運行効率が低下しにくく、かつ、鉛直方向に隣接するかごの衝突を回避しうるエレベーターを提供する。エレベーター(1)は、鉛直方向に隣接する第1かご(3)および第2かご(3)と、第1生成部(10)と、第2生成部(11)と、昇降制御部(12)と、を備える。第1生成部(10)は、第1かご(3)の目的階の位置を基準とする第1速度パターンを生成する。第2生成部(11)は、第1かご(3)の速度が限界速度を超えないように第2速度パターンを生成する。第2速度パターンは、第2かご(3)が停止する位置から第1かご(3)の方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準とする。限界速度は、第1かご(3)が制動停止する場合に第2かご(3)に衝突しない上限の速度である。昇降制御部(12)は、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンのうち、第1かご(3)の現在の位置における速度が遅い方に基づいて、第1かご(3)の昇降の制御を行う。

Description

マルチカーエレベーター
 本開示は、マルチカーエレベーターに関する。
 特許文献1は、マルチカーのエレベーターの例を開示する。当該エレベーターは、鉛直方向に隣接するかごが互いに独立する独立運転モードなどの運転モードを有する。独立運転モードにおいて、鉛直方向に隣接するかごが安全距離より近くに接近するときに、各々のかごは制動装置によって制動停止する。
日本特開2012-86970号公報
 特許文献1のエレベーターの独立運転モードにおいて、鉛直方向に隣接するかごの一方は、他方のかごの状況によらない速度で昇降する。このため、衝突を回避しうるようにかごを低速で昇降させると、運行効率が低下する。一方、運行効率を高めるためにかごを高速で昇降させると、制動停止による制動距離が長くなるため、かごの衝突の可能性が生じる。
 本開示は、運行効率が低下しにくく、かつ、鉛直方向に隣接するかごの衝突を回避しうるエレベーターを提供する。
 本開示に係るエレベーターは、昇降路に配置され、鉛直方向に昇降する第1かごと、前記昇降路において第1かごと水平投影面内において互いに重なりを持つように配置され、前記第1かごに鉛直方向において隣接し、鉛直方向に昇降する第2かごと、前記第1かごの目的階の位置を基準とする前記第1かごの位置および速度の関係である第1速度パターンを生成する第1生成部と、前記第2かごが停止する位置から前記第1かごの方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準とする前記第1かごの位置および速度の関係である第2速度パターンを、前記第1かごが制動装置によって制動停止する場合に前記第1かごが前記第2かごに衝突しない上限の限界速度を前記第1かごの速度が超えないように生成する第2生成部と、前記第1速度パターンおよび前記第2速度パターンのうち前記第1かごの現在の位置における速度が遅い方に基づいて、前記第1かごの昇降の制御を行う昇降制御部と、を備える。
 本開示に係るエレベーターであれば、運行効率が低下しにくく、かつ、鉛直方向に隣接するかごの衝突が回避されやすくなる。

 本開示を実施するための形態について添付の図面を参照しながら説明する。各図において、同一または相当する部分には同一の符号を付して、重複する説明は適宜に簡略化または省略する。
 実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1に係るエレベーター1の構成図である。
 エレベーター1は、複数の階床を有する建物に適用される。建物において、エレベーター1の昇降路2が設けられる。昇降路2は、複数の階床にわたる鉛直方向に長い空間である。
 エレベーター1は、複数のかご3と、複数の釣合い錘4と、複数の巻上機5と、複数の主ロープ6と、複数の制動装置7と、複数の制御盤8と、を備える。
 各々のかご3は、昇降路2において鉛直方向に昇降することで、複数の階床の間で利用者を輸送する装置である。各々のかご3は、水平投影面内において互いに重なりを持つように配置されている。すなわち、各々のかご3は、昇降路2に貫かれる水平面に投影されたときに少なくとも一部が互いに重なるように配置されている。エレベーター1は、複数のかご3が共通の昇降路2を昇降するマルチカーのシステムである。
 この例において、エレベーター1は、2つのかご3が共通の昇降路2を昇降するダブルカーのシステムである。一方のかご3は、昇降路2において他方のかご3より上方を昇降する。上のかご3および下のかご3は、鉛直方向において互いに隣接している。
 複数の釣合い錘4は、複数のかご3に1対1で対応する。各々の釣合い錘4は、昇降路2に配置される。昇降路2において、各々の釣合い錘4は、対応するかご3の反対方向に昇降する。
 複数の巻上機5は、複数のかご3に1対1で対応する。各々の巻上機5は、対応するかご3を昇降路2で昇降させる装置である。各々の巻上機5は、トルクを発生させるモーターと、当該モーターに回転駆動されるシーブと、を備える。
 各々の主ロープ6は、いずれかのかご3に対応する。各々の主ロープ6は、対応しているかご3と同一の巻上機5に対応する。各々の主ロープ6は、対応しているかご3と同一の釣合い錘4に対応する。各々の主ロープ6は、対応する巻上機5のシーブに巻き掛けられる。各々の主ロープ6は、対応する巻上機5のシーブの一方側において、対応するかご3を昇降路2に吊り下げる。各々の主ロープ6は、対応する巻上機5のシーブの他方側において、対応する釣合い錘4を昇降路2に吊り下げる。各々の主ロープ6は、対応する巻上機5のモーターが発生させるトルクによって、対応するかご3および釣合い錘4を互いに反対方向に昇降させる機器である。なお、各々の主ロープ6は、互いに異なるローピングの方式によって対応するかご3および釣合い錘4を吊り下げてもよい。
 複数の制動装置7は、複数の巻上機5に1対1で対応する。各々の制動装置7は、対応している巻上機5と同一のかご3に対応する。各々の制動装置7は、対応する巻上機5に設けられる。各々の制動装置7は、対応する巻上機5において例えば摩擦力などを発生させることで、対応するかご3を制動する装置である。各々の制動装置7は、停止信号の入力などによって対応するかご3の制動を開始する。各々の制動装置7は、対応するかご3の制動停止などに用いられる。かご3の制動停止は、当該かご3または当該かご3に対応する機器などの異常が検出されるときに、当該かご3に対応する制動装置7に停止信号が入力されることによって行われる。ここで、制動装置7において、対応するかご3を制動停止させる異常が発生してから当該かご3の制動を開始するまでの間に遅れ時間がある。遅れ時間は、例えばソフトウェアの演算遅れ、およびハードウェアの動作遅れなどによって生じる。なお、この例において、通常時のかご3は対応する巻上機5のトルクの制御などによって制動装置7によらずに着床する。各々の制動装置7は、対応するかご3の通常時における着床後の停止位置の維持などに用いられる。
