Description

根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,如图6所示,所述毛刷基体7包括具有U形开口的毛刷本体7-1和形成在毛刷本体7-1两侧的毛刷连接部7-2。
所述毛刷本体7-1能够滑动地设置在所述顶板滑动槽4-1-1中。
在所述毛刷连接部7-2上形成有多个毛刷连接孔7-2-1。
根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,如图10(a)、10(b)和11(a)、 11(b)所示,所述异物防夹装置的第一保护组件还包括第一夹板10和第二夹板11。
所述第一夹板10具有对应于所述毛刷连接孔7-2-1的多个第一夹板通孔10-1。
所述第二夹板11具有对应于所述毛刷连接孔7-2-1的多个第二夹板通孔11-1。
所述毛刷连接部7-2通过穿过所述第一夹板通孔10-1、所述毛刷连接孔7-2-1和所述第二夹板通孔11-1的紧固螺钉被夹持在所述第一夹板10和所述第二夹板11之间。
根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,如图12所示,在所述调节滑块8上设置有调节滑块通孔8-1。
如图4所示,在所述顶部凹槽4-1-2中设置有细长形的顶部凹槽通孔4-1-2-1。
还是如图12所示,通过穿过所述调节滑块通孔8-1、所述顶部凹槽通孔4-1-2-1、所述第一夹板通孔10-1、所述毛刷连接孔7-2-1和所述第二夹板通孔11-1的紧固螺钉将所述调节滑块8连接到所述毛刷基体7。
由于毛刷基体7是橡胶材料,其摩擦力较大,所以毛刷基体7由第一夹板10和第二夹板11这两个金属件夹持着。三者通过紧固螺钉连接,整个部件和壳体顶板4-1通过调节滑块8和紧固螺钉连接。
根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,如图7至图9所示,所述异物防夹装置6的第二保护组件包括转动支架12和保护块13。
在所述清洁空间的内部且靠近所述毛刷基体7的U形开口的下部设置有转动支架12。
所述转动支架12能够转动地安装在所述壳体4上,例如通过焊接螺钉12-3。如图8所示,所述转动支架12包括支架转动连接部12-1和支架支撑部12-2,其中所述转动支架12通过穿过所述支架转动连接部12-1的焊接螺钉12-3安装在所述壳体4上。
在所述转动支架12上固定地安装有保护块13(见图7),例如通过紧固螺栓。
所述保持块13包括保持块连接部13-1和具有U形开口的保持块止挡部13-2,其中所述保持块连接部13-1通过所述紧固螺栓连接到所述支架支撑部 12-2,所述保持块止挡部13-2限制异物(例如乘客的手部)进入所述壳体4内部的程度。
所述保护块13处于所述转动支架12和所述毛刷基体7之间。
根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,如图14所示,所述异物防夹装置的第二保护组件还包括制动开关14。
在所述转动支架12的下面设置有制动开关14。
当异物(也可以是乘客的手部)通过所述毛刷基体7与所述扶手带2之间的间隙进入所述壳体4内部并且按动所述保护块13时,所述转动支架12转动。
随着所述转动支架12的转动,当所述制动开关14被所述转动支架12(支架支撑部12-2)按动时,所述制动开关14发出制动信号,所述自动扶梯1停止运行。
根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,如图1所示,在所述壳体前部面板4-2上安装有雷达15。
所述雷达15的安装位置靠近所述自动扶梯1的出入口的地板。
所述雷达15通过发射雷达波和接收反射的雷达波判断是否有乘客进入或离开所述自动扶梯1。
根据本公开内容的上述各个实施例,在所述壳体侧部面板4-3的至少一个上设置有至少一个紧急制动按钮16。在出现任何紧急状况时,通过按动紧急制动按钮16能够使自动扶梯1立即停止。
所述紧急制动按钮16的安装位置靠近所述自动扶梯1的出入口的地板。
通过将雷达15和紧急制动按钮16整合在清洁装置3中,避免了因为安装清洁装置在传统位置上无法安装雷达和紧急制动按钮的技术问题,并且根据本公开内容的这种整合设计在扩展了具有安全装置的清洁装置的功能的同时还实现了清洁装置在结构上的紧凑性。
根据本公开内容的另一个实施例,提出一种自动扶梯1(如图1所示),所述自动扶梯1包括如上所述的安全装置3。
