农业植保器械 技术领域
本申请涉及农业设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种农业植保器械。
背景技术
农业植保器械已经被广泛应用于进行灌溉、播撒、农药喷洒等作业,基于农业植保器械的作业种类和作业环境,需要经常对农业植保器械的各个部件进行清洗,以避免农药等腐蚀性化学品、泥土或其他物质长时间附着在机身部件致其损坏。
现有技术中通常使用人工刷洗、高压泵冲洗等方式对农业植保器械进行清洗,但是人工刷洗效率较低,高压泵冲洗则需要额外的附属设备,成本较高。
发明内容
本申请实施例提出一种农业植保器械。
第一个方面,本申请实施例提供一种农业植保器械,包括:机架;以及喷洒系统,安装在所述机架上,所述喷洒系统包括:储液箱,用于盛装液体;水泵,通过第一输送管与所述储液箱连通;分水器,通过第二输送管与所述水泵连通;外接接头,与所述分水器连通;一个或多个喷头,通过第三输送管与所述分水器连通;回流管道,将所述分水器与所述储液箱连通,形成回流通路;外接阀门开关,设于所述外接接头的通路上;喷洒阀门开关,设于所述分水器与所述喷头之间的通路上;以及回流阀门开关,设于所述分水器与所述储液箱之间的回流通路上,其中,在所述外接阀门开关以及所述回流阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述喷洒阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够将所述储液箱内的液体泵送至所述喷头,通过所述喷头进行喷洒作业;在所述回流阀门开关以及所述喷洒阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述外接阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够将所述储液箱内的液体泵送至所述外接接头,以对所述农业植保器械进行外部清洗作业;在所述外接 阀门开关以及所述喷洒阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述回流阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够通过所述回流管道将所述储液箱内的液体回流至所述储液箱内,以对所述储液箱进行内部清洗作业。
第二个方面,本申请实施例提供一种农业植保器械,包括:机架;以及喷洒系统,安装在所述机架上,所述喷洒系统包括:储液箱,用于盛装液体;水泵,通过第一输送管与所述储液箱连通;分水器,通过第二输送管与所述水泵连通;一个或多个喷头,通过第三输送管与所述分水器连通;回流管道,将所述分水器与所述储液箱连通,形成回流通路;喷洒阀门开关,设于所述分水器与所述喷头之间的通路上;以及回流阀门开关,设于所述分水器与所述储液箱之间的回流通路上,其中,在所述回流阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述喷洒阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够将所述储液箱内的液体泵送至所述喷头,通过所述喷头进行喷洒作业;在所述喷洒阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述回流阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够通过所述回流管道将所述储液箱内的液体回流至所述储液箱内,以对所述储液箱进行内部清洗作业。
第三个方面,本申请实施例提供一种农业植保器械,包括:机架;以及喷洒系统,安装在所述机架上,所述喷洒系统包括:储液箱,用于盛装液体;水泵,通过第一输送管与所述储液箱连通;分水器,通过第二输送管与所述水泵连通;外接接头,与所述分水器连通;一个或多个喷头,通过第三输送管与所述分水器连通;外接阀门开关,设于所述外接接头的通路上;以及喷洒阀门开关,设于所述分水器与所述喷头之间的通路上;其中,在所述外接阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述喷洒阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够将所述储液箱内的液体泵送至所述喷头,通过所述喷头进行喷洒作业;在所述喷洒阀门开关处于关闭状态,所述外接阀门开关处于开启状态时,所述水泵能够将所述储液箱内的液体泵送至所述外接接头,以对所述农业植保器械进行外部清洗作业。
上述农业植保器械能够利用喷洒作业中所使用的水泵完成农业植保器械的外部和/或储液箱的内部的清洗作业,清洗效率高且成本低。

本申请的实施例提供了一种农业植保器械10,该农业植保器械10可以是例如农业植保无人飞行器、农业植保遥控车、农业植保汽车、农业植保飞机等。
参照图1至图3,根据本申请实施例的农业植保器械10包括机架100和喷洒系统200。
