L'invention concerne une garniture intérieure automobile thermoplastique, ainsi qu'un moule de préparation et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci. Le moule de préparation comprend une plaque de moule supérieure et une plaque de moule inférieure. La plaque de moule supérieure et la plaque de moule inférieure sont disposées de façon opposée pour former une cavité de moule interne. La plaque de moule inférieure est pourvue de broches à gaz télescopiques et de trous d'absorption de plastique sous vide en communication avec la cavité de moule interne. Les broches à gaz télescopiques peuvent s'étendre dans la cavité de moule interne. Selon la présente invention, un produit fini de garniture intérieure automobile thermoplastique peut être préparé en une seule étape au moyen d'un moulage par compression, les procédures de préparation sont simples, le rendement de production est élevé, le procédé de préparation est respectueux de l'environnement et il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser un adhésif. Le matériau de noyau de la garniture intérieure automobile thermoplastique est un matériau de noyau expansé ou un matériau de noyau à structure en nid d'abeilles thermoplastique, ce qui permet d'obtenir l'effet de légèreté. La structure interne de la garniture intérieure automobile thermoplastique peut être conçue librement, des produits d'épaisseur égale ou des produits d'épaisseur inégale peuvent être produits selon les exigences, et une fonction de pliage de produit peut être obtenue par pressage de moule en une étape.
