Description

一种纱用软化剂 技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维网布领域,尤其涉及一种纱用软化剂。
背景技术
目前,在玻璃纤维纺织行业,生产出的玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱不能替代淀粉纱、石蜡型纱,淀粉纱、石蜡型纱的抗拉力较弱,玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱的使用范围较窄,玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱不能与高速剑杆织机和喷气织机配套使用,不能帮助玻纤织布企业淘汰普通剑杆机从而升级转型。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种纱用软化剂,解决了现有玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱不能替代淀粉纱、石蜡型纱,玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱的使用范围较窄,玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱不能与高速剑杆织机和喷气织机配套使用,不能帮助玻纤织布企业淘汰普通剑杆机从而升级转型的问题。
本发明为解决上述提出的问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种纱用软化剂,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料制成:
平平加1.5-2.5份、硬脂酸0.7-1份、白油5-6份、固色剂3-4.5份、环氧树脂6812-3份、聚脂树脂SR-11-2份、水80-90份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)平平加、硬脂酸、白油加入反应釜中加热至95-96℃保温混合30min,混合均匀得物料Ⅰ;
(2)固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1单独加热至55-60℃,将固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1依次加入到步骤1制得的物料Ⅰ中混合25min,混合均匀得物料Ⅱ;
(3)取10-15份水加热至95-100℃,将加热后的水加入到步骤2制得的物料Ⅱ中混合10min,混合均匀得物料Ⅲ;
(4)将剩余的水加入步骤3制得的物料Ⅲ中混合5min,混合均匀得软化剂;
所述的水为去离子水,防止水中有杂质,影响软化剂品质;
所述的步骤4中的水温为常温,降低软化剂的生产成本;
将步骤4制得的软化剂加入拉丝机上的浸润槽,拉丝炉拉出的玻璃丝经过浸润槽中的软化剂浸润后,拉出的玻璃丝经缠绕机缠绕在拉丝筒上,拉丝筒上的玻璃丝经捻线机捻成玻璃纤维线,玻璃纤维线被织机织成玻璃纤维网布。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明选用平平加、硬脂酸、白油、固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1、水为主要原料,选用的原材料较少,配比简单,软化剂用于玻璃纤维无碱纱和中碱纱的软化,生产的纤维纱能代替98%的淀粉纱,100%石蜡型纱,且生产的纱的抗拉力是淀粉纱和石蜡型纱的2倍,抗拉力强,使用范围广,能与高速剑杆织机和喷气织机相配套,能帮助玻纤织布企业淘汰普通剑杆机从而升级转型。

实施例1:
一种纱用软化剂,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料制成:
平平加1.5份、硬脂酸0.7份、白油5份、固色剂3份、环氧树脂6812份、聚脂树脂SR-11份、水80份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)平平加、硬脂酸、白油加入反应釜中加热至95-96℃保温混合30min,混合均匀得物料Ⅰ;
(2)固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1单独加热至55-60℃,将固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1依次加入到步骤1制得的物料Ⅰ中混合25min,混合均匀得物料Ⅱ;
(3)取10份水加热至95-100℃,将加热后的水加入到步骤2制得的物料Ⅱ中混合10min,混合均匀得物料Ⅲ;
(4)将剩余的水加入步骤3制得的物料Ⅲ中混合5min,混合均匀得软化剂;
所述的水为去离子水,防止水中有杂质,影响软化剂品质;
所述的步骤4中的水温为常温,降低软化剂的生产成本;
将步骤4制得的软化剂加入拉丝机上的浸润槽,拉丝炉拉出的玻 璃丝经过浸润槽中的软化剂浸润后,拉出的玻璃丝经缠绕机缠绕在拉丝筒上,拉丝筒上的玻璃丝经捻线机捻成玻璃纤维线,玻璃纤维线被织机织成玻璃纤维网布。
实施例2:
一种纱用软化剂,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料制成:
平平加2份、硬脂酸0.8份、白油5.5份、固色剂4份、环氧树脂6812.5份、聚脂树脂SR-11.5份、水85份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)平平加、硬脂酸、白油加入反应釜中加热至95-96℃保温混合30min,混合均匀得物料Ⅰ;
(2)固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1单独加热至55-60℃,将固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1依次加入到步骤1制得的物料Ⅰ中混合25min,混合均匀得物料Ⅱ;
(3)取12份水加热至95-100℃,将加热后的水加入到步骤2制得的物料Ⅱ中混合10min,混合均匀得物料Ⅲ;
(4)将剩余的水加入步骤3制得的物料Ⅲ中混合5min,混合均匀得软化剂;
所述的水为去离子水,防止水中有杂质,影响软化剂品质;
所述的步骤4中的水温为常温,降低软化剂的生产成本;
将步骤4制得的软化剂加入拉丝机上的浸润槽,拉丝炉拉出的玻璃丝经过浸润槽中的软化剂浸润后,拉出的玻璃丝经缠绕机缠绕在拉丝筒上,拉丝筒上的玻璃丝经捻线机捻成玻璃纤维线,玻璃纤维线被 织机织成玻璃纤维网布。

平平加2.5份、硬脂酸1份、白油6份、固色剂4.5份、环氧树脂6813份、聚脂树脂SR-12份、水90份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)平平加、硬脂酸、白油加入反应釜中加热至95-96℃保温混合30min,混合均匀得物料Ⅰ;
(2)固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1单独加热至55-60℃,将固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1依次加入到步骤1制得的物料Ⅰ中混合25min,混合均匀得物料Ⅱ;
(3)取15份水加热至95-100℃,将加热后的水加入到步骤2制得的物料Ⅱ中混合10min,混合均匀得物料Ⅲ;
(4)将剩余的水加入步骤3制得的物料Ⅲ中混合5min,混合均匀得软化剂;
所述的水为去离子水,防止水中有杂质,影响软化剂品质;
所述的步骤4中的水温为常温,降低软化剂的生产成本;
将步骤4制得的软化剂加入拉丝机上的浸润槽,拉丝炉拉出的玻璃丝经过浸润槽中的软化剂浸润后,拉出的玻璃丝经缠绕机缠绕在拉丝筒上,拉丝筒上的玻璃丝经捻线机捻成玻璃纤维线,玻璃纤维线被织机织成玻璃纤维网布。

    平平加1.5-2.5份、硬脂酸0.7-1份、白油5-6份、固色剂3-4.5份、环氧树脂6812-3份、聚脂树脂SR-11-2份、水80-90份;
    其制备方法如下:
    (1)平平加、硬脂酸、白油加入反应釜中加热至95-96℃保温混合30min,混合均匀得物料Ⅰ;
    (2)固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1单独加热至55-60℃,将固色剂、环氧树脂681、聚脂树脂SR-1依次加入到步骤1制得的物料Ⅰ中混合25min,混合均匀得物料Ⅱ;
    (3)取10-15份水加热至95-100℃,将加热后的水加入到步骤2制得的物料Ⅱ中混合10min,混合均匀得物料Ⅲ;
    (4)将剩余的水加入步骤3制得的物料Ⅲ中混合5min,混合均匀得软化剂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种纱用软化剂,其特征在于:所述的水为去离子水。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种纱用软化剂,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中的水温为常温。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种纱用软化剂的制作方法,其特征在于:
    将步骤4制得的软化剂加入拉丝机上的浸润槽,拉丝炉拉出的玻璃丝经过浸润槽中的软化剂浸润后,拉出的玻璃丝经缠绕机缠绕在拉丝筒上,拉丝筒上的玻璃丝经捻线机捻成玻璃纤维线,玻璃纤维线被织机织成玻璃纤维网布。
