一种自动循环托盘机 技术领域
本发明涉及托盘机领域,特别是涉及一种自动循环托盘机。
背景技术
羊角锤是锤子的一种,一般羊角锤的一头是圆的,另一头扁平向下弯曲并且开V口,目的是为了起钉子,广泛用于各种场合,随着流水线型生产方式的发展,羊角锤生产行业自动化、智能化程度也越来越高,当前羊角锤的打磨抛光的上料方式为托盘上料:羊角锤经人工排列上料后,再经人工将放有羊角锤的料盘人工放至待加工处的流程,也有的是使用自动上料设备,但通常需要人工去逐一手动更换托盘,当一个托盘内的物料取完之后,人工更换新的托盘,后者虽然在一定程度上降低了工人的劳动强度,但还是需要较多的人力,也影响了上料的效率,当采用机器人设备对羊角锤进行打磨抛光时,这种人工或者半人工的上料方式,严重影响了上料的效率,降低了企业自动化、智能化的程度,不利于企业长远的发展,且当需要打磨抛光不同规格的羊角锤产品时,不同规格之间互相切换产品困难,无法满足流水线产品的上料要求。因此,特别需要一种能自动切换产品规格的自动循环上料机构,以解决上述存在的现有问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种自动循环托盘机,既能满足多个规格的羊角锤产品的上料,且构造简单,安装方便,操作简捷,有效的提高了工作效率。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种自动循环托盘机,包括循环托盘,还包括底座、连接块、主体框架及自动托盘机,所述主体框架通过连接块固定在底座上,所述自动托盘机固定安装在主体框架上,所述循环托盘固定安装在自动托盘机上;
所述自动循环托盘机包括滑块滑轨、托盘气缸滑块、连接座、托盘气缸、托盘气缸导杆及控制系统,滑块滑轨固定于主体框架上,托盘气缸滑块滑动安装在滑块滑轨上,连接座固定安装在托盘气缸滑块上,连接座通过横向连接法兰与托盘气缸固定连接,托盘气缸套设在托盘气缸导杆上,托盘气缸导杆两端通过纵向 连接法兰固定在主体框架上,所述托盘气缸与控制系统连接。本设计用于让循环托盘做前后循环传动。
所述循环托盘上设有用于固定羊角锤头的放置槽,所述放置槽包括位于上方的两两左右平行的横槽、位于中间的纵槽以及下方的方形槽,所述横槽内安装A种活动定位销,所述纵槽内安装B种活动定位销。横槽上的两个A种活动定位销是用于固定羊角锤头的圆头,具体为用两个定位销夹住圆头段较细的部分,纵槽上的两个B种活动定位销用于固定羊角锤头的锤柄安装孔,因为有些种类羊角锤头的羊角角度比较翘,方孔用于固定羊角锤头的翘角。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的主体框架采用铝型材拼接、固定而成。框架选材为常用材料铝型材,简单拼接固定即可完成,结构简单易制作。
本发明进一步设置为:所述连接座上设有固定定位销。本设计用于先将循环托盘进行预安装,然后在用螺栓对循环托盘机进行固定。
本发明进一步设置为:所述循环托盘上还设有与固定定位销相配合的销孔。该销孔套在连接座上的固定定位销上,二者配合将循环托盘进行预安装,通过定位销的预安装,使循环托盘不至于在自动循环托盘机上随意滑动,再通过螺栓将循环托盘固定在连接座上,实现将循环托盘固定在自动循环托盘机上。
本发明进一步设置为:所述循环托盘上相对的两边固定安装有拎手。本设计便于人手取放循环托盘。
本发明进一步设置为:所述自动托盘机分上下三层,每层的循环托盘由相应的托盘气缸驱动。每层都具有独立的气控系统,故每层循环托盘前后传动能够互不干扰,实现循环托盘的循环送料。
本发明进一步设置为:所述方形槽内设有传感器,所述传感器与控制系统连接。传感器用于向控制系统发出信号,控制系统接收到信号后,向对应的气缸发出对应的命令,所述传感器只有当循环托盘固定在自动循环托盘机上时才能向控制系统发出信号。
