现有技术在模具内制成一次性塑料餐具后,很难快速的取出一次性塑料餐具,一般是通过人为的去拿取,导致需要劳动力大,从而生产效率低。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种一次性塑料餐具生产用热流道模具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型中,通过把收缩后的夹具放入模槽内,把模槽内所形成的一次性塑料餐具取出来,具体为通过夹具张开,使得夹具上的摩擦胶作用于一次性塑料餐具,从而把一次性塑料餐具从模槽内取出来,实现自动化取一次性塑料餐具,提高设备生产效率。
2、本实用新型中,通过第一气缸收缩,带动第二铰座上移,从而旋转板发生旋转,使得两个旋转板相互靠近,从而使得活动杆移动来带动夹具收缩,后把夹具放入模槽内,通过第一气缸伸缩,同时在弹簧的回复力下,使得夹具张开,从而夹具上的摩擦胶作用于模槽内所形成的一次性塑料餐具,把一次性塑料餐具从模槽内取出来。

在使用时,通过把收缩后的夹具18放入模槽7内,把模槽7内所形成的一次性塑料餐具取出来,具体为通过夹具18张开,使得夹具18上的摩擦胶19作用于一次性塑料餐具,从而把一次性塑料餐具从模槽7内取出来,实现自动化取一次性塑料餐具,提高设备生产效率。
其中,夹具18上焊接有活动杆20,活动杆20的外表面活动套设有固定板17,固定板17与夹具18活动连接,活动杆20位于夹具18与固定板17之间的外表面套设有弹簧21,活动杆20其中一端固定连接有第一铰座22,第一铰座22上铰链连接有旋转板23,旋转板23其中一端铰链连接有第二铰座24,第二铰座24通过螺栓固定连接有第一气缸15;通过第一气缸15收缩,带动第二铰座24上移,从而旋转板23发生旋转,使得两个旋转板23相互靠近,从而使得活动杆20移动来带动夹具18收缩,后把夹具18放入模槽7内,通过第一气缸15伸缩,同时在弹簧21的回复力下,使得夹具18张开,从而夹具18上的摩擦胶19作用于模槽7内所形成的一次性塑料餐具,把一 次性塑料餐具从模槽7内取出来。
其中,第一气缸15通过螺栓固定连接有盘体14,固定板17其中一端焊接有环板16,环板16内固定套设有第一气缸15,环板16与盘体14焊接连接;环板16用于固定第一气缸15。
其中,盘体14通过螺栓固定连接有板体13,板体13其中一端焊接有杆体12,杆体12贯穿于壳体11内部;杆体12可相对于壳体11上下移动。
其中,壳体11下底壁固定安装有电机27,电机27的输出端固定连接有旋转盘26,旋转盘26与壳体11转动连接,旋转盘26顶端通过螺栓固定连接有第二气缸25,第二气缸25的伸缩端与杆体12通过螺栓固定连接;通过第二气缸25的伸缩,带动杆体12的上移,间而使得夹具18提升到一定高度,再通过电机27运行,带动夹具18旋转到模槽7上方的位置,后第二气缸2的收缩,使得夹具18进入模槽7内部,对模槽7内部的一次性塑料餐具进行夹取,实现自动化,提高工作效率。
其中,第二气缸25与电机27在同一轴线上。
本实用新型的工作原理是:使用时,通过第二气缸25的伸缩,带动杆体12的上移,间而使得夹具18提升到一定高度,再通过电机27运行,带动夹具18旋转到模槽7上方的位置,后第二气缸2的收缩,使得夹具18进入模槽7内部,对模槽7内部的一次性塑料餐具进行夹取,这时通过第一气缸15收缩,带动第二铰座24上移,从而旋转板23发生旋转,使得两个旋转板23相互靠近,从而使得活动杆20移动来带动夹具18收缩,后把夹具18放入模槽7内,通过第一气缸15伸缩,同时在弹簧21的回复力下,使得夹具18张开,从而夹具18上的摩擦胶19作用于模槽7内所形成的一次性塑料餐具,把一次性塑料餐具从模槽7内取出来。