机架100可以泛指农业植保器械10中除喷洒系统200以外的任何组件,根据农业植保器械10的种类的不同,机架100可以具有不同的形态,对此不做具体的限定。
在一些实施例中,喷洒系统200可以设置在机架100的外部或者内部,喷洒系统200可以设置在机架100外部的上方、下方、后方、侧方等,喷洒系统200的一部分组件可以设置在机架100的外部而另一部分组件可以设置在机架100的内部,喷洒系统200可以可拆卸或不可拆卸的安装在机架上,喷洒系统200的一部分组件可以可拆卸的安装在机架100上而另一部分组件可以固定安装在机架100上。
喷洒系统200包括储液箱201,储液箱201用于盛装液体,储液箱201中的液体可以根据农业植保器械10降噪执行的作业进行更换,例如在进行农药喷洒作业时,储液箱201可以盛装农药,在进行清洗等作业时,储液箱201可以盛装水、清洁剂等用于进行清洗的液体。在一些实施例中,储液箱201可以由耐腐蚀材料制成,以避免农药的腐蚀。
储液箱201通过第一输送管203与水泵202连通,水泵202可以是例如隔膜泵、液压泵等用于泵送液体的装置,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求选择适合的水泵202,对此不作具体的限定。在一些实施例中,第一输送管203可以伸入储液箱201的内部,以便于水泵202将储液箱201中的液体泵出。
仍然参照图1至图3,水泵202通过第二输送管205与分水器204连通,从而水泵202可以将储液箱201中的液体泵送至分水器204。
喷洒系统200还包括与分水器204连通的外接接头206、一个或多个喷头207、和回流管道209。
水泵202将储液箱201中的液体泵送至分水器204后,可进一步的将液体泵入外接接头206,以进行农业植保器械10的外部清洗作业,使用外接接头206进行外部清洗作业的具体实现方式将在下文中相应的部分进行详细的阐述。
一个或多个喷头207通过第三输送管208与分水器204连通,水泵202将储液箱201中的液体泵送至分水器204后,可进一步将液体泵入一个或多个喷头207进行喷洒,以进行喷洒作业。
回流管道209将分水器与储液箱201连通形成回流通路,水泵202将储液箱201中的液体泵送至分水器204后,可进一步的将分水器204中的液体泵送至回流管道209,使得液体再次回到储液箱201,以进行储液箱201的内部清洗作业。
在一些实施例中,根据分水器204接口数量的不同,可以选择不同种类的分水器,例如在如图1至图3示出的实施例中,分水器204可以是四通管道接口或者其他合适的用于进行液体分流的装置,在一些其他的实施例,例如图5和图6示出的实施例中,分水器204可以是三通管道接口,在一些实施例中,分水器204还可能与更多的接口进行连通,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求进行适应性的调整。
在一些实施例中,第二输送管205可以是与分水器204一体成型的入口管路,例如当分水器204被设置成四通管道接口时,第二输送管205可以是该四通管道接口中与水泵202连通的一段,即,该四通管道接口可以直接与水泵202进行连通,从而使得喷洒系统200的结构更为紧凑。在一些实施例中,第二输送管205还可以是一段独立的管路,即,第二输送管205的一端与水泵202连通,另一端与分水器204进行连通,使得分水器204可以不必紧靠水泵202设置,而可以根据实际需求设置在其他合适的位置。
进一步地,在外接接头206和分水器204的通路上设置有外接阀门开关210,在一个或多个喷头207与分水器204之间的通路上设置有喷洒阀门开关211,在分水器204与储液箱201之间的回流通路上设置有回流阀门开关212,外接阀门开关210、喷洒阀门开关211和回流阀门开关212用于控制其所在的通路的打开或者关闭。
具体地,参照图1,在外接阀门开关210以及回流阀门开关212处于关闭状态,喷洒阀门开关211处于开启状态时,喷洒系统200中的液体流向如图中直线箭头所示,水泵202将储液箱201内的液体经由第一输送管路203、第二输送管路205、分水器204和第三输送管路208泵送至喷头207,以通过喷头207进行喷洒作业。喷洒作业可以包括任何需要通过喷头207喷洒液体来实现的作业,例如农药喷洒作业,灌溉作业,道路清洁作业等。根据所进行的具体作业,可以选择在储液箱201中盛装相应的液体。
参照图3,在回流阀门开关212以及喷洒阀门开关211处于关闭状态,外接阀门开关210处于开启状态时,喷洒系统200中的液体流向如图3中的直线箭头所示,水泵202将储液箱201内的液体第一输送管路203、第二输送管路205、分水器204泵送至外接接头206,以对农业植保器械10进行外部清洗作业。
