本实用新型涉及纺织机械技术领域,特别涉及一种剑杆织机。
背景技术
剑杆织机是纺织机械中较为普遍的一种织机,其将可经纱和纬纱按照织物设计要求交织而形成面料。
剑杆织机在运行时,编织处上方会具有较多漂浮物,漂浮物会在编织时被经线和纬线挤压而进入布料内,造成布面产生瑕疵且该瑕疵在后整理阶段较难去除,影响布料的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够去除漂浮物减少布面瑕疵的剑杆织机。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种剑杆织机,包括机架,机架上设置有横梁,机架一侧设置有吸风机,吸风机上设置有连接至横梁上的连接管,连接管前端设置有延伸至布面上方的若干个延伸管,延伸管前端连接有同一根连管,连管上设置有若干个穿孔。
进一步设置为:连接管前端设置有横向仓管,延伸管连接在横向仓管上,横向仓管内转动设置有刷辊。
进一步设置为:连接管前端设置有多根分叉管,分叉管与横向仓管末端连接,分叉管的前端与延伸管相对应。
进一步设置为:横向仓管一端设置有可打开的盖体,另一端设置有驱动电机,横向仓管内穿设有转动杆,驱动电机与转动杆连接,转动杆另一端穿过盖体。
进一步设置为:刷辊包括辊体和刷毛,转动杆上设置有条形的插接键,辊体中间设置有套设在转动杆上的套接孔和与插接键配合的插接槽。
综上所述,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:当吸风机和驱动电机运作时,能够将漂浮于经纬线交界处上方的纤维以及灰尘吸走,并通过刷辊将纤维以及灰尘阻拦住,保证吸风机的吸风效果稳定。大大减少了布面上经纬线之间所夹持的漂浮物,保证了布料的质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合图1和图2对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
一种剑杆织机,包括机架1、开口机构、引纬机构、打纬机构、卷取机构和送经机构。机架1上设置有横梁2,横梁2下方设置有综框和提综装置。
横梁2上设置有连接管4,机架1一侧设置有与连接管4一端连通的吸风机3,连接管4另一端设置有分叉管10,分叉管10的前端连接有同一个横向仓管8,横向仓管8上相对分叉管10开口另一侧设置有与分叉管10开口相对应的多根延伸管5,延伸管5成L形且前端竖直向下并延伸至布面上方。延伸管5的前端设置有同一根连管6,连管6的下方设置有多个穿孔7。
横向仓管8的一端设置有驱动电机12,横向仓管8内设置有转动杆13,驱动电机12与转动杆13连接用于带动转动杆13转动。转动杆13外壁上设置有条形的插接键14。横向仓管8内设置有刷辊9,刷辊9包括辊体91和位于辊体91外的毛刷,毛刷延伸至横向仓管8的内壁。辊体91上设置有套接孔15,辊体91利用套接孔15套接在转动杆13外,辊体91的内壁上设置有与插接键14配合的插接槽16,从而当转动杆13转动时能够带动刷辊9转动。
当吸风机3和驱动电机12运作时,能够将漂浮于经纬线交界处上方的纤维以及灰尘吸走,并通过刷辊9将纤维以及灰尘阻拦住,保证吸风机3的吸风效果稳定。大大减少了布面上经纬线之间所夹持的漂浮物,保证了布料的质量。
横向仓管8相对驱动电机12的另一端设置有盖体11,转动杆13穿过盖体11,盖体11可以打开。当需要对横向仓管8内进行清理时,可以通过打开盖体11,并将刷辊9移出转动杆13,使得方便将刷辊9上的纤维以及漂浮物清理出来。

  1. 一种剑杆织机,包括机架,机架上设置有横梁,其特征在于:机架一侧设置有吸风机,吸风机上设置有连接至横梁上的连接管,连接管前端设置有延伸至布面上方的若干个延伸管,延伸管前端连接有同一根连管,连管上设置有若干个穿孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剑杆织机,其特征在于:连接管前端设置有横向仓管,延伸管连接在横向仓管上,横向仓管内转动设置有刷辊。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种剑杆织机,其特征在于:连接管前端设置有多根分叉管,分叉管与横向仓管末端连接,分叉管的前端与延伸管相对应。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种剑杆织机,其特征在于:横向仓管一端设置有可打开的盖体,另一端设置有驱动电机,横向仓管内穿设有转动杆,驱动电机与转动杆连接,转动杆另一端穿过盖体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种剑杆织机,其特征在于:刷辊包括辊体和刷毛,转动杆上设置有条形的插接键,辊体中间设置有套设在转动杆上的套接孔和与插接键配合的插接槽。
