本发明涉及纺织机技术领域,具体是一种具有消静电功能的纺织机。
背景技术
纺织机,又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,古代的纺织机是依靠人力带动的织布机。纺织机就是把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称。象纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等。古今纺织工艺流程和设备的发展都是因应纺织原料而设计的,因此,原料在纺织技术中具有重要的地位。在纺织加工中,常常会有对布料表面进行二次加工的情况。
现有技术中,存在问题如下:
现有的纺织机在对布料加工过程中,布料容易与辊件发生多处摩擦,导致在加工时,布料会产生较多的静电,布料在收卷过程中,会因为静电而产生相互吸附的情况,在收卷过程中很容易产生褶皱,影响布料收卷的进行,故而存在一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,包括安装底板和设置于安装底板上的作业机构,所述安装底板的顶部外壁两侧分别固定安装有侧架,且两个侧架之间依次通过轴承转动连接有送料辊、铺平辊、抽尘腔辊一以及抽尘腔辊二,所述抽尘腔辊一以及抽尘腔辊二的内部均开设有空腔,且抽尘腔辊一以及抽尘腔辊二上均开设有多个连通外界与空腔的条形槽,所述送料辊、铺平辊、抽尘腔辊一以及抽尘腔辊二的一端外壁均键连接有齿轮,且多个齿轮之间张紧套接有链条,所述送料辊的一端通过联轴器连接有驱动电机,所述安装底板靠近作业机构的一侧安装有静电去除组件,且静电去除 组件包括两个固定安装于安装底板上的接地筒,两个所述接地筒的内壁滑动连接有U形杆,且U形杆的外壁转动连接有静电除辊。

其一:本发明利用设置的静电去除组件,在利用静电除辊对布料起到导向作用的同时,利用其配合U形杆和接地筒,对布料上的静电起到良好的去除效果;
其二:本发明利用设置的控制器和压力传感器,当布料在导向过程中产生松紧度波动的情况时,控制器通过接收压力传感器的信号,控制电动伸缩 杆的延伸杆伸出或者回抽,进而对静电除辊与布料之间的压力进行适应性的变化,实现再张紧或者降低张紧度,以保证静电除辊与布料之间的充分贴合,保证静电的去除效果,并可避免后续收卷发生褶皱的情况;
其三:本发明铺平辊在转动时,其表面的螺旋凸筋随之转动,并且由于其螺旋方向相反,能够对拨料产生向两侧的作用力,进而有利于使布料在传动过程中,保持铺平的状态,并有利于减少布料走偏的情况。

借由上述结构,利用设置的静电去除组件,在利用静电除辊18对布料起到导向作用的同时,利用其配合U形杆21和接地筒3,对布料上的静电起到良好的去除效果。
进一步的,作业机构15包括固定安装于安装底板1上的纺织端2,且纺织端2的一侧外壁固定安装有控制器20。

借由上述结构,铺平辊7在转动时,其表面的螺旋凸筋10随之转动,并且由于其螺旋方向相反,能够对拨料产生向两侧的作用力,进而有利于使布料在传动过程中,保持铺平的状态,并有利于减少布料走偏的情况。

工作原理:使用时,将布料依次穿过送料辊8、铺平辊7、抽尘腔辊一141以及抽尘腔辊二14、静电除辊18以及纺织端2,控制启动驱动电机9,经过 链条5和齿轮6的配合传动使送料辊8、铺平辊7、抽尘腔辊一141以及抽尘腔辊二14转动,利用设置的静电去除组件,在利用静电除辊18对布料起到导向作用的同时,利用其配合U形杆21和接地筒3,对布料上的静电起到良好的去除效果;当布料在导向过程中产生松紧度波动的情况时,控制器20通过接收压力传感器25的信号,控制电动伸缩杆24的延伸杆伸出或者回抽,进而对静电除辊18与布料之间的压力进行适应性的变化,实现再张紧或者降低张紧度,以保证静电除辊18与布料之间的充分贴合,保证静电的去除效果,并可避免后续收卷发生褶皱的情况;利用设置的清洁刷杆17,在布料传动过程中,对布料表面进行刷动处理,进而有利于减少布料表面绒毛以及灰尘的附着;在该纺织机运行时,可通过启动抽气泵23,并使得抽尘腔辊一141以及抽尘腔辊二14形成负压,进而布料在经过其表面时,抽尘腔辊一141以及抽尘腔辊二14通过开设的条形槽,将经过清洁刷杆17刷动后表面残余的少量断线、绒毛吸除,在经过设置的过滤箱22过滤后,将洁净的空气再通过风管11以及多个吹尘支管16喷出,使其作用于清洁刷杆17处,对清洁刷杆17的清洁效果进行增幅。

  1. 一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,包括安装底板(1)和设置于安装底板(1)上的作业机构(15),其特征在于:所述安装底板(1)的顶部外壁两侧分别固定安装有侧架(4),且两个侧架(4)之间依次通过轴承转动连接有送料辊(8)、铺平辊(7)、抽尘腔辊一(141)以及抽尘腔辊二(14),所述抽尘腔辊一(141)以及抽尘腔辊二(14)的内部均开设有空腔,且抽尘腔辊一(141)以及抽尘腔辊二(14)上均开设有多个连通外界与空腔的条形槽,所述送料辊(8)、铺平辊(7)、抽尘腔辊一(141)以及抽尘腔辊二(14)的一端外壁均键连接有齿轮(6),且多个齿轮(6)之间张紧套接有链条(5),所述送料辊(8)的一端通过联轴器连接有驱动电机(9),所述安装底板(1)靠近作业机构(15)的一侧安装有静电去除组件,且静电去除组件包括两个固定安装于安装底板(1)上的接地筒(3),两个所述接地筒(3)的内壁滑动连接有U形杆(21),且U形杆(21)的外壁转动连接有静电除辊(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述作业机构(15)包括固定安装于安装底板(1)上的纺织端(2),且纺织端(2)的一侧外壁固定安装有控制器(20)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述U形杆(21)的一端固定安装有传动横杆(19),且传动横杆(19)的一端固定安装有连接块,所述连接块的底部外壁固定安装有压力传感器(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述安装底板(1)顶部外壁靠近传动横杆(19)的一侧固定安装有电动伸缩杆(24),且电动伸缩杆(24)的延伸杆端部与压力传感器(25)固定连接,所述压力传感器(25)的信号输出端与控制器(20)的信号输入端通过信号线电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述铺平辊(7)的两端圆周外壁均固定安装有螺旋凸筋(10),且两个螺旋凸筋(10)的螺旋方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:两个所述侧架(4)上分别固定安装有连接杆一(12)和连接杆二(121),且连接杆一(12)和连接杆二(121)的相对一侧两端均固定安装有清洁刷杆(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述安装底板(1)上安装有抽尘机构,且抽尘机构包括固定于安装底板(1)上的过滤箱(22),所述过滤箱(22)的顶端固定连接有抽气泵(23),且抽气泵(23)的进气端固定连接有抽风管(13),所述抽风管(13)的端部分别与抽尘腔辊一(141)以及抽尘腔辊二(14)密封转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有消静电功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述过滤箱(22)的一端固定连接有风管(11),且风管(11)位于铺平辊(7)与抽尘腔辊二(14)之间,所述风管(11)固定连接有多个吹尘支管(16)。