 複数の制御盤8は、複数のかご3に1対1で対応する。制御盤8は、対応するかご3の動作などを制御する装置である。各々の制御盤8は、情報取得部9と、第1生成部10と、第2生成部11と、昇降制御部12と、を備える。制御盤8は、対応するかご3または当該かご3に対応する機器などの異常を検出する機能を搭載していてもよい。
 情報取得部9は、対応するかご3の制御に必要な情報を取得する部分である。かご3の制御に必要な情報は、例えば昇降路2における当該かご3の位置、当該かご3の速度、および当該かご3に登録される呼びの目的階の情報などである。かご3の制御に必要な情報は、エレベーター1において当該かご3について設けられたセンサーおよびスイッチなどから取得される。かご3について設けられたセンサーは、例えば当該かご3に対応する巻上機5に設けられたエンコーダなどである。かご3について設けられたスイッチは、例えば昇降路2において当該かご3が予め設定された位置に至ったことを検出するリミットスイッチなどである。情報取得部9は、対応するかご3の情報である自かご情報を、例えば当該かご3について設けられたセンサーおよびスイッチなどから取得する。情報取得部9は、複数のかご3のうち対応するかご3以外の他のかご3の情報である他かご情報を、例えば当該他のかご3に対応する制御盤8の情報取得部9などから取得する。情報取得部9が取得する情報は、例えば制御盤8における異常の検出などに用いられてもよい。
 第1生成部10は、対応するかご3の第1速度パターンを生成する部分である。かご3の第1速度パターンは、当該かご3の位置および速度の関係を表す。かご3の第1速度パターンは、当該かご3の目的階の位置を基準として生成される。かご3の第1速度パターンにおいて、基準の位置は、当該かご3の速度が0になる位置である。第1生成部10は、例えば情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報に基づいて第1速度パターンを生成する。第1生成部10は、制御周期ごとに第1速度パターンを生成する。
 第2生成部11は、対応するかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する部分である。かご3の第2速度パターンは、当該かご3の位置および速度の関係を表す。かご3の第2速度パターンは、当該かご3に隣接する他のかご3が停止する位置から、当該第2速度パターンが生成されるかご3の方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準として生成される。ここで、マージンは、第2速度パターンの生成において設定される距離である。かご3の第2速度パターンにおいて、基準の位置は、当該かご3の速度が0になる位置である。第2生成部11は、例えば情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報および他かご情報に基づいて第2速度パターンを生成する。かご3の第2速度パターンは、当該かご3の限界速度を超えないように生成される。かご3の限界速度は、当該かご3が制動停止する場合においても当該かご3が隣接する他のかご3に衝突しない上限の速度である。この例において、上のかご3の限界速度は、上のかご3が制動停止する場合においても上のかご3が下のかご3に衝突しない上限の速度である。同様に、下のかご3の限界速度は、下のかご3が制動停止する場合においても下のかご3が上のかご3に衝突しない上限の速度である。第2生成部11は、制御周期ごとに第2速度パターンを生成する。
 昇降制御部12は、対応するかご3の昇降を制御する部分である。昇降制御部12は、制御周期ごとに第1生成部10から第1速度パターンを取得する。昇降制御部12は、制御周期ごとに第2生成部11から第2速度パターンを取得する。昇降制御部12は、比較部13と、信号生成部14と、を備える。比較部13は、制御周期ごとに取得した第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンの比較を行う部分である。比較部13は、かご3の第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンのうち、当該かご3の現在の位置における速度が遅い方を、当該かご3の速度パターンとして信号生成部14に入力する。信号生成部14は、比較部13から入力されたかご3の速度パターンに基づいて、当該かご3の制御信号を生成する。信号生成部14は、生成したかご3の制御信号を当該かご3に対応する巻上機5に出力することで、当該かご3の昇降を当該巻上機5のモーターが発生させるトルクを通じて制御する。信号生成部14は、制御盤8が対応するかご3などの異常を検出するときに当該かご3を制動停止させるための停止信号を生成する機能を搭載していてもよい。
 続いて、図2Aおよび図2Bを用いて、かご3が制動停止する場合の当該かご3の制動距離の例を説明する。
 図2Aおよび図2Bは、実施の形態1に係るエレベーター1における制動距離の例を説明する図である。
 図2Aおよび図2Bにおいて、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。図2Aおよび図2Bにおいて、位置Xにおいてかご3に異常が発生する場合の例が示される。
 図2Aにおいて、異常が発生するときにかご3が負の方向に速度VA0で昇降している場合の例が示される。すなわち、異常が発生するときに、かご3は下降している。
 異常の発生から遅れ時間を経て制動装置7による制動が開始するまでの間、異常な状態は継続する。この間に、かご3の速度は増速して、速度VA0より速い速度VA1となる。このとき、かご3は位置XA1まで下降する。その後、制動装置7による制動が開始するので、かご3は位置XA2において停止する。このとき、かご3の制動距離はX-XA2となる。
 図2Bにおいて、異常が発生するときにかご3が負の方向に速度VB0で昇降している場合の例が示される。ここで、速度VB0は、速度VA0より遅い。すなわち、異常が発生するときに、かご3は図2Aに示される場合の速度より低速で下降している。
 異常の発生から遅れ時間を経て制動装置7による制動が開始するまでの間、異常な状態は継続する。この間に、かご3の速度は増速して、速度VB0より速い速度VB1となる。このとき、かご3は位置XB1まで下降する。その後、制動装置7による制動が開始するので、かご3は位置XB2において停止する。このとき、かご3の制動距離はX-XB2となる。
 このとき、制動装置7の遅れ時間、異常によるかご3の増速度、および制動装置7によるかご3の減速度が共通していれば、VA0はVB0より速く、VA1はVB1より速いので、XA2はXB2より低い位置となる。すなわち、異常が発生するときのかご3の速度が低速であれば、かご3の制動距離は短くなる。このため、異常が発生するときのかご3の速度が十分低速であれば、当該かご3が制動停止する場合においても、当該かご3と隣接する他のかご3との衝突が回避される。
 かご3が制動停止する場合に当該かご3と隣接する他のかご3との衝突を回避できる上限の速度である限界速度は、例えば次のように算出される。かご3が負の方向に速度Vで昇降している場合、すなわち、かご3が下降している場合の例を用いて説明する。
