포함할 수 있으며, 이 뿐만 아니라, 거치형 PC, 노트북과 같은 휴대용 컴퓨팅 장치도 배제하는 것은 아니다.
상기 관리 서버(30)는 모바일 단말(10, 20)과 통신하여 정보나 데이터를 서로 주고 받으며 사용자 정보의 등록, 검색, 공유, 설정, 채팅 등의 다양한 프로세스를 처리한다. 이러한 관리 서버(30)는, 하드웨어적으로 통상적인 웹 서버와 동일한 구성을 가지며, 소프트웨어적으로는 C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Visual C 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 언어를 통해 구현되어 여러 가지 기능을 하는 프로그램 모듈을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 일반적인 서버용 하드웨어에 도스(dos), 윈도우(window), 리눅스(linux), 유닉스(unix), 매킨토시(macintosh), 안드로이드(Android), 아이오에서(iOS) 등의 운영 체제에 따라 다양하게 제공되고 있는 웹 서버 프로그램을 이용하여 구현될 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 모바일 단말(10, 20)과, 관리 서버(30)는 간을 연결하는 인터넷 네트워크의 무선 통신망의 일 예로는, 이동통신을 위한 기술표준들 또는 통신방식(예를 들어, GSM(Global System for Mobile communication), CDMA(Code Division Multi Access), CDMA2000(Code Division Multi Access 2000), EV-DO(Enhanced Voice-Data Optimized or Enhanced Voice-Data Only), WCDMA(Wideband CDMA), HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access), HSUPA(High Speed Uplink Packet Access), LTE(Long Term Evolution), LTE-A(Long Term Evolution-Advanced), 5G 등)에 따라 구축된 이동 통신망을 포함할 수 있으나, 특별히 한정하는 것은 아니다. 또한, 유선 통신망의 일 예로는, LAN(Local Area Network), WAN(Wide Area Network)등의 폐쇄형 네트워크일 수 있으며, 인터넷과 같은 개방형 네트워크인 것이 바람직하다. 인터넷은 TCP/IP 프로토콜 및 그 상위계층에 존재하는 여러 서비스, 즉 HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol), Telnet, FTP(File Transfer Protocol), DNS(Domain Name System), SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol), NFS(Network File Service), NIS(Network Information Service)를 제공하는 전세계적인 개방형 컴퓨터 네트워크 구조를 의미한다.

이를 위해 사용자 정보 공유부(100)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 개인정보 등록부(110), 컨셉트 설정부(120), 콘텐츠 등록부(130), 등록 정보 제공부(140), 사용자 정보 등록 알림부(150), 재능기부 자격 인증부(160) 및 채팅 서비스 이용료 설정부(170) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 개인정보 등록부(110)는, 도 4의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 이름, 닉네임, 성별, 나이, 거주지역 및 활동지역 중 적어도 하나의 항목에 대한 개인정보를 등록 받을 수 있다. 또한, 사용자의 선택에 따라 이름은 닉네임으로 대체되어 공개되고, 나이는 연령대로 대체되어 공개될 수 있으며, 이 또한 사용자의 선택에 따라 모두 비공개로 설정될 수도 있다. 거주지역과 활동지역은 다른 사용자가 특정 사용자를 검색할 조건으로서 이용되며 거주지역과 활동지역이 미리 설정된 거리 이상으로 멀거나, 동선이 겹치지 않은 전혀 다른 행정구역인 경우 검색 조건에 따라 필터링될 수 있도록 하는 요소이다. 이와 반대로, 거주지역과 활동지역의 유사성이나 특정 반경 이내인 경우 우선 순위로 검색되는 요소일 수도 있다.
상기 컨셉트 설정부(120)는, 도 4의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이 재능기부 및 친구찾기(동네친구찾기) 중 적어도 하나의 컨셉트를 선택 받아 설정할 수 있다. 재능 기부는 전문분야(법률, 의료, 진로, 창업, 교육, 성폭력 등) 관련 상담재능기부, 예술분야(벽화 그리기 등) 관련 활동재능기부 등 다양한 카테고리 항목에 대하여 사용자 자신이 기부할 수 있는 분야를 선택할 수 있다. 물론, 주어진 카테고리 항목뿐만 아니라 새로운 분야에 대한 카테고리 항목을 신설해 새롭게 등록하는 것 또한 가능하다.