需要说明的是,外部清洗作业可以是对农业植保器械10任何需要进行清洗的组件进行清洗,例如,当农业植保器械10是农业植保无人飞行器时,对农业植保器械10的外部清洗作业可以是对农业植保无人飞行器的机身外表面、机翼、机臂、起落架等部件的清洗,当然,还可以是对喷洒系统200的一个或多个部件的清洗,例如储液箱201的外表面,喷头207的外表面等,当农业植保器械10具有一个或多个可拆卸的部件时,外部清洗作业可以对这些部件拆卸后所暴露的表面进行清洗,当农业植保器械10具有一个或多个可开放的容置腔时,外部清洗作业可以对这些可开放的容置腔内部进行清洗。
外接接头206的设置使得操作人员能够借助农业植保器械10自身配备的水泵202完成对农业植保器械10的外部清洗作业,从而无需借助辅助水泵来进行清洗,相较于相关技术人使用人工刷洗或辅助水泵冲洗的外部清洗方式,提高了清洗效率并降低了清洗成本。
参照图2,在外接阀门开关210以及喷洒阀门开关211处于关闭状态,回流阀门开关212处于开启状态时,喷洒系统200中的液体流向如图2中的直线箭头所示,水泵202将储液箱201内的液体经由第 一输送管路203、第二输送管路205、分水器204泵送至回流管道209,然后重新回到储液箱201内,以对储液箱201进行内部清洗作业。
可以理解地,水泵202将会为其泵送的液体提供压力,因此,当储液箱201的液体通过回流管道209再次回到储液箱201时,将会导致储液箱201中的液体发生激荡,从而形成对储液箱201内部的冲刷,以此实现储液箱201的内部清洗作业。在一些实施方式中,储液箱201内原本盛放的液体是例如农药等化学品,在进行内部清洗作业前,需要将储液箱201中盛放的液体替换为水或者清洁剂,在这样的实施方式中,实际上内部清洗作业还能够对第一输送管路203、第二输送管路205、水泵202内部的管路以及分水器204内部的管路进行清洗,去除这些管路中原本残留的农药。
回流管道209的设置使得操作人员能够借助农业植保器械10自身配备的水泵202完成对于储液箱201的内部清洗作业,相较于相关技术中将储液箱201从农业植保器械10拆卸下来进行人工刷洗,或者在储液箱201内设置毛刷和电机进行清洗的方式而言,提高了清洗的效率,并且降低了清洗的成本。
在一些实施例中,农业植保器械10可以用于进行农药喷洒作业,一种可能的农业植保器械10清洗方法可以是:
在储液箱201内盛装农药,而后将外接阀门开关210和回流阀门开关212关闭,喷洒阀门开关211开启,并启动水泵202进行农药喷洒作业。
在农药喷洒作业结束后,将储液箱201内的液体替换为水或者合适的清洁剂,将喷洒阀门开关211和外接阀门开关210关闭,回流阀门开关212打开,并启动水泵202,进行储液箱201的内部清洗,以充分去除储液箱201内部和分水器204中的农药残留物、沉淀物、残渣等。在一些实施例中,还可以选择再次将喷洒阀门开关211开启,外接阀门开关210和回流阀门开关212关闭,以对第三输送管208和喷头207进行清洗。
在内部清洗作业结束后,可以理解地,此时储液箱201内的水或者清洁剂可能溶有农药残留物,因此可以再次将储液箱201内的液体 放出后再次加入水或者合适的清洁剂,然后将外接阀门开关210打开,回流阀门开关212、喷洒阀门开关211关闭,通过外接接头206进行农业植保器械10的外部清洗作业。
在一些实施例中,参照图1,外接接头206可以直接与分水器204进行连通,外接接头206可以是例如双向管道连接件,其一端通过螺纹连接、法兰连接、焊接等方式与分水器204连通,另一端可以设置成通用的管路接口,或根据实际情况设置成合适的管路接口,在进行外部清洗作业时,本领域技术人员可以选择在外接接头206处连接管路、喷头等进行清洗。在一些实施例中,外接接头206可以与分水器204一体成型,例如,分水器204可以四通或三通管路接口,外接接头206是该四通或三通管路接口的其中一个接口。
外接接头206可以是一段连接管路,其一端可以通过螺纹连接、法兰连接、焊接、一体成型等方式与分水器204连通,另一端可以设置成通用的管路接口,或者根据实际情况设置成合适的管路接口,从而操作人员在进行外部清洗时可以将合适的管路、喷头等连接在外接接头206远离分水器204的一端,以进行外部清洗作业。外接接头206远离分水器204的一端可以设置在农业植保器械10上的任何方便操作的位置,以方便操作人员在进行外部清洗作业时将合适的管路、喷头等连接在外接接头206上。
外接阀门开关210可以是电磁阀、电动阀、手动阀门开关或者其他任何合适的阀门开关,对此不作具体的限定。外接阀门开关210可以设置在外接接头206与分水器204之间的通路上的任何位置,在一些实施例中,外接阀门开关210可以设置在外接接头206上,在一些实施例中,外接阀门开关210也可以设置在分水器204上。
在一些实施例中,参照图2和图3,外接接头206可以通过连接管213与分水器204连通,外接阀门开关210可以设置在连接管213与分水器204的连接处,或者设置在连接管204与外接接头206的连接处,或者设置在连接管213的中部,当然,在这样的实施例中外接阀门开关210也可以设置在外接接头206或分水器204上。
