Description

一种吸尘器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁装置,具体涉及一种吸尘器。
背景技术
吸尘器是利用电动机带动叶片高速旋转,在密封的壳体内产生空气负压,吸取尘屑。现有的工业吸尘器主要依靠其内设置的过滤布袋进行过滤除尘,经过滤后的空气再经真空泵排出。但是,布袋式除尘在长期使用的情况下,布袋上很快积满灰尘,造成布袋堵塞,影响吸尘效果。为了解决这一问题,传统的做法是采用手动振尘及脉冲清洁两种方式。
手动振尘是将布袋上积聚的灰尘振到收尘桶内。手动振尘存在劳动强度较大、清洁效率较低、清洁效果不理想的问题。
脉冲清洁式的清洁方式在使用时需要配套空气压缩机,通过气管连接吸尘机内部的气包完成。但是,空压机的体积庞大,很难和吸尘机配套移动,不方便使用。
以上两种除尘方式,大都需要停机清理,在清灰过程中影响了吸尘,特别是工业吸尘器,需要做到不间断工作。
中国发明专利,授权公告号CN 105286719 B,虽然解决了清洁过滤装置的问题,但是由于采用一套清洁系统,其清洁效果一般,且清洁时需停机单独清洁,由于吸尘器本体的形状、结构固定,不能反转变形,体积庞大,造成了不方便移动运输的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种吸尘器,解决了现有技术中大型吸尘器不方便移动运输;不能实现自动反吹清洁过滤装置,吸尘效率低,且更换尘袋需要停机更换的问题。
其技术方案是:一种吸尘器,包括底座,所述的底座上部安装过滤桶、所述的过滤桶一侧设有主风机,所述主风机上设有主风机进气口和主风机出气口,所述的主风机进气口穿过过滤桶的外壁延伸至过滤桶内部,所述的过滤桶上段设有将过滤桶内部上下隔离的隔板,所述的隔板上设有若干通孔,所述的主风机进气口与其中的一个通孔密封连接,所述的其他通孔内部密封安装过滤装置,所述隔板的上部安装延伸至过滤桶外部的直管,所述的直管表面设有若干与之相通的第一反吹管,每个第一反吹管朝向一个过滤装置,所述的直管的上部或下部设有延伸至过滤桶外部的弯管,所述的弯管表面设有若干与之相通的第二反吹管,所述的第二反吹管周围密封穿过隔板延伸至隔板下部,所述的隔板上部通过密封板将其与外部密封隔离,所述的弯管和直管分别通过第一阀门和第二阀门与储气装置相通,所述的过滤桶一侧设有通向隔板下部腔体的吸气口,所述的吸气口端设有第三阀门,所述的隔板下部腔体通过设置在过滤桶下部的第四阀门与外部密封隔离,所述的吸气口与辅助吸气管连通,所述的辅助吸气管安装第五阀门,所述的第五阀门与辅助过滤桶内部相通,所述的辅助过滤桶通过辅助过滤桶内部的过滤装置与辅助过滤桶外部的辅助出气管连通,所述的辅助出气管与辅助风机连通,所述的辅助过滤桶底部设有第六 阀门。
进一步,所述的过滤桶另一侧设有通向隔板下部腔体的反吹排气管,所述的反吹排气管内部通过过滤装置与外部相通,所述的反吹排气管顶部设有单向阀。
进一步,所述的底座上部设有竖直的两条机架,所述的两条机架上相对设有转轴,所述的转轴上设有绕其转动的支撑架,所述的支撑架之间固定安装过滤桶,所述的主风机安装在支撑架上,所述的过滤桶竖立时,所述的转轴径向一侧的机架表面设有第一销孔,所述转轴径向一侧的支撑架表面设有第二销孔,所述的第一销孔与第二销孔位置相反,所述的转轴轴向一侧的机架表面和支撑架表面设有第三销孔和第四销孔,所述的第三销孔与第四销孔位置相对应。
进一步,所述的转轴径向一侧的支撑架表面通过铰链安装液压杆的一端,所述的液压杆另一端通过铰链安装在底座表面。
进一步,所述第四阀门的出口竖直朝下设置,所述的第四阀门围绕出口设置有一圈开口朝下的凹槽,所述的过滤桶下部设有开口向上的集尘桶,所述的集尘桶上部边缘安装在凹槽内,所述的第四阀门下部的机架上竖直设有两条集尘桶支架,所述的集尘桶设置在两条集尘桶支架之间;