 かご3が速度Vで昇降しているときに、制御暴走またはロープ破断などの異常によってかご3が増速する場合に、制動装置7の遅れ時間t後の増速したかご3の速度Vは、次の式(1)で表される。ここで、遅れ時間tの間のかご3は、暴走加速度aで増速しているものとする。

 制御盤8の第2生成部11は、このように算出される限界速度を超えないように第2速度パターンを生成する。

 この例において、上のかご3の制御を説明する。このとき、上のかご3は、第1かごの例である。このとき、上のかご3に隣接する下のかご3は、第2かごの例である。なお、下のかご3の制御に着目する場合に、下のかご3は第1かごの例でもある。このとき、上のかご3は第2かごの例でもある。また、3つ以上のかご3を備えるエレベーター1において、中間に配置されるかご3の制御に着目する場合に、当該かご3は第1かごの他の例である。このとき、当該かご3の上方または下方に隣接するかご3は第2かごの他の例である。
 上のかご3の制御において、上のかご3に対応する制御盤8の情報取得部9は、上のかご3についての自かご情報、および下のかご3についての他かご情報を取得する。情報取得部9が取得した情報に基づいて、第1生成部10は第1速度パターンを生成する。また、情報取得部9が取得した情報に基づいて、第2生成部11は第2速度パターンを生成する。
 図3において、第2速度パターンの基準の算出の例が示される。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、上のかご3の第2速度パターンを、下のかご3が停止する位置から上のかご3の方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準として生成する。ここで、第2生成部11は、他かご情報に基づいて下のかご3の目的階を取得する。第2生成部11は、取得した下のかご3の目的階の位置を下のかご3が停止する位置とする。また、第2生成部11は、上のかご3の目的階から下方に隣接する階床までの階間距離をマージンとする。第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置にマージンを加えた位置を基準として上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。ここで、建物において隣接する階床との階間距離が階床ごとに異なる場合などに、第2生成部11は、上のかご3の目的階ごとに異なるマージンを用いて第2速度パターンを生成してもよい。
 なお、3つ以上のかご3を備えるエレベーター1において、中間に配置されるかご3の制御に着目する場合に、当該かご3に対応する制御盤8の第2生成部11は、当該かご3の走行方向に応じて基準の算出方法を選択してもよい。例えば、中間に配置されるかご3が下降する場合に、当該かご3に対応する制御盤8の第2生成部11は、下方に隣接するかご3が停止する位置にマージンを加えた位置を基準とする。一方、中間に配置されるかご3が上昇する場合に、当該かご3に対応する制御盤8の第2生成部11は、上方に隣接するかご3が停止する位置からマージンを引いた位置を基準とする。
 図4において、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第1生成部10は、情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報に基づいて、上のかご3の第1速度パターンを生成する。上のかご3の第1速度パターンは、上のかご3の目的階の位置を基準とする。
 この例において、第1速度パターンは、定速運転、遷移運転、減速運転、および着床運転のフェーズをこの順に含む。上のかご3の第1速度パターンにおけるフェーズは、例えば上のかご3の位置から上のかご3の目的階の位置までの距離に応じて切り替えられる。定速運転中において、上のかご3は、一定の速度で下降する。減速運転中において、上のかご3は、一定の減速度で減速する。遷移運転は、定速運転から減速運転に遷移するフェーズである。遷移運転において、上のかご3の加速度は、例えば減速運転における減速度まで0から一定のジャークで変化する。着床運転は、減速運転の後に停止するまで減速度の大きさが単調に減少するときのフェーズである。着床運転において、上のかご3の加速度は、例えば減速運転における減速度から0まで一定のジャークで変化する。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報および他かご情報に基づいて、上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。下のかご3の目的階が上のかご3の目的階より2階以上下方である場合に、第2速度パターンの基準は、上のかご3の目的階より下方の階床の位置となる。このとき、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準より下方になる。一方、下のかご3の目的階が上のかご3の目的階に隣接する階床である場合に、第2速度パターンの基準は、上のかご3の目的階の位置となる。すなわち、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準に一致する。このように、第2生成部11は、下のかご3の状況に応じて第2速度パターンを生成する。
 この例において、第2速度パターンは、第1速度パターンと同様に、定速運転、遷移運転、減速運転、および着床運転のフェーズをこの順に含む。上のかご3の第2速度パターンにおけるフェーズは、例えば上のかご3の位置から第2速度パターンの基準までの距離に応じて切り替えられる。ここで、第2速度パターンの減速運転中の減速度の大きさは、第1速度パターンの減速運転中の減速度の大きさより小さい。このため、第2速度パターンにおいて減速運転に移行する位置と基準との距離は、第1速度パターンにおいて減速運転に移行する位置と基準との距離より遠くなる。また、第1速度パターンと同じ位置を基準とする第2速度パターンにおける減速運転中の上のかご3の速度は、同じ位置に上のかご3があるときの第1速度パターンにおける速度よりも遅くなる。
 図5において、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。図5において、下のかご3の目的階が上のかご3の目的階に隣接する階床である場合の例が示される。
 下のかご3に対応する制御盤8は、上のかご3に対応する制御盤8と同様にして、下のかご3の第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンを生成する。
 図6において、上のかご3に対応する制御盤8における制御周期ごとの動作の例が示される。
 ステップS11において、第1生成部10は、第1速度パターンを生成する。その後、ステップS12において、第2生成部11は、第2速度パターンを生成する。