连接管213可以具有合适的长度,使得外接接头206能够处于合适的位置,在一些实施例中,连接管213可以使得外接接头206能够暴露在农业植保器械10的外部表面,从而方便操作人员在外接接头206上连接合适的辅助器件,例如管路、喷头等,来进行外部清洗作业。在一些实施例中,连接管213可以是柔性管路,使得外接接头206能够在进行外部清洗作业时在一定范围内相对于农业植保器械10进行自由移动,本实施例中外接接头206可以将连接管213与喷头等辅助装置进行连接,以进行农业植保器械10的外部清洗作业。
在一些实施例中,参照图3,喷洒系统200还包括外接喷头214,外接喷头214通过外接管215与外接接头206连通,从而可以通过外接喷头214对农业植保器械10进行外部清洗作业。在一些实施例中,外接管215和外接接头206之间可以是可拆卸的连接,从而在无需进行外部清洗作业时能够将外接管215和外接喷头214拆除,防止其对喷洒作业产生干扰。在一些实施例中,外接管215和外接接头206之间也可以是焊接甚至一体成型等固定连接方式,外接管215可以在进行其他作业时被限位结构(图中未示出)固定在农业植保器械10的某一部件上,例如被固定在机架100,在进行外部清洗作业时,可以解除限位结构对外接管215的固定,使得外接管215和外接喷头214能够在一定范围内相对于农业植保器械10进行自由移动,以完成外部清洗作业。
在一些实施例中,外接喷头214可以为增压喷头,从而能够进一步的提高其喷出液体的压力,获得更好的清洗效果。
在一些实施例中,回流阀门开关212也可以是例如电磁阀、电动阀、手动阀门开关等任何合适的阀门开关。在一些实施例中,参照图1至图3,回流阀门开关212可以设置在分水器204和储液箱201之间的回流通路的任何位置上,例如可以设置在分水器204上,或者储液箱201上。在一些实施例中,回流阀门开关212可以设置在回流管道209上的任何合适的位置,例如设置在回流管道209与分水器204的连接处,或者设置在回流管道209和储液箱201的连接处,或者设置在回流管道209的中部。
在一些实施例中,参照图1-图3,喷洒阀门开关211也可以是例如电磁阀电动阀。手动阀门开关等任何合适的阀门开关,需要说明的是,外接阀门开关210、回流阀门开关212和喷洒阀门开关212可以设置成相同种类的阀门开关,也可以设置成不同种类的阀门开关,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求进行选择,对此不作具体的限定。
在一些实施例中,喷洒阀门开关211可以设置在分水器204和喷头207之间的通路上的任一位置,例如设置在分水器204上,或者设置在喷头207上。喷洒阀门开关可以设置在第三输送管208的任何合适的位置,例如设置在第三输送管208与喷头207的连接处,或者设置在第三输送管208与分水器204的连接处,或者设置在第三输送管208的中部。
在一些实施例中,农业植保器械包括多个喷头207,也可以在每个喷头207处分别设置喷洒阀门开关211,从而还能够实现在喷洒作业时对每个喷头207分别进行控制。
在一些实施例中,参照图1至图3,第三输送管208包括主管2081和与主管2081连通的多个支管2082,多个支管2082分别于多个喷头207连通,主管2081与分水器204连通。
在一些实施例中,第三输送管208也可以仅包括一条管路而没有分支管路,多个喷头207可以依次设置在第三输送管208上。在一些实施例中,每个支管2082的末端设置一个喷头207,在一些实施例中,每个支管2082上还可以依次设置多个喷头207。
在一些实施例中,多个支管2082可以分别相对于主管2081向不同的方向延伸,以便在农业植保器械10的不同位置上设置喷头208,在一些实施例中,支管2082还可以继续进行分支,以形成更为复杂的管路网络,在农业植保器械10的更多位置上设置喷头208。
在一些实施例中,喷洒阀门开关211可以设置在主管2081上,从而仅需控制一个喷洒阀门开关211即可阻断所有喷头207与分水器204的连通。在一些实施例中,喷洒阀门开关211可以分别设置在多个支管2082的管路上,从而能够分别控制喷头207与分水器204的连通。
在一些实施例中,可以在主管2081以及每个支管2082的管路上均设置喷洒阀门开关211,从而在进行喷洒作业时,能够通过每个支管2082上的喷洒阀门开关211来控制喷头207,进而控制喷洒的方向、范围等,在进行外部清洗作业或内部清洗作业时,能够通过主管2081上的喷洒阀门开关211来阻断所有喷头207与分水器204的连通,使得操作人员能够更加方便的进行控制。
进一步地,设置在主管2081上的喷洒阀门开关211和设置在支管2082上的喷洒阀门开关211可以是不同种类的阀门开关,例如在主管2081上使用手动阀门开关,在支管2082上使用电磁阀或电动阀等电控制的开关,从而在进行喷洒作业时能够对每个喷头207进行远程控制,而在进行清洗作业时,能够进行手动控制。
进一步地,在这样的实施例中,设置在主管2081上的喷洒阀门开关211还可以设置在分水器204,设置在支管2082的喷洒阀门开关211还可以设置在喷头207,本领域技术人员可以对上述喷洒阀门开关211的设置方式进行自由的组合。