所述的集尘桶支架内侧设有L形槽,所述的L形槽向机架相对的方向开口,所述的L形槽下部的集尘桶支架表面设有凸块,所述的集尘桶两侧设有转轴,所述的转轴上固定设有与转轴轴线垂直的把手,所述的把手侧面延伸出与转轴轴线平行的滚轮,所述的滚轮与转轴的 总体宽度不大于所述凸块上表面到L形槽顶部的高度。

进一步,所述的储气装置包括贮气罐,所述的贮气罐通过管道连通压缩机,所述的贮气罐连接第一阀门和第二阀门。
进一步,所述的第一阀门、第二阀门、第三阀门、第四阀门、第五阀门、第六阀门为电动阀门。
进一步,所述的主风机出气口端与消声器连通,所述的辅助出气口与辅助消声器连通。。
进一步,所述的底座底部设有移动轮。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:设计合理、动作可靠,通过关闭第四阀门,在不停机的情况下,可实现更换集尘袋的工作(集尘袋满后需要更换),清洁过程不影响吸尘;采用两套反吹系统,可对过滤装置内外反吹,易将灰尘残留清洁干净,并且设置主风机、辅助风机两套吸尘系统,在反吹过程中辅助风机工作,不影响吸尘,做到主风机、辅助风机无缝对接吸尘,节约了时间,工作效率高;并且安装液压杆,可方便旋转过滤桶,由竖立到横向,降低了整机的高度,方便运输与移动,实用性强。

所述的底座1上部设有竖直的两条机架2,所述的两条机架2上相对设有转轴7,所述的转轴7上设有绕其转动的支撑架3,所述的支撑架3之间固定安装过滤桶9,所述的主风机21安装在支撑架3上,所述的过滤桶9竖立时,所述的转轴7径向一侧的机架2表面设有第一销孔4,所述转轴7径向一侧的支撑架3表面设有第二销孔5,所述的第一销孔4与第二销孔5位置相反,所述的转轴7轴向一侧的机架2表面和支撑架3表面设有第三销孔6和第四销孔,所述的第三销孔6与第四销孔位置相对应。设置第一销孔4、第二销孔5,过滤桶9竖立放置时,同时将销钉插入第一销孔4、第二销孔5,用于固定竖立方向;设置第三销孔6、第四销孔,过滤桶9横向放置时,同时将销钉插入第三销孔6、第四销孔,用于固定横向方向;设置转轴7方便旋转过滤桶9,由竖立到横向,降低了整机的高度,方便运输与移动。
所述的转轴7径向一侧的支撑架3表面通过铰链安装液压杆8的一端,所述的液压杆8另一端通过铰链安装在底座1的表面。安装液压杆8助力,可轻松将过滤桶9竖立、横向切换。
所述第四阀门12的出口竖直朝下设置,所述的第四阀门12围绕 出口设置有一圈开口朝下的凹槽121,所述的过滤桶9下部设有开口向上的集尘桶30,所述的集尘桶30上部边缘安装在凹槽121内,所述的第四阀门12下部的两条机架2上分别竖直设有集尘桶支架29,所述的集尘桶30设置在两条集尘桶支架29之间。集尘桶30用于储存灰尘,集尘桶30内可以安装集尘袋304,以便于倾倒灰尘,集尘袋304套在集尘桶30内,集尘袋304口部露出集尘桶30的口部,集尘桶30进口处通过集尘袋304与凹槽121紧密贴合,凹槽121内可以安装环形密封胶圈,防止集尘桶30与凹槽121之间密封不严,导致灰尘洒落。集尘桶支架29用于支撑集尘桶30。
所述的集尘桶支架29内侧设有L形槽291,所述的L形槽291向机架2相对的方向开口,所述的L形槽291下部的集尘桶支架29表面设有凸块292,所述的集尘桶30两侧设有转轴302,所述的转轴302上固定设有与转轴302轴线垂直的把手301,所述的把手301侧面延伸出与转轴302轴线平行的滚轮303,所述的滚轮303与转轴302的总体宽度不大于所述凸块292上表面到L形槽291顶部的高度。设置L形槽291,可方便快速的更换集尘桶30内的集尘袋304。