 その後、ステップS13において、比較部13は、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンの比較を例えば次のように行う。比較部13は、第1速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の現在の位置における速度を算出する。比較部13は、第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の現在の位置における速度を算出する。比較部13は、第2速度パターンに基づいて算出した速度が第1速度パターンに基づいて算出した速度より遅いかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、制御盤8の動作は、ステップS14に進む。一方、判定結果がNoの場合に、制御盤8の動作は、ステップS15に進む。
 ステップS14において、比較部13は、第2速度パターンを信号生成部14に入力する。信号生成部14は、入力された第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の制御信号を生成する。信号生成部14は、生成した制御信号を上のかご3に対応する巻上機5に出力することで、上のかご3の昇降を制御する。その後、制御周期ごとの制御盤8の動作は終了する。
 ステップS15において、比較部13は、第1速度パターンを信号生成部14に入力する。信号生成部14は、入力された第1速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の制御信号を生成する。信号生成部14は、生成した制御信号を上のかご3に対応する巻上機5に出力することで、上のかご3の昇降を制御する。その後、制御周期ごとの制御盤8の動作は終了する。
 図7において、上のかご3および下のかご3の運動の例が示される。図7の上側のグラフは、かご3の速度の時系列波形を表す。図7の上側のグラフにおいて、横軸は時間を表す。縦軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。図7の下側のグラフは、かご3の位置の時系列波形を表す。図7の下側のグラフにおいて、横軸は時間を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。図7において、先に下のかご3が目的階にむけて上昇し、その後上のかご3が目的階にむけて下降する場合の例が示される。この例において、下のかご3の目的階は上のかご3の目的階に隣接する。なお、ここで示される時系列波形は説明のため示した一例であり、エレベーター1における複数のかご3の運動はこれに限定されない。
 上のかご3の第2速度パターンで定速運転が行われる位置において、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンは一致している。このため、上のかご3がこの位置にあるときに、昇降制御部12は、第1速度パターンまたは第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。
 上のかご3の第2速度パターンで減速運転が行われる位置において、第2速度パターンは第1速度パターンより遅い速度パターンとなる。このため、上のかご3がこの位置にあるときに、昇降制御部12は、第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。第2速度パターンは、第1速度パターンより遠く基準から離れた位置で減速運転に移行するので、上のかご3は、第1速度パターンに基づいて昇降する場合よりも早く減速を開始する。また、上のかご3は、第1速度パターンに基づいて昇降する場合よりも大きさの小さい減速度で減速する。このように、上のかご3が下のかご3に近接するときに、上のかご3は第2速度パターンに基づいて低速で目的階に着床する。
 また、上のかご3と同様に、下のかご3も、第2速度パターンに基づいて低速で目的階に着床する。
 図8において、上のかご3および下のかご3の運動の他の例が示される。図8の上側のグラフは、図7の上側のグラフと同様にかご3の速度の時系列波形を表す。図8の下側のグラフは、図7の下側のグラフと同様にかご3の位置の時系列波形を表す。図8において、下のかご3の目的階が上のかご3の目的階より2階以上下方である場合の例が示される。なお、ここで示される時系列波形は説明のため示した一例であり、エレベーター1における複数のかご3の運動はこれに限定されない。
 この例において、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準より下方になる。上のかご3の現在位置から上のかご3の目的階までの位置において、第1速度パターンは第2速度パターンより遅い速度パターンとなる。このため、昇降制御部12は、第1速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。上のかご3は、第2速度パターンに基づいて昇降する場合よりも大きさの大きい減速度で減速する。このように、上のかご3および下のかご3が離れているときに、上のかご3は、下のかご3の状況によらない第1速度パターンに基づいて運行効率を優先した速度で目的階に着床する。
 また、上のかご3と同様に、下のかご3も、下のかご3の状況によらない第1速度パターンに基づいて運行効率を優先した速度で目的階に着床する。
 以上に説明したように、実施の形態1に係るエレベーター1は、複数のかご3と、第1生成部10と、第2生成部11と、昇降制御部12と、を備える。複数のかご3は、上のかご3および下のかご3を含む。上のかご3および下のかご3は、昇降路2に配置される。上のかご3および下のかご3は、鉛直方向に昇降する。下のかご3は、上のかご3と水平投影面内において互いに重なりを持つように配置される。下のかご3は、上のかご3に鉛直方向において隣接する。第1生成部10は、第1速度パターンを生成する。第1速度パターンは、上のかご3の目的階の位置を基準とする、上のかご3の位置および速度の関係である。第2生成部11は、上のかご3の速度が限界速度を超えないように第2速度パターンを生成する。第2速度パターンは、下のかご3が停止する位置から上のかご3の方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準とする、上のかご3の位置および速度の関係である。限界速度は、上のかご3が制動装置7によって制動停止する場合に上のかご3が下のかご3に衝突しない上限の速度である。昇降制御部12は、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンのうち、上のかご3の現在の位置における速度が遅い方に基づいて、上のかご3の昇降の制御を行う。
 このような構成により、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3が互いに離れているときに、一方のかご3は、他方のかご3の状況によらない第1速度パターンに基づいて運行効率を優先した速度で目的階に着床する。一方、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3が近接するときに、かご3は第2速度パターンに基づいて限界速度より低い速度で目的階に着床する。このように、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3の一方は、他方のかご3の状況に応じた速度で昇降する。これにより、エレベーター1において運行効率が低下しにくく、かつ、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3の衝突が回避されやすくなる。
