本发明涉及马桶配件领域,具体涉及一种改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱。
背景技术
为节省建筑占用空间,马桶的水箱的趋势为整体体积越来越小,如中国实用新型专利申请号为201820239651.X公开的一种带清洁剂储存盒的隐藏式水箱所示,水箱上设置有固定凸出至安装窗口的安装座,盖板(也即面板)盖合于安装窗口上并与安装座固接。但随着产品功能的多样化,水箱内部的换修组件越来越多,如进/排水阀、智能模块等等,上述组件的拆卸与安装操作,对于小体积的水箱结构会带来困扰,造成拆装困难。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,以有效解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,包括水箱本体,所述水箱本体上具有安装窗口,以及位于所述安装窗口边沿位置的至少一个安装座,所述安装座用于装配连接面板,所述安装座可活动的连接设置于水箱本体上,通过所述安装座的活动,使其能够在向所述安装窗口的中心方向凸出的第一定位状态和向所述安装窗口边沿回缩的第二定位状态之间切换。
进一步优选的,所述安装座的可活动的连接设置为铰接设置。

参照图1、图2所示,本实施例提供的一种改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,包括水箱本体10以及用于连接面板(未示出)的安装座30,所述水箱本体10 上开设有安装窗口20,定义安装窗口20所在的平面为第一平面,具体在装配该水箱时,安装窗口20为一竖直窗口,即第一平面为竖直平面。所述安装座30可活动设置于水箱本体10上,其具体方式是安装座30铰接于水箱本体10上,再具体的,连接所述安装座30与水箱本体10的铰接轴(未示出)的轴向方向垂直于所述第一平面,所述安装座30在平行于第一平面的平行面(也属于一竖直平面)上摆动活动而能够在向所述安装窗口20的中心方向凸出的第一定位状态(如图1所示)和向所述安装窗口边沿回缩的第二定位状态(如图2所示)之间切换。
需要向水箱本体10内安装或拆卸进水阀等组件时,在图1的状态下,拨动安装座30,使安装座30向下摆动至向所述安装窗口边沿回缩的第二定位状态,如图2所示,如此,可增大安装窗口20供组件进出的有效面积。本具体实施例中,安装座30能够摆动至完全隐藏于水箱本体10内,完全不会对组件的进出产生影响。完成操作后,拨动安装座30使其向上摆动,安装座30切换至向所述安装窗口20的中心方向凸出的第一定位状态,实现与连接面板的正常固定装配。在不进行改变原有部件尺寸(如安装窗口20、连接面板等尺寸)的情况下,就能够有效的解决现有技术中小尺寸水箱结构难以进行拆装内部组件的问题,结构简单,容易实现。
进一步优选的,本实施例中,所述安装座30设置于水箱本体10的内壁面,如此,能够让位于连接面板的安装,使得连接面板能够更好的贴合于水箱本体10的外壁面,装配更稳固、简便。当然的,在其他实施例中,安装座30也可以设置于水箱本体10的外壁面等,当安装座30设置于水箱本体10的外壁面上时,安装座30本身凸出于水箱本体10的外壁面,为了使连接面板能够贴合于水箱本体10的外壁面,可以在连接面板对应安装座30的位置上设置让位槽,盖合 时,安装座30被容置于让位槽内,连接面板的其它位置即可很好的贴合于水箱本体10的外壁面。

如本具体实施例中,需要向水箱本体10内安装或拆卸进水阀等组件时,在如图3的第一定位状态下,向前拨动安装座30,使安装座30向前摆动而切换至向所述安装窗口边沿回缩的第二定位状态,如图4所示,如此,可增大安装窗口30供组件进出的有效面积,方便操作。完成内部组件的拆装操作后,在如图4的第二定位状态的状态下,向后拨动安装座30,使安装座30向后摆动至向所述安装窗口的中心方向凸出的第一定位状态,如图3所示,即可实现连接面板与安装座30的正常固定装配。
再进一步优选的,本实施例中,所述水箱本体10的内壁面上固定连接有固定座12,所述安装座30与固定座12相铰接,即水箱本体10通过设置其上的固定座12与所述安装座30相铰接。如此设置,在如图3所示的安装座30处于第一定位状态时,不会抵触连接面板的安装,使连接面板能够很好的贴合于水箱本体10的外壁面。
再具体的,固定座12的外端形成一开口朝外的U型开口(未标示出),所述安装座30向U型开口内延伸铰接凸部31,U型开口与铰接凸部31之间通过铰接轴13实现铰接装配,即铰接轴13穿过铰接凸部31,其两端被固定于U型开口的两侧壁上,进而实现安装座30与固定座12的铰接装配。同时,安装座30的铰接凸部31还向内延伸至能够与水箱本体10的内壁面相重合的部位,安装座30由图4的第二定位状态向后拨动至图3所示的第一定位状态时,安装座30的铰接凸部31能够抵触于水箱本体10的内壁面上,进而限制安装座30继续向后翻转,实现快速定位。当然的,在其他实施例中,安装座30的设置结构和 位置也可以不局限于此,如安装座30也可以直接铰接在水箱本体10围合安装窗口20的侧壁上或者是铰接于水箱本体10的外壁面上等。