在一些实施例中,参照图4,喷洒系统200还包括控制器216,控制器216与水泵202电连接,用于控制水泵的工作状态。
在一些实施例中,控制器216可以是电子调速器,能够控制水泵的开、关,以及通过控制水泵的转速来控制各个管路中的液体流速。
控制器216还可以包括对阀门进行控制的控制电路,在一些实施例中,控制器216还与外接阀门开关210电连接,用于控制外接阀门开关210的开启或关闭。在一些实施例中,控制器216还与喷洒阀门开关211电连接,用于控制喷洒阀门开关211的开启或关闭。在一些实施例中,控制器216还与回流阀门开关212电连接,用于控制回流阀门开关212的开启或关闭。
控制器216可以通过有线连接、无线连接等任何合适的方式与水泵202、外接阀门开关210、喷洒阀门开关211、回流阀门开关212电连接。
控制器216可以设置在机架100的内部,其可以包括一个或多个接收器,使得控制器216能够接收远程指令。本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求选择合适的方式来进行控制器216的设置,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,农业植保器械10可以是农业植保无人飞行器,或者地面遥控车,其能够允许操作人员进行远程控制,农业植保无人飞行器或者地面遥控车可以具有专门的运动控制系统,以接收远程指令来改变运动状态。在一些实施例中,可以使用控制器216作为农业植保无人飞行器或者地面遥控车的运动控制系统。
根据本申请实施例还提供一种农业植保器械20,参照图5,包括:机架100以及喷洒系统200。
喷洒系统200安装在机架100上,喷洒系统200包括:
储液箱201,用于盛装液体;水泵202,通过第一输送管203与储液箱201连通;分水器204,通过第二输送管205与水泵202连通;一个或多个喷头207,通过第三输送管208与分水器204连通;回流管道209,将分水器204与储液箱201连通,形成回流通路;喷洒阀门开关211,设于分水器204与喷头207之间的通路上;以及回流阀门开关212,设于分水器204与储液箱201之间的回流通路上。
在回流阀门开关212处于关闭状态时,喷洒阀门开关211处于开启状态时,水泵202能够将储液箱201内的液体泵送至喷头207,通过喷头207进行喷洒作业;
在喷洒阀门开关211处于关闭状态,回流阀门开关212处于开启状态时,水泵202能够通过回流管道209将储液箱201内的液体回流至储液箱201内,以对储液箱201进行内部清洗作业。
本实施例中通过设置回流管道209,使得农业植保器械20能够借助其自身的水泵202来进行储液箱201的内部清洗作业,相较于相关技术中将储液箱201从农业植保器械10拆卸下来进行人工刷洗,或者在储液箱201内设置毛刷和电机进行清洗的方式而言,提高了清洗的效率,并且降低了清洗的成本。农业植保器械20的一个或多个部件的具体设置方式可以参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
根据本申请的实施例还提供一种农业植保器械30,参照图6,包括:机架100以及喷洒系统200。
喷洒系统200安装在机架100上,喷洒系统200包括:
储液箱201,用于盛装液体;水泵202,通过第一输送管203与储液箱201连通;分水器204,通过第二输送管205与水泵202连通;外接接头206,与分水器204连通;一个或多个喷头207,通过第三输送管208与分水器204连通;外接阀门开关210,设于外接接头206的通路上;以及喷洒阀门开关211,设于分水器204与喷头207之间的通路上,
其中,在外接阀门开关210处于关闭状态,喷洒阀门开关211处于开启状态时,水泵202能够将储液箱201内的液体泵送至喷头207,通过喷头207进行喷洒作业;
在外接阀门开关210处于开启状态,喷洒阀门开关211处于关闭状态时,水泵202能够将储液箱201内的液体泵送至外接接头206,以对农业植保器械30进行外部清洗作业。
外接接头206的设置使得操作人员能够借助农业植保器械10自身配备的水泵202完成对农业植保器械10的外部清洗作业,从而无需借助辅助水泵来进行清洗,相较于相关技术人使用人工刷洗或辅助水泵冲洗的外部清洗方式,提高了清洗效率并降低了清洗成本。
同时,在这样的实施例中,本领域技术人员还可以选择使用合适的外接管路将外接接头206与储液箱201进行连通,以实现对储液箱201的内部清洗。
农业植保器械30的一个或多个部件的具体设置方式可以参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
对于本申请的实施例,还需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合以得到新的实施例。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,包括:
    机架(100);以及
    喷洒系统(200),安装在所述机架(100)上,所述喷洒系统(200)包括:
    储液箱(201),用于盛装液体;
    水泵(202),通过第一输送管(203)与所述储液箱(201)连通;
    分水器(204),通过第二输送管(205)与所述水泵(202)连通;
    外接接头(206),与所述分水器(204)连通;
    一个或多个喷头(207),通过第三输送管(208)与所述分水器(204)连通;
    回流管道(209),将所述分水器(204)与所述储液箱(201)连通,形成回流通路;
    外接阀门开关(210),设于所述外接接头(206)的通路上;
    喷洒阀门开关(211),设于所述分水器(204)与所述喷头(207)之间的通路上;以及
    回流阀门开关(212),设于所述分水器(204)与所述储液箱(201)之间的回流通路上,
    其中,在所述外接阀门开关(210)以及所述回流阀门开关(212)处于关闭状态,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于开启状态时,所述水泵(202)能够将所述储液箱(201)内的液体泵送至所述喷头(207),通过所述喷头(207)进行喷洒作业;
    在所述回流阀门开关(212)以及所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于关闭状态,所述外接阀门开关(210)处于开启状态时,所述水泵(202)能够将所述储液箱(201)内的液体泵送至所述外接接头(206),以对所述农业植保器械(10)进行外部清洗作业;
    在所述外接阀门开关(210)以及所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于关闭状态,所述回流阀门开关(212)处于开启状态时,所述水泵(202)能够通过所述回流管道(209)将所述储液箱(201)内的液体回流至所述储液箱(201)内,以对所述储液箱(201)进行内部清洗作业。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述外接阀门开关(210)包括如下至少一种:
    电磁阀,电动阀,手动阀门开关。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述外接阀门开关(210)设于所述外接接头(206)上或所述分水器(204)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述外接接头(206)通过连接管(213)与所述分水器(204)连通,其中,所述外接阀门开关(210)设于
    所述连接管(213)与所述分水器(204)的连接处,或者
    所述连接管(213)与所述外接接头(206)的连接处,或者
    所述连接管(213)的中部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒系统(200)还包括外接喷头(214),所述外接喷头(214)通过外接管(215)与所述外接接头(206)连通,以通过所述外接喷头(214)对所述农业植保器械(10)进行外部清洗作业。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述外接喷头(214)为增压喷头。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述回流阀门开关(212)包括如下至少一种:
    电磁阀,电动阀,手动阀门开关。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述回流阀门开关(212)设于所述分水器(204)或所述储液箱(201)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述回流阀门开关(212)设于
    所述回流管道(209)与所述分水器(204)的连接处,或者
    所述回流管道(209)与所述储液箱(201)的连接处,或者,
    所述回流管道(209)的中部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)包括如下至少一种:
    电磁阀,电动阀,手动阀门开关。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)设于所述喷头(207)或者所述分水器(204)上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)设于
    所述第三输送管(208)与所述喷头(207)的连接处,或者
    所述第三输送管(208)与所述分水器(204)的连接处,或者,