 また、第2生成部11は、第2速度パターンにおける減速運転中の減速度の大きさが第1速度パターンにおける減速運転中の減速度の大きさより小さくなるように第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、第2速度パターンに基づいて制御されるかご3は、第1速度パターンに基づいて制御される場合より低速で着床するようになる。このため、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3との衝突が回避されやすくなる。
 また、第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置を、下のかご3の目的階の位置として第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、第2生成部11は、隣接するかご3の停止する位置をより正確に取得できる。このため、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3との衝突が回避されやすくなる。
 また、第2生成部11は、マージンを、上のかご3の目的階から下のかご3側に隣接する階床までの階間距離として第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、隣接するかご3との衝突が回避されるかご3間の距離がより確実に確保されるようになる。このため、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3との衝突が回避されやすくなる。
 また、限界速度は、制動装置7による減速度、制動装置7の作動の遅れ時間、ならびに上のかご3の目的階の位置および上のかご3の現在の位置の間の距離に基づいて算出される。
 このような構成により、設計値などの既知の情報および取得可能な情報に基づいて、限界速度が容易に算出される。このため、第2速度パターンの算出または設計が容易になる。
 なお、エレベーター1において保守点検などの保守作業が行われるときに、第2生成部11は、マージンを通常時より大きい距離として第2速度パターンを生成してもよい。例えば上のかご3の制御に着目する場合に、第2設定部は、上のかご3の目的階から下のかご3側に隣接する階床までの階間距離より大きくマージンをとってもよい。保守作業においてかご3の上で保守員が作業を行う場合がある。このような場合において、保守員の作業性などが向上する。
 続いて、図9を用いて、エレベーター1のハードウェア構成の例について説明する。
 図9は、実施の形態1に係るエレベーター1の主要部のハードウェア構成図である。
 エレベーター1の各機能は、処理回路により実現し得る。処理回路は、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ100aと少なくとも1つのメモリ100bとを備える。処理回路は、プロセッサ100aおよびメモリ100bと共に、あるいはそれらの代用として、少なくとも1つの専用ハードウェア200を備えてもよい。
 処理回路がプロセッサ100aとメモリ100bとを備える場合、エレベーター1の各機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせで実現される。ソフトウェアおよびファームウェアの少なくとも一方は、プログラムとして記述される。そのプログラムはメモリ100bに格納される。プロセッサ100aは、メモリ100bに記憶されたプログラムを読み出して実行することにより、エレベーター1の各機能を実現する。
 プロセッサ100aは、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、DSPともいう。メモリ100bは、例えば、RAM、ROM、フラッシュメモリ、EPROM、EEPROMなどの、不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリなどにより構成される。
 処理回路が専用ハードウェア200を備える場合、処理回路は、例えば、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ASIC、FPGA、またはこれらの組み合わせで実現される。
 エレベーター1の各機能は、それぞれ処理回路で実現することができる。あるいは、エレベーター1の各機能は、まとめて処理回路で実現することもできる。エレベーター1の各機能について、一部を専用ハードウェア200で実現し、他部をソフトウェアまたはファームウェアで実現してもよい。このように、処理回路は、専用ハードウェア200、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはこれらの組み合わせでエレベーター1の各機能を実現する。
 以下で説明する実施の形態の各々において、他の実施の形態で開示される例と相違する点について特に詳しく説明する。以下の実施の形態の各々で説明しない特徴については、他の実施の形態で開示される例のいずれの特徴が採用されてもよい。
 実施の形態2.
 図10は、実施の形態2に係るエレベーター1の速度パターンの例を示す図である。
 図11は、実施の形態2に係るエレベーター1の動作の例を示すフローチャートである。
 図12は、実施の形態2に係るエレベーター1の運動の時系列波形の例を示す図である。
 この例において、上のかご3の制御を説明する。下のかご3、またはエレベーター1が3つ以上のかご3を備える場合の他のかご3についても、制御盤8は、対応するかご3の制御を同様に行う。
 図10において、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報および他かご情報に基づいて、上のかご3のサブパターンを複数生成する。ここで、かご3について、各々のサブパターンは、当該かご3の位置および速度の関係を表す。かご3について、各々のサブパターンは、当該かご3の第2速度パターンと同様に生成される。かご3について、各々のサブパターンは、当該かご3に隣接する他のかご3が停止する位置から、当該サブパターンが生成されるかご3の方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準として生成される。かご3についての各々のサブパターンにおいて、基準の位置は、当該かご3の速度が0になる位置である。かご3について、各々のサブパターンは、当該かご3の限界速度を超えないように生成される。
 この例において、第2生成部11は、2つのサブパターンを生成する。一方のサブパターンの減速運転中の減速度の大きさは、他方のサブパターンの減速中の減速度の大きさより小さい。この例において、減速度の大きさが小さい方の低減速度のサブパターンのマージンは、減速度の大きさが小さい方の高減速度のサブパターンのマージンより短い。すなわち、高減速度のサブパターンの基準は、低減速度のサブパターンのマージンより上方にある。
