工作原理:首先将水泥物料从进料口6投入到烘干主体2的内部,水泥物料在进料斗7的导向下落在碾碎盘9的上端,然后在碾碎盘9的导向下落在碾碎盘9与碾碎板10之间的缝隙,在水泥物料下料时碾碎盘9与碾碎板10对其进行碾碎,将湿粘在一起的水泥分解开,物料从下料网11掉落在散料辊13的上端,然后物料在散料辊13上端的斜坡导向下落在散料辊13与烘干筒12之间的缝隙中,通过设置旋转式的烘干方式,可将烘干筒12散发的热量最大化的利用,进而大大提高了该水泥加工装置的烘干效果,同时设置的散料辊13,可将物料分散在散料辊13的边侧,使水泥充分的与烘干筒12内壁接触,进一步提高了该烘干装置的烘干效果,通过安装鼓风机15与进风管16,并使鼓风机15出风端通过进风管16与旋转座14的右上端固定连接,可对烘 干后的物料进行冷却吹风处理,避免水泥物料夹杂湿热空气堆叠在一起从而造成回潮现象,进而大大提高了该烘干装置的烘干效果,通过安装滴水桶19,可在湿热空气通过出风管17时将凝结的水滴进行收集,避免水滴滴落在烘干装置的内部造成水泥的二次潮湿,进一步提高了该烘干装置的烘干效果,螺纹安装的出风管17便于拆卸对其进行清理。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种用于水泥加工的烘干装置,包括支撑座(1),其特征在于:所述支撑座(1)的上端固定安装有烘干主体(2),所述烘干主体(2)的上端固定安装有碾碎电机(3),所述支撑座(1)的下端固定安装有支撑腿(4),所述支撑腿(4)的前端固定设置有缺口,所述烘干主体(2)的下端固定安装有下料斗(5),所述下料斗(5)的下端穿过支撑座(1)并延伸至支撑腿(4)的内侧,所述烘干主体(2)的上端位于碾碎电机(3)的右侧固定安装有进料口(6),所述进料口(6)的下端穿过烘干主体(2)并延伸至烘干主体(2)的内部,所述烘干主体(2)内部的上部固定设置有进料斗(7),所述进料口(6)与进料斗(7)固定连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水泥加工的烘干装置,其特征在于:所述碾碎电机(3)下端的传动端穿过烘干主体(2)并延伸至烘干主体(2)的内部,所述碾碎电机(3)下端的传动端位于烘干主体(2)的内部固定连接有旋转杆(8),所述旋转杆(8)上部的外端固定安装有碾碎盘(9),所述碾碎盘(9)的横切面呈菱形,所述碾碎盘(9)的下方位于烘干主体(2)的内部固定安装有碾碎板(10),所述碾碎板(10)的内侧固定设置有下料网(11),所述碾碎盘(9)的下端与碾碎板(10)的上端相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于水泥加工的烘干装置,其特征在于:所述碾碎板(10)的下方位于烘干主体(2)的内部固定安装有烘干筒(12),所述旋转杆(8)的下端穿过碾碎板(10)并延伸至烘干筒(12)的内部,所述旋转杆(8)的下端位于烘干筒(12)的内部固定安装有散料辊(13),所述散料辊(13)的下方固定安装有旋转座(14),所述旋转杆(8)的下端穿过散料辊(13)并延伸至散料辊(13)的下方,所述旋转杆(8)的下端与旋转座(14)旋转连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于水泥加工的烘干装置,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(4)的右端固定安装有鼓风机(15),所述鼓风机(15)的出风 端固定连通有进风管(16),所述进风管(16)的上端与烘干主体(2)固定连接,所述进风管(16)位于烘干主体(2)的内部延伸至旋转座(14)的右上端,所述碾碎电机(3)的左侧位于烘干主体(2)的上端螺纹安装有出风管(17)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于水泥加工的烘干装置,其特征在于:所述出风管(17)的下端穿过烘干主体(2)延伸至烘干主体(2)的内部,所述出风管(17)的下端位于烘干主体(2)的内部固定安装有连接杆(18),所述连接杆(18)的下端固定安装有滴水桶(19)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于水泥加工的烘干装置,其特征在于:所述出风管(17)下部的内端固定设置有导水环(20),所述导水环(20)的内端固定连接有导水杆(21),所述导水杆(21)的下端延伸至滴水桶(19)内部的上部。
