物流仓储就是利用自建或租赁库房、场地,储存、保管、装卸搬运、配送货物,在货物进行物流仓储时,货物需要整齐的堆放在货架在进行堆放时需要通过相应的托举装置进行摆放,物流仓储用托举装置就是在物流仓储中将物品托举的一种装置,它的出现可以方便人们使用,它不但结构简单,而且操作方便。
现有的托举装置缺少防护装置,在对货物进行托举时,货物可能会从托板上掉落,造成财产损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的托举装置缺少防护装置,在对货物进行托举时,货物可能会从托板上掉落,造成财产损失的缺点,而提出的一种物流仓储用托举装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种物流仓储用托举装置,包括底板,所述底板的顶部固定连接有两个立柱,两个立柱的一侧均固定连接有两个第一齿条,两个立柱之前滑动设置有托板,托板的两侧均开设有卡槽,卡槽内转动设置有第一滚轴,第一滚轴上固定套设有两个第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第一齿条相啮合,第一滚轴上固定套设有第一锥齿轮,第一锥齿轮上啮合设 置有第二锥齿轮,两个第二锥齿轮之间固定连接有同一个第二滚轴,第二滚轴的两端均固定套设有第三锥齿轮,第三锥齿轮上啮合设置有第四锥齿轮,第四锥齿轮上啮合设置有第三滚轴,第三滚轴的顶部固定连接有第五锥齿轮,第五锥齿轮上啮合设置有第六锥齿轮。
优选的,所述第六锥齿轮上固定套设有第四滚轴,第四滚轴转动连接在托板内,第四滚轴的两端均固定套设有第二齿轮。

本实施例中,通过液压杆28可以推动两侧的斜撑杆26向上转动,同时可以推动斜撑板25向上转动,通过两个斜撑杆26与斜撑板25共同作用,便可以推动托板4在两个立柱2之间向上滑动,从而对货物进行上托,方便高效,在托板4上升时,通过立柱2上的第一齿条3可以转动第一齿轮7与第一滚轴6,第一滚轴6上的第一锥齿轮8可以通过第二锥齿轮9来转动第二滚轴10,第二滚轴10两端的第三锥齿轮11可以通过第四锥齿轮12来转动第三滚轴13,通过第三滚轴13顶端的第五锥齿轮14可以转动第六锥齿轮15与第四滚轴16,进而可以通过第四滚轴16上的第二齿轮17与第二齿条20相配合,来推动挡板19在滑槽18内向上滑动,从而可以避免货物从托板4的两侧滑落,结构简单有效,通过底板1底部的滚轮30可以推动底板移动1,方便运输。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种物流仓储用托举装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶部固定连接有两个立柱(2),两个立柱(2)的一侧均固定连接有两个第一齿条(3),两个立柱(2)之前滑动设置有托板(4),托板(4)的两侧均开设有卡槽(5),卡槽(5)内转动设置有第一滚轴(6),第一滚轴(6)上固定套设有两个第一齿轮(7),第一齿轮(7)与第一齿条(3)相啮合,第一滚轴(6)上固定套设有第一锥齿轮(8),第一锥齿轮(8)上啮合设置有第二锥齿轮(9),两个第二锥齿轮(9)之间固定连接有同一个第二滚轴(10),第二滚轴(10)的两端均固定套设有第三锥齿轮(11),第三锥齿轮(11)上啮合设置有第四锥齿轮(12),第四锥齿轮(12)上啮合设置有第三滚轴(13),第三滚轴(13)的顶部固定连接有第五锥齿轮(14),第五锥齿轮(14)上啮合设置有第六锥齿轮(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,所述第六锥齿轮(15)上固定套设有第四滚轴(16),第四滚轴(16)转动连接在托板(4)内,第四滚轴(16)的两端均固定套设有第二齿轮(17)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,所述托板(4)的两端顶部均开设有滑槽(18),滑槽(18)内滑动设置有挡板(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,所述挡板(19)的一侧固定连接有两个第二齿条(20),第二齿条(20)与对应的第二齿轮(17)相啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,所述托板(4)的底部固定连接有第一定位轴(21)与第二定位轴(22),底板(1)的顶部固定连接有第三定位轴(23)与第四定位轴(24),第二定位轴(22)与第四定位轴(24)上转动套设有同一个斜撑板(15)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位轴(21)与第三定位轴(23)的两端共同套设有两个斜撑杆(26),两个斜撑杆(26)与斜撑板(25)交叉设置且转动套设有同一个中心轴(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,两个斜撑杆(26)的一侧均铰接连接有液压杆(28),底板(1)的顶部固定连接有两个底座(29),液压杆(28)铰接连接在对应的底座(29)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物流仓储用托举装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的底部四角处均固定连接有滚轮(30),底板(1)的一端固定连接有U型拖杆(31)。