 この例において、低減速度のサブパターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準に一致する。高減速度のサブパターンにおいて減速運転に移行する位置は、第1速度パターンにおいて減速運転に移行する位置より上方になるように設定される。高減速度のサブパターンの減速度の大きさは、第1速度パターンの減速度の大きさより大きくてもよい。あるいは、高減速度のサブパターンの減速度の大きさは、第1速度パターンの減速度の大きさ以下であってもよい。
 第2生成部11は、生成した複数の速度パターンのうち、上のかご3の現在の位置における速度が速いサブパターンに切り替えるように第2速度パターンを生成する。この例において、第2速度パターンは、定速運転から高減速度のサブパターンの減速運転に移行し、その後低減速度のサブパターンの減速運転に切り替え、着床運転を経て停止する速度パターンとなる。このとき、第2生成部11の基準は、低減速度のサブパターンの基準となる。
 図11において、上のかご3に対応する制御盤8における制御周期ごとの動作の例が示される。
 ステップS21において、第1生成部10は、第1速度パターンを生成する。その後、ステップS22において、第2生成部11は、低減速度のサブパターンを生成する。その後、ステップS23において、第2生成部11は、高減速度のサブパターンを生成する。
 その後、ステップS24において、第2生成部11は、低減速度のサブパターンおよび高減速度のサブパターンの比較を例えば次のように行う。第2生成部11は、低減速度のサブパターンに基づいて上のかご3の現在の位置における速度を算出する。第2生成部11は、高減速度のサブパターンに基づいて上のかご3の現在の位置における速度を算出する。第2生成部11は、低減速度のサブパターンに基づいて算出した速度が高減速度のサブパターン第1速度パターンに基づいて算出した速度より遅いかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、ステップS25において、第2生成部11は、高減速度のサブパターンを第2速度パターンとする。一方、判定結果がNoの場合に、ステップS26において、第2生成部11は、低減速度のサブパターンを第2速度パターンとする。
 その後、ステップS27において、比較部13は、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンの比較を例えば次のように行う。比較部13は、第1速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の現在の位置における速度を算出する。比較部13は、第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の現在の位置における速度を算出する。比較部13は、第2速度パターンに基づいて算出した速度が第1速度パターンに基づいて算出した速度より遅いかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、制御盤8の動作は、ステップS28に進む。一方、判定結果がNoの場合に、制御盤8の動作は、ステップS29に進む。
 ステップS28において、比較部13は、第2速度パターンを信号生成部14に入力する。信号生成部14は、入力された第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の制御信号を生成する。信号生成部14は、生成した制御信号を上のかご3に対応する巻上機5に出力することで、上のかご3の昇降を制御する。その後、制御周期ごとの制御盤8の動作は終了する。
 ステップS29において、比較部13は、第1速度パターンを信号生成部14に入力する。信号生成部14は、入力された第1速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の制御信号を生成する。信号生成部14は、生成した制御信号を上のかご3に対応する巻上機5に出力することで、上のかご3の昇降を制御する。その後、制御周期ごとの制御盤8の動作は終了する。
 図12において、上のかご3および下のかご3の運動の例が示される。図12の上側のグラフは、図7の上側のグラフと同様にかご3の速度の時系列波形を表す。図12の下側のグラフは、図7の下側のグラフと同様にかご3の位置の時系列波形を表す。図12において、先に下のかご3が目的階にむけて上昇し、その後上のかご3が目的階にむけて下降する場合の例が示される。この例において、下のかご3の目的階は上のかご3の目的階に隣接する。なお、ここで示される時系列波形は説明のため示した一例であり、エレベーター1における複数のかご3の運動はこれに限定されない。
 上のかご3の第2速度パターンで定速運転が行われる位置において、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンは一致している。このため、上のかご3がこの位置にあるときに、昇降制御部12は、第1速度パターンまたは第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。
 上のかご3の第2速度パターンで減速運転が行われる位置において、第2速度パターンは第1速度パターンより遅い速度パターンとなる。このため、上のかご3がこの位置にあるときに、昇降制御部12は、第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。第2速度パターンは、第1速度パターンより遠く基準から離れた位置で減速運転に移行するので、上のかご3は、第1速度パターンに基づいて昇降する場合よりも早く減速を開始する。このとき、上のかご3は、高減速度のサブパターンの減速度で減速する。その後、上のかご3は、低減速度のサブパターンの減速度で減速する。このように、上のかご3が下のかご3に近接するときに、上のかご3は第2速度パターンに基づいて低速で目的階に着床する。
 以上に説明したように、実施の形態2に係るエレベーター1の第2生成部11は、上のかご3の位置および速度の関係である複数のサブパターンを、上のかご3の速度が限界速度を超えないように生成する。第2生成部11は、複数のサブパターンのうち上のかご3の現在の位置における速度が速いサブパターンに切り替えるように第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、第2速度パターンにおいて、複数のサブパターンのうち速度が速いものが採用されるので、上のかご3の階床間の走行時間が短縮される。また、減速運転における減速度の異なるサブパターンが切り替えられるので、減速運転において一定の減速度で減速する場合と比較して、第2速度パターンにおいて減速運転の前に定速運転で昇降する距離を長くとることができる。これにより、エレベーター1の運行効率がより低下しにくくなる。
 実施の形態3.