所述的密封板10与过滤桶9通过搭扣11固定,所述的密封板10与过滤桶9通过设置在过滤桶9顶部边缘的密封垫密封。密封板上安装搭扣,可轻松拆装密封板,方便维护与检修。
所述的过滤装置24包括环状空心套241,所述的环状空心套241上部外围设有凸缘,所述的环状空心套凸缘下部安装在柱状支撑架242上,所述的柱状支撑架242外围套设过滤袋243,所述的过滤袋 243插入隔板23上的通孔内。采用此过滤装置,增大了过滤效果,并且方便检修更换。
所述的环状空心套241为密封橡胶。采用橡胶,保证了密封效果。
所述的储气装置包括贮气罐19,所述的贮气罐19通过管道连通压缩机14,所述的贮气罐19连接第一阀门17和第二阀门18。可将压缩空气提前存入贮气罐,清洁时快速反吹,节约了时间,增加了工作效率。
所述的第一阀门17、第二阀门18、第三阀门131为电磁阀,所述的第四阀门12为电动蝶阀。安装电动阀门,用于将第一阀门17、第二阀门18、第三阀门131、第四阀门12、压缩机、主风机与PLC控制装置连接,实现全自动化的控制。
所述的主风机出气口端与消声器20连通。使用消声器,目的是降低噪音。
所述的底座1和集尘桶30底部设有移动轮。可推拉使用,方便倾倒灰尘,方便运输与移动。
吸尘工作原理:PLC控制主风机21得电启动、第三阀门131得电开启,第四阀门12、第五阀门32处于关闭状态,第六阀门34处于开启状态,辅助过滤桶33内的灰尘可掉落,灰尘由吸气口13进入到隔板23的下部腔体,然后经过过滤装置24的过滤,灰尘暂时停留在过滤桶9内,新鲜空气穿过环状空心套241,再进入到隔板23上部腔体内,新鲜空气再由隔板23上部腔体进入到主风机进气口22内,再进入主风机21内,经过主风机出气口到消声器20排出。当集尘袋 304满时,需要更换集尘袋304,将与过滤桶9相连接的集尘桶30抽出更换集尘袋304,更换完毕后反向操作即可重新安装。
反吹工作原理:第一道工序,PLC控制压缩机14得电、同时关闭第三阀门131,打开第五阀门32,辅助风机36运行,第六阀门34处于关闭状态,打开第四阀门12,打开第一阀门17,贮气罐19内的空气通过第二反吹管26吹向隔板23下部,进行正吹过滤袋243的外围。
第二道工序,PLC控制压缩机14得电、同时关闭第三阀门131,打开第五阀门32,辅助风机36运行,第六阀门34处于关闭状态,打开第四阀门12、打开第二阀门18,贮气罐19内的空气通过第一反吹管25吹向过滤袋内部,进行反吹过滤袋243内部。
以上反吹清理时,辅助风机36接替主风机21工作,不影响吸尘,当反吹完成,主风机21工作时,第六阀门34打开,灰尘在辅助过滤桶33内掉落。
第一阀门17与第二阀门18为电磁阀。
两道工序设定时间交替进行,为了在反吹、正吹时防止过滤桶9压力过大,在过滤桶9一侧设置反吹排气管28,压力过大时,空气经过反吹排气管28内的过滤装置24过滤成新鲜空气,由单向阀28排出。当吸尘时,由于隔板23下部腔体为负压,单向阀28处于关闭状态。
集尘桶30快速拆装原理:参照图8-11所示,安装时,首先将转轴302推入L形槽291内,此时滚轮303压在凸块292上表面,然后 向下压把手301,此时转轴302会在杠杆(滚轮303相当于支点)作用下向L形槽291顶部上移,带动集尘桶30上移,集尘桶30口部边缘与凹槽121紧密贴合,最后继续下压把手301,滚轮303移动至凸块292内部,依靠集尘桶30的自身重力来固定集尘桶30的位置。拆卸时反向操作即可。

  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的主风机出气口端与消声器连通,所述的辅助出气口与辅助消声器连通。