상기 콘텐츠 등록부(130)는, 도 4의 (c)에 도시된 바와 같이 컨셉트 설정부(120)를 통해 설정된 컨셉트(재능기부, 친구찾기)에 따른 사진, 동영상 및 텍스트 중 적어도 하나의 콘텐츠를 등록할 수 있다. 이때, 등록되는 콘텐츠는 재능기부의 컨셉트를 선택한 경우 재능기부와 관련된 활동 사진, 동영상, 스토리 등을 SNS 콘텐츠 등록 방식과 유사하게 형식에 구애 받지 않고 자유로운 게재가 가능하며, 친구찾기의 컨셉트를 선택한 경우 자신의 동네 맛집 또는 명소 소개 등과 관련된 사진, 동영상, 스토리 등을 자유롭게 게재할 수 있다.
상기 등록 정보 제공부(140)는, 개인정보 등록부(110)를 통해 등록된 개인정보, 컨셉트 선택부(120)를 통해 설정된 컨셉트정보와, 콘텐츠 등록부(130)를 통해 등록된 콘텐츠정보를 제공하되, 특정 정보에 대한 조건 검색이 가능하게 제공하여 공유할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 도 5의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 컨셉트에 대한 조건만 만족하면 검색되는 것으로 설정할지, 성별에 대한 조건만 만족하면 검색되는 것으로 설정할지, 연령대에 대한 조건만 만족하면 검색되는 것으로 설정할지, 거주지역(또는 활동지역)에 대한 조건만 만족하면 검색되는 것으로 설정할지를 선택하고, 선택된 조건 검색에 대하여 세부적으로 찾을 키워드를 입력 또는 선택하여 원하는 사용자 정보를 검색할 수 있다. 또한, 컨셉트, 성별, 연령대, 거주지역(또는 활동지역)에 대한 적어도 둘 이상의 조합을 선택한 후 그에 따른 키워드를 입력 또는 선택하여 사용자가 원하는 보다 정확한 다른 사용자를 검색할 수 있도록 한다. 검색 시 도 5의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자 정보가 간략하게 제공되거나, 썸네일 방식으로 제공될 수 있으며, 이 중 원하는 사용자 정보를 선택하면 선택된 사용자가 게재한 콘텐츠들을 확인할 수 있다. 이때, 콘텐츠 확인에 따른 수수료를 결제할 수도 있으며, 수수료는 시스템 사용을 위한 예치금 또는 충전금이나, 즉시 결제 방식 등 다양한 방식으로 통해 처리될 수 있다.
상기 사용자 정보 등록 알림부(150)는, 등록 정보 제공부(140)를 통해 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 사용자 정보가 검색되지 않는 경우 사용자 조건 정보를 설정한 후 설정된 사용자 조건 정보에 맞는 사용자가 검색되는 경우 사용자 정보 등록 알림 메시지를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 등록 정보 제공부(140)를 통해 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 사용자 정보가 검색되지 않으며 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 "검색 조건에 맞는 결과가 없습니다"라는 메시지가 출력되고, 이러한 경우 사용자 검색 조건 정보 등록하기 메뉴가 표시되어 컨셉트, 성별, 연령대, 거주지역(또는 활동지역)에 대한 항목의 조합을 다시 선택하거나, 이전에 검색 조건으로 입력한 내역을 불러와 알림을 설정할 수 있다. 이렇게 알림 설정이 되면 추후에 사용자가 설정한 조건의 사용자 정보가 나타나게 되면 도 6의 (c)에 도시된 바와 같이 이를 다시 사용자에게 알림 메시지 형태로 안내하며, 해당 알림 메시지를 확인하게 되면 검색된 사용자 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 재능기부 자격 인증부(160)는, 컨셉트 설정부(130)를 통해 재능기부에 대한 컨셉트를 선택하고, 선택된 재능기부의 상세 항목이 공인자격증을 요구하는 항목에 해당되는 경우, 신원확인을 위한 인증절차를 수행할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 도 7의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 공인자격증 사진을 촬영하여 업로드하면, 도 7의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이 업로드된 공인자격증 사진에 대한 이미지 분석과 이미지 분석을 통해 확인된 자격증 진위여부에 대한 절차를 진행함으로써 도 7의 (c)에 도시된 바와 같이 인증여부에 대한 결과를 제공할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 재능기부에 필요한 사용자의 공인자격증 진위 여부에 대한 판별 과정을 완료할 수 있다.