 図13は、実施の形態3に係るエレベーター1の速度パターンの例を示す図である。
 図14は、実施の形態3に係るエレベーター1の運動の時系列波形の例を示す図である。
 この例において、上のかご3の制御を説明する。下のかご3、またはエレベーター1が3つ以上のかご3を備える場合の他のかご3についても、制御盤8は、対応するかご3の制御を同様に行う。
 図13において、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報および他かご情報に基づいて、上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。この例において、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準に一致する。ここで、第2速度パターンの着床運転の時間は、第1速度パターンの着床運転の時間より長い。なお、第2速度パターンの減速運転中の減速度の大きさは、第1速度パターンの減速運転中の減速度の大きさ以下であってもよい。第2速度パターンにおいて、上のかご3の減速度は減速運転中の減速度から停止するまで次第に小さくなる。このため、第2の速度パターンにおいて減速運転に移行する位置は、第1速度パターンにおいて減速運転に移行する位置より上方になる。また、第1速度パターンと同じ位置を基準とする第2速度パターンにおける減速運転中の上のかご3の速度は、同じ位置に上のかご3があるときの第1速度パターンにおける速度よりも遅くなる。
 図14において、上のかご3および下のかご3の運動の例が示される。図14の上側のグラフは、図7の上側のグラフと同様にかご3の速度の時系列波形を表す。図14の下側のグラフは、図7の下側のグラフと同様にかご3の位置の時系列波形を表す。図14において、先に下のかご3が目的階にむけて上昇し、その後上のかご3が目的階にむけて下降する場合の例が示される。この例において、下のかご3の目的階は上のかご3の目的階に隣接する。なお、ここで示される時系列波形は説明のため示した一例であり、エレベーター1における複数のかご3の運動はこれに限定されない。
 上のかご3の第2速度パターンで定速運転が行われる位置において、第1速度パターンおよび第2速度パターンは一致している。このため、上のかご3がこの位置にあるときに、昇降制御部12は、第1速度パターンまたは第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。
 上のかご3の第2速度パターンで減速運転が行われる位置において、第2速度パターンは第1速度パターンより遅い速度パターンとなる。このため、上のかご3がこの位置にあるときに、昇降制御部12は、第2速度パターンに基づいて上のかご3の昇降を制御する。第2速度パターンは、第1速度パターンより遠く基準から離れた位置で減速運転に移行するので、上のかご3は、第1速度パターンに基づいて昇降する場合よりも早く減速を開始する。また、上のかご3は、第1速度パターンに基づいて昇降する場合よりも長い時間の着床運転によって目的階に着床する。このとき、上のかご3の減速度は、減速運転中の減速度から停止するまで次第に小さくなる。このように、上のかご3が下のかご3に近接するときに、上のかご3は第2速度パターンに基づいて低速で目的階に着床する。
 以上に説明したように、実施の形態3に係るエレベーター1の第2生成部11は、第2速度パターンにおける着床運転の時間が第1速度パターンにおける着床運転の時間より長くなるように第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、減速運転において一定の減速度で減速する場合と比較して、第2速度パターンにおいて減速運転の前に定速運転で昇降する距離を長くとることができる。これにより、エレベーター1の運行効率がより低下しにくくなる。また、着床運転において一定のジャークで減速することで、加速度の急な変化による利用者の乗り心地の悪化を抑えられる。
 実施の形態4.
 図15は、実施の形態4に係る第2生成部11の構成を示すブロック図である。
 図16は、実施の形態4に係るエレベーター1の速度パターンの例を示す図である。
 この例において、上のかご3の制御を説明する。下のかご3、またはエレベーター1が3つ以上のかご3を備える場合の他のかご3についても、制御盤8は、対応するかご3の制御を同様に行う。
 図15において、第2速度パターンの基準の算出の例が示される。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、他かご情報に基づいて下のかご3の位置および速度などの情報を取得する。第2生成部11は、取得した下のかご3の位置および速度などの情報に基づいて、下のかご3の目的階を例えば次のように推定する。第2生成部11は、例えば各々の階床を目的階とする下のかご3の第1速度パターンを想定する。第2生成部11は、第1速度パターンを想定した階床のうち、取得した下のかご3の位置および速度との整合性の高い階床を下のかご3の目的階として推定する。第2生成部11は、推定した下のかご3の目的階の位置を下のかご3が停止する位置とする。第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置にマージンを加えた位置を基準として上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。
 図16において、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報および他かご情報に基づいて、上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。推定した下のかご3の目的階が上のかご3の目的階より2階以上下方である場合に、第2速度パターンの基準は、上のかご3の目的階より下方の階床の位置となる。このとき、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準より下方になる。一方、推定した下のかご3の目的階が上のかご3の目的階に隣接する階床である場合に、第2速度パターンの基準は、上のかご3の目的階の位置となる。すなわち、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準に一致する。このように、第2生成部11は、下のかご3の目的階についての推定に応じて第2速度パターンを生成する。ここで、目的階は離散的な情報であるため、第2生成部11は、下のかご3の位置および速度などの状況に応じて第2速度パターンを離散的に切り替えるように生成する。
 以上に説明したように、実施の形態4に係るエレベーター1の第2生成部11は、下のかご3の位置および速度に基づいて下のかご3の目的階を推定する。第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置を、推定した下のかご3の目的階の位置として第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3の目的階の情報が得られない場合においても、当該かご3の位置および速度などの状況に応じた速度パターンが生成される。これにより、運行効率が低下しにくく、かつ、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3の衝突が回避されやすいエレベーター1の制御がより安定して行われるようになる。
 実施の形態5.
