与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过一号螺纹杆、伺服电机、一号齿轮组、传动轴、二号齿轮组、二号螺纹杆和滑轨块的设置,可以调节工作器的高度,方便不同身高的人使用;通过连接杆、滑轨、缓冲杆和固定块的设置,可以在调节工作器的高度时,对工作器进行良好的缓冲,增加工作器调节时的稳定性;;通过一号半导体制冷器散热箱、二号半导体制冷器散热箱、一号半导体制冷器和二号半导体制冷器的设置,防止在夏天温度过高或运行负荷太重时,散热效率跟不上的问题的发生;通过冷却腔的设置,可以给电子器件提供一个低温的运行环境;通过伺服驱动电机、吸风管和吸风罩的设置,可以精确吸收小散热箱上散热鳍片、一号半导体制冷器和二号半导体制冷器热端的热量,提升散热效率;通过静电吸尘板的设置,可以降低工作器内部灰尘。综上所述,本发明使用方便,可以根据不同人的身高进行调节,且防尘除尘效果好,散热效率高,能满足高强度的工作需求。

实施例1
请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,包括安装架1和工作器11;所述安装架1安装于底座12的顶部;所述工作器11通过缓冲连接机构连接调节机构;所述工作器11内部设有电子器件25;所述工作器11上对应电子器件25设有散热机构;所述底座12的底端设有防滑金属座14。
进一步的,所述缓冲连接机构包括连接杆8;所述连接杆8安装于工作器11的两侧;所述连接杆8远离工作器11的一端设有导向滑块;所述导向滑块滑动连接滑轨5;所述滑轨5安装于滑轨块4上;所述滑轨块4连接调节机构;所述滑轨块4远离安装架1的一侧安装有固定块6;所述固定块6顶端通过缓冲杆7连接连接杆8的底端。
进一步的,所述调节机构包括伺服电机15、一号齿轮组16、二号齿轮组18和二号螺纹杆19;所述伺服电机15安装有驱动箱13内部;所述驱动箱13安装于安装架1与底座12的连接处;所述伺服电机15为双头电机;所述一号齿轮组16包括一号齿轮;所述一号齿轮啮合连接二号齿轮;所述二号齿轮组18包括三号齿轮;所述三号齿轮啮合连接四号齿轮;所述伺服电机15的顶端通过联轴器连接一号螺纹杆3;所述伺服电机15的底端通过联轴器连接一号转轴;所述一号转轴上安装有一号齿轮;所述二号齿轮和三号齿轮均安装于传动轴17上;所述二号齿轮和三号齿轮关于传动轴17对称;所述一号齿轮组16、传动轴17和二号齿轮组18均安装于底座12内部;所述三号齿轮安装于二号螺纹杆19上。
进一步的,所述一号螺纹杆3和二号螺纹杆19上均安装有滑轨块4;所述滑轨块4上对应一号螺纹杆3和二号螺纹杆19设有固定球螺母;所述安装架1上对应滑轨块4设有一号螺纹杆3;所述滑轨块4滑动连接一号螺纹杆3;通过一号螺纹杆3、伺服电机15、一号齿轮组16、传动轴17、二号齿轮组18、二号螺纹杆19和滑轨块4的设置,可以调节工作器11的高度,方便不同身高的人使用;通过连接杆8、滑轨5、缓冲杆7和固定块6的设置,可以在调节工作器11的高度时,对工作器11进行良好的缓冲,增加工作器11调节时的稳定性。
进一步的,所述工作器11包括冷却壳体22;所述冷却壳体22包括外铝合金层和内铝合金层;所述外铝合金层和内铝合金层之间设有冷却腔;所述外铝合金的外层设有散热涂料;所述散热机构包括散热箱体10;所述散热箱体10内部设有一号散热水箱和二号散热水箱;所述二号散热水箱顶部安装有有板片式金属散热器;所述散热箱体10的顶部对应板片式金属散热器设有散热风机箱9;所述散热风机箱9内部对应板片式金属散热器设有散热风机;所述电子器件25上设有导热铜管26。
进一步的,所述导热铜管26通过导热硅脂接触连接小散热箱28的中央处理器;所述导热铜管26的一部分伸入循环箱内部;所述循环箱通过进水管23连通一号散热水箱;所述循环箱通过一号出水管连通小散热箱28;所述小散热箱28上设有若干散热鳍片;所述小散热箱28通过二号出水管27连通冷却腔;所述二号出水管27上设有二号半导体制冷器散热箱29;所述进水管23上设有一号半导体制冷器散热箱24;所述工作器11上对应冷却腔设有出水管座20;所述工作器11上对应进水管23设有进水管座21;所述出水管座20通过三号出水管连通二号散热水箱。
进一步的,所述一号半导体制冷器散热箱24上设有一号半导体制冷器;所述二号半导体制冷器散热箱29上设有二号半导体制冷器;所述一号半导体制冷器和二号半导体制冷器均包括冷端和热端;所述一号半导体制冷器上的冷端设置于一号半导体制冷器散热箱24内部;所述二号半导体制冷器上的冷端设置于二号半导体制冷器散热箱29内部;通过一号半导体制冷器散热箱24、二号半导体制冷器散热箱29、一号半导体制冷器和二号半导体制冷器的设置,防止在夏天温度过高或运行负荷太重时,散热效率跟不上的问题的发生;通过冷却腔的设置,可以给电子器件25提供一个低温的运行环境。
实施例2