상기 채팅 서비스 이용료 설정부(170)는, 채팅 서비스 제공부(400)를 통한 채팅 서비스 이용 시 채팅 서비스 이용료를 사용자에 의해 설정 받고, 사용자 정보로서 공유할 수 있다. 이러한 채팅 서비스 이용료 설정은 모든 회원이면 가능하나, 재능기부나 친구찾기 대상을 목적으로 회원 가입한 사용자가 자신과의 채팅 시 부과되는 이용료를 설정할 수 있다. 채팅 서비스 이용료는 채팅 성사에 대한 금액이며 다른 사용자가 호감의사를 표시하기 전에 확인할 수 있다.
상기 상호 호감 매칭부(200)는, 사용자 정보 공유부(100)를 통해 확인 가능한 사용자 정보 중 적어도 한 사람의 사용자 정보에 대하여 호감표시정보를 등록 받고, 호감표시정보를 받은 수신자의 수락 시 호감표시정보를 등록한 발신자와 수신자 간을 매칭시키고, 발신자와 수신자 간에 만남 약속 장소와 시간을 설정 받을 수 있다. 여기서, 발신자는 호감표시정보를 등록한 사용자로 정의되며, 수신자는 발신자로부터 호감표시정보를 수신한 사용자로 정의될 수 있다.

상기 도착 알림 전달부(300)는, 발신자와 수신자의 모바일 단말로부터 도착신호를 각각 수신하여 상대방에게 알릴 수 있다. 좀 더 구체적으로 도착 알림 전달부(300)는, 상호 호감 매칭부(200)를 통해 설정된 오프라인 만남 약속 시간보다 미리 설정된 시간 이전에 발신자의 모바일 단말인 제1 모바일 단말(10)과 수신자의 모바일 단말인 제2 모바일 단말(20)로부터 GPS 위치정보를 각각 수신할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 2021년08월08일 오후 2시에 약속이 설정되어 있는 경우, 2021년08월08일 오후 1시부터 제1 모바일 단말(10)과 제2 모바일 단말(20)의 각 GPS 위치정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 만남 장소에 대한 GPS 위치정보는 상호 호감 매칭부(200)를 통한 약속 장소 설정 시 지도 서비스 시스템을 이용해 획득될 수 있다(①).
또한, 도착 알림 전달부(300)는, 제1 모바일 단말(10)의 GPS 위치정보가 상호 호감 매칭부(200)를 통해 설정된 만남 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보를 기준으로 미리 설정된 반경 내에 위치한 경우, 발신자의 선택에 의한 수동 방식 또는 위치 설정에 의한 자동 방식으로 발신자의 도착신호를 수신하여 제2 모바일 단말(20)로 제1 도착 알림 메시지를 송출할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 우선 발신자가 약속된 장소에 먼저 도착하면(이때, 수신자가 먼저 도착하는 경우도 마찬가지임), 제1 모바일 단말(10)의 GPS 위치정보가 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보와 오차 범위 내에서 일치함에 따라 자동으로 도착 신호를 관리 서버(30)로 송출하거나(②), GPS 위치정보가 만족되는 조건 하에서 발신자가 도착버튼을 선택하면 도착 신호를 관리 서버(30)로 송출할 수 있다(②). 이에 따라 관리 서버(30) 즉 도착 알림 전달부(300)는 제2 모바일 단말(20)로 제1 도착 알림 메시지를 송출하여 발신자가 약속 장소에 먼저 도착하였음을 알릴 수 있다(③).
또한, 도착 알림 전달부(300)는, 제2 모바일 단말(20)의 GPS 위치정보가 상호 호감 매칭부(200)를 통해 설정된 만남 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보를 기준으로 미리 설정된 반경 내에 위치한 경우, 수신자의 선택에 의한 수동 방식 또는 위치 설정에 의한 자동 방식으로 수신자의 도착신호를 수신하여 제1 모바일 단말(10)로 제2 도착 알림 메시지를 송출할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 수신자가 약속된 장소에 이후에 도착하면, 제2 모바일 단말(20)의 GPS 위치정보가 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보와 오차 범위 내에서 일치함에 따라 자동으로 도착 신호를 관리 서버(30)로 송출하거나(④), GPS 위치정보가 만족되는 조건 하에서 발신자가 도착버튼을 선택하면 도착 신호를 관리 서버(30)로 송출할 수 있다(④). 이에 따라 관리 서버(30) 즉 도착 알림 전달부(300)는 제1 모바일 단말(10)로 제2 도착 알림 메시지를 송출하여 수신자가 약속 장소에 현재 도착하였음을 알릴 수 있다(⑤).