    所述第三输送管(208)的中部。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述第三输送管(208)包括主管(2081)以及与所述主管(2081)连通的多个支管(2082),多个所述支管(2082)分别与多个所述喷头(207)连通,所述主管(2081)与所述分水器(204)连通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)设于所述主管(2081)的管路上。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)为多个,分别设于多个支管(2082)的管路上。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒系统(200)还包括控制器(216),所述控制器(216)与所述水泵(202)电连接,用于控制水泵(202)的工作状态。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述回流阀门开关(212)与所述控制器(216)电连接,所述控制器(216)用于控制所述回流阀门开关(212)开启或关闭。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述外接阀门开关(210)与所述控制器(216)电连接,所述控制器(216)用于控制所述外接阀门开关(210)开启或关闭。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)与所述控制器(216)电连接,所述控制器(216)用于控制所述喷洒阀门开关(212)开启或关闭。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的农业植保器械(10),其特征在于,所述农业植保器械(10)为农业植保无人飞行器,或地面遥控车。
  21. 一种农业植保器械(20),其特征在于,包括:
    机架(100);以及
    喷洒系统(200),安装在所述机架(100)上,所述喷洒系统(200)包括:
    储液箱(201),用于盛装液体;
    水泵(202),通过第一输送管(203)与所述储液箱(201)连通;
    分水器(204),通过第二输送管(205)与所述水泵(202)连通;
    一个或多个喷头(207),通过第三输送管(208)与所述分水器(204)连通;
    回流管道(209),将所述分水器(204)与所述储液箱(201)连通,形成回流通路;
    喷洒阀门开关(211),设于所述分水器(204)与所述喷头(207)之间的通路上;以及
    回流阀门开关(212),设于所述分水器(204)与所述储液箱(201)之间的回流通路上,
    其中,在所述回流阀门开关(212)处于关闭状态时,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于开启状态时,所述水泵(202)能够将所述储液箱(201)内的液体泵送至所述喷头(207),通过所述喷头(207)进行喷洒作业;
    在所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于关闭状态,所述回流阀门开关(212)处于开启状态时,所述水泵(202)能够通过所述回流管道(209)将所述储液箱(201)内的液体回流至所述储液箱(201)内,以对所述储液箱(201)进行内部清洗作业。
  22. 一种农业植保器械(30),其特征在于,包括:
    机架(100);以及
    喷洒系统(200),安装在所述机架(100)上,所述喷洒系统(200)包括:
    储液箱(201),用于盛装液体;
    水泵(202),通过第一输送管(203)与所述储液箱(201)连通;
    分水器(204),通过第二输送管(205)与所述水泵(202)连通;
    外接接头(206),与所述分水器(204)连通;
    一个或多个喷头(207),通过第三输送管(208)与所述分水器(204)连通;
    外接阀门开关(210),设于所述外接接头(206)的通路上;以及
    喷洒阀门开关(211),设于所述分水器(204)与所述喷头(207)之间的通路上,
    其中,在所述外接阀门开关(210)处于关闭状态,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于开启状态时,所述水泵(202)能够将所述储液箱(201)内的液体泵送至所述喷头(207),通过所述喷头(207)进行喷洒作业;
    在所述外接阀门开关(210)处于开启状态,所述喷洒阀门开关(211)处于关闭状态时,所述水泵(202)能够将所述储液箱(201)内的液体泵送至所述外接接头(206),以对所述农业植保器械(30)进行外部清洗作业。
