货架是仓库现代化和提高效率的重要工具,而且市场需求份额越来越高,随着科技发展仓储货架的种类也是繁多。
现有技术中的仓储货架基本都是固定的,无法旋转,不利于分拣,为此我们提出了一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在无法旋转,不利于分拣的缺点,而提出的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

本发明中,第三安装孔30的底部内壁上开设有横孔,横孔的内壁与夹板27滑动连接,横孔能够使夹板27在固定位置滑动。
本发明中,第二安装孔29的一侧内壁上固定安装有第五轴承,第五轴承的内圈与第二带轮19的一侧固定连接,第五轴承能够使第二带轮19在固定位置转动。
本发明中,第三安装孔30的一侧内壁上固定安装有第六轴承,第六轴承的内圈与第四带轮23的一侧固定连接,第六轴承能够使第四带轮在固定位置转动。
本发明中,固定板26与夹板27上均设置有防滑垫,底座1的底部设置有多个万向轮,防滑垫能够使货物夹持牢固,万向轮可以方便货架移动。
本发明中,可以通过打开第一电机2,进而带动第一锥齿轮3转动,第一锥齿轮3转动,进而带动第四转杆15转动,第四转杆15转动,进而带动支撑杆16转动,第一锥齿轮3转动,进而带动第二锥齿轮4转动,第二锥齿轮4转动,进而带动第一转杆5转动,第一转杆5转动,进而带动第三锥齿轮6转动,第三锥齿轮6转动,进而带动第四锥齿轮7转动,第四锥齿轮7转动,进而带动第二转杆8转动,第二转杆8转动,进而带动棘轮9转动,由于多个挡板11压缩多个弹簧12,因此滚轴10不转动,打开第二电机17,进而带动第一带轮18转动,在第一带轮18和第二带轮19的配合下,第一带轮18转动,进而带动第一传送带20传动,第一传送带20传动,进而带动支架25滑动,打开第三电机21,进而带动第三带轮22转动,在第三带轮22和第四带轮23的配合下,第三带轮22转动,进而带动第二传送带24传动,第二传送带24传动,进而带动夹板27滑动,在固定板26的配合下,夹持货物;反转第一电机2,进而带动第一锥齿轮3反向转动,第一锥齿轮3反向转动,进而带动第四转杆15反向转动,第四转杆15反向转动,进而带动支撑杆16反向转动,第一锥齿轮3反向转动,进而带动第二锥齿轮反向4转动,第二锥齿轮反向4转动,进而带动第一转杆5反向转动,第一转杆5反向转动,进而带动第三锥齿轮6反向转动,第三锥齿轮6反向转动,进而带动第四锥齿轮7反向转动,第四锥齿轮7反向转动,进而带动第二转杆8反向转动,第二转杆8反向转动,进而带动棘轮9反向转动,棘轮9反向转动,进而带动滚轴10转动,滚轴10转动,进而带动第三转杆13转动,第三转杆 13转动,进而带动放置板14转动,根据货物大小把货物放置在不同的放置板14上,分拣人员可以快速的把不同放置板14上的货物取走,便于分拣。

  1. 一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上开设有第一安装孔(28),所述第一安装孔(28)一侧内壁上固定安装有第一电机(2),所述第一电机(2)的输出轴上固定安装有第一锥齿轮(3),所述第一锥齿轮(3)上啮合有第二锥齿轮(4),所述第二锥齿轮(4)上固定安装有第一转杆(5),所述第一转杆(5)上固定安装有第三锥齿轮(6),所述第三锥齿轮(6)上啮合有第四锥齿轮(7),所述第四锥齿轮(7)上固定安装有第二转杆(8),所述第二转杆(8)上固定安装有棘轮(9),所述棘轮(9)内部设置有滚轴(10),所述滚轴(10)上转动安装有多个挡板(11),多个挡板(11)上均固定连接有弹簧(12)的一端,多个弹簧(12)的另一端固定安装在滚轴(10)上,所述滚轴(10)的顶部固定安装有第三转杆(13),所述第三转杆(13)上设置有多个放置板(14),所述第一锥齿轮(3)上固定安装有第四转杆(15),所述第四转杆(15)上固定安装有支撑杆(16),所述支撑杆(16)上开设有第二安装孔(29),所述第二安装孔(29)一侧内壁上固定安装有第二电机(17),所述第二电机(17)的输出轴上固定安装有第一带轮(18),所述第二安装孔(29)一侧内壁上转动安装有第二带轮(19),所述第一带轮(18)和第二带轮(19)上啮合有同一个第一传送带(20),所述第一传送带(20)上固定安装有支架(25),所述支架(25)上开设有第三安装孔(30),所述第三安装孔(30)的一侧内壁上固定安装有第三电机(21),所述第三电机(21)的输出轴上固定安装有第三带轮(22),所述第三安装孔(30)的一侧内壁上转动安装有第四带轮(23),所述第三带轮(22)和第四带轮(23)上啮合有同一个第二传送带(24),所述第二传送带(24)上固定安装有夹板(27),所述支架(25)的底部固定安装有固定板(26),所述固定板(26)与夹板(27)相互配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于, 所述第一安装孔(28)的顶部内壁上固定安装有第一轴承,第一轴承的内圈与第一转杆(5)的外侧固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔(28)的底部内壁上固定安装有第二轴承,第二轴承的内圈与第二转杆(8)的外侧固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔(28)的顶部内壁上固定安装有第三轴承,第三轴承的内圈与第三转杆(13)的外侧固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔(28)的顶部内壁上固定安装有第四轴承,第四轴承的内圈与支撑杆(16)的外侧固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第二安装孔(29)的一侧内壁开设有竖孔,竖孔的内壁与支架(25)滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第三安装孔(30)的底部内壁上开设有横孔,横孔的内壁与夹板(27)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第二安装孔(29)的一侧内壁上固定安装有第五轴承,第五轴承的内圈与第二带轮(19)的一侧固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述第三安装孔(30)的一侧内壁上固定安装有第六轴承,第六轴承的内圈与第四带轮(23)的一侧固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于分拣的旋转式仓储货架,其特征在于,所述固定板(26)与夹板(27)上均设置有防滑垫,底座(1)的底部设 置有多个万向轮。