한편, 도착 알림 전달부(300)는 제1 도착 알림 메시지에 인증코드를 더 포함시켜 제2 모바일 단말(20) 및/또는 제1 모바일 단말(10)로 송출할 수 있으며, 이는 모바일 쿠폰 발급을 위한 인증정보로서 이에 대한 보다 상세한 설명은 후술한다.
상기 채팅 서비스 제공부(400)는, 도착 알림 전달부(300)를 통해 발신자와 수신자가 도착신호를 상호 간에 각각 수신한 상태에서 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 채팅 채널을 개설하여 상호 간에 채팅 서비스를 제공하고, 채팅방을 통해 선물 아이템을 판매할 수 있다. 이때, 채팅 방식은 동석에 의한 채팅은 의미가 없으므로 같은 장소, 다른 공간이라는 원칙으로 서로가 얼굴은 확인한 상태에서 대화가 불가능한 위치에서 실시하는 것이 바람직하며, 이는 최초 채팅방이 개설되면서 안내될 수 있다.
상기 수익 정산부(500)는, 채팅 서비스 제공부(400)를 통해 채팅 채널의 개설 및 선물 아이템 판매에 따른 금액을 발신자로부터 결제 받고, 결제된 금액을 미리 설정된 수익 분배 정책에 따라 수신자에게 배분하여 수익금을 정산할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 수익 분배 정책에 따라 채팅방 개설 시 대략 1만원의 금액을 발신자가 결제할 수 있으며, 이때 약 70%를 수신자에게 지급하고 나머지 30%는 시스템 운영비로 차감될 수 있으며, 선물 아이템 결제의 경우 발생된 수익금 또한 약 30%의 판매금액을 발신자에게 지급할 수 있으나, 이는 일례일 뿐이며 수익 분배 정책에 따라 수신자와 시스템 간에 적절한 수익 배분에 대한 조율이 가능하다.
또한, 수익 정산부(500)는, 채팅 서비스 제공부(400)를 통해 채팅 채널의 개설 시 발신자로부터 채팅 서비스에 대한 이용료를 결제 받되, 수신자의 수익금을 책정하지 않고, 미리 설정된 횟수 이상의 메시지가 발신자와 수신자 간에 송수신되거나, 채팅방 개설 후 발신자로부터 만남 확인 신호를 수신한 경우 수신자에 대한 수익금을 책정하여 정산할 수 있다. 즉, 채팅방이 개설되면 발신자의 결제금액 중 일부가 수신자로 입금되는 것이 아니라, 대략 20 내지 30회 이상의 채팅 메시지가 발생되어 대화가 이루어진 상태이거나, 대략 10분 정도가 경과된 상태에서 발신자가 수신자와의 정상적인 채팅 서비스를 이용함을 확인한 후에 발신자로부터 만남 확인 신호에 대한 선택을 유도한 후 해당 신호(팝업 버튼을 이용함)를 수신할 수 있도록 함으로써, 해당 시점에서 수신자에 대한 수익금이 완전히 책정되거나 즉시 지급될 수 있다.
상기 매장 쿠폰 이벤트 서비스부(600)는, 만남 약속 장소로 지정된 매장이 제휴점, 가맹점 및 직영점 중 적어도 하나로 등록되고, 전자출입명부 시스템과 연동하여 수신자의 전자출입명부 기록 시 상술한 바와 같이 제1 도착 알림 메지시에 포함된 인증코드를 함께 기록하면 제2 모바일 단말(20)로 해당 매장의 쿠폰을 발급할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제1 도착 알림 메시지를 송출할 때 수신자가 해당 매장에 언제 도착하였다는 메시지와 함께, 별도의 인증코드를 할당하여 제1 도착 알림 메시지와 함께 수신자의 제2 모바일 단말(20)로 전달할 수 있으며, 이때 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 수신자가 해당 장소에 도착하여 매장관리장치(1)를 통해 전자출입명부를 입력(QR인증, ARS인증)할 때 QR인증정보에 인증코드를 포함시켜 함께 인증하거나(①) ARS인증 시 별도로 인증코드를 입력(①)함으로써, 본 시스템과 연동하는 전자출입명부 시스템(400)을 통해 제2 모바일 단말(20)로부터 전자출입명부 인증과 함께 인증코드의 입력이 이루어졌음을 확인하는 인증 플래그를 해당 제2 모바일 단말(20)의 정보와 함께 수신(②)할 수 있으며, 인증 플래그 수신 시 제2 모바일 단말(20)로 해당 매장에서 사용 가능한 쿠폰을 발급할 수 있다(③).