本发明与现有技术相比所产生的有益效果:
1、自动循环托盘机上下为三层设计使本发明整体结构简单,构造合理,有效的节省了空间,主体框架还可整体移动,便于自动托盘机的搬运;
2、自动循环托盘机上下三层,每层都具有独立的气控系统,故每层循环托 盘前后传动互不干扰,使用时,人工直接在托盘机后面集中放料,避免了机器人对人的误伤。基于三层结构,即使摆放工件数量较多,也为工人留下了足够的摆放时间,使人工集中摆料、机器人设备取料更加方便;
3、通过编程来控制三层托盘的前后循环运行,满足了被打磨抛光工件的自动化上下料的要求;
4、循环托盘上设有活动定位销,可以将羊角锤稳定固定,通过调节活动定位销可以摆放不同大小的羊角锤,实现了一盘摆放多种规格产品的功能,大大节省了成本。且循环托盘是用螺丝固定,方便拆卸,同时也为方便了活动定位销的调整,集取放料于一体。
综上所述,本发明能一盘多用,节约了成本,集取放料于一体,使用灵活方便,充分满足了羊角锤的工业机器人打磨抛光上下料要求。

下面结合附图说明及具体实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。
如图1所示,一种自动循环托盘机5,包括循环托盘,还包括底座1、连接块2、主体框架3及自动托盘机4,所述主体框3架通过连接块2固定在底座1上,所述自动托盘机4固定安装在主体框架3上,所述循环托盘5固定安装在自动托盘机4上;
下面具体说明自动循环托盘机,如图1、图2所示所述自动循环托盘机4包括滑块滑轨41、托盘气缸滑块42、连接座43、托盘气缸44、托盘气缸导杆45及控制系统,滑块滑轨41固定于主体框架3上,托盘气缸滑块42滑动安装在滑块滑轨41上,连接座43固定安装在托盘气缸滑块42上,连接座43通过横向连接法兰46与托盘气缸44固定连接,托盘气缸44套设在托盘气缸导45杆上,托盘气缸导杆45两端通过纵向连接法兰47固定在主体框架3上,所述托盘气缸44与控制系统连接;所述自动托盘机分上下三层,每层的循环托盘由相应的托盘气缸驱动。为了便于将循环托盘5在自动循环托盘上进行快速定位,所述连接 座上设有固定定位销431。
下面具体说明循环托盘:
参考图3、图4,所述循环托盘5上设有用于固定羊角锤头的放置槽51,所述放置51包括位于上方的两两左右平行的横槽511、位于中间的纵槽512以及下方的方形槽513,,所述横槽511内安装A种活动定位销52,所述纵槽512内安装B种活动定位销53,所述方形槽513内设有传感器,所述传感器与控制系统连接,所述循环托盘5上还设有与固定定位销431相配合的销孔54,为了方便人手取放循环托盘5,所述循环托盘上相对的两边固定安装有拎手55。
本发明的工作原理为:首先,根据羊角锤的大小将活动螺栓调节好,将调节好的循环托盘通过销孔套设在固定定位销上,再通过螺栓将其固定在连接座上,从下到上依次将自动循环托盘机的三层循环托盘安装好,启动自动循环托盘机,人工将羊角锤头摆放在循环托盘上,当其中一层循环托盘摆满羊角锤头,该循环托盘上的方形槽内的传感器向控制系统发出信号,控制系统接收到信号后,向控制循环托盘的托盘气缸发出信号,托盘气缸收到信号后启动,沿着托盘气缸导杆滑动,托盘气缸带动连接座与托盘气缸滑块在滑块滑轨上滑动,从而将装满羊角锤的循环托盘输送到另一端,即机器人设备的取件处,当循环托盘上的羊角锤取用完以后,该循环托盘方形槽内的传感器再次向控制系统发出信号,控制系统收到信号后,向控制该循环托盘的托盘气缸发出信号,托盘气缸收到信号后气动,将空的循环托盘沿托盘气缸导杆输送到初始位置,由工人继续上料,上下三层自动循环托盘机循环往复,实现羊角锤的自动循环上料取料。