基于本公开内容的自动扶梯和清洁装置在一起工作,其中扶手带是移动部件,清洁装置固定的。异物易于进入扶手带和清洁装置之间的间隙而被夹住。基于本公开内容的异物防夹装置可以防止异物进入。另外,基于本公开内容的异物防夹装置也可以保护例如乘客的手部不会被卡住。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于自动扶梯的扶手带的安全装置,所述安全装置包括壳体,在所述壳体中容纳着清洁装置,所述扶手带运动通过由所述壳体形成的清洁空间,所述清洁装置对所述扶手带的扶手表面进行清洁操作,其特征在于,
    在所述壳体上设置有扶手带开口;
    所述安全装置包括设置在所述扶手带开口处的异物防夹装置;
    所述异物防夹装置设置成当异物从所述扶手带开口进入所述壳体内部时被触发。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述异物防夹装置所处的高度高于所述扶手带在靠近所述自动扶梯的地板处通过所述壳体的高度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述壳体包括壳体顶板、壳体前部面板和两个彼此相对设置的壳体侧部面板;
    由所述壳体顶板、所述壳体前部面板和所述壳体侧部面板限定所述清洁空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述异物防夹装置具有双层结构,其包括第一保护组件和第二保护组件;
    所述第二保护组件位于所述第一保护组件的下方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一保护组件包括毛刷基体和调节滑块;
    所述扶手带开口呈U形并且形成在所述壳体顶板中;
    在所述壳体顶板中还设置有顶板滑动槽;
    沿着所述扶手带开口的U形边缘设置有由橡胶制成的所述毛刷基体;
    所述毛刷基体通过所述调节滑块可调整地设置在所述顶板滑动槽中;
    沿着所述毛刷基体的U形开口的边缘设置有多个毛刷,所述毛刷覆盖所述毛刷基体与所述扶手带之间的间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述调节滑块连接到所述毛刷基体并且滑动地设置在位于所述壳体顶板的顶部表面中的顶部凹槽中;
    通过所述调节滑块的滑动调节所述毛刷基体与所述扶手带之间的间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述毛刷基体包括具有U形开口的毛刷本体和形成在毛刷本体两侧的毛刷连接部;
    所述毛刷本体能够滑动地设置在所述顶板滑动槽中。
    在所述毛刷连接部上形成有多个毛刷连接孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一保护组件还包括第一夹板和第二夹板;
    所述第一夹板具有对应于所述毛刷连接孔的多个第一夹板通孔;
    所述第二夹板具有对应于所述毛刷连接孔的多个第二夹板通孔;
    所述毛刷连接部通过穿过所述第一夹板通孔、所述毛刷连接孔和所述第二夹板通孔的紧固螺钉被夹持在所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    在所述调节滑块上设置有调节滑块通孔;
    在所述顶部凹槽中设置有细长形的顶部凹槽通孔;
    通过穿过所述调节滑块通孔、所述顶部凹槽通孔、所述第一夹板通孔、所述毛刷连接孔和所述第二夹板通孔的紧固螺钉将所述调节滑块连接到所述毛刷基体。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述第二保护组件包括转动支架和保护块;
    在所述清洁空间的内部且靠近所述毛刷基体的U形开口的下部设置有所述转动支架;
    所述转动支架能够转动地安装在所述壳体上;
    在所述转动支架上固定地安装有所述保护块;
    所述保护块处于所述转动支架和所述毛刷基体之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安全装置,其特征在于,
    所述第二保护组件还包括制动开关;
    在所述转动支架的下面设置有所述制动开关;
    当异物通过所述毛刷基体与所述扶手带之间的间隙进入所述壳体内部并且按动所述保护块时,所述转动支架转动;
    随着所述转动支架的转动,当所述制动开关被所述转动支架按动时,所 述制动开关发出制动信号,所述自动扶梯停止运行。
  12. 一种自动扶梯,其特征在于,所述自动扶梯包括如上述权利要求1至11其中之一所述的安全装置。