이상에서 설명한 것은 본 발명에 의한 만남 주선 시스템을 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되지 않고, 이하의 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 기술적 정신이 있다고 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 미리 설정된 항목의 사용자 정보를 등록 받아 다른 사용자가 검색 및 열람 가능하도록 공유하는 사용자 정보 공유부;
    상기 사용자 정보 공유부를 통해 확인 가능한 사용자 정보 중 적어도 한 사람의 사용자 정보에 대하여 호감표시정보를 등록 받고, 상기 호감표시정보를 받은 수신자의 수락 시 상기 호감표시정보를 등록한 발신자와 수신자 간을 매칭시키고, 발신자와 수신자 간에 만남 약속 장소와 시간을 설정 받는 상호 호감 매칭부;
    발신자와 수신자의 모바일 단말로부터 도착신호를 각각 수신하여 상대방에게 알리기 위한 도착 알림 전달부; 및
    상기 도착 알림 전달부를 통해 발신자와 수신자가 도착신호를 상호 간에 각각 수신한 상태에서 채팅 채널을 개설하여 상호 간에 채팅 서비스를 제공하고, 채팅방을 통해 선물 아이템을 판매하는 채팅 서비스 제공부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 채팅 서비스 제공부를 통해 채팅 채널의 개설 및 선물 아이템 판매에 따른 금액을 발신자로부터 결제 받고, 결제된 금액을 미리 설정된 수익 분배 정책에 따라 수신자에게 배분하여 수익금을 정산하는 수익 정산부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
  3. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 공유부는,
    사용자의 이름, 닉네임, 성별, 나이, 거주지역 및 활동지역 중 적어도 하나의 항목에 대한 개인정보를 등록 받는 개인정보 등록부;
    재능기부 및 친구찾기 중 적어도 하나의 컨셉트를 선택 받아 설정하는 컨셉트 설정부;
    상기 컨셉트 설정부를 통해 설정된 컨셉트에 따른 사진, 동영상 및 텍스트 중 적어도 하나의 콘텐츠를 등록하는 콘텐츠 등록부; 및
    상기 개인정보 등록부를 통해 등록된 개인정보, 상기 컨셉트 선택부를 통해 설정된 컨셉트정보, 상기 콘텐츠 등록부를 통해 등록된 콘텐츠정보를 제공하되, 특정 정보에 대한 조건 검색이 가능하게 제공하여 공유하는 등록 정보 제공부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
  4. 제3 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 공유부는,
    상기 등록 정보 제공부를 통해 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 사용자 정보가 검색되지 않는 경우 사용자 조건 정보를 설정한 후 설정된 사용자 조건 정보에 맞는 사용자가 검색되는 경우 사용자 정보 등록 알림 메시지를 제공하는 사용자 정보 등록 알림부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
  5. 제3 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 공유부는,
    상기 컨셉트 설정부를 통해 재능기부에 대한 컨셉트를 선택하고, 선택된 재능기부의 상세 항목이 공인자격증을 요구하는 항목에 해당되는 경우, 신원확인을 위한 인증절차를 수행하는 재능기부 자격 인증부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
  6. 제3 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 정보 공유부는,
    상기 채팅 서비스 제공부를 통한 채팅 서비스 이용 시 채팅 서비스 이용료를 사용자에 의해 설정 받고, 사용자 정보로서 공유하는 채팅 서비스 이용료 설정부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
  7. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 도착 알림 전달부는,
    상기 상호 호감 매칭부를 통해 설정된 오프라인 만남 약속 시간보다 미리 설정된 시간 이전에 발신자의 모바일 단말인 제1 모바일 단말과 수신자의 모바일 단말인 제2 모바일 단말로부터 GPS 위치정보를 각각 수신하고,
    상기 제1 모바일 단말의 GPS 위치정보가 상기 상호 호감 매칭부를 통해 설정된 만남 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보를 기준으로 미리 설정된 반경 내에 위치한 경우, 발신자의 선택에 의한 수동 방식 또는 위치 설정에 의한 자동 방식으로 발신자의 도착신호를 수신하여 상기 제2 모바일 단말로 제1 도착 알림 메시지를 송출하고,
    상기 제2 모바일 단말의 GPS 위치정보가 상기 상호 호감 매칭부를 통해 설정된 만남 약속 장소의 GPS 위치정보를 기준으로 미리 설정된 반경 내에 위치한 경우, 수신자의 선택에 의한 수동 방식 또는 위치 설정에 의한 자동 방식으로 수신자의 도착신호를 수신하여 상기 제1 모바일 단말로 제2 도착 알림 메시지를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 만남 주선 시스템.