请参阅图1,所述工作器11的背面设有散热箱;所述散热箱内部设有伺服驱动电机;所述伺服驱动电机通过联轴器连接传动转轴;所述传动转轴上安装有螺旋叶片;所述散热箱的外侧设有HEPA级滤网;所述散热箱内部设有静电吸尘板;所述散热箱上对应小散热箱28、一号半导体制冷器散热箱24和二号半导体制冷器散热箱29设有吸风管;所述吸风管对应小散热箱28、一号半导体制冷器散热箱24和二号半导体制冷器散热箱29均设有吸风罩;通过伺服驱动电机、吸风管和吸风罩的设置,可以精确吸收小散热箱28上散热鳍片、一号半导体制冷器和二号半导体制冷器热端的热量,提升散热效率;通过静电吸尘板的设置,可以降低工作器11内部灰尘。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,包括安装架(1)和工作器(11);其特征在于,所述安装架(1)安装于底座(12)的顶部;所述工作器(11)通过缓冲连接机构连接调节机构;所述工作器(11)内部设有电子器件(25);所述工作器(11)上对应电子器件(25)设有散热机构;所述底座(12)的底端设有防滑金属座(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲连接机构包括连接杆(8);所述连接杆(8)安装于工作器(11)的两侧;所述连接杆(8)远离工作器(11)的一端设有导向滑块;所述导向滑块滑动连接滑轨(5);所述滑轨(5)安装于滑轨块(4)上;所述滑轨块(4)连接调节机构;所述滑轨块(4)远离安装架(1)的一侧安装有固定块(6);所述固定块(6)顶端通过缓冲杆(7)连接连接杆(8)的底端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述调节机构包括伺服电机(15)、一号齿轮组(16)、二号齿轮组(18)和二号螺纹杆(19);所述伺服电机(15)安装有驱动箱(13)内部;所述驱动箱(13)安装于安装架(1)与底座(12)的连接处;所述伺服电机(15)为双头电机;所述一号齿轮组(16)包括一号齿轮;所述一号齿轮啮合连接二号齿轮;所述二号齿轮组(18)包括三号齿轮;所述三号齿轮啮合连接四号齿轮;所述伺服电机(15)的顶端通过联轴器连接一号螺纹杆(3);所述伺服电机(15)的底端通过联轴器连接一号转轴;所述一号转轴上安装有一号齿轮;所述二号齿轮和三号齿轮均安装于传动轴(17)上;所述二号齿轮和三号齿轮关于传动轴(17)对称;所述一号齿轮组(16)、传动轴(17)和二号齿轮组(18)均安装于底座(12)内部;所述三号齿轮安装于二号螺纹杆(19)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述一号螺纹杆(3)和二号螺纹杆(19)上均安装有滑轨块(4);所述滑轨块(4)上对应一号螺纹杆(3)和二号螺纹杆(19)设有固定球螺母;所述安装架(1)上对应滑轨块(4)设有一号螺纹杆(3);所述滑轨块(4)滑动连接一号螺纹杆(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述工作器(11)包括冷却壳体(22);所述冷却壳体(22)包括外铝合金层和内铝合金层;所述外铝合金层和内铝合金层之间设有冷却腔;所述外铝合金的外层设有散热涂料;所述散热机构包括散热箱体(10);所述散热箱体(10)内部设有一号散热水箱和二号散热水箱;所述二号散热水箱顶部安装有有板片式金属散热器;所述散热箱体(10)的顶部对应板片式金属散热器设有散热风机箱(9);所述散热风机箱(9)内部对应板片式金属散热器设有散热风机;所述电子器件(25)上设有导热铜管(26)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述导热铜管(26)通过导热硅脂接触连接小散热箱(28)的中央处理器;所述导热铜管(26)的一部分伸入循环箱内部;所述循环箱通过进水管(23)连通一号散热水箱;所述循环箱通过一号出水管连通小散热箱(28);所述小散热箱(28)上设有若干散热鳍片;所述小散热箱(28)通过二号出水管(27)连通冷却腔;所述二号出水管(27)上设有二号半导体制冷器散热箱(29);所述进水管(23)上设有一号半导体制冷器散热箱(24);所述工作器(11)上对应冷却腔设有出水管座(20);所述工作器(11)上对应进水管(23)设有进水管座(21);所述出水管座(20)通过三号出水管连通二号散热水箱。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述一号半导体制冷器散热箱(24)上设有一号半导体制冷器;所述二号半导体制冷器散热箱(29)上设有二号半导体制冷器;所述一号半导体制冷器和二号半导体制冷器均包括冷端和热端;所述一号半导体制冷器上的冷端设置于一号半导体制冷器散热箱(24)内部;所述二号半导体制冷器上的冷端设置于二号半导体制冷器散热箱(29)内部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息用信息查询编辑装置,其特征在于,所述工作器(11)的背面设有散热箱;所述散热箱内部设有伺服驱动电机;所述伺服驱动电机通过联轴器连接传动转轴;所述传动转轴上安装有螺旋叶片;所述散热箱的外侧设有HEPA级滤网;所述散热箱内部设有静电吸尘板;所述散热箱对应小散热箱(28)、一号半导体制冷器散热箱(24)和二号半导体制冷器散热箱(29)设有吸风管;所述吸风管对应小散热箱(28)、一号半导体制冷器散热箱(24)和二号半导体制冷器散热箱(29)均设有吸风罩。