 図17は、実施の形態5に係る第2生成部11の構成を示すブロック図である。
 図18は、実施の形態5に係るエレベーター1の速度パターンの例を示す図である。
 この例において、上のかご3の制御を説明する。下のかご3、またはエレベーター1が3つ以上のかご3を備える場合の他のかご3についても、制御盤8は、対応するかご3の制御を同様に行う。
 図17において、第2速度パターンの基準の算出の例が示される。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、他かご情報に基づいて下のかご3の位置および速度などの情報を取得する。第2生成部11は、取得した下のかご3の位置および速度などの情報に基づいて、下のかご3の停止可能な位置を例えば次のように推定する。第2生成部11は、下のかご3の現在の位置および速度から、下のかご3の第1速度パターンと同様の減速度によって停止する場合において下のかご3が停止するまでに昇降する距離を算出する。第2生成部11は、下のかご3の現在の位置から、算出した距離だけ下のかご3の走行方向に離れた位置を下の過誤の停止可能な位置として推定する。第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置を、推定した下のかご3の停止可能な位置とする。第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置にマージンを加えた位置を基準として上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。
 図18において、横軸は上昇する方向を正としたかご3の速度を表す。縦軸はかご3の位置を表す。
 上のかご3に対応する制御盤8において、第2生成部11は、情報取得部9が取得した自かご情報および他かご情報に基づいて、上のかご3の第2速度パターンを生成する。推定した下のかご3の停止可能な位置が上のかご3の目的階に隣接する階床の位置より下方である場合に、第2速度パターンの基準は、上のかご3の目的階の位置より下方となる。このとき、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準より下方になる。一方、推定した下のかご3の停止可能な位置が上のかご3の目的階に隣接する階床の位置である場合に、第2速度パターンの基準は、上のかご3の目的階の位置となる。すなわち、第2速度パターンの基準は、第1速度パターンの基準に一致する。このように、第2生成部11は、下のかご3の停止可能な位置についての推定に応じて第2速度パターンを生成する。ここで、停止可能な位置は連続的な情報であるため、第2生成部11は、下のかご3の位置および速度などの状況に応じて第2速度パターンを連続的に移動させるように生成する。
 以上に説明したように、実施の形態5に係るエレベーター1の第2生成部11は、下のかご3の現在の位置および速度から停止可能な位置を推定する。第2生成部11は、下のかご3が停止する位置を、下のかご3について推定した停止可能な位置として第2速度パターンを生成する。
 このような構成により、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3の目的階の情報が得られない場合においても、当該かご3の位置および速度などの状況に応じた速度パターンが生成される。これにより、運行効率が低下しにくく、かつ、鉛直方向に隣接するかご3の衝突が回避されやすいエレベーター1の制御がより安定して行われるようになる。また、第2速度パターンは連続的に移動するように生成されるので、上のかご3の制御は連続的に変化する速度パターンに基づいて行われる。このため、エレベーター1の制御がより安定に行われる。
 なお、エレベーター1の据付時などにおいて、動作試験が行われることがある。動作試験は、制御盤8によるかご3の昇降の制御の試験を含む。ここで、エレベーター1の据付時などにおいて、鉛直方向に隣接するように配置されるかご3のうち、一方のみが据付された状態において動作試験が行われることがある。このような場合に、既に据え付けられたかご3に対応する制御盤8の第2生成部11は、鉛直方向に隣接する他のかご3が停止する位置を、動作試験において予め設定された仮想的な位置として第2速度パターンを生成してもよい。このとき、当該他のかご3は、まだ据付されていなくてもよい。仮想的な位置は、制御盤8に外部から入力されてもよい。仮想的な位置は、昇降路2における位置である。これにより、エレベーター1の個々のかご3の据付ごとに、当該かご3に対応する制御盤8の動作試験を行えるようになる。
 本開示に係るエレベーターは、複数の階床を有する建物に適用できる。
 1 エレベーター、 2 昇降路、 3 かご、 4 釣合い錘、 5 巻上機、 6 主ロープ、 7 制動装置、 8 制御盤、 9 情報取得部、 10 第1生成部、 11 第2生成部、 12 昇降制御部、 13 比較部、 14 信号生成部、 100a プロセッサ、 100b メモリ、 200 専用ハードウェア

Claims (11)

  1.  昇降路に配置され、鉛直方向に昇降する第1かごと、
     前記昇降路において第1かごと水平投影面内において互いに重なりを持つように配置され、前記第1かごに鉛直方向において隣接し、鉛直方向に昇降する第2かごと、
     前記第1かごの目的階の位置を基準とする前記第1かごの位置および速度の関係である第1速度パターンを生成する第1生成部と、
     前記第2かごが停止する位置から前記第1かごの方向にマージンを空けた位置を基準とする前記第1かごの位置および速度の関係である第2速度パターンを、前記第1かごが制動装置によって制動停止する場合に前記第1かごが前記第2かごに衝突しない上限の限界速度を前記第1かごの速度が超えないように生成する第2生成部と、
     前記第1速度パターンおよび前記第2速度パターンのうち前記第1かごの現在の位置における速度が遅い方に基づいて、前記第1かごの昇降の制御を行う昇降制御部と、
     を備えるエレベーター。
  2.  前記第2生成部は、前記第2速度パターンにおける減速運転中の減速度の大きさが前記第1速度パターンにおける減速運転中の減速度の大きさより小さくなるように前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1に記載のエレベーター。
  3.  前記第2生成部は、前記第2速度パターンにおける着床運転の時間が前記第1速度パターンにおける着床運転の時間より長くなるように前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1に記載のエレベーター。
  4.  前記第2生成部は、前記第1かごの位置および速度の関係である複数のサブパターンを前記第1かごの速度が前記限界速度を超えないように生成し、前記複数のサブパターンのうち前記第1かごの現在の位置における速度が速いサブパターンに切り替えるように前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1に記載のエレベーター。
  5.  前記第2生成部は、前記第2かごが停止する位置を、前記第2かごの目的階の位置として前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
  6.  前記第2生成部は、前記第2かごの位置および速度に基づいて前記第2かごの目的階を推定し、前記第2かごが停止する位置を、推定した前記第2かごの目的階の位置として前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
  7.  前記第2生成部は、前記第2かごの現在の位置および速度から停止可能な位置を推定し、前記第2かごが停止する位置を、推定した停止可能な位置として前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
  8.  前記第2生成部は、前記マージンを、前記第1かごの目的階から前記第2かご側に隣接する階床までの階間距離として前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
  9.  前記第2生成部は、前記制動装置による減速度、前記制動装置の作動の遅れ時間、ならびに前記第1かごの目的階の位置および前記第1かごの現在の位置の間の距離に基づいて算出される前記限界速度を前記第1かごの速度が超えないように前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
  10.  前記第2生成部は、保守作業が行われるときに、前記マージンを、前記第1かごの目的階から前記第2かご側に隣接する階床までの階間距離より大きい距離として前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
  11.  前記第2生成部は、動作試験が行われるときに、前記第2かごが停止する位置を、前記動作試験において予め設定された仮想的な位置として前記第2速度パターンを生成する
     請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター。