实施例三
本实施例提供的一种改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其结构与实施例一的结构大致相同,不同之处在于:参照图5、图6所示,本实施例中,所述安装座30可滑动的设置在水箱本体10上的,通过相对于水箱本体10的滑动,使安装座30能够向所述安装窗口20的中心方向滑动凸出,达到第一定位状态(如图5所示);以及能够向所述安装窗口20边沿滑动回缩,达到第二定位状态(如图6所示)。实现第一定位状态和第二定位状态之间的切换。
需要向水箱本体10内安装或拆卸进水阀等组件时,在如图5的第一定位状态的状态下,按压所述安装座30,使安装座30向所述安装窗口20边沿滑动回缩,达到图6的第二定位状态,如此,可增大安装窗口20供组件进出的有效面积,方便操作。完成内部组件的拆装操作后,向所述安装窗口20的中心方向抽出安装座30即可,操作简便。
进一步优选的,本实施例中,所述安装座30的滑动方向是垂直于安装窗口20侧壁设置的,当然的,在其他实施例中,也可以倾斜一定角度,只要能够满足在第一定位状态和第二定位状态之间切换即可。
进一步优选的,所述水箱本体10的内壁面上开设有滑槽(未示出),所述安装座30可滑动的配合于水箱本体10的内壁面的滑槽上,实现可滑动的装配。且安装座30设置于水箱本体10的内壁面能够让位于连接面板的安装,能够使连接面板很好的贴合所述水箱本体10的外壁面。当然的,在其他实施例中,安装座30的可滑动装配结构以及设置位置不局限于此。
进一步的,安装座30的该种活动设置方式,使得安装座30在其活动方向能够实现微调,以更好的对准连接面板的安装结构。
具体的,上述水箱本体10上设置的安装座30的数量为二个,即分别设置在安装窗口20相对两侧的外沿上,如图1中的左右两侧外沿,以实现与连接面板的固定装配。当然的,在其他实施例中,安装座30的数量不局限于此,可设置更多,如四个,即在安装窗口20上、下、左、右侧的外沿均设置安装座30等;也可以设置一个,当设置一个时,可在水箱本体10上开设插槽等不同于安装座30的结构,连接面板的一端通过与插槽的插设配合实现连接,而另一端采用与安装座30的连接方式进行安装。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,包括水箱本体,所述水箱本体上具有安装窗口,以及位于所述安装窗口边沿位置的至少一个安装座,所述安装座用于装配连接面板,其特征在于:所述安装座可活动的连接设置于水箱本体上,通过所述安装座的活动,使其能够在向所述安装窗口的中心方向凸出的第一定位状态和向所述安装窗口边沿回缩的第二定位状态之间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:所述安装座的可活动的连接设置为铰接设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:定义所述安装窗口的所在平面为第一平面,连接所述安装座与水箱本体的铰接轴的轴向方向垂直于所述第一平面,所述安装座在平行于第一平面的平行面上摆动活动而能够在第一定位状态和第二定位状态之间切换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:所述安装座设置于水箱本体的内壁面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:所述水箱本体的内壁面还凸起设有阻挡部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:定义所述安装窗口的所在平面为第一平面,连接所述安装座与水箱本体的铰接轴的轴向方向平行于所述第一平面,所述安装座在垂直于第一平面的垂直面摆动活动而能够在第一定位状态和第二定位状态之间切换。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:所述水箱本体的内壁面上固定连接有固定座,所述安装座与固定座相铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于: 所述安装座的可活动的连接设置为滑动设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的改善内部组件拆装的隐藏式水箱,其特征在于:所述水箱本体的内壁面上开设有滑槽,所述安装座可滑动的配合于水箱本体的内壁面的滑槽上。
